It was our first time dining with Noom Thai Bistro, and everything was perfect! The food was the best we've had in a long time, the service impeccable, and the staff so incredibly friendly! We will be back! Don't pass on this gem of a restaurant!

Noom is one of Jacksonville’s hidden gems! If you enjoy Thai food as much as we do, you really must give them a try. This was our second visit in as many weeks and every dish has been delicious. The service is also excellent. We will return soon!

Food are so good. Severs are so nice it was a wonderful experience dining with them. Food is so Authentic 😋 and so good. I got the yellow curry chicken was so good and my Fiance got shrimp pad Thai 😋 so good 👍

Inside smelled like strong chemicals like they just mopped or something. That was a bit off putting. Other than that. Quiet & relaxing place to grab a bite to eat. Food was okay. Not anything special like places I’ve been to before. I ordered the pad see ew mild. Maybe some other menu items are better.

The best Thai food I've had in a long time! I went simple and had the Pad Thai while my wife ordered the Massaman Curry. For dessert she got the mango sticky rice and I got the black rice pudding. Everything was great and they allow you to order to your preferred level of spiciness. The staff was tremendous and would give recommendations if requested. I hope I have the chance to return this week. Try the Magic Tea. Returned multiple times since our first and have never been disappointed. Most of the time I try something new. I love that order to your level of spiciness, mine tonight was a 4 while my wife is a 0-1. The ginger stir fry is great with chicken but is not gluten-free, if you have a sensitivity.

Dee and her husband are very hospitable! Their recommendations were also quite spot. As the appetizer, I ordered the crab Rangoon. Amazing! Then, I ordered the Massaman w/ beef and I have no regrets!! My go to has always been the green curry, but now I think I have a new favorite! But I can't forget the cherry on top; the mango w/ sticky rice. So good!! 10/10 Highly recommend =)

Really enjoyed this spot that has a mixture of Japanese and Thai cuisine. In a strip mall lighted up like the red light district, sits this gem of a Thai restaurant. Service was impeccable and the food delicious. For starters, we tried the “pp Tray” which had a smattering of different appetizers to try. It was a good way to be introduced to Noom Thai’s cuisine. So what about the food: Three sauces served with the app tray - **Plum Sauce - sweet and tangy sauce, loved it **Shrimp Sauce - yes, Japanese shrimp sauce **Sweet Chili Sauce - traditional Thai sweet chili Crab Rangoon - delicious version of the Rangoon, favorite of the table. Egg rolls - tightly rolled mini egg rolls. Shrimp rolls - marinated shrimp wrapped and deep fried, I missed the marinade, so this one fell flat for me. Pineapple fried rice - a nice mix of sweet and savory. Basil Stir Fry - good stir fry with a side of rice, lots of veggies in this dish. Massaman Curry - dish fell a little flat for our table. Red Curry - got this dish spiced up, my wife loved it. Basil Fried Rice - another solid hit for us. Mango Sticky Rice - perfect preparation of sweet and sticky rice, with fresh sliced mango. As I mentioned, service was excellent and it was fun to have a mixture of Japanese and Thai foods.

I rarely write reviews, but I found this gem while traveling for work in Jacksonville. Fantastic fresh food and flavor. I had the ginger chicken (I love spicy). I got Thai hot and it was hands down the best! It's very hard to get heat and still keep flavors in the dish, but they did it. The owner was very sweet and I loved it so much I came back the next day for another amazing dish. I now have a got too spot traveling through Jacksonville.

Nice Thai restaurant in the neighborhood. Their food was much better than other Thai places I tried in Jacksonville. Also the owner lady was super sweet for my toddler and gave him a special dish and shrimp sauce. He loved them. Friendly and nice local restaurant.

This is an amazing family owned Thai restaurant! The service and atmosphere are good, but the food is extraordinary! The wonderful and sweet owner makes your food to order and ensures that it is cooked the way you want it. My curry was made to perfection, the spring rolls were delicious, and the mango and sweet rice was probably the best I've ever had. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

We drove through Jacksonville on a trip. We stopped at this highly rated Thai restaurant. It’s fabulous! They cater to any dietary needs as everything is made fresh. This place is a real find that we will visit again for sure! Excellent service too!

Loved the food here and will definitely be back! My son and I shared the crab rangoon and lampia rolls, I had the shrimp ginger stir fry and he had chicken yellow curry...all was great. Looking forward to trying other dishes in future visitS!

So hear me out! This is NOW my new FAVORITE Thai spot🤩. Family owned and ran. It's a true hidden GEM💎 ! I ordered the Red (Panang) curry, shrimp rolls, and "Magic Drink." My partner ordered the Massaman Curry, Krab Ragoons, and Thai tea. First off, EVERYTHING ordered was deeeeeeeee-lish! Their Krab ragoons are by far THE BEST I've had here in the city! Made with real crab meat in a savory cream sauce🤤. They're paired with a sweet chili sauce, HOWEVER I love them with the HOMEMADE plum sauce (that's normally paired w/ their Shrimp rolls). We had the Level 2 spice for both of our curries, which had just the right amount of kick without feeling like a wuss. You get a good amount as well, and you're able to customize the curry you choose, so add as much or as little as you please. Another honorable mention would be the chicken satay appetizer, which comes with 2 sauces, one which is a peanut based sauce and one which is a refreshing, semi-sweet cucumber sauce that is well balanced. *Please note that the pictures provided were AFTER everything had been demolished and annihilated. Sorry.

Really enjoyed our dinner here, so good! We started with an appetizer of the crab ragoon. Probably some of the most deliciously and uniquely flavored ones I've had. We also got the magic drink, refreshing and tasty. Dinner was pineapple rice with chicken and chicken pad thai, both had a great flavor. We didn't opt for too spicy, but I appreciated that it was all still packed with flavor. Great customer service, they checked on us frequently and were friendly. We will be adding this into our normal routine of places!

We took 2 curry meals to go and they were outstanding!! We’ve enjoyed our fair share of curry from a dozen or more Thai restaurants the last few years and let me tell you what, their curry was notably the most delicious!

I ordered drunken noodles with tofu and told of the vegan option in case I did not eat fish sauce. Very appreciated touch for us vegetarians! Side of chili oil was awesome and all food was fresh. Spice was exactly as ordered (medium for me and mild for others in my party). While the appearance of the surrounding area and inside the restaurant are a bit worn, this was the best Thai food I have had in Jacksonville. Will most definitely be back!

This place was amazing! Honestly, I have never had better service at a restaurant. The place was decorated nicely and the food was amazing. I personally ordered the Massaman curry pictured below. Even though I’m not typically a fan of Thai food, I will absolutely come again (although I will probably order the Pad Thai next time, I tend to prefer pasta). My only comment would be that the bathrooms should be checked a little more frequently. Overall, INCREDIBLE little place that does not get enough credit.

After reading all the positive reviews we wanted to give it a try. What a great experience. First of all the service was excellent. Every question we had was patiently and friendly answered. The food was delicious. Very well prepared with fresh ingredients. It is not a fancy restaurant, but if you love good food I would highly recommend it. If we are ever back in the area we will make sure to visit again.

Best Shrimp Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Fantastic spice and heat. I tried 4 of 5 stars they called spicy enough for small Thai child -wow. So glad I didn’t try Adult level 5 lol. Awesome service - highly friendly and very attentive to making sure I had everything I needed eg extra sauces, peanuts, plum wine etc. I’m just visiting the Jacksonville area but I highly recommend this restaurant.

We ate at Noom for the first time. We will definitely be returning. My wife and I got 2 different curries, red and green. We both thought they were the tastiest we've ever had. My son got pad Thai, and they were super accommodating about his shellfish allergy. Everything was fresh made to order and super flavorful. Oh yeah and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Thanks for the great dinner!

Great little Thai place off Highway. Very quick service and the waitress asked questions to make sure the meal was to our liking Satay was just okay. Would pass out that appetizer. Thai Tre was delicious and refreshing. Chicken Pad Thai was also good and big enough to share. Overall we appreciated the service and a good meal

Red Curry was delicious. Crab Rangoons were very good as well. Thai iced tea was perfect compliment to the Red Curry. Go my meal to go but the restaurant has a clean, wonderful interior. Very pleasant customer service. Would recommend!

Absolutely delicious!! The food was so fresh and well spiced (in flavor not just heat). We ordered yellow curry, cashew pineapple (with noodles), mango sticky rice, and crab Rangoon (ended up ordering another one!) We even got to chat with the owners (small family owned), who were just great. Will definitely be back soon!

The food at Noom is absolutely delicious and full of flavor! The service was very considerate and kind. They even thought to ask about our vegetarian preferences when we asked for tofu in our dishes. Our food came out quickly and was at the right temperatures. Our soup spice levels were accidentally mixed up and we had already left, the owners offered to remake the soup and deliver it to us locally! Definitely will come back next time we visit, and definitely recommend when you’re in the mood for great Thai food!

1st time trying Thai food. I got the pad ped; I got it, lets try it and rate it 1 through 10 (lol). Absolutely amazing! I can eat here at least 2 to 3x a week. The owner(s) & her son have the best service. He is the only waiter and he tends to every single guest throughout their visit. 10 out of 10 (in my Keith Lee voice)

This is some of the best Thai food I've ever had. The green curry was phenomenal and the pad see ew was delicious. The veggies were fresh and plentiful with a really good variety in each dish. The service here was wonderful - friendly, quick, attentive - it was really refreshing. Noom is just off 95 so if you're traveling through the area it's definitely worth a visit. My only regret is that I live 2 hours away from this restaurant.

The food was very good. The lunch specials were a reasonable about of food for 13 to 15 dollars. We had the drunken noodle chicken and the beed basil stir fry. The flavors were great and even the vegatables were outstanding. We order the spice medium. My daughter who is not o to spice thought it was perfect but I wished it was way hotter but I love spicy food.

I had an excellent dinner that included Veggie Rolls and Yellow Curry with Rice. While these items are regular fare at Thai restaurants, I am reporting that this restaurant has an excellent chef, and the food is delicious. Service by Nate was punctual and pleasant. The bistro is in a strip center that could use a bit of love; the location is very convenient on Baymeadows Road in between Phillips Highway and I-95. I thought the pricing to be fair and reasonable.

Moved to baymeadows a year ago and have been enjoying this spot for awhile. Owners are really focused on a great experience for everyone. Food is amazing.

We have tried lots of Thai restaurants in town and this is our favorite. Very authentic dishes, good prices and generous portions. I have always felt welcomed and valued as a customer and the service is always prompt and kind. Any time we bring friends they always rave about how good the food is.

Though I can’t eat the crab Rangoons (on account of a gluten-allergy) my sister-in-law said they were the best crab Rangoons she’s ever had in her life, as well as the best fried rice. The sweet and sour is off the charts!!! Their “magic tea” is awesome and a lot of fun. Their Thai tea is great! We love Asian in general and Thai most of all, and have eaten at a lot of good places. This is right at the top! The best in Jacksonville! It’s a small shop owned and operated by a family! The mom runs the kitchen. The dad runs the front of house. And the father and son serve tables. They are an incredibly sweet family and create a fun welcoming atmosphere!

Oh man, I really had high expectations for this place considering the reviews but it was honestly the worst Thai food we've ever had. Papaya salad was very strange, didn't taste like papaya salad at all. The Pad Thai had no flavor just salt. Chicken was very dry. I requested level 4 spice and none of the dishes were spicy whatsoever. Maybe Monday is not a good day to order?

I've had some of the best authentic Thai food in Florida and this is not it. I recently moved here and decided to try Noom. $50 later, I regret it. The food was terrible.

We have been looking for a good Thai restaurant and saw high rating, so we tried. We ordered chicken drunken noodle and tofu cashew pineapple stir fry. Both dishes were delicious and quite authentic. The service was excellent. Overall awesome experience and would recommend this place to anyone. We will be back!

We really loved our first time eating at Noom. You miss it if you are just cruising down Baymeadows because it's in a nondescript strip mall of the older sort. But inside is a true prize. The food was delicious and authentic Thai. We had the Ginger Stir Fry (w/beef) and they happily added some Turmeric to it for me. I got spicy level 4 which made my head sweat, exactly what I was looking for. We also tried the Pineapple Fried Rice (w/shrimp) and it was just as good. It's a family business and we met mom and son who were very sweet and funny. Definitely recommend.

One of the best Thai places I’ve been to! Very delicious, their soup is great get a hot pot to share! Very friendly staff that are very nice, very aware of allergies and dietary preferences as we are vegan.

New favorite Thai spot in Jax. The service was absolutely fantastic and the food was delicious. The spot is deceptively bigger than it seems like it would be from the front but it's quaint. The spring rolls are so cute and perfectly crunchy and the pad Thai has a nice flavor profile. Finished by mango with sticky rice and a Thai tea and it was perfection.

Good food with enough quantities for dinner.

I came by during their lunch rush and still got seated almost immediately. Can't beat the price, and the taste is phenomenal, with a choice in how spicy you actually want your food to be. I gotta give this review to Nate(dogg) though, he's gotta be the most attentive and well-mannered server I've ever encountered. This place is run by a family, and they obviously put immense care into it. Will be coming back ASAP!

Great service! Very fast and delicious! Our waiter was super friendly! I had the Tom yum soup and my wife had the Tom kai soup. It was hard but I stole a spoon of her soup and it was just as good as mine! For our mains I had the massamam beef a little soupy but still delicious. My wife had the ginger chicken and it was some of the best we have ever had. To top all that I had the “Magic Drink” that turned from dark blue to violet when I added lemon juice. It really was magic! Overall I recommend I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Legitimately, the best crab Rangoons I have ever had in my life. Melted in my mouth, utterly to die for. The sweet and sour chicken sauce is to die for as well. The red curry and pineapple fried rice, I tried all of these here and the quality was immaculate. You could taste all the effort put into making the sauces and every step in the process of making the food. I will absolutely be recommending this restaurant to those around me if they come through Jacksonville. And if you haven't tried them, I promise you it is totally worth it. I was fighting back tears because the food was just so delicious. The staff are so kind and honest when asked anything about the food. The atmosphere is lovely, play good soft music, and the interior feels welcoming. Will be making excuses to come here again any chance I get lol.

This locally owned businesses has some of the best service in town! The food is always perfect, they staff is extremely attentive and courteous, and the atmosphere is great. The service is also very fast. We usually get the Pad Thai and the Thai Lumpia. You can get the Pad Thai with any of the proteins they offer or you can switch that protein for mixed veggies. Highly recommend!!

Best experience ever! She was so helpful and educational for us. She showed us a fun and natural drink for the kids. She told us they make what they can themselves and it shows. The food is on point as well! She also explained the sweet cucumber 🥒 syrup, which they made, and how it's used with their meal. Its an awesome addition to the spicy curry and I'm now sad I've never known of it before. Crab rangoon is made with real crab!

Owners and staff are super friendly and helpful. 6:30 pm on Saturday, the restaurant was empty. Every time I passed by, the place was busy. Ingredients were really fresh. The freshest Thai food I have ever had. Plenty parking. Portions fall short for the prices paid. Shrimp was a nice size seven shrimp in the dish. Menu has limits based on clients numbers

As I entered the restaurant, a woman ran across the room to prevent me from using the restroom. She insisted the I order before I was allowed to use the restroom. I decided not to give them my business- terribly rude service. It was a degrading experience.

The food and service here are amazing. Service is very attentive and friendly. I love the fact that you can choose your spice level. I’m not a big fan of spicy food, but they made my Pad Thai not spicy and brought me out the the hot stuff on the side. I will be back

We ate here recently and had the Crab Rangoon, Magic Tea (turns your drink purple to blue!), Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodles. All of it was delicious and the people who worked there were so kind, informative, and we loved learning a bit about Thailand! The only thing I wish for is bigger portions, we couldn't get enough!

First time here, Cashew Pineapple Thai stir fry with chicken was on delicious, it was on point. Love it!! The service is excellent. Definitely recommend.
