One of our favorites. Authentic Greek food made to order, with many appetizers and great desserts, both Greek and non-Greek. Great service, too, and a cheerful greeting when you walk in. Good people, great food, great service. We don't go as often because of the surcharge on credit card payments, which adds 3.5% to the check. No issue with menu prices, that's understandable, but surcharges hurt the servers, because such charges comes out of tips. I shouldn't pay more because I don't use cash.

Went to Mediterranean Bistro with girlfriends for a casual dinner. It was a Tuesday night and I made reservations due to the size of our group. We were seated right away. The restaurant is not large so I would seriously suggest a reservation regardless of your size. It is narrow but goes fairly far back. We ordered spanikopita, gyros, grilled lemon chicken, and lemon soup. The portions are huge. The spanikopita was a crowd pleaser. Would definitely order just that to go for a lunch. The lemon soup was excellent as well. Most of our meals came with potatoes but maybe had been overcooked just a bit. Given how good everything else was I would believe this was an exception not a rule. The staff was also excellent. They were very helpful to us since we had not been there before. We also had a variety of the desserts which were great. The chocolate cake was the hands down winner, but no one complained.

I live local and order the chicken platter to go. It seriously is big enough for two. I love the green beans and lemon potatoes. I put half away and save my salad for lunch tomorrow with some grilled chicken on it. I think next time I will try the appetizer platter. Yum

Small but quaint spot. Friendly staff. 6 of us went...called ahead for table. We all enjoyed our food...gyros, Greek salad, chicken, green beans with lemon potatoes & chicken salad on pita. All items were delicious.

Excellent authentic Greek cuisine! We had the sampler appetizer followed by Pistachio(Greek Lasagna), Beef/Lamb Gyro and Spanakopita. Also wonderful desserts. Service was exemplary without being intrusive. Great experience.

The reviews were great so we went since we like Greek food. The food was very mediocre. The gyro plate was just ok. The lentil soup was waaaay too greasy. We had to scoop oil out. Needless to say it was $4 for a cup! The place itself is way outdated. What it lacks in the quality of food extends to the decor as well. 3 stars for the service. Our waitress was very hospitable and professional. We will not be returning.

Wonderful, authentic Greek cuisine. The salads and the dinner platters are superb. The owner and wait staff are very friendly and welcoming. If you are in the Grand Strand and crave Mediterranean food, this is hands-down your go to restaurant.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough; there's nothing I've ordered here that isn't better than anywhere else I've ordered it. I highly recommend their Philly cheesesteak, their baklava, and of course their gyros. The staff are always friendly and happy to serve, the atmosphere is comfortable, maybe crowded sometimes, but it's never an unhappy crowd; you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. I promise you won't find a better Mediterranean eatery on the coast. Trust me on this one y'all, you won't regret it

Don't let the location fool you this is the best Greek food in the area! We have loved everything we've tried on the menu and much better quality than some of the other Greek and Mediterranean places around Myrtle Beach.

No need to go anywhere else for the best Greek food.

Truly a hidden gem! I have never eaten in the resturant so I can't speak on the atmosphere or service, but the food speaks for itself. I've always done to go's for a quick and tasty lunch. The folks have always been friendly and very helpful. Their lemon orzo soup is fabulous. But the real winner is their Greek salmon salad. The salmon is cooked to temp, very well seasoned and skin off. Their salads are incredible and about as fresh as they can be!

This is a great local spot we found and go there whenever we are in the area. Food is made fresh and is always great. Nothing fancy, but it has its own cultural charm. It is normally busy with lots of locals, so that's always a good sign.

Fantastic food in a Quant setting. The grilled chicken gyro was outstanding. The Philly cheesesteak was delicious. A tasty selection of Greek pastries as well. We were in Myrtle Beach for 2 days and had lunch here both days. Definitely will be back.

Deserve six stars. We ordered takeout and just getting takeout. The service was so great and the lady at the front was so kind I wish we had dined in. Got the sampler which was incredible. All the meat was season and cooked to perfection. Also got pasticio (Greek lasagna) and it was a whole family favorite. The place looks small so we decided to do takeout. But when I walked in it was such a cute little restaurant. Looks like it would be great to dine in also. Also, the baklava cheesecake was wonderful. If you look up and see this place give it a try. Don’t pay attention to the outside or that it’s next to a Circle K. One of the better food experiences we had while in Myrtle Beach on this trip. We will be back again.

Delicious food at a reasonable price with very friendly service.

Delicious lunch. Portions could be bigger for the price. Hummus and Baba Ghanoush very tasty served with carrots celery and some slices of pita bread. Lentil soup was good and beef lamb gyro also good. All in all pretty good meal I would like to try the meatballs.

This restaurant alone makes us want to move to MB. Some of the best Greek food either of us have had. It's always so hard to decide on what to order because everything is AMAZING. If you're unsure, go with the sampler platter! The owners are so kind, staff is always friendly and attentive. 15/10

The food was fantastic. Try the sampler platter (enough for 2 or more). You will not regret it. Large portions. Best tasting, tender chicken breast I've ever had. Pita bread is served warm! We will definitely be visiting again. The full tables on an off-season Tuesday evening told me that it would be good.

We had an absolutely terrific meal. Since it was our first time here, we devoted to split the sample plate, which included Pastichio, Mousaka, gyro meat, grilled chicken, and souvlaki. The meats melted in our mouths! Everything was so good that I don't know what I will order the next time! We also had toramisu and baclava for dessert. Yum!! We will definitely come back!!!

Great place for a meal. The gyro meat is amazing. The topping on the pita is fantastic as well. Loved to Dolmas and Sheila took amazing care of us. And the tea is good too!!!

Love this restaurant - quality food. Pricing is on the high side, but the food if fresh and home made so it's worth it. Love the myriad of deserts available here especially my Kadeifi. Highly recommend eating in v. eating out just because the food is fresher that way.

Excellent food mostly Greek in flavor but there are some other choices. If you go try the Greek coffee it is very strong and very good. I like everything on the menu.

Best Mediterranean restaurant in Myrtle beach!! Love their chicken lemon soup, lemon potatoes, fresh greek salad, lamb and beef meat, tzatziki sauce, everything! 😄 I’m local, so at this point I tried pretty much everything from their menu. Service is always great, the interior is really authentic , you can hear greek music in the background, but I honestly always come back because of the good food. They also have a huge selection of desserts, tried cannoli and cheesecake baklava so far, it was really tasty. Five star!

Amazing food! The Gyro’s are out of this world and all the deserts are stunning with taste and Presentation! The waitress was the sweetest she was so considerate and was quick on her feet with orders! Highly recommend!

Got the Greek salad with grilled chicken. It was a big salad couldn't eat all of it. Saved the rest for dinner.

The food was amazing. The service was spot on, even though they were extremely busy. We were a party of seven, entire order was accurate from water without ice to side salad without olives.

We found this place because where we planned to go was closed. This is a small quaint place and we had a fairly large party (7) one of which was a child. The waitress did a fantastic job of taking care of us even though they were already busy. The food was delicious, service was prompt and the price was very reasonable for the food quality, quantity and service. We had an appetizer, 7 entries and 4 desserts. I will be going back.

Great food. Wonderful variety of menu items. Friendly, attentive wait staff. This restaurant has become one of our "must stop here " places when we travel.

I thought it'd be a bit more extravagant, but it looked like a common pizzeria converted too like a meditarain hot spot. I ordered a salad with grilled shrimp, and immediately knew it was frozen shrimp thawed for cooking. Obviously the kitchen didn't realize you can end up overcooking shrimp till the taste like you're eating rubber. It was awful. Now my wife's dish with strips of seasoned lamb, was excellent. The rice was good with vegetables. I would return maybe and try d Something different, but not shrimp.

This is my go to for some good hummus, gyro, and great service! After trying this place a few months ago I have gone several times to either sit down and enjoy a meal with someone or to pick up lunch during the week. The staff is attentive and kind. The food is AMAZING! It is always fresh and the taste is authentic. I recommend the chicken gyro as well as an appetizer of hummus. It is my comfort food for sure. Give this hidden gem a try!
