We had so much fun here! It was extremely welcoming and these ladies were so genuine. It’s great for all ages My 2 and 4 year old both had spaces to entertain them. We will of course be going back and recommending all my other momma friends to come try it out!

We absolutely adore The Play Factory cafe, not only for its warm and welcoming owners but also for its lively atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for gatherings and top-notch coffee that parents love. It's a fantastic place to visit with kids!

I've been coming for 3 years with my little ones and they always enjoy themselves. Great ambiance and community. They also have great breakfast itemswhich I've came without the kids for. They added a game area which is perfect as my son is now in the age where he's interested eletronics. Glad the northside has the playfactory!

We absolutely LOVE coming here! I have 3 girls ages 4, 2.5 and 1 and they all have so much fun every time we're here! The owners have created such a great atmosphere for both the kids and the adults! We're going to be planning a bday party here soon because my daughter has been begging me to have her party here!

Had a great time here! I purchased the kid pass online & check in was seamless. The staff were very friendly and happy!! My son had a blast playing with all of the kids there. I think it was helpful in getting him out of his comfort zone as he is an only child haha! I also LOVED that they had a cafe w/ coffee and food! I ordered a dirty chai latte w/ pumpkin spice sweet cream foam & a chicken salad croissant; it was delish! My son had a grilled cheese and he loved that as well! My kiddo had so much fun that he was very much knocked out during the ride home lol! Will definitely be back!!!

We love coming here. Have been coming here for years. They do have rules that are enforced for safety and cleanliness which I totally get. Personally the prior owners did not keep the place very clean and you could tell. Everytime I went there, my kids were sick. The coffee is great. The kids always have fun. It is so nice to have a place to relax while you watch your kids, catch up on emails, return calls and just get caught up on things in the AC. It is one of the few places my toddler and young child will use the bathroom at. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Socks are required. The large slide does side fast but my 3 and 4 yr old love it and think it is fun.

Super cute place and best of all the barista is better than Starbucks.. and that’s coming from a Starbucks regular lol the play area is clean and adorable and we’re loving it here! 🖤🖤

Absolutely amazing party! We got the premier package and didn’t have to lift a finger! All the guest had a blast and the unlimited coffee bar was a hit! 10/10 recommend for a birthday party! I had zero stress going into my baby’s 1st birthday and they made it so special!

We were really looking forward to taking our 2 year old here and finally used some vacation time from work to take advantage. The concept is great and I was so excited to try an indoor play space during a hot summer day but it was honestly a letdown. There were very few toys to play with (except in the “infant” area), there’s one large climbing apparatus with 2 slides (one of which catapults the children onto the floor), and the group of kids that were there seemed to be friends of the owner and were kind of running the space. $16 was very steep for what is offered and there are free options around town that are way more entertaining. I don’t think we’ll be back, unfortunately.

Loved visiting Play Factory! It is a very clean kid and mom friendly spot. Autumn is an amazing employee that is very helpful and makes sure to keep up with organizing and making sure the kiddos are safe and the mommas can have their coffee! A great place to visit whether you live in town or passing by and visiting. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends nearby.

It's unethical knowing that these new owners have continued to sit back and inherit these amazing google reviews KNOWING that they are from the previous owners. We have come here for YEARS, and now the place has been tainted with helicopter moms. None of the kids were "bad" at all, but if a child picks up a foam block more than 6 inches they will warn you and the kid. Even if it's a 1 year old. The anxiety that these people give you makes the whole point of coming null and void. We have 4 other sets of friends who too have stopped going because of the new owners. It's a very small place and everyone polices their own kids, there is no need to go out of your way and talk to the children over absolutely minor issues. I pity the owners kids!

Came with two of my kids, age 2 and 3, they both had a blast. Definitely plan on coming back in the future.

Lifesaver! We just got off a cruise and had 4 hours to kill before going to the airport with our 2 little ones. What a great way for the kids to burn off some energy and give the parents a break while we drink coffee and check up on e-mails. Food is good too! Has changing tables & stool for kids to wash their hands. Everything we needed to kill some time in peace. Kids, parents, and staff were great! Don’t forget socks or pay $2 for them. 6 and under allowed to play. Older kids and adults can be in the area supervising.

Absolutely love this place! The food/drinks are phenomenal, the owners are super kind and it's a clean and inviting environment for kids to play. Definitely worth the drive if you are in southern or western Jacksonville.

I was very impressed with this place. It’s clean and has plenty of stuff to keep toddlers busy while you enjoy some coffee from the cafè. We drove an hour to visit and it did not disappoint. Can’t wait to come back.

Such a fun place to take our toddler! My nanny and I were able to take turns doing crazy fun time while the other person enjoyed a coffee and breakfast.

I love taking my son here. It's a great, small indoor play space for children 5 and under that also has a game room for older kids. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and always make us feel welcome and treat us like family. The ever expanding menu is a great touch as well as having themed events randomly. We spend hours here every time we go. My son has a blast with all of the open-ended toys. His creativity skyrockets.

This place was perfect for my 1 year old and for my niece’s 1 year old birthday party. The toys they have are well taken care of and high quality and the bathrooms are very clean. The owners are very sweet as well. My 5 year old sister also had a blast!!!

Our son's second birthday bash was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond, helping us set up decorations, welcoming guests, and serving delicious coffee. The play area was a hit, offering the perfect space for little ones to play and explore. Everyone agreed it was the best party they've ever been to and can't wait to bring their kids back for more fun.

My daughter's first birthday couldn't have gone any better. This establishment revolutionizes parties for our beloved little ones, while also remembering to include parents/family members in the fun. The space is wide open for exploration, and includes all of the latest and greatest gadgets and gizmos for kids to play with, and just when you thought only the tots were going to enjoy themselves, comes a digital oasis, also known as the Game Room. We had an absolute blast, and will most likely be hosting her 2nd, and many subsequent birthdays here. Glad to have found such an incredible gem to host this momentous occasion at an awesome price given all the accommodations the wonderful host provided.

I love a good indoor play area, especially during the summer when it's uncomfortably hot. However, this is yet another one where standard hours are on weekdays making it inaccessible for working families.

This place is great! My family and I stopped by here on the drive back to Atlanta to give my 3 year old a break from the ride. He really enjoyed himself. It's perfect size for toddlers play and parents to relax without worry. They also have a really nice game room that older kids can enjoy.The owner's are so friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean. We had an ice coffee, mango smoothie, breakfast bagel and chocolate muffin. Everything was great. I wish I had ordered more! If you are in the Jacksonville area or traveling through with kids this would be a great stop! I will return on my next visit.

Just came here for the first time with my son and a friend- we really enjoyed it! Everyone was really friendly, it was really clean and they have a great selection of toys for kids to play and climb on. Will definitely come back again!

We're in town visiting family and visited the Play Factory today to let our 2 year old get some energy out. She had a blast and we all enjoyed our caramel macchiatos (hot, iced, and iced-with-no-ice 🤣). The blueberry muffin was also yummy. Our daughter loved the play area, especially the slide and Pickler triangle setup. If we're ever in town for one of her birthday parties, we'll definitely be having it here!

The owner is very sweet & welcoming, it was my first time coming I came with a friend that has been here before with her kiddo, we had a blast. Blueberry muffin & latte was great! Great indoor place for kids & parents to enjoy themselves! We Will be coming again soon !

We just had our first experience at this venue and we loved it! The owner Bree was very friendly and welcoming, the coffee, chai latte, chicken salad croissant, and sausage and egg croissant were yummy and reasonably priced. We took our 5 year old daughter and 2 year old niece and they both had a lovely time! Bree engaged us in friendly conversation and told us about the business. Overall, we had a great time and we will certainly be visiting again.

Good idea. Definitely has some kinks. Signage and prices and rules and a sign up would be helpful. Didn’t really like being scolded by the worker for doing things wrong. Communication could have been better. Coffee was good.

We had our son's birthday party and it was great. We loved the place, we had a private party and the children really enjoyed it. Adding unlimited coffee for the adults was the best decision. We all fell in love with the coffees that Bree makes. Thank you for such excellent service and attention. We will definitely be back whenever we can 🙏🏼

Overpriced! We recently had our son’s first birthday here and it was ok. No one followed up or reached out in regards to our party booking, and when I called to confirm they had our event the man on the phone had attitude which was my first red flag. The day of we arrived at 1 (30 minutes before party started) and the “dedicated party assistants” that were mentioned in their party section was a single young girl who decided to take her break when we showed up. I set up the event by myself. The floor was dirty, behind the backdrop was roaches and crumbs from previous parties (second red flag). The bathrooms were atrocious! Honestly I felt embarrassed knowing guests were coming to a dirty environment. The high chair they provide did not snap in all the way which is a danger to kids trying to eat. Again the assistant was on her phone in the closet. While she was sweet she wasn’t attentive but that’d on the place for hiring a young girl to man a party by herself. For the play area to be socks only while we were leaving the assistant walked in there with her shoes which makes me think of the cleanliness of the play area that our kids were playing in. Sanitary wise this place is literal trash. I would not recommend to anyone.

Our daughter (19 months old) really enjoys this place. She gets excited when she sees that we have arrived and even more excited once inside. Amazing and friendly staff, clean play area, and delicious coffee. We ended up getting the membership to be able to bring our daughter here multiple times a week. Awesome place for kids who are not of age to go to v pre k, they are able to interact with other kids their age and build social skills.

While looking for a place to host my son's birthday, I found this place with a simple Google search. Went physically to check it out and the online pictures matched the in person experience. It was very simple to book for the party. Any questions I had they answered clearly without the run around. I definitely recommend this place to host your little's birthday party. The kids had a blast and the staff was extremely helpful and professional.

My husband and I loved taking our daughter! She’s 13 months so it was nice having another area we could take her to play without all the bigger kids, but both areas are great for play. Owner is extremely nice and the coffee is strong🤤 if you need a energy boost try the ‘new parent’! If we lived closer we would get the membership, but will definitely be coming back whenever we can make the trip!

I can’t even put in words how much my daughter enjoyed her party at the Play Factory this past weekend. The amazing team working the coffee bar (Erica and Amy) made our time there so enjoyable. They took care of all the guest no matter how overwhelming it seemed to me. Lol We happened to meet the owners and they are so down to earth and lovely. I felt like I was at home. The Game Zone was such a great addition for the older kids at the party but the 0-6 play area was put to use. It was so nice to walk in and have everything done. From decor, cake, paper products, ballon set-up. I didn’t have to do a thing. I recommend adding the unlimited coffee bar to any party. The coffee and lemonade was amazing and my guest really appreciated being able to try everything! I highly recommend Play Factory & Café to all. Can’t wait to visit for a cup of coffee or a birthday party.

Just found this place during a friends kids birthday party and loved the idea. A place for parents of kids to sit and enjoy a coffee and not worry about their kids not wanting to sit still. They had video games in the back for the older kids and a large playset for the toddlers that was fenced in. The coffee was awesome and a great price as well. 10/10 would recommend for a coffee date with a friend and their kids. Great Sunday morning experience. Erica was working while we were there and she was awesome at helping us pick the right drink and helped make the experience that much better. Go try it out!

1st time there and it's a nice, cute and cozy place for small gathering.

I decided to bring my 2 year old daughter here for the first time and she absolutely loved it. The environment is so welcoming and not intimidating for first timers and is relatively clean. The shop is ran by the owner who supports the military and offers discount. Beyond happy we stumbled upon this hidden gem.

We love bringing our toddler here! It’s clean and provides a safe environment where my child can have play time with others while still being able to keep an eye on them. Plus the cafe is the perfect touch for this tired mom! Highly recommend!
