Ice cream is excellent. Waffle cones are really good. Hot fudge isn’t worth it, which is common. Would definitely come back for the brownie batter ice cream. The Caramel Fudge ice cream is actually caramel ice cream. It’s awesome.

Tot's deserves a 10 out of 5 star review. This is one the best ice cream places between Lake Lure, NC and Ltitz, PA. Definitely the best ice cream shop in the Harrisonburg region. The flavors are great, there is a lot "stuff" in every spoonful and ice cream is served at the correct temperature of being hard ice cream edible using a plastic fork. The staff is great and the owner is very personable. I also make homemade ice cream and know of what I speak. Just check what your grocery stores are passing off on you, mostly frozen dairy desserts, not ice cream. The prices and serving sizes cannot be beat. Very affordable and you do not go away dissatisfied. This has to be the place ice cream shoppe in the Shenandoah Valley!

So I'm just looking back on my original post 4 years ago when you opened and I'm still waiting for the almond joy ice cream. Coconut ice cream with bits of chocolate and almond pieces. Please, please please.... Great place for homemade ice cream I recommend the black raspberry or banana.been there numerous times great service and they really fill up that waffle cone.Now waiting on the almond joy flavo .

It's an ice cream place what can I say other than the homemade ice cream is really good.

I go here about once a week with a friend and we have never had a bad experience. They always have a variety of flavors to choose from and regularly switch out the specialty/seasonal flavors. The employees have told us that the owner never puts out a flavor he himself doesn't like, and it shows! They are connected by a door to the trampoline jump park next door, so there are times where large groups of kids come through, but they usually get everyone through pretty smoothly. :)

No normal flavors like vanilla, chocolate chip cookie dough, strawberry... Chocolate was good, though.

We're traveling and have been to Klines, Squrileys and now tots. The first 2 were overpriced and not very good. Tots however, was amazing. Priced super reasonable and so creamy and delicious! Definitely the only one around here you should try.

If you are looking for good ice cream do yourself a favor and go to Kline’s just down 33. Customer service was good here but the ice cream left a lot to be desired…

The ice cream was very creamy and flavorful. It was our first time there. While we placed our order, the first girl grabbed our waffle bowl with her bare hands and I questioned it. She said she washed her hands earlier. I just repeated earlier? 😳 The other girl grabbed the waffle cone with a napkin. So when I checked out and paid, I asked why they didn’t use a napkin to use for the bowl. I was told because they can’t grab it…..We stayed and ate the ice cream inside. The same girl that used the napkin for the cone, was making new waffles. Flipping them with her bare hands and redoing her ponytail. I think the employees need to be educated on what is ok and not ok.

Single worker, but doing her best. I approve.

Give that girl a raise. All by herself and did 12 people in record time. She was friendly from first person to last.

We tried the cake batter and blueberry cheesecake ice creams. Both were great tasting with a smooth texture. We arrived nearly at closing time but still received great service. Will certainly return to try more flavors the next time we’re in town.

We are huge ice cream lovers. Whenever we visit an area we check out as many of the local ice cream places we can. The ice cream at Tots was fantastic. I was a little worried when I tried the Black Raspberry because they stored it close to tube banana ice cream and sometimes the banana smell can bleed into other flavors. (I hate banana.) But it was absolutely perfect. The ice cream was smooth and creamy. The Black Raspberry taste was spot on. I had a small sundae and the price was more then fair and the portions were generous. My husband had the peanut butter and he really liked it. Many times the peanut butter taste is too weak. He said this was perfect. Thank you Tots! If we come back to the area again we will definitely be back!

Best pumpkin ice cream, just the right amount of spice without overwhelming the creamy pumpkin flavor. Started with a fresh waffle cone and left with a half gallon. We will be back.

Excellent homemade ice cream; around 20 flavors available; generous scoop size at decent prices. Workers were friendly and quick getting the ice cream to you. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants good quality ice cream. Just came back here a year later and my review still stays the same.

I had guest here and each person didn’t think the taste of the ice cream taste homemade. The nuts were rancid and the gal never said could I give you a refund. She clearly stated no one else is complaining. She also taste them and had a look of disgust on her face after eating them. I do understand loyalty tho.

We had the lemon cookie and birthday cake ice cream and absolutely loved them!! The ice cream was super creamy and flavorful. Just as good as any other ice cream place in Harrisonburg without a doubt! Won’t be our last time here!

Dairy-free!!!!!!! They have five flavors of hand dipped dairy free ice cream! I could have a dairy free banana split! I got a dairy free strawberry milkshake! Being lactose intolerant leaves me out of all kinds of fun pit stops, I am elated I am not left out of this one.

Nice ice cream stop along 33. I enjoyed a peanut butter pile up milkshake and my husband had a scoop of cookie dough in a waffle cone. The waffle cone held up well (it didn't crack or break), but the bite that I had didn't have any cookie dough. He confirmed that there was not much in the scoop and he would get a different flavor next time. I enjoyed my peanut butter pile up shake and would definitely order the same again.

Not only the best HOMEMADE ice cream is made here but they also have 5 DAIRY FREE options. This is the only place that has dairy free in this entire area! Oh and Valley Jump is attached to the ice cream shop. Major bonus!
