The customer service here is always good, and they even remember customers that come consistently. It's clean and the atmosphere is good.

If i could give negative stars I would. This location is literally the WORST McDonald's. I don't know what it is about Mulberry fast food locations but they damn sure cant find decent management or employees. You NEVER get what you ordered.ever. like looking at a screen and adding items to a bag is so damn difficult. Let me preface that it isnt. Almost anyone my age worked in fast food and knows adding food to the bag is the easiest part of working fast food. The least they could do is make sure it is right. You get charged for every sauce but they can't seem to find their way to the bags. Since when do you pay more for sauce to come with the nuggets? I am not talking about extra. I am talking about how none are free with the nuggets order. because their dry nuggets are so delicious right? SMH. Their dry nuggets taste like cardboard. The only reason I ordered in the first place is because my husband and I have covid and can't leave the house. Today I ordered a Large Oreo McFrappe and got a small kit Kat ice cream that was child size (for comparison a can of soda is bigger). Cause that is the same thing. When you are charged $6 for a drink you expect it to be right. Their app has no way to complain about wrong or missing items. They want you to contact the delivery service. They aren't who messed up the order. Mcdonalds is. The bags are sealed.

The workers are rude, inconsiderate. They didn’t want to give me a refund for my meal because there was a fly inside my food. They asked to bring the food back to replace it. Very inconsistent. Don’t recommend this place at all any other place would replace the food.

On Wednesday night me and my husband we're going to mc Donald's after work.well the managers just lock the door as soon as we park. She saw the car come in and when and lock.

Very courteous and hot food was given quickly.

Kiosk didn't work with my code. We had to order at counter and she said I couldn't use the code. 20.00 bucks for two breakfast sandwich meals. I was charged $1 extra for each meal because we had soda instead of coffee

This place has drastically declined in the last one year. They are inconsistent in the way they make burgers. One day it'll have onions on it and the next day it won't. One day there will be salt on the fries and the next day the manager will say we give you extra packets we don't salt them anymore. The managers will rarely take responsibility for their employees lack of customer service

They never put the whole meal on the counter. Or call out the number. You have to walk to the counter just to see an incomplete order and ask them to complete it. I asked where was my drink and he said the cups are over there. It was lemonade sweet tea that the customer can't even make. He was very rude. Meanwhile there's 3 employees pretending to read receipts. Prices go up and the employees are getting even more unhelpful. The management here is a joke. Not coming back to this location.

Drive-through was busy, but it went really fast. Did not have to wait about five minutes for my order that wasn’t long at all by the time I got up to the window and they had all of my order correct and that is very crucial part. You have to check the bag to be sure you have everything and everything is correct Before you leave their parking lot or you might get missing something or something that was not prepared correctly and we all know none of us wants to go back and switch the food back out at that moment honest mistakes gets made it get busy and one bag I end up with an extra sandwich that was somebody else’s It’s happened. It’s gonna happen and it’s always gonna happen So take a breath, get yourself together and go with the flow. It can always be fixed if a mistake was made with your order…. McDonald’s has an awesome team and crew all of you keep up the good work thank you for all you do for us as customers😁

I give it 3 stars for the food because I am new to the United States and I don't know if it will be like Macdonalds in general but there is no variety in hamburgers like I am used to in places in Latin America.

This message is for the manager, Berta. We spent 5 minutes going over my breakfast order, and you still keyed it in wrong after assuring me it was correct. I get home and low and behold, it's not correct. All I needed was 3 breakfast meals with coffee and 1 additional sandwich. No changes, just as is. The fact that this location charged me $32.00 for this is insanity. Do better, Berta. Your setting the standard for your team and if your this bad at your job I can't begin to imagine how bad the rest of them are.

For starters, never getting a shamrock shake again. It was all fine and dandy around 8pm, I’m happy causally sipping on my shake. You know I fall asleep eventually and BOOM! 2:30 hits and I wake up to what feels like WW3 inside my stomach. That’s when I go to the bathroom instead of the hole out in the back I usually use, and let me tell you it was just liquid green goodness. I mean it was so diabolical I felt Jesus by my side holding my hand get me through this experience and I’ve never been one to be religious. I will give 2 starts although because the shake was rather tasty but does that make up for the aftermath. Not in a million years. All in all I don’t plan on getting a shamrock shake anytime soon (the machine will probably be down anyways) and thank you for your time reading my review that came straight from my heart. And to McDonald’s, I will still be a loyal customer to your crispy chicken sandwhich.

I live close by and try to go here occasionally out of convince. Literally every time they get my order incorrect. Today's order was missing 40 chicken nuggets. The staff here is absolutely incompetent. Save yourself the hassle and drive to the McDonald's a couple miles away in Mulberry.

Overprice food. Use to be a place where u take the kids and everyone can eat for a little over 20 bucks. Now you get 2 smashed burgers with only 1 or 2 condiments on it instead of all and 2 large fries for 20 bucks. They need to reevaluate the price of the food they are serving. And teach the employees how to count the correct number of items to match the order.McDonald's is going downhill and fast.

Unfortunately, every time I order for some reason I have a bad experience. Problems with the curbside ordering app and I have to get off and order inside, some employees are friendly, and some are not. The clothing is not uniform and looks in very bad taste. They should uniform everyone equally with good polos and not those cheap t-shirts. They don't look like kitchen or customer service employees. They look like garbage collectors or cleaning employees. I have seen managers or supervisors on the phone and the store in a rush. There is no organization to lighten the lines. If it's fast food, you shouldn't have to wait 20 or 30 minutes for a meal and it's happened to me. When you order through drive-thru you feel pressured to order in a hurry with the way they approach the customer when they are ordering. They don't give you ketchup unless you ask for it. On multiple occasions, you ask for nuggets and sauce and they don't give it to you. They don't give you napkins or give you straws. They should change the glass to a foam one because they always give you the soft drinks and then they send you to wait in a parking lot for the food and the soda's ice melts. They make you wait for the food and the cold chips inside the bag. I have decided to buy in another location because I have had too many bad experiences with this location.

I have eaten here quite frequently lately. It is by far the best McDonalds I have been to along the East Coast. Very friendly and professional staff. My fries are always fresh and hot and I have yet to have any complaints!

Soooo, crazy story. Last night, my girlfriend was on her way home from work and finally was able to get something to eat. Earlier last night she had been texting me that all she was thinking about was a cheeseburger, which she was stopped at this McDonald’s for, which is honestly our like, area McDonald’s for where we live. She got her cheeseburger, and came home where she sat down at the counter, starving and ready to eat. Unfortunately, they decided to add the extra pickles, but not the actual cheeseburger. Which is strange, there was an imprint on the bottom bun where said cheeseburger would have been, but alas, in the words of Wendy’s, where’s the beef? Weird flex, McDonald’s crew. I usually give you guys the benefit of the doubt, as the countless times you have shafted me on my orders, but this was a step too far. Double-check not only bags, people, but it seems like you also have to make sure you actually got your meats as well, because unlike Arby’s, this McDonald’s doesn’t always have the meats.

I've had a few problems there getting cold food here recently I had a problem the young man who was taking my order at the drive-thru did not know what he was doing but when I went in and I talked to management they made things right they went above and beyond just like they do every time they really try to take care of their customers there the management does

We all know the food from any fast food is c.r.a.p., however we still buy it. All we want is for the place to have our order ready and accurate every time. Yes every time like the other fast foods that we need to pay more for quality of food and service. This McDonald's location is the better on of the south lakeland locations.

My fries were old and cold and my large fry was filled half way. I literally work beside the winndixie around the corner. No reason my fries should have been ice cold and old tasting.

2 quarter cheese both w/extra onions. Cooked fresh and like a quarter pounder should be. Been a while since a good one was produced.

This location has very kind staff who are efficient and pay attention to details. I have severe allergies, and often at other locations, they don't follow instructions and I have to get my food re-made. But I have never had a mistake at this location.

They messed up the order twice. All the employees took up the tables, which would be okay but they took up all the large tables and sat only 2 at each.

Avoid this location. Since moving nearby in the last several months, we've tried this McDonalds several times. Every time something is wrong and the food taste like garbage. I'm done giving chances. I'm shocked we haven't gotten food poisning from this place.

The place was clean and the service was good. This location has a lot of employees standing around inside the facility greeting you and providing you additional service. But they abuse asking if everything is ok and feels like they are in your personal space when asking you anything. I spent 15 minutes in there and I was asked 4 times if everything was fine. That is too much.

Ordered steak egg and cheese begal. They forgot the onions,cheese,special garlic sauce... Just one big dry plain bagel

I love the McFlury Icecream 🍦. The only problem is that if you go at 9 or after, must of the time, "the machine is broken" 😅🤣. If you arrive before, it will be working perfectly. Lol. Something to consider.

I got a med hot coffee. When I started drinking it after I already left drive thru it was cold. I don't mean they gave me a cold coffee I mean my hot coffee was like it must of sat and got cold AND it tasted just like water. And I normally love their coffee. It was too much traffic to turn around and get a new one. Plus since when is the Medium size look like a small???

Don’t ever attempt to DoorDash from this location. Ordered 2 big breakfast, 2 hot cakes, 1 coke, 1 diet. We received one big breakfast (without hash brown) 1 hotcake and 2 diet cokes. Got refund through door dash and quickly ordered the missing items, 1 big breakfast, 1 hotcake and 1 hash brown. Recover 1 big breakfast (again no hash browns). How can you possibly completely screw up two orders that bad?

Came here for breakfast with my grandkids more than 10 people standing around. I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich cold a piece of cheese just there.. french fries wete cold and old . Just not what you expect out of a McDonald’s. No sauces for my chicken nuggets and everybody still standing around just chatting away bad service.

Second time I get hot coffee here it’s given to me with the lid not properly on the first time I had to throw away $80 white pants it spill on me this time I got second and third degrees burns when the i grab it and the lid open spilled on me I had shorts will seek legal compensation for my burns someone needs to learn to train the employees better

Had a good experience. Food was hot, staff was friendly and everything was just really great. Came in around 8pm last night and got myself the two cheese burger meal and everything was perfect. The Night Staff Has Really Improved.
