When looking for a nearby Stewart’s, I was surprised by the <4 rating. Undeterred, I made the trip for ice cream. The building was spacious and clean. But the ice cream guy was the nicest! He even knew the order of the regulars in line behind us. Great ice cream, great everything- top notch establishment!

Some nasty employee kicked me and my friend out of the store for wearing rainbow crop tops on the day of Bennington pride

I am not sure I would even give this Bennington store a single star. Always cater to those sitting on the sidewalk asking every customer for money. But we spend our hard earned on $100. Gas and usually $50 + anytime you go into any Stewart's. But we cannot even accommodate a single shake for a dieing woman in the hospital. We will not visit this place ever again.

Well stocked & well lit, and there's plenty of hot & cold made to order food available too. There is no soda fountain there like some other locations have though. While it's not that dirty, it could be cleaned more often & better than it is now. Not a 24 hour location. Some employees are a tad on the grumpy, cold side & customer service is not always the best. Bathrooms could also use a little more cleaning & were at one point locked. This Stewart's has both indoor & outdoor seating & is close to the local bus station. There's some parking & a bike rack available too for locking up your bicycle.

Had 2 half gallon milk cards but there was no half gallon milk left so I got one gallon milk Instead but the Store manager was very rude and would not let me do this. She said it was Against store policy to let people use Half gallon milk cards to get one gallon milk? She was very disrespectful to me about this! Not a good Environment to shop in:(

Ridiculously good ice cream at extremely fair prices. I had a pint of the black cherry ice cream and came back the next day for two scoops of the butter pecan. Both flavors were as good as they get, in my opinion. I’m upset that we don’t have a Stewart’s Shop back in my hometown. Very jealous of Bennington residents for having this spot close by. If you like ice cream, this place is a MUST.

Stopped in on my way back from a little road trip up to Vermont and had a great chat with my cashier while they were making my ice cream. Also unrelated, but I saw someone just walk out with an entire pot of coffee and no one else seemed to react.

Only two people were working when i stopped with maybe 4 customer in the store. They were slow taking care of me, they need more supervision.

Like to go here for gas and ice cream. Just with gas have to be patient when it is busy. Not bad though.

The ice cream and coffee are always great. Other than that it’s pretty typical gas station.

hey for me it was a gas station, filled up twice, prices reasonable. it has easy access and exit, also had squeegees to clean your windows.

Decent lunch selection. Pizza can be hit or miss though.

We buy our milk and eggs at Stewart's. I like there buy ten gallons and you get a half gallon free. We fill a card a week then we save the full cards until we can get one or two gallons free. I only buy my eggs there because they are fresh everyday.

This store has everything you need, even gas. We had ice cream which we really enjoyed and then filled our gas tank.

My fav place by far for a root beer float or ice cream soda! Friendly staff and the best ice cream add to the experience.

All Stewart's shops have one of the best ice creams I had ever had. The mint chocolate was amazing and fresh!! All of their food such as coffee and donuts were equally good!!

Our stop every time we go to Bennington. great place wish we had one near Wilmington, always stop for gas and milkshake.

I miss drinking eggnog and this is the only chain that sells them daily. I wish Stewarts could expand done here in central Florida. Even better, this place moved from it's tiny building just east of here & took over where Getty's gas station (Later called Luk Oil) so now it looks bigger and better. I'd like to thank CAT-TV for posting the live video on Facebook when this place was being built so it gives me even more reason to get excited about the next time I'm in the area beside just their eggnog (Lucky northerners.). The gas station looks better than any gas stations we have here in Florida. :-)

Great place to gas up and secure all the travel and comfort supplies you need. Love their selection of beverages cold and ready to go.

I would have given this place a 4 just on the pizza but rated a 3 due to the décor and lack of tables. It seems to be more of a take out place. We all had the 2 slices and a drink for $5. Loved the thin crust pizza and the slices were loaded with toppings. Well worth the money, just be prepared to wait if you want to dine in.

Stewart's is a local favorite. It's always crowded. Great ice cream sundaes with people from all walks of life.

They have everything. Went in to buy some water, and walked out with some great Rose, that was less than I pay at home. What can I say, it's Stewarts...

Not only are the gas prices the best in town, but so is their ice cream. The Mint Chip is A+. In the summer, check out the added ice cream flavors.

You can get a snack, meal, ice cream cone, iced coffee, oil for your car, pop tarts- you name it! I LOVE their iced coffee!! Meatballs are decent too and so are egg sandwiches. They will also make you a fresh sub with any fixings on it for $5 on Sundays (I believe). Prices are reasonable-especially a dozen eggs and gallon of milk.

Certainly one of the best looking stores I've seen. And, as always with Stewart's, good coffee and decent quick meals for on-the-run.

The chocolate coconut concoction is superb. I think it's called crazy coconut? The mint chocolate chip is also good.

This store is well stocked and stays open reasonably late for those late evening needs and cravings. It's a well established ice cream store as well, with exceptional shakes! Obviously well run, it's a top notch convenience store.

What an improvement over the old location. Clean, bright, well stocked. Great people watching -- seems to be a hangout/meeting place for many walks of life.

We like Stewart's coffee and that's why we stopped. We were thrilled to find lots of paring and a very clean store.

Centrally located. Good gas prices! Great shakes and ice cream. Great for milk (milk club cards available). Nice convenient store for snacks and tobacco products as well as some beer or juices and sodas. Nice people also!

Stewarts are great ! Cheap gas, friendly polite staff and some of the best ice cream going. Everything is reasonable and the Manchester location has great coffee and addictive apple fritter donuts.

This Stewart's Shop is more a place to buy snacks and take-out sandwiches, but what is exceptional is their ice cream. If you are an ice cream lover and in the area, it is worth a stop.
