The crunch wrap was a bit lacking ingredients. But tasted good. The chicken bowl was missing all the extras, sour cream, pico de guio, etc. it was good but could've been better.

The drive thru crew was wonderful. He had a great personality, sweet and professional. He smiled the whole time and didn't even get rude when I couldn't find my card. Just want to say thank you.

I recently placed a mobile order and, after waiting 25 minutes, the cashier informed me that I needed to notify them upon arrival. This made me feel as though the oversight was my fault, which was quite frustrating as this is not common practice when placing mobile orders. The purpose of mobile pick-up order is to streamline the process by allowing it to be prepared in advance and ready for pick up. In 2024, it is crucial for businesses to either improve their procedures or adopt more efficient systems to manage these mobile orders effectively. Also the cheesy street chalupas were delicious.

It took almost 20 minutes to receive food after paying for it at the kiosk. Hardly anyone was in the lobby. Don't understand why it took so long. Then they messed up my partner's order. I won't be returning to that location.

To start with id love to say Quay was very efficient and is always the hardest working in the store EVERY SINGLE TIME I've visited here. I have a severe allergy and Quay always makes sure i get everything done safely and correct. 10 stars for the customer service provided by that specific employee and Devonte? I think was his name. Awesome experience always with these 2! Drive thru? NO! Very very slow service always! If I could give 0 stars for drive thru I would! 15 minutes waiting at the speaker is ridiculous. And it's not a once in a blue moon thing either. I eat at this location at least once a week and it's always the same. The 2 in drive thru look completely unaware of what speed of service and customer means. Multiple orders and only the 2 on the line were working. Hire more people or get employees that actually care about their job . 500 second speed of service on the timer is not acceptable

the drive thru is always quick and efficient! i order off mobile app and its made exactly as i made it on the app. always friendly service and the inside is clean. keep up the good work over there yall!

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes to pick up an online order and decided to come inside instead. Waited an additional 10 minutes for them to serve everyone in the drive thru and leave our order for later. Bunch of aholes working there imo.

This location is always clean and the food quality is leaps and bounds better than some other Taco Bells in the area. You even get service with a smile which is hard to come by these days.

We waited for to get r food. Food was done. But nobody did anything. So they asked us if we were ready to leave, and we told them we r waiting for r food. So they found the problem. Made a new order for us. They locked the front door cause they had closed. An did there cleaning around us. Even after we were done, we still sat for a while. " My son said to them cause the bag was on the counter, don't throw that food away it's still good. My son said maybe one of the workers would like it? I believe the manager told my son... would u take it home with you? My son was shocked... but he said yes I'll take it home." The staff that worked Friday night the crew was nice an polite. So I thanked them last nite I'm thanking them again.

Typical Taco Bell food. Prices rising, portions getting smaller. Wonderful service. But pushing double meat always. Lol

Absolutely the worst service !!! They shorted my order 2 x and refused to give me my order . “Management “ said they bagged my order and it was all there . I never left the drive through . I gave him my order back and still he refused to give me what I paid for .

This taco bell has the most polite and courteous employees....it's actually further from my house than my local taco bell but I drive the extra 12mins to go to this specific taco bell because of the quick and extremely polite and professional service/employees.....if you're in the mood for some very American Mexican food I highly recommend this taco bell!!

Walked up to the counter to order. Two different employees looked at me, and promptly ignored me. After 10 minutes of quietly & patiently waiting for somebody to take my order I walked out the door. Clearly they don't need my money. Mary's Cuban restaurant took my order and made great a great sandwich all in less time than I waited at Taco Bell. Remember your options when you are not treated properly.

I was short a dollar and one of the staff DeAndre was the kindest and most understanding person lending me and my friend the nick we needed to get our food. I hope this man lives the happiest life ever 🙏.

Working hard I’m sure . The members are polite and helpful however you have to use the computers to order . Been a few times where they’ve been out of things but it’s a nice place

Location is just meh. Experience varies a lot based on who is running the drive-thru that particular day. Online delivery orders are hit and miss with there often being missed/forgotten items. Overall it’s a Taco Bell with Taco Bell quality food. Service could be better.

Never gives me enough fire sauce and I always ask for mild but they just give me hot and fire sauce. They input it into the computer now and they still can't get it right. I spend 30 dollars on my order and you only give me 6 packs of sauce. Stop being stingy. I asked for extra, if you don't want to give me extra when your rule is 2 sauces per item then charge me for extra. Instead you give me not enough and the wrong kind. Enjoy your 1 star. Too bad I can't give you 0.

Lately, the service has been better, and they have been getting our order right. Normally, this location is terrible at that. They also put less meat and other ingredients than other taco bells in the area.

For the amount of money, I can. Go to a Mexican restaurant and get a larger and tastier quantity of food. But when in a hurry, it will fill the void.

This is Taco Bell. But as far as fast food goes, there's plenty of options, you get exactly what it says your getting. It's simple food for inexpensive prices. I spent $24 fed 3 people and had leftovers yes that included desserts. If u want spicy u can have it and if u don't that's ok too. Meatless is also an option, if you don't eat red meat your still ok. Coffee, cold drinks and even frozen drinks. I don't eat fast food often but when I do, I choose Taco Bell.

Business hours need to be updated, since obviously they don’t close at 1 A.M. Came here 2 nights in a row after work and both times they were closed at 12:05 but has a different closing time. Cars parked outside but drive-thru closed. That is very inconvenient to customers

Drive through: Always fast, friendly and accurate. I don't think I have any negatives about it. Dine in: This is where things have gone wrong. We walked in and was immediately pointed to the kiosk. First off, I HATE technology. So we go over and order. It took a while to figure out some things, like how to get a soft taco instead of a crunchy taco, but we finally placed our order. It would've been faster if there had been someone at the register. Then, because we were paying cash, we had to stand and wait for the cashier, who was busy with drive through. After the cashier arrived, we were informed they have no ZERO sugar soda, only diet coke in stock. Okay, the kiosk said they had Pepsi ZERO. If I had known that they didn't actually have any, I wouldn't have ordered a meal. We finally received our food and it was good. The nachos I ordered were correct and plenty of toppings. Bottom line, if you want to dine in, it's faster to go through drive through and get your food, then come in and sit down. Also, they disabled the soda machine so you have to ask for refills now. I guess that's just another way to cut costs. Get rid of positions and limit products. Went to drive through... Glad we can see the menu board. Lol

For one this Taco Bell can’t get a order right to save their life. Two when you ask for the missing food they tell you that you didn’t order it, like I said a box why did you hand me only one thing from the box and then not hand you your receipt? But what ever

Came here this morning for breakfast after a horrible experience at the Taco Bell in Belleview .Jacob did a wonderful job taking my order and being polite and Bellevue really needs to take notes from this Taco Bell!

Ordered two beefy 5 layer burritos with potatos added for 75 cents. I got 3 potato squares per burrito, not worth 75 cents. I called and complained and got replacements the next day (would have been fine with my 1.50 back) and they didn't put any meat on the burritos. When I called and spoke to the manager to suggest they retrain or train more he was completely silent and mumbled sorry.

I haven't been here since they took out kfc. They used to get my order wrong all the time. This time I got the right order, but they forgot my fire sauce I had to go back through the drive thru to get it. It seems that being independent from kfc made them focus more on just one thing and that's making tacos and getting the orders right. I gave then 3 stars because I had to use my expensive gold fuel (aka gas) to drive back to get my complete order. The food was good and hot except for the chalupa. I don't understand why chalupas are always cold, and they are usually pale.

I feel like this Maricamp location is ripping people off. If you don’t agree to their 50 cents double meat, they give you such a small amount of meat you barely taste it. I see other comments having this same experience. Chulupas are already about $5, so why skimp customers on the meat??? I will attach a picture to show the small amount of meat they put in mine. There was a time they give the correct amount of meat which is why I loved the Chulupas. It should look like the pictures you advertise, not like a wrapped up bunch of lettuce. Treat your customers right Taco Bell Maricamp location!!!
