I forgot to ride a review when I was there. I was there in June. 2024. I'm a big coffee person. I come from New York.The atmosphere is absolutely adorable if you love Harry Potter or anything of this sort like that. The coffee was absolutely amazing. I made a mistake and ordered the hazelnut latte with oatmil. I didn't know it was oatmilk until I read the menu again and I was shocked how much I liked it. But if you around the area go check it out definitely worth going and worth taking pictures. The staff is absolutely friendly and kind and humble. I actually can't wait to go back to Florida and that's one of my first stops.

Awesome coffee! Great interior design. The service was quick and the coffee was delicious. Trying them once won’t be enough!

What a cute coffee shop! For those who know me my favorite Disney Movie is 20000 Leagues Under the Sea, and they are steampunk and aquatic themed! I love all the little touches of the early 1900s and was pleasantly surprised by the interactive parts (you'll have to go to find out what they are ;) ) Hillary (the owner) was so kind and welcoming and happy to show me around the shop :) I got the Irishman latte and shamrock cake pop - both which were excellent! I highly recommend taking a day to explore Tavares and grab a coffee here as you explore around!

Lovely place with a wonderful atmosphere, pleasant staff, and excellent baked goods. However, the coffee was nothing more than flavored water. It was extremely weak. We tried multiple different brews, iced, cold brew, drip, espresso and all with the same result...the weakest brew possible.

The atmosphere/ambiance is really clever and unique. The menu is very creative as well. Definitely loved the festive eggnog chai latte! Can’t believe I didn’t pop in sooner, definitely a fantastic experience all around.

Cute coffee shop that really sticks to the theme, down to the very cool light switch in the bathroom. Coffe and hot chocolate were very good and the seating was comfortable.

I love this place. Never leave, PLEASE. The unique monthly menus are so creative. This concept is PHENOMENAL, and in a perfect location as well!

Wow. When you walk in here you immediately get a sense you are in a different time. The owner definitely took their time to perfect the ambiance of such a place called Nautilus. The baristas were exceptional! The coffee, amazing. May be tmi, but the bathroom too is neat with its fixtures, images and light switch! I would highly recommend this place to any level of coffee drinker. You will not leave disappointed and feel like you did a quick walk through a nautical museum.

This coffee shop gives you the Orlando feel without the drive. The steampunk theme is so unique with all the vintage decor. The cold brew and bourbon pecan latte were excellent. The male barista checked on us if we needed a refill or snack while we relaxed. We can't wait to come back to try the other seasonal drinks!

I liked the place, very chilling, nice decoration, the cashier was nice and helpful, but I am a big coffee lover and the coffee was nothing especial and pricey. Like being in an upscale Starbucks. $8.60 for an ice coffee not worthy and too much ice.

Awesome little coffee shop tucked away on the lower level of a building. The steampunk-esk decor and darker colors definitely give a nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff member who helped me was kind and very helpful (I walked in unsure of what I was getting, and recently dairy free 🙃). I should also note I’m not a big coffee drinker, but got their Seaplane Lemonade, which is super tasty! It has a nice refreshing taste.

The coffee is your standard stuff, but the specialty drinks are unique. The atmosphere is 10/10. I keep coming back for the cool vibes.

I'm pretty sure they only stay in business because of the excellent decir and location. The coffee was pretty weak and of low quality.

Best Coffee in town. Great owners, We were able to sit down with at their bar nearby. The Cold Brew was so smooth. Best variety of flavors. Get there!

Lavender Vanilla Latte was delicious!!!

I’ve been here a few times and each time the coffee is delicious! Very flavorful and well priced. The one time it wasn’t sweet enough for me, the barista as very accommodating and gave me some extra sweetener. The added pastry case is a nice touch, too!

What a great coffee shop! It’s refreshing to see a small business invest in ambience, branding, and a consistent experience. And the coffee was excellent!

The decor is so well done. It really transports you another time. The couches and chairs were also so welcoming and comfortable! We tried the passion orange gauva tea and the blueberry vanilla oatmilk shaken espresso! Along with a cinnamon roll. Everything was excellent. We will definitely be back i highly recommend. Bravo!

This place is absolutely adorable! I’ve been traveling all over Florida and one of my favorite things is to try out local coffee shops. This one is in my top 3 that I’ve tried new this year. She has different specials each month, (oat Mille and almond milk alternatives which I always need) the decor is very interesting and actually tells a story. I tried a snickerdoodle iced coffee and it was perfect! If you are in this area, you should try this place.

I went with a friend to visit Nautilis coffee on Sunday morning. We came in the door just before 8:30, and there were about 15 other people in there. It was a little crowded, but there was plenty of seating inside and out. I ordered a toffee nut oat milk espresso and my friend got the snickers. I totally forgot to take a picture of hers, so I’m not sure of what it was. It was one of their specials for the day. The cafe does an amazing job of advertising their specials. Both outside the front door, and behind the register. My drink was really good, and I did drink the entire thing, which is not usual for me. Price wise, it was much more reasonable than larger coffee chains. Also, being on a lake, makes it an entertaining place to grab a cup. They did not shout our names across the restaurant, but brought us our drinks instead. That was nice. I will absolutely be coming back here. It’s a little bit of a drive for a cup of coffee, but honestly, I think it was worth it. EDIT/UPDATE: Thank you NCC for your reply to my original review. I am a socially awkward person and often misinterpret awkwardness. I am so sorry for what she might have gone through. I can absolutely understand that life has a way of effecting us on a deep level, and sometimes, we just have to push through. I have updated here and changed to 5 stars, as you are right, that should not have any baring on this, as it was my own emotions and perception at play. That had nothing to do with her. Nautilus is a fantastic place for a latte. The inside reminds me of being in a cave under the ocean where there are relics from those who came before. Look for the hidden button that moves the crate across the ceiling and the loading hook. Check out the driver's helmet and the nautical decor. Beautiful building and the coffee ranks up there with any reputable coffee shop. Oh ya, it's in the seaplane capital of the world too. So grab your coffee and take a stroll along lake Dora nearby and watch the seaplanes take off. It's a great time.

This is a cute little coffee shop that has a relaxing atmosphere and great coffee. I ordered a cold brew coffee and it was really good. Hubby ordered something with raspberry ( a Valentine's special maybe?) and he loved it. I loved the surrounding area. If we had more time I would have loved to explore the area more.

Hotel coffee sucks. Grabbed a honey pecan latte no ice to stash in the mini fridge to save for morning. Neat shop. Follow up, coffee was fantastic even the next day and you saved my morning!!!
