Lovely and fast service, and Chicken bowl is always on point!

Food was a lot better many years ago. With the minimal amount of ingredients they use, you would think the food would be more consistent. Very overpriced, I'd rather go to an actual Asian restaurant at these prices

Veggies were soggy, sauce was watered down.

Even though they were missing one of my favorites, I got just the regular teriyaki with fried rice and it was pretty good.

This longtime established chain is a disappointment, and they are milking our local patrons for good money. Their price increases from Covid haven't moved down, and they are very tight with any extras. They used to have excellent eggrolls but now they decided to buy cheaper products. Sad.

The food and service were great. However, the dining room is closed and that was a bit of a letdown. I would go back and order to go food again. However, this time I would be prepared knowing that I am not going to be eating there.

I came to eat at this teriyaki. I drive tow trucks. I was not able to fit in their drive-thru. So I called in my order, and they said in not able to do a walk-up. I asked the employee to speak with a manager, and maybe he would help me out. When the employee passed the phone to the manager, I could hear her saying it's a guy out side hesblot listing. Really rude. Them I spoke to the manager, and he refused my service if I was not able to drive thru and literally hung up on me. Worst place and the worst customer service. I asked for the owners number to complain, and they gave me the wrong number 😡😡😡

Food used to be incredibly fair priced, and with good portions, it used to be like 10$ for 2 chicken breasts with a plate of noodles or rice, now it’s 19$ almost and no drink lol. Everyone that works there is super rude yet they beg people to apply for a job with a sign out front, and everyone I know that applies doesn’t even get a call back. Idk how they’re still in business

Covid is basically over. No masks, no extraordinary precautions needed. Yet this chain has REFUSED to open their doors so people can come in and eat like civilized people. In other words, no extra condiments, no bathrooms, no place to wash hands, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDED! This used to be a must have when I came to town but no more. If you don’t want to take any effort for me, keep your food!

Female staff there is excellent she works all the time as they're understaffed. Don't care for the manager as he is kinda rude and not very understanding. Teriyaki is good but I love the Chinese dumplings and egg rolls. I don't like their sweet and sour sauce so I have to pay 60 cents a piece for a very small chilli which is very good but I should be able to substitute but no per manager. I also get plenty of soy sauce and Chinese mustard which I haven't been charged for as of yet. They are hiring as are all their locations. The Female staff that works all the time is friendly courteous and deserves a raise and recognition from the owners. 4th street location.

This location needs some attention. Food is great 👍🏼

Open the damn lobby for dine in already

How hard is it to take orders and do them right like you get paid to do your job so do it right !!!! Horrible service the girl in drive thru today needs to be fired attitude and rushy honey if you don’t like your job find a new one !!!!

I wish this place opened their dining room back up. But the food is excellent! Always get the classic teriyaki bowl. Number 1 with extra teriyaki sauce! Yum ! They only have drive thru so don't plan on eating there. Wish they would open their dining room again and would be 5 stars.!

Some of the best teriyaki you will ever have, I don't like the staff, they're a bit rud but the food is great, and for the price. Its awesome

I love teriyaki chicken bowl. It makes me feel like I'm eating good. LOL. Like everything else getting a bit pricey. Honestly I haven't seen a real reason for prices going up as much as they have except for a feeding frenzy of profits.

Somewhat tasty but not enough sauce but the main issue is the price, this is very cheap food to be paying 13 bucks, after eating the #1 I was still quite hungry. Totally not worth it, if it was filling, like 2x as much food for the same price then it would be worth it. Way, way smaller than panda express 3 entree, which costs the same roughly but you get double the food. Hate to say it because I used to love this place but the prices for the size are out of control. Also dining room closed which socks a bit since they used to have the bottles of sauce inside, now it's 60 cents for chili and 50 cents for a little more sauce. Total ripoff

Drive thru only and only answer when they feel like taking your order. Also, drive thru is way too tight! Don't waste your time.

It's ok, better than panda Express

The prices are horrendous and to top it off they failed to give me the drink I ordered and the egg tool. It’s really gone downhill won’t eat there again. They charged for everything but failed to successfully fulfill the order.

They have changed the chicken. This taste like Costco/sams club pre cooked teriyaki thighs. Taste gross.. No longer cooked fresh. I will no longer get food from here. NO LONGER FRESH. CHICKEN FROZEN PRE COOKED

I have to give this a 3 star rating only because dine in is still closed. I ordered a bowl and since I was in between doctor appointments I had to eat in my car. The little cup of teriyaki sauce flipped into my cup holder making quite a mess. Please bring back dine in.

Good food but Lord they're expensive

I live across the street of this location & they always have a Hiring sign up. I go to the store & lobby is closed. I go home and apply online and get an id number. Call the store manager doesn't ask my name and tells me I didn't apply. I tell him I received an id # for my application and he told me he doesn't do online applications and go apply at another store. Management here is unprofessional I'm glad I got to see right away before actually wasting my time working here. You'd think a manager getting a call for someone wanting to work they've acted more professional and willing to interview you or something. Their loss.

Best fast food. Love the pot stickers/ dumplings, so yummy! The chicken is amazing and the veggies are cooked perfectly. One order is 2 meals. We love this place!

Great food, great staff, great prices!

The low rating is not due the to food quality. I love the food but this establishment is crazy to charge almost $12 for a bowl of rice, steamed veggies, and the cheapest cut of chicken which is chicken thigh. I've been eating TCB for over 25 years and it has come to a sad end. It's my prediction that TCB is on its way to closing down for ever. Thanks Mr. Biden. Thankfully Panda Express has been able to fill this void. Thanks TCB for all the wonderful years that you've served me wonderful food. I hope you all the best after you guys close down. Best Wishes.

Service was good. But meals for 3 without drinks was more than thirty bucks. For rice and some chicken slivers. I could have bought a choice steak for everyone for less. I'm just saying. Know what I mean. Next time I will.

Teriyaki Chicken is always has fresh vegetables and fresh grilled Teriyaki Chicken, I prepare and cook this and I assure you this a good place to eat good Japanese food.

By so far this location has stay ed d true to their tender very tasty and not dry Terikyi Chicken!!!! For all of most likely it's 30yrs. In Albuquerque! What's missed soooo much is NOT only their beef bowls but mostly their 1st yummy location on Central across from Johsons field, UNM. THE bowls were at $2. 50 . thx from us that are growing 4by4 lately HAHA!!!!!

Great chicken bowl, with grilled boneless chicken, steamed broccoli cabbage and carrots. Choose a bowl with steamed rice, noodles, or fried rice. Teriyaki sauce as well. Fast, courteous service too! For those that like spicy, try Sriracha, spicy chicken, or green chile. Yum!

I hadn't eaten here in years and suddenly it sounded good. It was just like I remembered. I love the sticky rice and the veggies were tender crisp, but there definitely could have been more of them. The chicken was tender and flavorful and there was more than enough. This made two meals for me. The only disappoinment i was that they were out of eggrolls.

I had never been here before and tried it with co workers. The spicy chicken was perfect. It was almost shredded and mixed well with the noodles. The rice and egg rolls are also a must.

I always did like Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. I enjoy their food. The Teriyaki Chicken Bowl (1) is enough for two meals. It's unfortunate that they closed up the one by the Alameda Shopping Center. Is there any Hope's of getting another one built & open on this side for those if us that live here on the west side, in the near future.👍

Steamed veggies are cooked perfectly and the teriyaki chicken is always good!!

Been going here since I was a little girl. Know the staff real well and they are sweethearts. They have had the same staff for quite sometime now, and I think that reflects well on management. Been gone for 3 years and everything is still the same :). Food is good and comes out in an extremely timely matter. Hope this place and the people stay here for a long time.

Loved there teriyaki chicken bowls

I always enjoy eating chicken bowl. Their prices have gone up though, but that seems to be the case everywhere you go. I have to say though I really miss their sweet n sour chicken& the old egg rolls they used to have.

Very good place to go if want some tasty chicken teriyaki, fried rice or on top of fried noodles. They also have some good eggrolls.

Came out from California thought I'd have chicken rice bowl very quick service and food was great

El pollo teriyaki al que solía ir estaba justo al final de la calle de mi escuela. Mi mamá trabaja tarde, así que a veces espero allí y tomo un refrigerio mientras espero a que me recojan. He estado tranquilo y no me he causado problemas cuando estuve allí, así que pensé que todo estaba bien. Entonces, un día, cuando entré, dijeron que ya no están permitiendo que los niños de mi escuela coman allí, y que no me den ninguna explicación antes de echarme. No deben arruinar la experiencia de todos cuando solo algunas personas de nuestra escuela cometieron un error. Ahora tengo que ir a otro lugar después de la escuela.

Their food is always so good! It's so much better than Panda! I had been going to Panda for years, forgetting just how much better Teriyaki Chicken Bowl is, until the other day! I'll probably not return to Panda for several years now!

Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. I was waiting for my to go order and for some reason the manager threw in two egg rolls, FOR FREE! I have never had a problem with the service either. They are always accurate, personable, courteous and above all, lighting fast. They have never gotten my order wrong. Hey guys, PLEASE open up a location on the west side? It sucks that I can only enjoy your restaurant for lunch! Keep up the great food and personalized service!

No me malinterpretes, la comida sigue siendo bastante buena. Sin embargo, estoy extremadamente decepcionado por la interrupción de su pollo agridulce; Así como su cambio en rollos de huevo. Me encantaba ordenar el # 12 con fideos, pollo S&S que también venía con un rollo de huevo. O incluso el # 18 que venía con la mitad y la mitad con el pollo Teriyaki y el pollo y arroz S&S, si me sentía aventurero. Venga a descubrir que solo me decepcionó cuando eliminaron estos elementos del menú. Siento que ahora mis opciones son extremadamente limitadas al Pollo Teriyaki y mi elección de arroz o fideos. I have been at the teriyaki chicken bowl several times. I like their chicken bowl. But I also tried some of their other dishes that they serve. Every time I've been there food is very good. I'm always going to go back for dinner or lunch.

Love the food. Green Chile has a good kick but the inside is ugly and old. It doesn't seem like they spend money on taking care of it at all. And don't look up. The cieling will haunt you lol

Teriyaki chicken bowl is the closest type of chicken bowl that I can find since the 80s first came out with it. It's a great flavor. They're Teriyaki sauce is a very good sauce. We just wish that they did have steak as well as chicken. We also wish that they could steam their carrots and broccoli just a little bit longer. Their carrots are pretty hard. The cabbage is perfectly cooked. Their chicken is so tender but yet has crispy edges. It really is cooked to perfection.
