Went there today & its is a Pizza joint, they make good fresh pizza & no more Gabe....he friendly personality & laid back approach made the visit worthwhile ....Did not feel rushed to eat & leave like other places. Wish he would open a place again in the area

Great place to eat and to get REAL 🍸 🍹 🍸!!! The owners are so nice that they let my wife use their personal room so she could change because we were looking for restrooms at Johns Passing the signs for restrooms are hard find. A must visit if you are at John's Passing

The food looked great. Presentation good. Our party was of 6 people, so we sat in 2 tables. Server spent more time chatting with her coworker than attending, and the food was Extremely BLAND , You knew what you were eating because you ordered it and saw it on your plate,but if you shared your food...it all tested the same .. DEAD !!!!

Adamant yet welcoming, you can really tell when someone loves food and making ppl smile! Gabriels food and cocktails were so worth the stop right off the boardwalk ! Best sangria cocktail Ive had, fresh and not overly sweet just as said! Got a fish taco and steak taco both melts in your mouth, such amazing flavors !no hot sauce needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Gabe, he was more than a friendly face and a welcome party. He delivered just what he promised, amazing food and fantastic drinks. I purchased a steak taco and a cocktail and let me say, the taco was more than I asked for. The steak was tremendously tender and the perfect amount of ingredients to make flavor stand out. Truly a man than cares about food and is passionate about his craft. Even gave me a sample of his pulled pork that he had cooking, and let me say I was also blown away by that! Tender, and melt in your mouth delicious. The sauces, the spices, don't miss your chance to give this place a chance! Drinks fresh as promised and the food just as deliciously tasteful as promised! Much respect to Gabe and his food craft! P.S, there is absolutely no need to use the hot sauces on the tables! Hot sauce is only used for tasteless tacos and this place definitely isn't a place with such! 🤙🏼🍹

We were looking for good food at good prices and nothing fancy. We searched restaurants with good ratings and this was one. We walked in, and were pleasantly greeted by the lady behind the counter named Connie. She welcomed us and helped us make our decision based on what we wanted. Each of us had the blackened fish tacos - DELISH! She cooked em hot hot n fresh in front of us! And we had a fresh order of hot and crunchy (we requested it like this) French fries which were amazing, and some jalapeño poppers! Our service was so awesome. Connie is awesome! Thank you for making our stay in Madeira a pleasurable by serving up great food and great friendly service!

Best gumbo. Best Bloody Mary. Best service. Literally a great mom and pop. Everything is from scratch!! Highly recommend.

Walked on to the Pass with five kids, two adults, all hungry and in a grumpy mood. We got dragged in off the boardwalk by the owner with a promise of great food, service and a chance to cool off. Smoothies were delivered quickly without us even asking, they took the edge off the mood and heat. From there own everything was exceptionally delivered. Food was great and the service was what you would expect to have from someone who owns and loves what they do. I couldn’t recommend this more and we have eaten everywhere on the pass. Thanks for being a part of our evening and setting a standard for what can be expected while enjoying an evening on the pass. Oh, and the drinks are equally as good.

The ownership is amazing and if your outside you can go topless just check with the owner🤩🇺🇸🩵🏖️

The owner of this place is absolutely amazing. Our group of 12 people walked into paradise cafe for one drink and ended up staying 4 hours. Gabriel, the owner, truly made our night one that we will all never forget.

11 of us went to Johns Pass to get food and drinks, every place had an hour wait so we went to try to find a bar to drink at in meantime. We stumbled upon Paradise Cafe and instantly clicked with Gabe. We ended up staying for hours and didn’t go to dinner. Gabe made us the best drinks we have ever had and we will remember this for the rest of our lives. So many laughs and memories made- all thanks to the him!!! At the end of the night when we realized we hadn’t ate, Gabe cooked all of us such good food- jalapeño poppers, Philly cheese steaks, tacos, and more. This will be our go to spot now when we come back to Indian Rocks!

Skip the tourist trap. Order the food and he cooks it himself right there. Got a variety of food and it was all excellent, including his specialty drinks. We will be back!

Sometimes you find a diamond in the rough and it changes your whole day. I called my visit here the magical mystery tour. The owner, Gabe, will make you feel like family. He talks fast and with no filter. He's holding down the fort, making great food, and enjoying great music. He's happy to make you an amazing drink, share some great music, make you some food, and make your experience one you won't soon forget. Located on the boardwalk, go to your left until you find Paradise. And make sure to ask about Bonnie, his cute little puppy hanging out back. 🧃👌🐕🐠🐟🍓❤️❤️❤️ Tell him Barbie sent ya. (because I want him to know what a great time we had staying too long at his place)

AMAZING food, as well as the owner, very friendly and hilarious! We had a party of 5 and got our food perfectly on time. Everyone loved it and had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Johns Pass. Will 100% be back again. The hour drive was totally worth it! (The famous house sangria is DELICIOUS, definitely recommend as well)

This place is a must stop in John’s Pass. The food was fantastic. Try the Cubano and the gumbo! The atmosphere is great. Plus, you have to love the fact that it is a mom and pop in a sea of chains!

Great drinks, amazing food, and friendly staff! My family and I stopped at Paradise Cafe & Bar for a late lunch/afternoon snack in early Jan 2023. We received wonderful service by their super friendly and personable staff. The white sangria is delicious, the gumbo is amazing, and the Cubano Italiano might be one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten in my life. I cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant!!! Highly recommended!

The owner Gab was amazing mixing us up fancy fruity girl drinks, fixing up the most amazing clam chowder , and killer fish tacos. I highly recommend this hidden gem and we will definitely be back!

Best seafood gumbo ##better than all other nice restaurants. Seafood salad is beautiful with fish, shrimp and octopus.Great homemade food and fresh grill sandwiches & tacos 🌮 & pulled pork with rice. Such a cute little bar with great Chef cooking amazing dishes with all homemade Recipes. Such a great dinner better than all the nice restaurants nearby cuz they cost more money and takes longer time to wait for table& ur food. Love this place. Our family will come back for that great gumbo and sandwiches.

By far the most friendly owners and personable experience we have had here in Florida! An award worthy white berry sangria and top notch bloody Mary for myself 😜 Kid approved chicken tenders and cheesey fries, husband approved steak sandwich and beef tacos. Watched them prepare their super size wings that had my mouth watering. All inside a small scale kitchen and indoor seating area, but also had outdoor seating right along the water at John's Pass Boardwalk. Perfect stop and glad to highly recommend!

AMAZING HIDDEN GEM!! Accidentally found it while strolling down the boardwalk and couldn’t have been happier. The gumbo, with lots of gumbo love, is hands down the best gumbo I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. You can’t go wrong with any of the tacos. The owner Gabe is one of those people who’s passion for creating & serving amazing food is undeniable. It’s not fancy but it’s real and full of love. It is now officially a required stop anytime we visit Florida.

This is our favorite place on Mad Beach! The fish tacos, gumbo, shrimp tacos, and even the American fare, is THE BEST!! Homemade sangria is delicious!! The owner treats his customers like family!! Thankful we discovered this little gem!! I will never miss coming to Paradise Cafe!!

The absolute best food on the boardwalk!! The gyro was amazing!! I also had the seafood mac n cheese.. oh my!! The fam had the gumbo, big city ribeye, Ally Fave, snapper...superb!! Definitely worth a trip to John's pass and Paradise cafe!!

The best gumbo and it's not up for debate!!!! Wife had the shrimp tacos and I had the steak sandwich and the flavor was just amazing. The Sangria was right on time for the wife!!!! The best part about our visit was the great hospitality given by the owner. Great person and we will definitely be back. Enjoy the Rolling Stones Concert!!!!
