Got here at 9:20pm, the physical sign and website say they close at 9. Google says they close at 10. Like seriously change your hours! You do not close at 10. A few people were there too waiting for ice cream. Stop wasting peoples’ times.

A summertime staple. But like everything else, it's getting very expensive, for frozen sugar water. $20 for 3 people is steep.

What's not to like? Water ice, milkshakes and ice cream. Heavenly!

Stopped at Rita's everyday for 2 weeks

The portions are extremely small compared to others I visit. Maybe better training would helpful

Great place friendly staff always go there if you're looking for a great snack or dessert should say. Great custard Italian water ice Top Notch place is great. There is always a line but it moves fast if you want something good trust me go there

They have the best selection of ice and custard at this Rita's, not to mention real Philly soft pretzels vs other Rita's that have their own tasteless cheaper version. The staff is always so nice too!

Friendly staff and a clean place. Bring your dog and ask for a Puppy Cup, it’s like the Starbucks one but better because they include a bone shaped treat on top. Rita’s is really not given enough credit.

Everybody who works here is always extremely polite and friendly and they make the best black cherry and chocolate blendini's ever! Well worth the five bucks, they're soft pretzels are actually pretty good too! Check them out and be sure to donate to whatever organization they're helping out now!

Since moving to the region Rita's has quickly become my go to soft serve ice cream stop. Friendly staff and great service every time.
