Manifest Distilling is so pretty inside! There are so many different areas - indoor and outdoor - where you can sit and enjoy an artisan cocktail. Plus, it’s right by the Jags Stadium, so you can support this business before or after a game. On top of that, this product that Manifest has to offer is top notch. From barrel to brand, Manifest delivers gins, vodkas, and other concoctions of the utmost quality. The great thing is you can try them in mini bottle too if you don’t want to get an entire full-sized bottle. This place is such a gem to the city of Jacksonville! Did I mention they have a distillery cat who loves there??? 🐈😻

Meet Corey last night. I came in with an intentional group of shipping and receiving personnel including a FedEx shipping manager just before close. I hate gin but noticed a bottle they distill that was golden colored. After talking to Corey briefly about it, he let me sample it and it was incredible. Never would I have thought I was a gin guy until last night. I purchased a bottle and hope that TSA doesn't steal it before my flight home. Would return again for sure!

Great place and some of the best spirits I have tasted anywhere. Jim was a great host speaking to his craft and I Walked out of there with a bottle of 10 year. I will definitely be going back!

Truly the best distillery in Florida. Amazing product, environment and staff. This is my second review a year apart and they continue to be consistent with their products and service. A must visit place when in Jacksonville.

Great place to relax and get a drinks. They do a great tour of the facility and Cory does an amazing job! Would highly recommend either stopping by to get drinks or to tour!

The spirits they make here are all top notch. The craft drinks are very unique and creative and use all of their good stuff. Take the tour, well worth your time and you get to try everything.

I had family visiting from out of town and I wanted to do something fun. We first went to Manifest Distillery for a few drinks and to check out the place. Corey’s recommendation was just what we needed. Ben told us about the tour and tasting, so we came back the next week for the tour. I highly recommend Manifest Distillery.

Awesome place to work, knowing we are creating Delicious, Organic, Distilled Spirits! Bartenders are Top Notch, daily hand squeezing all their Fruit for the evening! Corey is the absolute man! This guy is a professional and knows his craft more than anyone I have ever met. When I heard we were going on a tour at distillery, i thought “oh here we go again” but my god was I wrong. This man single handedly brought my faith back in humanity! 10/10 would recommend.

I have always had great experiences here from the Warm and Welcome environment to an Excellent menu to taste and enjoy. And tonight was no exception. We had a tour booked for 5:30 but ran into some issues and the team at Manifest got us rescheduled and taken care of without any hesitation what so ever. Thank you all for being awesome and taking care of us each and every time!

Had a Groupon for a tasting and tour. Such a good experience. Corey was such a great guide and kept the experience fun and informative. We can’t wait to come back for their silent disco on the first Friday of the month. Their gin is excellent!

My husband and I worked an absolutely beautiful event here for New Years! Staff was attentive and extremely educated on craft cocktails, distillery was amazing to see and they even had an on site cat to keep the place ship shape! 😺 We cannot wait to come back here in the future ♥️

This place is next level. I’m one of those people that struggle drinking straight up spirits but everything that Corey had us try was so smooth, complex and interesting. His enthusiasm of the craft is so refreshing and really made our night. Then Ben’s cocktail game was so special! We had a gimlet and classic old fashioned that were perfect. Don’t miss this special place!

Great product, friendly service.

Went to try the bourbon and maybe the rye. These were pretty great, but what blew me away were their takes on gin. Bartender knew the product line flawlessly and was passionate about the product.

Good cocktails, good booze, and great prices. Could not get past the amount of flies at the bar. They had one of those electric tennis rackets and they probably got 20 flies on one swing.

Excellent, some very different drinks that you cant find anywhere else! Jim is the best.

The service was so great, the bartenders were a lot of fun to talk to! The drinks were amazing, so much so that we had to get two bottles to bring back home with us. I'd highly recommend visiting if you are in the Jacksonville area!

Manifest was great. We took a cocktail class. The teacher was knowledgeable and very interested in the topic. We got to make two cocktails. A good time!
