i used to order from here all the time until they kept messing my order up. the quality of food as gone down so much. the soup barely has any ingredients in it, they don’t listen when you ask them not to include a certain ingredient either. i do not recommend this location or even eating here at all.

Restaurant managers at this Apopka Vineland Orlando location need to beef up their problem resolution/service recovery skills. They are worth their weight in gold when done correctly.

AC was completely dead on 07-31-24. Bless the employees here who continued to work despite the extreme heat (it was 91 degrees outside, but with their ovens busy baking, it felt super hot inside). It was so hot that we had to leave.

Friendly customer service and the floors are clean. They also open early at 6:30 am! But the AC was not working when I visited today so it was crazy hot inside.

The only 2 challenges that may affect the future of customer experience are 1) Limited Vegetarian options 2) wifi always seems to be very poor and inconsistent

I am usually a Panera fan, however, my experience with a couple of them in the Orlando area has not been great recently. Yesterday, May 7, I visited the location at The Grove in Orlando and one of the items I ordered was a caramel latte. They literally gave me a half cup. I did not pay attention because I carried out a couple orders so my hands were full. I was so disappointed when I got home and opened the cup to warm it up. This is totally unacceptable. To make it worse, I had two of them for my daughter and me. They were both half. Please see the photo of my drink. I cannot believe this!

Dayzja was absolutely fantastic! Her customer service really impressed me to the point that I felt the need to come here and say something. The restaurant is very clean and I will be bringing food for my office for many more days to come! Also BRING BACK THE HAM AND SWISS EGG SOUFFLÉ!!!

Food was good Portion size was terrible ..see picture , spoon is bigger smh...this is what I paid $11 for. Ridiculous, ... I'm literally leaving here and going somewhere else to eat the because of how small the portions were..smh

They never seen to be in a hurry. Hopefully you aren't either because you will be waiting. Even if all you ordered was a Mac and cheese and there is no one ahead of you, it is taking 10 minutes.

I come to this Panera Bread quite often. Most of the time I eat in my car because there's never enough space inside for sit down lunch and every single time I come here. I always ask for a knife and butter. if you give someone bread, common sense says give them a knife and a butter, especially if it's to go. Sometimes I ask for a fork if I'm eating a sandwich just so that I could eat the stuff if it falls out of the heavy sandwich. Every time I always check my bag but today I was in a Rush. I didn't check the bag but I had requested butter, knife, and fork. when I was at the pay window and the gentleman that served me said. No worries. I'll take care of it for you. My order number was 1314708 and it was on April 5th. Cashier was Jennifer but the person at the window. I don't know his name. he said I'll take care of you. Look in my bag, there's no knife. And there's no butter and I don't feel like going on the line again to get these things. These are just simple little comforts that if the people working there would take the moment to write it down if they can't remember it or to reverifyi. Please take the time to pay attention and focus on the hear and Now with your customer. something as simple as a knife and butter Not that difficult, especially someone who comes here all the time.

This was the most bare sandwich... basically a 12$ baguette with 3 slices of tomato... None of the extra toppings I added were on the sandwich, and Even what was supposed to come on the sandwich barely covered the bread. This was disgusting. It was literally three extremely thin slices of tomato and a bunch of sauce barely any cheese. Hardly any basil when it's supposed to be a main ingredient on the sandwich...it only has four ingredients and the basil was like tiny shreds of confetti and on only half of it. And this long sandwich wasn't even cut, not that I ate it anyway. Unbelievable to even call this a sandwich...and I ordered in the app, can't go back in and find receipt, I can't recheck what I ordered but I know I added more toppings like spinach, pickles onions, extra tomato...

I came here with my parents to have breakfast and we were truly impressed by how attentive the staff were and how efficiently they were working, it was quite busy on a Sunday morning. I truly appreciate their hard work and our order came out right and the food was delicious.

I absolutely love this place. The layout is amazing, I've never been to a place that has nicer employees. I was getting a drink and was pretty down because i couldn't figure out my homework 😡 but a worker saw me and said "have a great day man" and it completely changed my mood for the rest of the day. Anyway come here its the best Panera you'll go to.

Chipotle chicken scrambled egg and avocado on ciabatta is a very tasty morning sandwich. A little pricey for breakfast. Good healthy food and flavor. Great service good atmosphere. food was very expensive for small portions, also not good at all, cold food, not fresh. i could not even finish the sandwich. would never eat at panera again

Been in the store 2 Saturdays on a row and they do not have the soup I want. Not coming back.

Sylvana and the rest of the team were a delight. Immediately walking in she greeted my boyfriend and I and had such a positive high energy attitude. We will be frequenting this location throughout the fall so I can get my fix of butternut squash soup but also for the charged lemonade.

While I appreciate it hard to find a place to work on your computer when you are away from home, but be respectful of the business when it's lunch time at the restaurant. Food was delicious especially my soup in the bread bowl! It was very filling and very good. Service Personnel were very polite. Will be back.

My entire order was wrong . No spoon for the Oatmeal. Stuffed my bagel into the bag loose , wrong cream cheese. Had to insist on my second coffee. I'm a new sips member this was a bad experience

I went to get my birthday pastry 1 day after my birthday, and was told it's not on my card. The Supervisor Blake was very accommodating and gave it to me. Thank you. I will not be coming back to Panera for my pastry anymore.

Coffee not filled to the top. I ordered a large coffee and 13 bagels sliced and did not get a large latte. The photo below just how I got it. You owe me a free latte. And I ordered no whip cream so when I contacted the manager and he stated because it was no whip cream that’s why it’s missing coffee and coffee is not alternated for missing whip cream. Good job Panera.

You can find at this location, when picking up and order through the drive thru, several times when getting home and discovering my order was wrong or incomplete. When you get to the window you can see that a lack of professionalism and lack of leadership. In addition when you order a soup bread bowl through the drive thru,- (and I assume as a to go or pick up order) the soup does not fill the bowl, it’s a bit over half. However when you dine in and order the same item, they fill the bowl with the soup. I do believe the price is the same. Seems very wrong and disappointing. I have to say I don’t think this inconsistency is not exclusive to this location. Shame on the company

The worst Panera completely screwed up a entire lunch order for four people. Then delt with this joke of a supposed manager that wasn't old enough to shave who couldn't give a s**t. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Today I went to Panera Grove at 8:37 pm, it was almost closing, I ordered soup with bread, they gave me a very small one, I went to the counter to ask for another piece of bread, the very kind employee was already giving it to me, when the manager BLAKE, rudely said to pay for the piece of bread (worth 1$) the employee in front of me collected the bread at the manager's request and I was completely embarrassed and absurdly disgusted due to the ridicule and rude situation of the manager BLAKE, telling me to go pay, I'm a customer many years ago and I was very ashamed of the situation, I have never been so indignant. I didn't fail to pay $1 for bread to eat, but I don't expect such an attitude from a manager. I await the board's response.

Really understaffed and the staff that was there seemed to be in a daze. Sat at the drive through window for almost 15 minutes before someone finally opened it. By then they’d lost my order.

I have the Panera unlimited sip club and the local franchise running this location and the others in Orlando are horrible. They actively do not support the national program. They have removed cups from self serve kiosks. This location doesn’t even have the kiosks and today they were out of large cups. It’s always something that is an issue and it never seems to run the way Panera intends the experience to be due to the lack of commitment from the local franchise.

This is the second time I have purchased bagel packs and both times the cream cheese was frozen. It was unusable: Please have fresh cream cheese available.

I always get the fuji apple chicken salad and tomato soup. Delicious! Often order on line or drive through. The order is correct. Staff may be feeling over worked based on their demeanor. This store is usually very busy, could use a facelift.

Always this is a good place to eat. I wish they could offer a better choice of coffee.

Just had some today and not one piece of Broccoli in 2 bowls of Broccoli Cheddar soup. Paid 20 for some broth and tea. This location also has the slowest service so plan to wait even when you show up after promised time.

The food is always fresh, and the staff is always kind! I like this location and their outdoor seating. The only thing is when I go in the drive thru, I often receive the wrong order. I understand they may be short staffed sometimes and I think I get the wrong order because they often rush the drive thru. I recommend going inside to eat rather than the drive thru because most likely your order will be wrong.

Typical good food from Panera. Love their soup and bread. Good service and clean facility.

I usually love to stop by and pick up freshly baked bread. Today however it was not a very pleasing experience. I was served by someone new who had no training at all. She had no idea what the bread on the display was, and took several minutes to get someone to identify it so she could ring it up correctly. Just then I saw a fresh batch of bagguetts coming out of the oven. I requested she add one to my order. She disappeared in the back for a couple of minutes and came back with a bagguett that was apparently not from the freshly baked lot. By now I had been waiting for a good 7- 8 minutes for my order. Her explanation was incomprehensible, so I just shook my head, paid and left.

The food is amazing though a little overpriced the flavor of the food makes up for it, the workers seems to have fun with their job and its great to see

First time at this location and I was very pleased with the staff and service. Sara was wonderful and pleasant. She had the best smile and that really made my day. Great selections served by great employees.

Drive thru is a nightmare, but if you order inside they usually get it right. Could be cleaner too. Never saw anyone wipe down tables when I was there.

What a nice young man taking orders and serving the drive-thru! I simply got a latte (always good) then when pulling out I saw a Panera truck. On the side was an advertisement for the "new" breakfast chicken wrap!! It looked delicious, I wanted to go back.

Always a good choice for something semi healthy. Never been disappointed at this location.

THANK YOU Panera for being open to in store seating. Other nearby coffee shops do not allow for in store seating. I can come to Panera Bread - just 200 feet from them - and spend my $ on lunch, coffee, etc. Those of us who work from the road really need some options these days. Thank you Panera for trusting your customers enough to keep us safe and provide a table to work from for an hour over lunch!

I had called the store to request extra salad dressing on the side with my order, and the woman who answered was incredibly nice and very accommodating! Such a pleasure! I just wish I had asked what her name was do I could compliment her outright!

This Panera bread seems like they are always distracted every time I come by. I come to this location at least once or twice a month but I go to the other locations more frequently probably because their service is more efficient. After so many incorrect orders that i let slide by, today was the day I had enough as it was a simple request. I ordered u pick 2 and asked for butter and plastic knife to butter my bread. Not a big ordeal, right? So I receive my butter and bread and get to my destination and there is no knife despite asking for it and cashier asking the server for it. I know its minor detail but as j said today was the simple request. I have had incorrect food given, no utensils at all, and sloppy made sandwiches. I didn't even get a soup carton to ensure soup did not spill. To the manager, speak to employees about attention to details. Other panera bread locations are doing it and I ho to many

Really good soups at Panera bread.

The selection of fresh breads were not very abundant. It was only shortly after 12 noon. Very disappointed. The food has been upgraded since a few years ago which is goo. But they did take off the Italian sandwich of the menu. Another sad thing. But other then those things food is good so is the soup.

Good food. Only reason it's not five stars is the prices are a little high for what your paying for.

So so establishment nothing special.

Since the have changed cooperate owners the quality of the food is not the same.

Panera Bread the experience, it's a fantasy oasis of delight, tasty food, good people, pleasant environment. Great for date night, family night or business, great mixture of service uses.

Love the frozen mocha coffee! It's better than McDonald's! Also the oatmeal raisin cookies are awesome!

Es excelente nuestra experiencia con Panera. Aunque hoy, la sopa de Brócoli que siempre pedimos no estaba del color del Brócoli sino anaranjada del color de la zanahoria. Y la Lemonade Agave, estaba muy amarga. Sólo pedimos a la Gerencia de éste restaurant que no decaiga la calidad. Porque hasta el momento es uno de Nuestros Restaurantes Favoritos. Y lo recomendanos ampliamente.

Great coffee, expensive food and catering

Keeping my gluten down, I ordered a delicious salad and a tasty strawberry-banana smoothie.

Very nice place to eat. Prices are average. Food has a good quality. Place is always clean. The atmosphere isnice, playing classical music, walks are decored with bread related art. Very nice

I always have a great experience and the food is awesome. On Feb 5, 2019 the young lady at the register was new and still learning so my wife was getting frustrated with her but we still had a good time even with that.

Went to the Windermere Panera Bread for lunch at approximately 12:15 p.m. today. Unable to find a table since there were multiple people working on their laptops or talking on the phone taking up one, two, or three tables. Paying customers should have an opportunity to sit down and eat. We left without ordering and went to another restaurant. Would like to return at another time, if there are table.

Smaller version but same good food

Panera is the best for soup, coffee, pick three. Wonderful to go to chat or to study while having a delicious tea or a iced coffee. Love you Panera Bread!

Food usually is decent but oh boy, check your drive through order. 3/4 times it’s wrong!

I know they’re busy but the fact that they are understaffed is a huge problem. This has been an ongoing problem for some time and it really defeats the purpose of having a drive thru if you have to wait 10 minutes for your food.
