My Go To. Prices are higher than other stores but they have everything I need except Goya Big Can Coco Water. Used to have it but then doubled the price, literally and stopped carrying it. Likely because of loss of sales for the huge price increase. There's another brand Iberia which is very good too at half the price but the sizes are too small for making smoothies. I don't want to open 3 cans to make 1 smoothie batch. Trying to not be impactful to the environment since Clay County stopped recycling.

You can find just about anything you need here. If they are out of what you need, you van see if it can be ordered.

Excellent fast food service. Excellent wings to enjoy for lunch or dinner.

Good got what I needed they're pricey but hey its Florida and I was on vacation.

Deli is the worst ever! Avoid at all cost

Love shopping at this place. Even though it maybe a little more money on some items, if you catch the sales it's great. It is so clean in there and the staff has always been helpful and polite. I will continue to shop there

I stopped shopping her because of the poor unfriendly customer service! SATURDAY WE WAITED AT THE DELI TRYING TO BUY SOME LUNCH MEAT WHILE THEY HAD 4 EMPLOYEES MAKING SUBS TO 2 PEOPLE, I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

If you order a sub online and pay in advance, they keep your sub behind the counter. I'd recommend against paying in advance since you can get stuck waiting in line to get it. It's quicker to just pay instore.

It's Publix. The bakery is great. The cakes are phenomenal. Get the chicken tender Pub Sub...best ever!

I was at the customer service and I noticed a couple weeks later. I need to talk to the manager leave a number extension that I can reach someone ASAP thank you

It used to be a friendly store. There are a lot of new staff not following Mr. Jenkins 10 feet, 10 second rule for acknowledging customers. Update: staff still doesn't follow the 10 feet 10 seconds rule.

The location is okay however my review is based solely off the fact that they have western union services but you can cash or refund a western union money order that they issued you! Most places will let you refund if you have the original receipt next time I’ll go to Walmart.

The bakery manager crystal was so lovely! She answered all my questions with a smile and was just amazing at helping me choose the perfect cake. I will be back for sure because of her kindness and attentiveness.

Publix always has a nice clean store, fresh fruit, meats, and cooked food that's fresh also and does not look old like other supermarkets. Pies and cakes are awesome and like everything else fresh😋

They use to be the best but recently the quality has fallen off a cliff while prices have increased. I wound up with expired good the last 2 times I visited and the Deli has ran out of bread for sandwiches every weekend for months now and sometimes they unplug the toaster and say it broken just to save time. Well, I wont he back ever again so maybe now you'll have the time to get it together.

Whoever is in charge of scheduling for the helpdesk in the front should really reconsider. Whoever the woman is in the front who is of medium, build, definitely not skinny not really the nicest face either, super unfriendly, super unhelpful, and probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a Publix in my life. Customer service should definitely be your nicest people. Whoever scheduling should definitely reconsider. Definitely not the way to start my day giving me an attitude because I wanted to get cash Back. That’s wild.

I went to the deli. As usual the service is super friendly and the quality of the foods on offer is top notch. Not to mention floors that always shine! Pricy but worth it if cleanliness and quality are a top priority.

1 lady in pharmacy is rude. I use to use the college store for pharmacy but moved cause of her but she’s at this one and has been for awhile. I live right outside the store so I have my husband go get my meds from there.

Deli only had two people working in a very busy store and had no fresh hot food because they had no kitchen staff.

I like this publix way more than the one down the road. They always have the food i need and i dont have to wait. I just realized how much i waste instead of cooking but is all worth it. 😋 they need more tri lichi

The food is great but Everytime I use the deli for a sandwich or other food they always have an attitude and act miserable. Food is good just service makes me feel like I'm in the way or something

I've yet to have a bad experience at any Publix locations. This location did not disappoint. They had what I needed, and the checkout was efficient and accurate. I received excellent customer service and suggestions (on different flavors of Publix Deli Teas and lemonade) from the 2 young ladies who checked me out.

The Pine Tree Plaza Publix is run professionally. It is usually well stocked, but on occasion items that you’d think should be available are missing. Also, I do order subs from here quite often and it’s is common for the sub to not be ready by pickup time. On more than one occasion the workers are actually making the Sub of a walk up customer well past the pickup time for my sub while my sub is not yet being prepared. So I ask what is the point of ordering ahead…other than that they have good service most of the time.

Has pretty much everything you need. Even had sushi and fresh stone crab

This review is more for the prices than the employees. I can't believe how they have gone up their prices. It was ok there for a while, but here lately it's gotten really out of hand. When you can go to a convenient store and get drinks and milk cheaper... There is a serious problem. Winn-Dixie tried that once upon a time and they ended up bankrupt. Walmart will have my business unless it's just a have to.

Very good supermarket. The store is always clean and the customer service is great! They have everything you need or will special order something if you ask them. The produce department is always very fresh and stocked. Great selection of meats and ready to cook meals!

My son was telling us about the Publix sandwich since the day we got to Jacksonville. I had the Philly Cheese sandwich and hubby got the chicken Chipotle sandwich. It was delicious and would definitely order it again. Service was warm and friendly. The ladies made this Texan want to go back and visit again. I'm almost done with my Publix sourdough bread.

Good Publix location. Clean, organized, and it looks well maintained. Just went in for a quick buy. I wanted to make some guacamole so just bought a few things. A very quick in and out! The cashier looked a bit on the serious side. Not very welcoming. No eye contact, but she was still quick and careful with my items.

This Pubix is not the biggest but it may be the friendliest! I have had to bring my wheelchair for my last few visits while I recuperate and from the minute I started 2 wheel in someone was there to help me. They got me a motorized cart, parked my wheelchair and told me just cl them when i was done 2 retrieve. They offered 2 help with my shopping got items 4 me and stayed with me in frozen to open doors and pick up high items. This has been the same 4 every visit! Mr. Gomez one of the mgrs was very helpful and even ordered for me items they were out of(never seem 2 hv Lays Cheddar and Sour Cream Chips or Pepsi Mango lol) and Anthony, Fran Keisha and Jamal (he's in meat always gladly made smaller pkgs for me and did special orders with a smile) are just some of all the nicest employees who helped me. I had bn doing Instacart while laid up but when I can go to a store like this and look at everything myself and pick out exactly what I want without being rushed with the fantastic help I got it's worth the time and effort.
