I stopped in for take out lunch. Staff was incredible! Food was quick and delicious! Highly recommend the turkey bacon!

Can’t get enough of this flavors… not sure what’s the secret, the taste is fantastic… I’ve been going to pronto salads for many years now… the taste, the service, the freshness of ingredients it’s just great… does not matter what you pick from the menu won’t disappoint…

I'm looking online, everything looks very good, but I don't see the prices on the Menu, only at the end of a few things. Why don't they put the prices in the photos?

There are so many choices, I just told the 'chef' my nutrition goals and my 'dislikes' and she made me adelicious custom salad. Perfect, My go to lunch spot for now on

I was craving a salad and this was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The place was empty when I walked in and I perhaps should’ve seen this as a sign. The only good thing about this place was the staff………the woman serving me was super lovely! Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The salad was incredibly small, there was hardly any chicken at all, the broccoli was past its use-by date, and it turned out to be perhaps one of the most expensive salads I’ve ever had. I will definitely not return.

4th time I come here to pick up my package and the location is closed. Even though it says they are open on google and on the door. What time does this location actually close because its not 6pm.. no one will answer the calls.

Incredibly overpriced for what you get in a strip mall sandwich shop. +1 for fresh food and nice staff. - 3 for pricing and amount of actual protein in the food. You can mention all you want about prices being expensive everywhere, but this is not a sit-down restaurant with nice ambiance. This setting has less in it than a Subway (and yes, I am using Subway as the comparison for this review). You will notice right at the start that the single menu at the end of the counter has NO prices on it. If it did, you would turn around and walk right out. Fact: $41.58 for a High Protein Bowl ($19) and a Chicken Wrap ($15.25), plus two drinks. This was for lunch. Half that price would have been acceptable for the food we received. The chicken wrap had just a sprinkling of chicken in it and the rest was completely filler to make it look big (see photo). To pay $40-50 for lunch, I hope you will expect two entrees that will fill you up possibly through dinner. I have never paid that much at a strip mall fast food deli. Especially when the final product is 90% salad. Skip this one and get two days of lunches somewhere else.

It's alittle on the pricey side but nowadays what's not. The salad and quesadilla were fresh and good. The salad does come in a big portion so it will fill you up.

The shrimp and salmon salad was excellent and the owner very friendly.

Had a chicken Cesar salad. It had chicken, croutons, grated Parmesan and mixed greens. It was very delicious and the person who assisted me was very kind. Good service will get you extremely far. However, it didn’t have enough protein (chicken) for my taste, and they were chopped too small. Plus I felt it was overpriced for a very simple cesar salad (approximately $17-18 for a small salad only, no drink). For that reason I’m hesitant to come back. Nonetheless it was fresh and had great flavor.

Decided to stop here unexpectedly for a quick lunch break. WOW. Best panini I’ve ever had. ☺️

Regardless of store's policy, the owner was the most uncooperative and rude by talking about my boyfriend and I in spanish to another customer to our faces; and profiled my boyfriend at every interaction until cops showed up on her and all his information was at the end of the day verified and not wrong on his end. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here and thats just on their service.

As a Afro-American, I feel ashamed having to call the cops on the owner for profiling and ridicule as if I couldn’t get a translator app to find out what was said . It’s usually from the places you expect the least

This place was amazing. We were in town for the Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix and wanted to grab a bite before hitting the venue. We stopped here - it looked fairly non descript but we took a chance and went inside we ordered the gyro salad and the sandwich and they bother we’re phenomenal! I wish they were in our home town cause, I’d eat it every single day! Do yourself a favor - don’t miss this place!

I ordered the chicken wrap. I expected more chicken. Its mainly a chicken salad wrap with very little chicken. The menu is misleading. Maybe call it a chicken salad wrap. There is an option to add chicken. It was my first time ordering. I feel mislead and tricked. Definitely change the description or add more chicken. All the chicken is cut up into little pieces and mixed in like a salad. I can still tell there is very little chicken in it definitely not a good value for your money.

It was delicious, great flavor and portions, healthy. I recommend this place if you want to have a healthy option. A+++

I had the most pleasant conversation with the owner :) She helped me select my food, I told her about my dietary restrictions and she was very understanding. Her food is not only healthy but delicious. For anyone who is curious I have IBS and she has food safe for people to eat, for people like me :). The atmosphere is comforting and inviting. Food is fresh and delicious and a great place to eat healthy. Portions are are great and the staff is very friendly, It’s one of my favorite places to eat.

I got the gyro bowl absolutely delicious. My husband also loved his Quinoa salad. We usually head to Giardinos for a salad but we really enjoyed this Mediterranean Latin mix. Definitely a great lunch spot.

Once you taste a salad from Pronto Salads, no other salad joint will matter to you. It's that good!

Everything on their menu is absolutely made FRESH and is super delicious. Definitely a gem of a spot for the health conscious. I always go for the Kale Kale with either a mix of Tuna Salad or grilled Ahi but today I switched up and had the grilled chicken with and it was superb!

I have been frequenting this restaurant for the past 2 years or so. The food is always fresh and the lettuce is always a good quality. The people who work here are always very nice and willing to accommodate whatever changes you want to make to a food item. I see some people in the comment section complaining about the food pricing and quite frankly I think they are very realistically priced. Quite often even a run to Chick-fil-A or McDonald’s will run you about $10 for lunch. So I think honestly the price for getting something fresh and being from a local business is quite reasonable. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will continue to support it as a local business and a healthier alternative to a lot of the neighboring restaurants.

Fast, fresh, and convenient - I work nearby , so I order online for pick-up super fast and easy, always ready by the time i get there, pick up and go back to the office. Ingredients are fresh and delicious.

Their food is great, but their prices are not. A small Caesar salad will run you $10. The service is quick, and they usually are not busy. They would have a lot more business if you couldn’t go next door and get a 3 course meal of sushi for less money.

For the new year I decided that I needed to start eating more veggies, and so far Pronto Salads has made it easier to do just that. I’m not a salad eater by any means, but the Falafel Salad and the Quinoa Earthy salads that I’ve tried so far have been delicious. The greens are fresh, the dressings are flavorful, everything tastes healthy and homemade. I’ll definitely be coming back to stick to my resolution and to just feel better about myself for finally eating some greens :)

My favorite place to grab a quick salad. Staff is nice. I can have a different salad everyday, large variety. I buy squeezed juice too, lovely.

Delicious food, great service, over-priced. Even the small size will run you at least $10 without meat. Adding meat, or getting a larger size will run you closer to $15 after tip, and that is not even including a drink. There are cheaper salad options, but they certainly don't taste as good as the food here; although if you're on a budget this may not be the place for you.

This is THE BEST salad shop in Miramar or Pembroke Pines. The fresh ingredients, multiple choice toppings, and dressings are great!! They do more than just salads also. Been coming here for over 1 year and it's so so good. Now they serve breakfast!

Absolutely excellent salads with excellent service. The gentleman at the counter today was super kind he saw that I had a lot of things with me and he even offered to bring my salad to the car for me which he did I don't know the young man's name but I hope he gets recognized for the Excellence customer service he provided for me! Such a wonder clean atmosphere in the restaurant as well I highly recommend it!

I regularly get lunch here during the week. The salads are very fresh and the staff is friendly. I've ordered both in person and online and never had an issue.

We were starving and wanted something quick and easy, this was easy to get to and the employees were very nice! They made our salads quick and they are incredibly delicious! I took two items off my salad and the person making it asked if I wanted to substitute anything at no additional charge which was really nice. It was slightly pricey but we did both order large salads and you get a TON of lettuce/toppings in the bowl so I think it’s really fine. I would definitely recommend going here and we will be back.

Upon entering there was a man who didn’t greet me at all despite me saying hello to him and just was kinda rude. But the lady who prepared my pink salmon wrap was very nice and man was that wrap full of greens! Delicious though a bit pricy but worth the buck

Totally amazing food, their vinaigrette is absolutely delicious. The whole restaurant is a Happy, fresh green, and eating in is extremely calming. The owners are extremely Kind, and want to make sure you enjoy your time there, and they really do get your food out Pronto!

Good salad place. Friendly staff and options. Sad that I couldn't replace the (fatty) dressing for another topping (hence the 4 stars). Drink options could be better and healthier for a salad place, but this is OK.
