I'd been wanting to try this place & decided to stop by. after liking what I ordered my 1st trip, I returned the very "next day" to order it again. unfortunately the price was different. (they'd charged me more) I returned the next day (8-23-24) to try it again thinking that there may have been a price increase, however the price was what I paid the 1st time I'd visted.(8-21-24) I expressed this to the cashier (short slinder young lady working on 8-23 @ 12:45 afternoon) along with requesting that my drink is blended well due to my previous drink having larger ice chips. she was completely dismissive while standing at the window with her arms folded. nor did she inform the person making my drink causing my drink to again have larger sized ice chips. My complaint is not about the product as it was good (minus the large ice chips) but the customer service in not addressing the price difference or being accommodating for the difference in price along with my request as to making sure my drink was blended well was concerning.

Update to August of this year. BIG girl with black hair working at Orange Park location made a completely unnecessary, rude, and untrue remark to my wife regarding our personal lives that she knows nothing about and has no business putting her 2 cents in. As unprofessional as it gets.

Rachel, Bailee and Lusandria are amazing. Always fast, friendly, great suggestion and most of all delicious! Highly recommend!!

Waffle sandwich and peanut butter drink were so good. Barista was super cool and enjoyed the quiz.

Piper was absolutely amazing.. This was my first time visiting and she helped me learn the menu and discover options based on what I like.

I love that they have more sugar free options to choose from!

Today was my first time at Scooter's, (Yellow Bluff Road location) and I won't be back. In comparison, I prefer Ellianos to Starbucks, and Scooters trails far behind anything I've ever had from McDonalds. As a local, my weekly go-to for coffee is a coffee shop in Callahan, which far exceeds Starbucks and can be compared to Ellianos. Today I ordered a vanilla iced latte and it tasted like something poured from a paper carton or dispensed by a soda machine, and didn't find that it remotely had the taste of espresso or coffee. The sweetener tasted artificial with a bad after taste, and overall this drink was just a thick vanilla flavored milk - bad. I ended up throwing it away. I would have been better off going across the street to McDonald's...

Pyper was the sweetest, great customer service!! The smores frozen late is amazing and the muffins are huge! We will be back again :)

I went through the line not knowing about their products. Lauren and Aubreeanna had patience with me because of a menu misunderstanding and very kindly informed me. They were so helpful and happy to have my business. They understand the importance of retaining business. Gave me a card with a qr code to get the app. I got it just because of them! Coffee was excellent and the 1 dollar mini donuts are sooooooo delicious!

Amazing every time!! I got the pleasure of Lauren and Aubree-Anna delivering a stellar coffee and waffle sandwiches! They made this visit so great by going above and beyond! They deserve only blessings ❤️ we will always come back because of your staff!

We went through drive thru. Lauren served us. She has great customer service. It's people like her that can really touch someone who needs it. A person could be having a really bad day and by her engaging into that customer could make their day. That's the type of person she seems to be!

Love scooters! Everyone there is so nice and personable. Rachel remembers me even when I don’t come for a little while. She always asks about my walks and I recently learned we both have huskies 😁 The rest of the girls on staff (Lousandria and Sarena) are fast and efficient with making the coffee and not to mention it always tastes great. Haven’t had a miss yet. Much better than Starbucks 😘

Me and some friends were walking around the hotels in the area, spotted a nice coffee shop. We I noticed there wasn’t a lobby but they had a sign in the drive-through saying walk-ups were allowed! The cashier was friendly, and our drinks were amazing!!! Had a great experience would do again.

Fast, friendly service with a smile ! This was my first time coming and definitely won't be my last 👏🏽👏🏽 I ordered the turtle blended coffee and it was 5/5 stars.

I love their hot chocolate. I got it with their recommended almond milk, I've never had almond milk before, but that hot chocolate was delicious. I got whipped cream too.

We LOVE scooters! They are always so sweet when we come through and the coffee is on point! We like the blended caramalicious drinks the most but love that there are so many options to choose from. We do enjoy the smoothies and they offer different bases for them. The cookies are SO big, which makes it worth the price compared to other coffee shops pricing. We enjoy their muffins, and the sandwiches so far have been delicious. Oh, and they do make really great chocolate milk and lemonade with or without added flavors or purees. (our kids' order)

The iced coffee is pretty tasty . Wish they were closer to where I lived but I definitely don’t mind the drive. The pistachio mocha is my favorite currently. They’re definitely my go to coffee place :)

The coffee is a good grade you can tell the difference from other shops. Friendly staff and nice packaging.

I was visiting from out of town and needed to grab a coffee and a quick bite. I was greeted by a wonderful young man at the drive through window. He was very polite and made an intentional gesture to have a conversation with me. I really appreciated that as I was headed out for a very busy day. Coffee was fantastic to boot! Will 100% return - highly recommended!

I am judging just on the coffee. I have tried this place 3 times to be fair. I believe the cost to taste makes it overpriced. It reminds me more of gas station coffee, McDonald’s makes better tasting coffee. Food is decent, the waffle sandwich is good. I will visit again because it’s convenient to my commute.

I don't get to stop into Scooters often, but I'm glad I did this morning. The young woman who took my order and served me was so polite and conversational. It absolutely brightened my morning! We need more people like this! Give that woman a raise!!!!!

Absolutely my favorite coffee in town! So delicious. The cinnamon rolls are some of my favorites. The blended mocha coffee is soooooo good!!!! You would be an idiot to not to try it!!!

This place is fantastic. FRIENDLY, fast, fresh, clean and organized business. Came in on 9-16-23 and the owner was operating the place and the difference that makes just cannot be underestimated. A great set of drinks and unmatched service.

Waking up in a hotel to get ready for a very grim day and decided we needed some coffee from the cute little shop just in front of our hotel and thank god I went. Such an amazing experience from rolling up to the ordering board to the window to get my food and my first PSL of the season. Hands down the best coffee around and the personality and kindness from the two women working this morning made my day a little brighter. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Highly recommend!

Always a pleasant experience coming here. We usually get just a hot coffee and ask for some ice to cool it. They always have it at the perfect temp I like it, and I can sip it as soon as I get it. The young people working here are so courteous and have a great attitude. Love this place.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place really stuck out to me! It’s very quaint and small and I passed it all the time but never really gave it a second thought. Decided to stop one day on my way to work and it was spectacular! The lady that took my order was so very nice, I asked her for a recommendation and I ordered it. It was DELICIOUS! When I pulled up to the window, I said I’d never been there before and the general manager was so sweet and told me a few things about the place. I can’t for the life of me remember her name but she was very great and the drink was amazing too! Stop here if you want great service and a yummy drink😋 I’ll for sure be back!

Peanut Butter Crunch Blender. I’m telling you-it’s life changing. Great customer service every time we go! Just downloaded the app and it’s comparable to the Sbux app.

This place is really good as long as you know what to order. If you get any coffee, order it with half the flavor so that it is less sweet. After doing that, the coffee is PERFECT! Also the Vertigo smoothie with tropical Red Bull and mango is so good. I recommend this place to anyone!

I ordered a small coffee with cream a when I tell you I was not disappointed. THIS COFFEE IS THE BEE'S KNEES! I actually called and told her that. I definitely will be back soon. God bless yall! This was my first visit at Scooters and it was FABULOUS! The sweet lady explained their menu and she reassured me that i was going to love my order. And she was right. I ordered an iced caramelicious and a waffle breakfast sandwich. Everyone was so welcoming and so sweet. It was a great start to my morning and I will be making Scooters my go to morning stop! Thank you to the ladies who helped me. Going to a new spot can be overwhelming, especially in the drive through because I don’t want to take forever with people behind me. They made it easy!

At first this place was very good and came through to get my daily coffee. But it's been slowly going down hill. I don't know if these people let go of the good works but I've been getting my orders messed up and drinks wrong last time I went I'd always tipped because it was great but now there are no Familiar faces. I miss this place when it first open now it's bad. Hopefully you guys fix it

1st time here and I have to say, bye bye Starbucks! This is our new go to place when in town! Hot chocolate is amazing!

On our first visit we explained we had never been before and asked what was popular/recommended. Placed our order. Had an issue with a drink and informed, instead of trying to address issue they made an attempt to explain it away. We insisted that the drink was unpleasant especially at almost $7 and they then offered to remake without espresso. We had to join their at that time only 1 operating lane again and the drink was of better quality. Newbies, please be advised the drink may not actually be all that bad it could be the espresso which is unusual to you. Also they are not very sweet so if you are used to Dunkin/ sweet Starbucks, this is not that.

Stopped by on a Saturday evening to get some coffee and hot chocolate. Kids loved the hot chocolate. Wife loved her turtle something or another. Didn’t drink my iced coffee until next morning. Everything was delicious. Store was very busy and we waited in maybe 10 minutes so I thought that was pretty quick considering the amount of ppl in line. Staff was extremely friendly.

The baristas was so sweet but the coffee I ordered was awful. Tasted like super watered down coffee :(

The baked goods are homemade and delicious.
