Friendliness quality the best food in its class I love it

We traveled from Georgia to this family-owned restaurant with high ratings, expecting a warm welcome. Upon arrival, no one greeted us in the restaurant which is fine ig. We had to stand in line to place our order and then waited. The wife went from table to table checking on food satisfaction except ours. I ordered the chicken kebab with sautéed veggies and rice, the owner recommendation. My partner had the lamb gyro, which was okay. Unfortunately, my chicken kebab was extremely dry, and the veggies lacked seasoning. We also ordered baklava, which arrived only after we asked the husband. Overall, the service and food were not good!

The best Middle Eastern food in all of JAX! They use high end quality meats. The food is always fresh and it tastes authentic. This is my new go to spot and the hummas is homemade not out of a can. Don’t believe any negative reviews. This place is top notch

Noura's Cafe provides an exceptional experience, thanks to the warm and inviting atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding service. Raymond and his staff serve Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Lebanese cuisine.The diverse menu offers something for everyone. I've been going there for years and the food is consistently good. Noura Cafe also has a shelf of Lebanese spices and groceries. I especially enjoy the Jordan almonds and sesame seed crunch candies.

This Cafe is a true gem! The owners are very nice and run an excellent establishment with home-made meals with specials to die for. Fresh ingredients put together by an excellent kitchen staff. My favorite special is the stuffed yellow squash and fresh roasted beets!! To die for ❤️. You order at the register and if eating in you will get a number for your table and your food brought to you. They also have a great server, she delivers your food to your table with a smile! Noura and Ray are the owners and when you become a regular they know what your favorite special is! We usually dine in but I have been know to double back and pick up another dinner for the next day. From the time I finish my stuffed squash, fresh roasted beets a salad I am already thinking about how far away next Monday is. Opened for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Consistently well prepared food!

We have been going to eat there for the last few months. The food is outstanding and the owner is very nice and friendly. Everything is so fresh and delicious and they also cater if needed. We absolutely love Noura’s cafe 💕

Incredible! I ordered the beef shawarma. A dish I've ordered from many different restaurants across the city. None of the others can compare. The beef just melts in your mouth and the vegetables are fresh. There's something pickled in it, I don't know what, but it gives it a very unique flavor. The pita bread is still warm and so soft in the middle.

Their gyro (pronounced hero) appropriately so. The Greek salad is amazing combined with homemade dressing. Family owned and operated. The food is authentic. The atmosphere is amazingly low key and relaxed. Take out is easy, but honestly their restaurant accommodations are first class.

Fantastic Lebanese food and very affordable. Will be coming back!!

Got the mix grill and yallllll the skewers were cooked to perfection. The consistency and the flavour was immaculate! The rice were great but felt they werent on the level of the skewers. The salad was an amazing blend too with a cheese garnish and lemon juice. I was so into it completely forgot i got two sauces too :D baklava was a bit soggy so can pass on that or ask before getting it lol The server was lovely and helpful. Will be back very soon (my wife is mad i didn’t share)

Me and my wife went here for the first time! At first i was not so sure, but i am glad i went with what my wife wanted to eat. This place is AMAZING!! Great service and great family!! Definitely going to be my spot from now on. Even if its a bit of a drive it’s totally worth it!!!!

The owner's welcoming jokes and outstanding customer attention make it a home away from home. This spot has become my preferred destination, enjoying the finest Mediterranean food in Jacksonville at the same inviting kitchen table.

Absolutely delicious and Raymond and the remaining staff are wonderful! As a Lebanese the food is very authentic especially the Meat pies, Kibbeh, Fattoush and the Lebanese Beer which is called Almaza. We are definitely coming back.

Food: we tried grape leaves, hummus, shawarma, kafta, chicken kabob, tabbouleh, kibbeh. It was all excellent! Service: excellent! Fast and very polite. Atmosphere: very clean and you can feel the Mediterranean “vibe”.

After moving from a small town- this is the exact type of restaurant we have missed. People who genuinely care about their craft and take pride in what they do.. The owner was very thoughtful and took the time to explain everything before we ordered. The chicken was spiced to perfection. The tzatziki was amazing. My husband liked the grape leaves, even. Ten years he has been telling me he doesn't like stuffed grape leaves. We will absolutely be adding this restaurant to our rotation. Thank you for being here.

I ordered the beef tenderloin and it was amazing. I came here with my family to celebrate my birthday and we all liked our food. The customer service was also great. Looking forward to coming back again.

So I've tried my best to overlook feeling like I'm a nuisance when I come in to order.... That's the way I feel when I go in there to spend money and buy food .....but I did it anyway because it was convenient and I liked the breakfast sandwich. This last time I decided to bring a friend a sandwich because I wanted to share what I enjoyed. When I got to her house with our ,food youmade both meals completely wrong after I confirmed three times what I was ordering. And I bit into mine and ate some cheese which makes me sick which is why I say no cheese every time and then confirm it at least twice. So I'm not sure I have any chances left to give. What a shame -it's a place that could be great.

I've never been disappointed by Noura's. The food consistently is delicious and the menu holds many options. If your choice is lunch go early, as it gets very busy after 12. If you've never been, definitely give it a try. It soon will be on your favorites list.

I have enjoyed coming here for many years! The owner “Raymond” and his family always go above and beyond. Everything is always very fresh and tasty and some of the best Arabic food I’ve ever had. All the food is awesome, but my favorite is on Thursday when they have raw-kibbie. (Kibbeh-nayyeh) Thank you “Raymond” for having this wonderful restaurant in the city of Jacksonville. Best regards

Family owned and operated Mediterranean and Arabic food. It was simply the best grape leaves and kibbie I have had in a long time. Do not forget the hummus.

Really disappointed. Ordered chicken Shish kebab with tabbouleh and baba ganoush and it was really bad. Tabbouleh was barely eatable because of all the lemon juice they added, was too much. Chicken tasted like plastic(though my cat ate it). My bf had kafta kabob platter and said it was kindaa okay. We usually order from a different place but they were closed today, so we decided to try Noura cafe. Sadly, disappointing experience. Will not be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend also.

Freshly made Middle Eastern comfort eats! Loved the spinach pie, lamb gyro, chicken kabob sandwich and baklava! Very hospitable owners with a clean restaurant. Refrigerated and dry goods available for purchase. Try the bottled beverages!!!!

Everything tasted wonderful. Had the vegetarian platter along with kibbeh, meat pie and baklava for dessert. The owner Raymond was a gracious host. We will be back.

This was hands down the best shawarma I’ve ever had. Yeh grape leaves were warmed and sooooooo tasty. The owners are very nice ( I think they own ) honestly. ? I don’t think I’ve ever had a better meal in so long. It’s been awhile. I hope it continues.

This is a Lebanese style restaurant. The service is exceptional. The baked kibbeh, hummus, and kebob are all good choices.

I ordered 4 different things. I tried their mango juice drink. The mango juice drink is really good and taste like fresh mango. I also ordered the chicken Gyro. The chicken Gyro is very delicious and the taste is perfect. In my opinion. I recommend trying the chicken Gyro. Very fresh! I also ordered the grilled chicken salad. I wish I would’ve got more dressing but this grilled chicken salad is good. I would order the grilled chicken salad again. The onions and tomatoes and lettuce was super fresh and the grilled chicken was seasoned really good. And the last thing I ordered was “Shish Taouk Platter” in the chicken version. I don’t eat red meat, so that’s why I ordered chicken. The chicken was seasoned very well but unfortunately, the yellow rice was fresh, but bland with no flavor. The vegetables were fresh, but bland with no flavor. So I would not order the Shish Taouk Platter again. Also, I got pita bread with my platter. I wish they would make the pita bread a little buttery, so it wouldn’t come off as dry, but the pita bread is still good. The pita bread is still enjoyable. All in all their chicken in general is seasoned very well, and this place will be my go to for a chicken Gyro and that delicious mango drink. I recommend trying this place rather you think it’s authentic or not. They serve good food. The only con I really have to say is they just need to work on seasoning, their rice and vegetables. But they still get a five star for me. Thank you!

Having traveled to many middle eastern countries and falling in love with Shawarma. They have the most authentic Shawarma I've found in Jacksonville or even state side and the tabouli is amazing!
