Loving the new stoners pizza joint !!! Pizza is delicious and they have so many other options. I recommend the pepp n Rollie

I thought pizza was better than Papa Murphys. Forbthe price it wasn't bad

They closed down all the papa Murphy's in Florida. It's now called "Stoners Pizza Joint." The employees were nice but the pizza, not so much. Was still raw inside, didn't get my order right. I get it, they are new and not enough help. Prices were a bit high. May give them one more chance after they are opened a few more weeks.

They don't scrimp on ingredients and the always get my order right. Their crispy crust instructions are spot-on!

Pizza night is saved! Not only are the pizzas delicious, but they offer dairy free cheese that actually tastes good. I usually order 2 regular and 2 dairy free, it's all really good and so convenient. Everyone who works there is very friendly, I order on the app and it's ready when I get there. I was sad when the st John's location closed. Just moved to O.P. and this location is on my way home ❤️

It's so unfortunate that they constantly have new employees. I ordered a pizza through the app today. When I arrived the employee let me know that she was new and messed up the pizza dough for the day because she had only made it once before, then was told to make it on her own. The pizza pan was showing about 1.5 inches all the way around the pizza, making it a size smaller than I ordered. The toppings were not spread evenly. Then the employee didn't know how to ring up the pizza. I stood at the register while she gossiped waiting to slide my card. I eventually walked out, cancelling my order. I can't recommend this company any more because the turnover is so bad.

I was so excited to learn that Papa Murphy’s had GLUTEN FREE pizza! On both of my recent visits, I have had exceptional service and could not possibly be happier about being so close to them! The younger workers honestly surprised me with such exceptional customer service. I’m a super happy customer!

Server was nice to all customers who entered. My suggestion would be to have more then one person working. It got very busy while I was there and server needed help.

The have cooked, ready to eat pizza for a great price. I'd like to see it cooked for an extra two minutes on the thin crust, but other than that the flavors have been great and they make them fast.

The quality was ok. The price for most is on-line orders only. I ended up with a paper thin new york style with 1 topping. I thought it would be a cheaper option for my family. So I got less and had to bake it myself. No thanks.

I was told the price of my pizzas..at 10.99.and they charge me 17.00 for each pizza .was very disappointed..

I was disappointed when I’m trying to add my telephone number and the cashier filters through to the payment before I could complete my portion of the transaction. I’m disappointed that once the transaction is completed I don’t get my rewards This seems to be a common occurrence when I’m here. What’s the point of asking for a telephone number when not give the opportunity to ad it for points only to be told Fill out the survey for the point I already earned Unacceptable

Joanna was amazing! Friendly and helpful with explaining the menus and all of the upcoming deals. She was working byself when we arrived but she had the best attitude about it. Need more employees like her.

Everything went great. Very friendly service

We were so disappointed in our pizza on 7/7/23. I think the sauce went bad. It was bitter and had the whole house up all night, not in a good way. When I called to ask if they changed the recipe or if anyone else complained, Cody said he was just an employee and thanks for letting us know. Their customer service was about as good as their pizza!

Everytime I'm home I gotta stop by and show some love. This place is awesome

Sad :/ we loved Papa Murphy’s where we moved from. However when we ordered a stuffed chicken bacon ranch. It was flavorless. The dough was tough and dry. The store was out of tomatoes so they offered to sub another item. We chose extra bacon. The filling was bland and no taste of garlic. Just meh for a $25 dollar pizza.

The team at this Papa Murphy's does a great job. Pizza were ready when they said and showed very good customer service skills.

If you remove the tray for the last few minutes of cooking time, the crust is wonderfully crispy.

A VERY ignorant group of KIDS. Actually weirdos. They don’t know how to take orders, they wouldn’t give me a refund either. So I had no choice but to take the extra food. They thought it was funny to laugh after i left out also. I wouldn’t go back

How the heck u going to tell a customer you are too busy to take their order and it won't do it what a shame

Best Pizza for the price. The worst customer service of any Papa Murphys. Go to store when they open. Say they dont have any pan crust won't have any for 2 hours.

Very interesting concept look at yourself so you have no one to blame about burn Pizza they have a lot of toppings to choose from which results in many different types of pizzas I highly recommend it if you have the time to cook it yourself

The food is fresh and taste better than other pizzas and the customer service reps are very friendly

I live in Lake City Florida and I drove to Jackson because that's the closest Papa Murphy's around I wish that you guys would put a Papa Murphy's in Lake City I'd even manage it for you it's the best hour and a half to get to Papa Murphy's an hour and a half to get back home but it's worth it

I used to get Papa Murphy's when I lived in KS when I was in college - finding this place here when we recently relocated because of my husband's job has been amazing! Pizza Friday every Friday only from Papa Murphy's. Always a hit. Delicious. Staff has always been so friendly.

Great tasting pizza and shapes are cool too, heart for valentines and pumpkin for Halloween. Take and bake cheesy bread and take n bake cookies are great too.

Pizza was delicious, they accept EBT and have a thing called Pizza Tuesday ($10 instead of 15 for a pizza!) Great place to go to pick up some pizza to cook and have a nice night with other people.

First time trying a "take & bake" establishment and was very pleased with the pizza. It only took 15 minutes to bake and the pizza was excellent, especially the crust. Will definitely go back.

I always get a good pizza from Papa Murphy's. They're always the same. I usually get 2 or 3 and freeze them for the week. They're usually courteous and friendly. Ingredients appear and taste fresh. There's not a really big menu, but what there is, is good.

Enza's is one of our favorite go-to places for fabulous Italian food. We have been numerous times and never had a bad meal. The Enza's salad is always worth the little extra.

If you were like me and used to eat alot of frozen pizza I suggest you try Pappa Murphys. I was late to the discovery but the quality of Pappa Murphy's due to everything being 100% fresh is such a huge difference you'll wonder why you ever could stand frozen pizza to begin with! My favorite is the Mediterranean minus the sundried tomatoes and add regular chopped Tomatoes and chicken. Very Very delicious!!! I definitely recommend. I wish someone had told me years ago!

Well if you don't mind doing a little work for yourself going pick up a very large pizza with everything on it at a reasonable price Papa Murphy's the only place to go. I think it's a great value and a great pizza all you got to do is cook it, and it's a real advantage to those people with food stamps or EBT cards I believe they're called they can be completely charged to that so that's one big Advantage they have over all the other pizza places because it's not cooked I can sell it to people who who would like a pizza but can't afford the delivery expected tip or the price being twice what they pay at these locations

Papa Murphy's is a great take and bake pizza place. I personally love their pizza crust, and they have a nice little loyalty program which gives you a free pizza every x number of pizzas. Staff is always friendly and courteous. This place is takeout only, and make sure you have a pizza cutter at home!
