waited 30 minutes and still didn't recieve food

So my order was short by 4 large fries and when I tried calling them twice to ask for a refund on that part of the order no one answered. My husband even tried calling and still no luck. I called the next morning and the manager said he would be willing to give me 4 large fries then. They were part of a family dinner what would I do with them when it's just me in the morning.

I just had a frappie. Was good but took a long time

it’s impossible to get the collector cups ordered them and specifically, I mentioned i wanted the cup meal and they didn’t give me the cup

I don't know what the problem is because it hadn't happened before but this time they had us in the parking lot for 34 minutes waiting for an order that we missed, that is, the rest of the food was already cold due to the delay, I hope they can solve that problem, thank you.

Seriously ??? How on earth can someone look at this and be like “ya it’s good enough to serve to someone to eat”. Disgusting.

Your whole team of employees including the manager on Aug 3rd at 4pm were doing nothing but talking playing around and ignoring customers. They had barely anyone inside and had everyone from pick up park and then had to visit cars multiple times due to order mess ups from goofing off instead of working. VERY IMPROFESSIONAL shift crew. I've never had to wait almost 20 minutes for yet another messed up order. Ridiculous crew.

We live 5 minutes from this McDonald's, making it our first choice, after today its also now the last, we order on the app, the order is never ready, and you sit in a spot waiting for some or all of the food then the order is not properly fulfilled requiring my wife to have to go in get the rest of the food or nugget sauce or what ever it is that was on the recipe and not placed in the bag, this is a regular occurrence here and this will be my last visit.

My breakfast sandwiches were hot, fresh and delicious. I was very satisfied with my order.

Always stop at this McDonald's in the shores never had any issues even when their busy they work overtime to make their customers happy

Ordered a large order for our entire family. 4 of the combos were the new Double Smokey Quarter Pounder BLT. When we got home we realized the 4 combos that were the above named sandwich only had 1 patty on each of them. We called the store to complain but no one will answer the phone. Total order came to $115 dollars and they can't even give all the meat.

Can't even get simple order right. Not driving all the way back. To waste gas do better 😡😡😡😡😡

Management is very RUDEEE!!! One employer called Thomas. I received my food very late and I asked for a refund and he got very gruesome with me, his tone of voice was very awful which shouldn’t even be like that in a workplace. Also, he was yelling at the crew members for no reason I felt bad but yeah i wouldn’t recommend coming here at ALL!!.

The service I received here was horrible…I came at 9pm to get my kids dinner I simply asked for 4 sandwiches and 4 small fries..CREW MEMBER BY THE NAME OF TOY WAS VERY RUDE AND WANTED TO GO BACK AND FORTH ABOUT A SMALL FRY .. I ORDERED THE WAY I DID BECAUSE I WANTED THE DEAL I WAS CHARGED 2.69 for a mcchicken and another 3.09 for a fry cause at the end of the day she said did I want to buy the fry or not… its not about the money but how rude she was was unacceptable and regardless of anything I was double charged and still had to wait for the fry .. I understand the pressures of working fast food but geesh its not that serious about a smalll fry..I come here all the time and the service is impeccable but tonight I was argued down about a small fry…GOTTA DO BETTER!!!.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to Dana. She went above and beyond to help when our autistic child was fixated on a certain Happy Meal toy and got a different one. Wonderful customer service and we are so grateful.

I stood there at the counter for 30 minutes, waiting to let them know I was here for a door dash order, as workers passed me and ignored me. Didn't acknowledge me at all.

First of all, THREE DOLLARS FOR A SMALL FRY?!!! Then, to not recieve it. So now I have to drive back and go inside and wait, and when I tell the employee, I get an attitude from her and the manager like I'm lying or something, and it takes a few minutes to HALF-WAY fill an already pitifully small sack. You COULD have been courteous and apologize and maybe offer a larger fry or at least fill that tiny sack that I paid THREE DOLLARS for! I guarantee McDonald's worldwide will never receive my patronage again! Today's visit has disgusted me!

Poor customer service, food is horrible bread is always hard don’t care about the messiness of the sandwich’s ofcousre it’s suppose to fast food the only time there good is in the morning don’t recommend this place after 11am - 12pm , you will be parked they park for every little thing mangers don’t even know what’s going on they park so many people they forget where there parked and there’s a line of people inside who are parked and been waiting for there order for over 15 min “FASTFOOD” this place needs new management , this place hasn’t changed for years as you can tell if you read the reviews but sorry to some of us people who live in the shores and don’t have a big variety of fast food , very very sad . And not no mention they take your codes and swear it didn’t go through even though your app tells you they received your code . This place is a joke .

Beautiful location, very clean areas, delicious menu and great service

tried using a coupon on mcdonalds app and they put it towards someone elses order . when i told them they did nothing to correct it just swiped my card without letting me know. the girl was rude at the window. i asked what number she wanted me to pull to to make sure and she replied with "mhm" barely hearing her. not a pleasant experience. they didnt acknowledge my problem at all.

Hit or miss. It's pretty inconsistent service here. Sometimes there arent any issues and it's great. My biggest issue is the times where you get parked for 10+ minutes but the food isn't hot and fresh when they bring it to you. What was the wait for then?

Order is always wrong. We just don't want tarter. That's the only customized part of the order. 80 percent of the time it's wrong.

This place takes FOREVER to get a simple order together and the DoorDash customers overwhelm the lobby inside. It's crazy.

I did a mobile order , and when I went inside to pick up, I was greeted immediately and asked if I had a mobile order and my food was ready really fast. The chicken nuggets were so good and tasty, and the new wcdonalds sauce is amazing. Thank you for having another amazing restaurant with delicious food and an excellent crew.

Still overpriced for very little food . And I'm the lazy moron keeps coming back instead of making a real burger at home for a couple dollars. Ugh

OK, this is the first time I get to do this in a very long time. I went to this McDonald's today. I was in line less than 10 minutes and they got my order right, and they were polite and had your customer service.

Definitely one of the better McDonald's in the area! The place is anyways clean and staff is always on top of it!

Come see me over at Amerilife on SR-200 on the west end of Ocala and we will build a lifelong relationship based on trust and value- imagine going to a store for cereal and all they have is basic Cheerios- that's what shopping with a non-broker agent is like. No offense to them - and they might have the right policy or maybe you could've done better for less if you checked 77 companies at once with me!!! Anyway...So he asks to meet here and the place was just miserable We ended up going up the street to Walmart instead and buying office supplies as we discussed IUL.

Newest visit? 1/18/24- The worst manager. Rude and nasty about everything and then after waiting 20 minutes for my order she slams the bag down on the counter. Doesnt say have a nice day or anything. Just yells the number. I said you mean 176? As she yelled 167! She looks and says YUP and walked away. Get her tf out of there. Your business will continue going down with her as a manager! $50 tonight and food was barely enjoyable. 7 people behind me came and left. Yet I was still sitting there waiting for 2 big macs, 10 pc nugget and a double quarter pounder. Maybe she was being vindictive over me saying I had a tomato allergy to please make sure they change gloves so no tomato or ketchup or tomato juices touched my food. All she said was "well that must suck" and " I'd be afraid to eat out" instead of "we will make sure your order is done correctly ". SHE NEEDS TO GO ASAP! I placed a $52 order last night. I'm highly allergic to tomatoes and asked for a double 1/4 pounder meal only cheese plain. I got my food and it had Ketchup and everything else all over it. What's ketchup made out of? Obviously the one thing I'm allergic to. I was also missing 2 large fries and the BBQ sauces for the 60 nuggets I ordered. I tried to call and they took the phones off the hook. Been calling all morning and they still aren't answering. I've placed several orders through Uber eats and never get my full orders or money back. They are rude and don't fix their mistakes. Worst McDonald's in county! Needless to say I had to throw my food away and watch everyone else eat theirs.

I don't understand this McDonalds. I wait in a long line place my order. I'm starving for breakfast. I get to the window to pay, and they say they don't accept $50 bills. I didn't get my food because they don't accept $50, I'm sure they had change for a $50.

Super rude staff to say the least! See you waiting, and just keep on walking by, and looking at you without even acknowledging you. As soon as a Caucasian guy comes in three of them came up front to assist him with a perky smile. Then they acknowledged me. Mind y’all I was there for maybe ten minutes while they were gossiping. Then the lady had the nerve to get smart with me. I believe she’s a manager I couldn’t see her name tag. She treats her staff horrible as well yelling at them like they’re her children. Update: Paid in the mobile app and waited in curbside for 30 mins. When the drive thru got empty I honk the person at the window and finally they send me my order out. But drinks were missing. Saying they are out of Sweet tea Lemonade. So I asked him to bring regular sweet tea instead and waited another 15 mins. Finally went through drive thru and complained to the manager. She was starring at me like we did something wrong. I asked for refund and she kept saying she was out of staff while I see staff talking in groups, while very LESS busy drive thru. She was focused about the person who brought the order, while the complain was about the whole wait time. We didn't get any refund rather wasted more time while people honking behind us. Worst customer service and wait time EVER!! OLD REVIEW: They missed Bacon in my Bacon Quarter Pounder twice. Sandwich makers are really careless. Service is really bad. Only the manager was friendly ( one I met ) most of others were very rude.

The bathroom is filthy, and the customer service was not that great. Just seems like nobody wanted to be there but somebody just could’ve been having a bad day that’s all.

We came through the drive thru on this visit. They parked us for 6 $1 cheeseburgers, which is fine it was a lot, and they need to watch their times, but then it took 20 minutes to bring us our food. I wasn't to happy about that.

It's McDonald's. Occasionally they get your order correct.

They are not prepared for morning rush they ran out of hash Browns and then you have to wait for your order, also the prices are high.

Check before you leave, they make mistakes. Gave them 2 chances today, used points but didnt advise to how many, then tonight used a deal and added fries. They at first didnt honor the deal even though they took the code. One manager said she would not honor the deal because I could not prove what the deal was for. Then a Male manager made it right. If you like McDonalds go to a different one. This one is not worth the hassle!

The service is horrible. The food was horrible. The french fries were double dipped nothing was fresh would not recommend.

Drive thru. Breakfast Sandwich was good and it was via drive thru... Prices have really increased, but service was good.

I give them a three star because this particular McDonald's is always out of something major like soda or ice cream or straws or a complete food. I can't blame this on the staff members,I blame either the management or corporate. It's really inconvenient to order a value meal and hear I'm sorry we have no soda today or sorry no eggs for your egg McMuffin. The staff members are nice, the food they can prepare is hot and fresh and served in a reasonable time.

Worst McDonald's in America!!!!!!! Orders are always wrong and they have attitude for no reason. These managers must hate their lives and the choices they made in life to get here, but it's not our fault!

I used to love going to this location cause they are friendly, fast and our order was always correct, until lately order an egg McMuffin meal and got a English muffin with no meat egg or cheese, sausage bagel meal and got bacon instead and it has just been continuous mess ups and you try and get it fixed and they look at you like your crazy or you call and still no apology. Wasn’t looking for handouts just wanted the correct items that were paid for. Best bet is to cook it yourself it will be better healthier and A LOT cheaper!

Im not going here anymore. They are sloppy and not friendly. They give you the wrong order and then they look at you like you trying to get a free meal. Not professional at all.

This is by FARRRR the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. It's every visit. I live across the street, one or two times I understand but I put this on everything I love I sit and wait to order at LEAST 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. People are always driving off all angry. It's McDonald's well all survive and I have two small kids so sometimes I'm desperate or patient enough to wait but if your in a hurry... or even a regular time limit this location in notorious for taking a really long time.

Tonight we came to McDonald’s for carryout dinner. The drive thru was crazy but understandably, young staff but I will tell you they made our visit kind and refreshing. Being in the hospitality field I understand when things happen. They helped us and yes the wait was long but I will say we didn’t even mind because they were respectful and kind. Holly was the sweetest young lady. Thank you very much. The reasoning for such high stars will definitely go to Holly.

Night manager is rude and completely inept. 10-12 crew members on staff on a weeknight and still waiting 25 minutes for my food? When I asked what was up he asked me "is there going to be a problem?" Well you can give me my overpriced food or you can give me my $$ back. If not then there's a problem. Order was still wrong, so had to wait even longer. Never stepping foot in that place again, drive thru times are all they care about.

THEY NEED MORE STAFF IN THE MORNINGS!!! I always wait 10-15 minutes in the drive thru line and the worker at the window usually seems stressed and overwhelmed. I'm sure they only schedule a couple people in the morning 🙄

The breakfast was good this time and they didn't mess up the order like they usually do which was actually a surprise. Usually this location messes up our orders and I'm not exaggerating, every person in my household goes through it, but I have to say during this visit I have no complaints. The mcgriddles were delicious!

This McDonald’s is THE WORST. The food is always cold, they mess up EVERY order and the management is sorry and rude.

We live 20 minutes away. Ordered 2 Deluxe 1/4 Pounders with cheese. They were dry and only contained a bun, cheese and burger. No condiments, lettuce or tomatoes. Also ordered a mocha latte and received a caramel latte with no syrup. We called and they expected us to drive a half hour back to refund and offered no other compensation. Will no be back!
