Armadillo Den is a great spot, and it’s nice to have a healthy, filling food option here. The team is great - our pager wasn’t working but they sorted things out and were kind and we still got our food hot. Highly recommend the jackfruit burrito!

This place by far has blown me away with the quality of the food as well as portion sizes which is perfect. Not too much food or too little, this place really knows how to make good tasting entrees. So good ordered twice in a row, if this place keeps up the good work they have found themselves a loyal customer :). Their steak bowl is particularly good, and it has a really good mix of vegetables and sauces. Couldn't recommend enough.

Great Bowl and healthy food options.

The bowl I got with chicken was so sad that I regret not just returning and asking for a refund… it was $15 and it was so sad and just ok in taste. There was less than 15 leaves of spinach and truly like 1/4 of a chicken breast in it, which cost alone an extra $5 dollars. The bowl was $10 but definitely not worth it. I have NEVER purchased something that cost $15 and was able to finish AND still be hungry! Don’t waste your money. Totally understand that healthy food costs more, but this thing was so sad looking that it didn’t even go over the flat rim of the bowl it is served on. Take a look at the pictures! I am not making this up. Not sure if a fluke, but I would never pay that much for something so small and sad looking. The burger was “less worse”, but nothing crazy especial in taste either. It was also overdone and as dry as cardboard… you can definitely taste the quality, but even then it is overpriced and not worth it overall! I’ve had fresh tuna bowls at other healthy places for that price and was never able to finish it! Much better options out there.

Absolutely love their salads! I try and get food from here everytime I come to the armadillo den, except when it’s closed. Their brownie is sooo good! I cant recommend this place enough.

I’ve eaten here almost a dozen times, everything was amazing until this year. I ordered a chalsa burger and it came without the chalsa and overcooked. I tried again with a friend, the chimichurri steak tips used to melt in my mouth but this time they were tough and overcooked. My friend spit out grissly pieces of her steak. Super disappointing that it went downhill.

My fav food truck! Their beef is surprisingly tender and tasty. We always get the plate and gluten-free burger to share. Their steak bites are great if you want a treat for later 😎 Knocking off a star for service because I thought my beeper buzzed so I went to ask about it, and they treated me like I was crazy. Didn’t have to act like a jerk… FWIW, the service at the other truck at Hi Sign is above and beyond this one.

Great food, and Armadillo Den is a great atmosphere to chill at. Food is expensive so we can't come here as often as we'd like, so I give it 4 stars.

Ordered the first time through lunchdrop at work and had to take my husband. Food is fresh and healthy. Taste is amazing. Will absolutely be a repeat customer.

This place is amazing! The food is so delicious! We ordered the cilantro bowl with southwestern pulled pork and the steak bites with chimichurry and habanero. I'm ready to go back again and try another of your delicacies!!! ...and as if that were not enough, all their disposables are compostable and recyclable!! In love with this place.

I got the rosemary bowl with pulled pork, and it was DELICIOUS! Also great service. The food truck was located at High Sign Brewing.

Their bowls and steak are the best, highly recommend.

The jackfruit bbq burrito! I had it once with kale instead of rice and once with rice. Both times it was amazing! Next time I will have to branch out and try another menu item, which I have no doubt will be delicious.

The rosemary bowl was delicious. Steak cooked perfectly, apple cider vinaigrette was made from scratch, apples, spinach, and goat cheese were very fresh. 10/10 would recommend.

Ranch Hand was catered to my office through LunchDrop. I had the southwestern pulled pork sandwich and it was great. I’ll definitely be stopping by their truck

Steaks burritos are awesome. One of my favorite spots in the neighborhood to grab some lunch or dinner. 👍🏼

I don't post often but this place deserves the 6 star review. You can call it food truck food, but the delicate essence of this food chemistry will leave you begging for more. It is a 3 money sign place with a 2 money sign price. The steak, medium rare with coffee rub, chelsa burger, and pretzel brownie with melt delightful caramel were not food, but an experience. We will be back, as this kind of food is how you live a good life.

Vegetarian options are overpriced for what you get. I had the cilantro bowl with tofu and it was tasty but not unlike something I could easily make at home. Ingredients were fresh but I would not pay $14 for this meal. The base price for the bowls is $9 and that seems like a more fair price for what I got (it was extra to add tofu). The bowl was half spinach, with a little bit of the other ingredients.

I've eaten food from here a few times and it's always delicious. Had the steak bites yesterday and holy baby Jesus they were unreal. Little meaty pillows of perfect texture and temperature. Highly highly highly recommend!!

The Heartbrand bowl was one of the best things I've had in a long time, especially at a bar. Pretty simple but was absolutely amazing.

I came because a friend said they had guacamole here. After walking up I realized I was at the food truck. But the staff really recommended the steak bites. Holy crud it was so good. Our group wasn’t really hungry but went back and ordered more. We still bought the guacamole from the other trailer but wished we hadn’t. We will be back!!

This is literally the best burger I’ve had in Austin, Texas. I shocked at all the flavor. The kale salad as a side was on point. The steak bites could be a meal on their own. This was delivery. I can only imagine how great tastes in house.

Quality ingredients; the whole was not better than the sum of the parts. Meat on the burger was overcooked given the lean beef; so were the beef bites.

This truck falls under BEST FOOD I’VE EVER HAD. They absolutely nailed the coffee & pepper rubbed steak!! It is to die for and was cooked to perfection. The habanero chimichurri is so unique and savory, but not spicy and perfectly balances the steak. The grilled kale was also outstanding. Kale off a truck is usually sus, but not in this case. The BBQ pulled jackfruit sandwich was so juicy and well cooked, it’s hard to do jackfruit right and they crushed it!!! I’ll be coming back for more. Also the guy who was working tonight was so friendly and welcoming, and made sure to help with all my allergies. Thank you!!!! 😊

Such a cool venue! Live music, outdoor seating, craft cocktails, snacks! Great design elements feels very comfortable and cozy. Most of all great service!
