Perfectly wonderful, friendly service.

Used to be a loyal customer, I always like to support the small businesses, but I probably won't be going there anymore. They've been out of several juices the past couple of months, and they keep saying they're ordering more but never do. I doubt there are supply chain issues. The juice I'm looking for I can get from at least 6 different online vendors. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm not going to keep buying products I don't really like. I'll just buy online, and it's cheaper online anyway.

This place is amazing!! Great customer service and amazing products. I purchased a 510 vape pen for 40 bucks a few months ago, and it had a lifetime warranty. I did need it replaced a couple of times over the last Eight or so months and they were always happy to replace it for free, As long as I have recliptic, etc. The "o-pen" is now only 30 bucks, if u vape yeah its great and even has a dabs setting. And the warranty!! But yes this place is amazing!! Thanks for your help and time guys. 5 stars🌟

Haven't used the product in 35+ years, there is so much to learn. Been there several times and everyone that was working the store have been fantastic. Explaining the different types, etc. Have found relaxation and relief from pain. THANK YOU

First time there I was shocked by how much more vape juices they offer. Especially for me, who only smokes dessert flavors in a low nic level of 3. Even my own local shop in Sicklerville that I've been going to for 10+yrs, only ever had about 4-5 flavors. Only one good out of those. Being stuck with cookie cream for years. And then suddenly out of luck/chance, I come across this shop. Totally overjoyed with their collection. And even more happy with how many delicious flavors they have. I'm actually able to get a different flavor every time I stop in. All of the staff there are so friendly, helpful, great vibes! They have gone the extra mile for me a couple of times. I'm so happy to have found this shop. It has become my new regular spot.

I'm from the NYC metro area but happened to drop by after my vape tank accidentally shattered. thankfully, Faith was around and she was super friendly, knowledgeable and showed me a variety of alternative tanks that would fit my non-standard mod. Highly recommend PurePuff based on my experience. Prices are great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable (and I'm not easily pleased by average service, just saying). I will definitely stop by whenever I'm in the area again!!

Stopped in for the first time. The sales woman was great. She was VERY knowledgeable, and I asked her a lot of questions. She made some great recommendations for my pain, and asked that I come back to let her know if the products helped.

This has become my go to spot before I order things online because it's a better experience, from the knowledgable staff to the array of products. Everything you need for consuming hemp or cannabis; cbd products that have been tested including gummies, devices for consuming concentrate or flower, accessories for those devices which is hard to find these days due to supply issues.

All the folks behind the counter are super cool, non judgemental and happy to answer the most basic of questions. They make it easy to get excited and enjoy the experience of shopping for the things you're looking for. A great selection of high quality products; there's not anything extraneous here that you would just glance over. Everything is in its place. A must stop if you're at all curious about getting into hemp, or already a seasoned consumer.

Love this shop, in this day of everyone selling Cbd you sometimes don’t get knowledgeable people or the right products. This place has both! The delta 8 gummy’s help with my pain and give me a lift! The Cbd gummy’s I take at night help my pain and I sleep well! Everything you need is here and a great staff to boot ! I don’t go anywhere else !!

I’ve been coming to this store for almost 2 years. Been to other stores but none have the variety or selection that this place does. I recommend it to anyone who vapes, uses cbd or likes awesome hand made quality glass. Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. Had a good experience with PurePuff.com. Eric was extremely helpful when I did not get an update from USPS and sent me my tracking number. They were extremely responsive and courteous. Just moved to area and discovered this shop online. It's a very nice store, with a great selection. Quality vape juice at a great price. The employee was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a genuinely nice employee whom treats it's customers well are hard to come by. The selection of choices were great, and they even have a menu. Not many other places have this selection anymore, and the juice I bought was of higher quality than I am used to as of late from other stores. Stores like this are few and far between these days. Awesome store with friendly vibes. It was Halloween and she was in a full costume. I will be a regular customer.

Shoutout to the staff at PurePuff for their immense knowledge of products and their willingness to educate each and every customer who walks through their door. I have been a customer for years and they were able to get me on the right vape to quit smoking. Now they are teaching me about whole body wellness through the use of the proper equipment (I just bought the Mighty vape and it’s well worth the money) CBD products, and so much more I had no idea was even out there. I put my whole trust in these amazing men for everything vape related and general wellness.

Very friendly workers. I found them by mistake, and will gladly drive 90 minutes one way for a MMP friendly business. Not expensive, especially for Jersey.

Upon my first visit to this location, the staff was extremely helpful in finding an e-liquid flavor I would enjoy and coils for my vape that were better than the ones I'd been using, all for a reasonably good price. Worth a visit if your looking for good vape supplies.

First Vape Shop I ever visited and didn't know a thing about it, but the staff/owners are extremely informative, patient, and honest. My Fiance and I felt completely comfortable and we ended up with perfect products. Since then we have returned multiple times and received the same support and guidance. Also worth noting is their Rewards Program: Every $1 spend is 1 point, once you reach 250 points you have $25 store credit! I highly recommended this place I to anyone beginner or experienced vet.

So this was my first time going in there. And I must say I got a good vibe. The young men that work there pretty customer service oriented. Didn't pressure you into buying a whole bunch of product but their convincing skills was on point LOL. Ended up buying three e-juices that I did not need but I love the flavor and they helped with the decision. I also like this place because it had the kind of eJuice that I Vape so that's always a plus. I like the gentleman they were very helpful I'll be going back soon. Awesome experience!
