The Pizza was horrible. The bread was thin no flavor. There was no sauce on the pizza. I will never return. I don't mind paying a premium price, but not for sub par pizza.

I always come here to get my pizza, close to home and to TBH I really like the ingredients and thin pizza square cut!! 😋 I'm getting hungry now.. but well people also really nice when I go take out the pizza.

I ordered boneless BBQ wings and the picture below is what I received--- poorly cooked chicken nuggets drizzled with BBQ sauce. These are NOT wings and it looks nothing like the picture on the website. It was so bad I didn't even eat it, I just tossed it out. Whoever made this should be ashamed of themselves. The only decent part of my order was the pizza and brownies.

Ordered the Shaqaroni pizza and another pizza with bread sticks. Pizza was good, lots of pepperoni and cheese. The kids were happy. Wish there was a little more marina sauce for the bread sticks.

If you order a Uber pick up from them, you can’t pick up, Bc they have some sort of contract with Uber. You have to be a Uber driver in order to pick up the food😂😂

Place is clean, food is good, customer service is friendly. I ordered cheese pizza and got a vegetable one, should to check before leaving the store, unfortunately my kids didn’t like it.

Cameron is the nicest and helpful guy in the phone! He’s patient with my annoying questions or helping me place an order. Delivery for the most part has been great, I only had one issue in the past and the managers quickly fixed the mistake!!

Ordered a pizza at 7:25. Said it would take 46-56 minutes, still no pizza at 8:20. I called the store and was placed on hold for 10 minutes, just to be told that it had to be remade. Cancelled the order.

Pizza was mediocre at best. Garlic dipping sauce was opened and spilled all over my pizza. The driver just was not overly professional, kind of got the feeling his job was more of a nuisance. I typically don’t order from these chain pizza establishments, I remember why now. Won’t be a return customer.

My daughter tried pizza for the first time here & loved it! Alan was very nice & thoughtful and cut her pizza into smaller slices. He deserves a promotion !

If you order 5 times they may get one of your orders right. I swear, I cant wait til they open a Dominos near me so I can stop ordering from this clown show posing as a pizzeria.

I love the pizza here! I am obsessed with the burger papadia and the cookie was well. The chicken poppers are not the best I love papa Johns pizza. There is a Pizza Hut right across the street from my house but I’d rather order for the papa johns down the road!

This time around i wanted to try their classic pepperoni pizza. Called the meats. Did not liked it at all. They have other kinds of pizza that I like but this one I do not recommend. Also many folks in the kitchen did not were a mask or wore it inappropriately.

I cannot find another place that offers better pizza or happier, faster or friendlier service. Quality is what you get every time. I have tried many flavors, but double pepperoni seems to be the hit with my family.

This Papa Johns is the best pizza place. They are amazing, always on time and have excellent customer service.

Papa Johns pizza tastes like Papa Johns pizza, but... the service I have received at this location has far exceeded the service I have received from any other pizzeria in Orlando area. Most often, my interaction when 'carrying out' is a brief interaction with regular smiling faces of local youth. It appears this Windermere pizzeria supports hiring high school aged teens, and the manager at this location clearly instills a high level of customer service within these future adults. Despite this location being mostly a delivery franchise, I make certain to stop by on my way home from work in order to continue the job security for the employees here. Thank you to everyone at this Papa Johns for ensuring consistently quick and professional service, and always offering paper plates! Small things like this go a long way! One person in particular deserves special recognition (and I apologize for not knowing his name), but he is a young man with glasses and is possibly of Asian or Hispanic origin: you remind me of myself when I was working and going to school. Continue the positive energy and attitude you bring to work each day, and you will certainly go far in life. You are destined for success and it shows! Ciao for now everyone!

This is my first online review ever, but I felt moved to comment on the great service I have received. I order from the Papa John’s on 535. The pizza at that location is always hot, made correctly (even with special requests) and on time. I am very picky with my pizza and I was surprised to find such quality and especially low prices for such with Papa John’s.

SUPER fast! I have never had anything delivered, but for the time I place and call and come picking my pizza up, it has always been ready within fifteen minutes. Never had my order messed up, and I love the cast-member discount. I have been coming here for years, and will continue to do so!

The pizza is always hot and yummy. You know what you are going to get. The staff is nice and always quick to fix any issue. It is nice to have such an easy option that delivers quickly.

Always quick. Superbowl Sunday was a mad house with more people working the pizza line and deliveries. You couldn't cram any more worker into this location and they couldn't keep up with the amount of orders. They still provided great service and gave me a free pizza for having to wait.

Checked prices through online ordering, called in to the store. $8 cheaper by calling in... Strange?

I've never had a problem at this Papa Johns and I've ordered a house full of pizza from this specific locale. Bathrooms are clean and usable.
