Love 💗 the fresh brewed coffee I’ve had here! Various choices available too! Cinnamon rolls are excellent & it’s a very cozy comfortable atmosphere to sit down and enjoy with your guests!

Every time we visit, it’s on a whim. The service is so accommodating to dietary restrictions. I ordered a vegan breakfast burrito that was made with love and tasted divine. The staff is incredibly kind and nurturing.

I love Mercer’s! The coffee is the best I’ve found in the area. The owner and staff are friendly and efficient. Not many coffee shops have a 32 oz option, but Mercer’s does and it’s my go-to every time. I recommend Mercer’s to anyone living in the area or visiting!

First time trying Mercer's a few weeks ago and it did not disappoint! I got a coconut iced latte and it was summer in a cup!

Just had the most heavenly spiced chai latte and as an avid tea drinker, I highly recommend this café. It's the perfect package with their friendly staff, cozy seating arrangements, and of course their amazing chai.

What a great local coffee shop, offering delicious drinks and treats. Additionally, prices matched the friendly service recieved and the relaxing atmosphere.

If you really want the best, tastiest, freshest coffee around, this is the place. Very friendly staff as well.

Omg what an adorable place! Their coffee actually tastes like something, and the bagel sandwiches are really enjoyable. Even if crowded, order your coffee and food, and have a seat in one of their old and mushy comfortable couches or chairs... don't miss this place!

My wife and I were down here for Spring Training and I just picked a random coffee place not knowing that this would be the best chai latte I’ve ever had! Super friendly staff, they treat you like you’re a local. Comfortable seating, delicious breakfast treats, we would be here every day if we lived here! Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere & delicious chai.

Love the atmosphere! Reminds me of back home. You can clearly tell they care for each person who comes in. We even witnessed a birthday celebration from the staff!

Never have I felt more welcomed somewhere, especially so early in the morning -- I've been met with nothing but smiles and genuine excitement for serving up good food and delicious coffee. Y'all make my morning each time I step through the door, and I'm really glad I decided to make Mercer's my go-to coffee spot before heading into work during my visit here. HIGHLY recommend.

I had a honey spiced Chai latte with lavender and extra espresso, along with a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was amazing, and the barista and crew were engaging and funny. The café was cute and comfortable, small but with great seating spaces. I won't be in this area long but I will definitely try to visit again! So good!

We scoped this spot out online before stopping as we are visiting from Iowa. We are so happy we stopped!! The staff treated us like we were guests of honor, the prices were very fair, and the drinks were fantastic! I personally enjoyed raspberry white chocolate cold brew. It's comfy and cozy to sit in here. The food looked delicious, but we didn't eat. If I lived here, I would be here every single day.

Nice coffee shop. Line to order was quite long, but moved quickly. Coffee and bagel breakfast sandwich were fresh and staff was friendly. Prices were a little higher than what I normally pay. We reserved a table for a small get together for 6 people and staff was very accommodating.

I ordered the broccoli and cheese quiche with a caramel brûlée latte. they were both delicious. I loved the cozy cafe atmosphere, and the staff were kind and funny. It was very quick too, as soon as I sat down my drink was ready and once I sat again someone was bringing me my food.

CUTE, COZY and DELICIOUS! Mercer's Cafe has been my go to coffee shops for years. The coffee quality is incredible, and they have the friendliest staff. New owner, Jackie has made it a cute place to sit down and relax or just get your coffee to go. Joel, will become your favorite barista. You won't regret coming in!

Great little gem. Mercers is a cozy coffee shop with a limited food menu. I meet students here for private classes and often see other small groups meeting up. I highly recommend Mercers. I'm a basic coffee guy, I don't get into the 9 ingredient drinks so I can't somment on that, but the iced coffee with cream and equal is great.

This place is a delightful hidden gem! So glad we stumbled upon it while we were in Punta Gorda. The coffee could not BE more delicious and the atmosphere is comfy cozy! Tucked in a little strip mall, is this charming, warm and friendly coffee/tea shop serving fresh roasted coffee and Rishi tea. Their oatmeal raisin cookies were divine, as well. I loved my Blueberry Roobios tea and my friends loved our French press Costa Rican coffee. A hidden gem. The music playing in the background was light - very lovely.

Ordered a Blackberry White Chocolate Mocha, and it was sublime! My partner ordered a London Fog with the Lavander Earl Grey tea blend, and he gave it a 7.5/10. The fresh baked almond croissant tasted perfectly fresh and homemade. Excellent service. Comfy atmosphere.

This place is so comfy, feels like home only i don't have to clean. This as our favorite coffee place in town.

This is our go-to coffee shop when we visit the area. Top notch espresso drinks, friendly people, and inviting seating. Don’t miss this place if you are looking for a quality caffeine fix. The oat milk iced lattes in particular are really well done.

I love just about any coffee shop, and I love just about any decent coffee and coffee drinks. I am, however, seldom truly impressed by the coffee itself. Easily some of the best black coffee I've ever had. It's delicious coffee and brewed well. Staff were great and such a homey atmosphere isn't common in coffee shops here in Florida. This shop will definitely be a staple of my time in this area.

yeah this is all good but only one thing this place does not work for the working man's business hours we have to generally be to work at 7:00 you guys don't open up soon enough for us Carpenters electricians plumbers etc but anyway

This is My favorite coffee shop. The two guys at the counter are alway appropriate and fun, and the hot coffee is phenomenal with good descriptions of the boldness/taste/acidity. They have low acidity coffee that’s good for acid reflux. If I didn’t live 1 hour away, I’d be a regular. Also the pastries are just as good!

The quadruple cappuccino is da woke bomb! Hearty Muffins freshly made at the cafe and a personable fun guy Joel as your brewmaster and server makes for a homey welcoming place. I also had a toasted unholey pumpernickel buttered bagel served with a slice of orange which made me smile. This is my go to place when I am in town for a nice warm real mug of good wholesome coffee.

My first time coming here and wow. WOW! I wasn’t really sure how to order my “usual” at a new place, but I told the barista what I like and he nailed it. And with a smile that could change your whole day around. Best iced coffee I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to come back!!

Great first experience at Mercer’s the other day with my wife. I chit-chatted with the owner while he worked on our drinks. He is a military veteran and enjoys roasting coffee. The Heath bar cookie was truly delicious. Will definitely be back.

When I’m in Port Charlotte I like coming to this place. Today we came to have breakfast and coffee but the cook was not there. So I went and got some bagels from a nearby shop and the owner did not let us eat it there though we bought coffee and suites from Mercer café. He asked my mom to sit outside at the table and not inside in the AC. This is not proper customer service.

We always have a wonderful experience here. Our boys love the relaxing living room vibe and the coffee is simply fantastic. Joel always makes you feel right at home, and does a great job working with our large orders. Having toddlers is tough, but having Mercer's around always makes our weekends just a little bit easier.

My 5 month old didn’t sleep the night before and I needed a strong coffee! And let me tell you this coffee spot is on point. They helped me pick a coffee that would keep me going all day. 10 stars all around. Not to mention there pastry’s and bagels were out of this world. Super nice staff will be back

Absolutely quaint, friendly and welcoming hometown coffee shop. But, not only does it have a great coffee shop feel but they import and toast specialty, unique coffee beans onsite - and Wayne makes the best blends! It’s all about quality! Forget Starbucks! One stop at Mercer’s and I guarantee you’ll be back for more!
