Had our monthly ladies luncheon there, it was new experience for all of us. our party was about 12 , flatbread took a long time to come out.

All the tapas we tried had excellent flavor and presentation! Already planning our next dining experience at Ole Spanish Tapas.

Food was excellent and service was fast. I want to go back during the week for their lunch

Authentic and artistic presentation

Stopped in for lunch when I was in the area and was pleasantly surprised by this gem near the Tavares waterfront. Very impressive variety of Tapas options that made choosing very difficult - I had the octopus (pulpo a la parrilla), mixed seafood in sauce (cazuela de marisco) and for dessert the Spanish-style pannacotta (cuajada y mango). They were all excellent and perfectly cooked/seasoned - I’ll definitely be coming back to try the other items soon! They’re currently working through the liquor licensing process but said people are welcome to bring their own bottle of wine to have with the food (at least until they get the license). I’d just confirm again before you go!

This was a fun dinner date with great tasting food and something different. I loved the grilled octopus with potatoes. The waitress was very attentive and described the food so we could really enjoy it. We will be back to try more!!

Authentic Spanish food from my experiences in Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, Sitges, and Cadaques. Bravo on the Octopus, Calamari, Oxtail. Service was fantastic Johnny! Liquor license will be well received. Needs better lighting at tables, lower the lights for ambiance or each table with some light. Artwork in time would be nice. Looking forward to trying EVERYTHING!

First time dining here, great food and service! Will be coming back to try other dishes.

Just got home from an INCREDIBLE meal. Service, food and atmosphere were a lot more than we expected. The cold meats and cheese appetizer was fresh and delicious. The seafood and lobster with 2 lobsters paella was to die for. BRAVO folks. You outdid yourselves. We WILL be back.

Service was excellent our waiter recommended many dishes that were outstanding. I had the oxtail, and it was falling off the bone. It. reheated nicely because there is so much I couldn’t eat it all. I also had the roasted peppers which were crisp and delicious. The special Spanish ham seems almost too good to be true. You don’t get a large amount but you don’t need a large amount. My table mates had tapas which I’m going to get next time for sure. There is so many good choices. I’ll be back.

Unique, fresh, delicious food! Listened to live music from across the street. Could see the marina and lake. Kat our server was terrific and the food came out fast. Best food in Tavares.

A wonderful place, travel to Spain through some outstanding food. Excellent service. I return without doubt. I love him.

Don’t go out to dinner much local restaurants tend to disappoint, but ole Spanish tapas was a dining experience I will remember. Five star food. Have great hopes for this restaurant to become a staple in the community. With a success, they will create a dining atmosphere that matches the amazing food.

Went for a girls night and had the tapas. The food was delicious and more generous portion sizes for tapas. There was live Spanish music which was a nice add to the ambiance.

I was very glad to come in for the first time. The food and people were amazing. I will be back.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful array of Spanish delights. The sautéed shrimp, potato bravas, mixed meat/cheese plate, meatballs were all fresh and fabulous. Bursting with flavor. Wide selection of dishes for all to choose, including paella. The desert of creama castellana was also delicious. Yummy, yummy! Service was outstanding and very attentive. Looking forward to going back!

Food was fresh and delicious. Service was great. I had veal cheek with goat cheese. Extremely tender as stated. My husband had the rack of lamb and again perfect dish. Now the Best part of our meal the side of sautéed mushrooms. I will go back to have just this again and again. We frequent the owners Cuban restaurant but by far this one has brought a healthy version to eating too Tavares. Only one dish was just OK and that was the calamari. Maybe I just don't like it that crispy. This place is a must try for sure

I went with a friend and everything we had was delicious! We each had the salad with avocado. The serving was huge, easily large enough to share! It was fresh and lightly dressed. My friend had a tapas and I had the veal dish. Again, servings were very generous and the veal was tender and delish!! We will certainly be back! (regarding no liquor...you can step next door and purchase alcohol "to go" and bring back to the restaurant.)

Went yesterday with my wife we had the mixed plate, ham croquettes, stuffed peppers and the ribeye &New Zealand lamb all was awesome, tasty worth it! Our server Cat was amazing such a wonderful vibe! Will definitely go again!

We had a great experience at this new restaurant in Tavares. Authentic food, everything we tried was delicious. The service was great, very personal and attentive. Can’t wait to visit again.

I was quite surprised and impressed to find such authentic Spanish cuisine, not to mention right in my own town! The presentation, freshness and layers of flavor with all that we ordered was truly impressive. Jon was awesome, so knowledgeable about the entire menu and preparation. Really looking forward to trying everything on their rather extensive menu. Hopefully the craft cocktails and live music will be coming soon. You are sure to enjoy such delicious offerings, a unique blend of culinary artistry without having to travel to Spain!! Ole!!

Fabulous food ! Staff was wonderful. Catherine was so helpful and manager was great to chat with. We will be back.

We went for lunch today for their soft opening. The place is spotless (even the restroom). They had beautiful Spanish music playing and the food was DELICIOUS. They don't have their liquor license yet but we didn't care. Tommy, our server, was very friendly and gave us fantastic suggestions. The food came well within a reasonable time. It's so refreshing to have a new type of cuisine around and yummy good at that. We will be back!

So far so good! Tried croquetas de jamon, batatas bravas, tortilla espanola, seafood paella, and a mango pannacotta esq dessert with candy floss. No wrong answers here. Will definitely come back to try some of the other tapas and lunch menu!

Great paella! Try the tomato bread as well. I just came back from Spain, and this place made me feel I didn’t miss a thing. Service was great also!

Amazing food that's made authentically and with tons of care. We had Paella and a few tapas and we're leaving full and happy. The Paella says it's for 2, but 4 people can eat on it easily if you get Tapas as well.
