Door dash aside, they did their job. This was awful. Your products are expensive to have this happen, and then have no answer other than me coming to the store. 4 shakes ordered. 2 were undrinkable, the other 2 were not very good either.

One good thing i might have to say, is that, it was under $10, otherwise, not impressed in the slightest, the smoothie sucked, probably the worst i ever had, as did the service, and they ran out of big cups, not likely to return.

Jerzea made our wraps and smoothies outstanding! The best ever! Excellent customer service from Julian and Jerzea, my family highly enjoyed and great prices and quality! Definitely will be back!

I'm in multiple times a week, employees are nice, fun to chat with, best smoothies in town!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is probably the worst Tropical Smoothie in the planet. I came to get food way before the closing time and the crew member preparing the food refused to do it even though it was early. He was literally smiling as his was lying saying they wouldn’t serve food after 8:30 but it was only 8:35pm and they were açai bowls. I actually called other Tropical Smoothies around and they serve food inside the store until their closing time. Manager should look into this and address this poor behavior before they keep losing sales.

Yesterday June 15th at 8:30pm, me and 8 of my friends were visiting the area and stopped at this tropical smoothie for a couple of Acai bowls, a young African American guy that was gonna take our order refused to make our açai bowls because he said that he wasn’t serving anymore meals after 8 pm because he already had done hes dishes and he was only making Smoothies what we did not want. Right after we exit the door. He locked it so nobody else can come in and it was not even 8:45 pm

SO I went here for the “REVIEWS” so it’s not just ME! I went there to pick up my order online and went to get/pick up my order and it’s not EVEN READY!! Even though NOT BUSY and the 3 of them or the THE 3 GUYS was chilling at the back!! And went to tell the other guy that I have online order they just made it after I told HIM. And the WORST PART after that ME & MY DAUGHTER messed up our stomach idk what they did the other guy while he’s making my smoothie he went back and forth to the back and bringing the pitcher for the smoothie. AND I SUFFER A WEEK FOR MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE SHES HAVING A DIARRHEA! THIS IS ALARMING!!

I’m a big tropical smoothie fan, but the service and quality I have been receiving is horrible. I ordered food, my chicken pesto flatbread was not made right, my smoothie up charged and they forgot my side. This is not the first time this has happened. Not happy at all. Workers also seem lazy and don’t know what there doing. Poor, service

Clean environment, friendly staff, healthy and delicious food options. Over all very happy with my experience at this cafe. Ps try the jalapeño corn, its absolutely amazing.

The manager was very friendly, and service was excellent! Even during peak hours when the staff was very busy and training new employees. I love Tropical Smoothie and especially recommend this location.

Allie and Jess were the best. They were great. My smoothie was perfect. This is my first time going to one and I've been everyday while in Venice.

Ever since they hired new staff, the whole place went downhill. You have to wait 20+ minutes just for a smoothie. One of the workers kept brushing his hair with his hands and then touching everything without gloves on. By the time I got my smoothie, it was completely watered down.

Tried to decide whether to leave a poor Google review or contact the health department. This place needs to be shut down. Two of the workers, one was scratching his head over the smoothie ingredients and literally his entire butt was hanging out of his pants. No gloves. The other was in the parking lot hitting on girls and came in talking to the other guy about the whole mating ritual. All while I stood there waiting for my smoothies. I finally said, can you please hurry, and this made them irritated. For real???? The lack of respect for their jobs, the customers, people in general, and the outright disgusting and health code violations is atrocious. I tossed around asking for a refund, but didn’t want them to get irrational. And wondered if they even know how to do a refund and knew it would take 30 minutes. By the time I got my smoothie it was disgusting, just because of all the gross stuff I witnessed by the time it was in my hands. Tossed them both and lost nearly $20. Shut down the joint or get workers who are capable to doing their job, any job. Utterly disgusted. There’s a reason nearly every review is poor, this place is the worst business establishment I’ve ever gone to.

My smoothie (kiwi quencher) was tasteless. I got one in the Northport FL location and it was good. This one was terrible and tasteless.

do not.. I repeat, DO NOT go here! I waited 15 minutes for my order and there were still SIX people ahead of me who were there when I walked in. I eventually left without my order and had to just eat the $8.. Do yourself a flavor and go across the street to Smoothie King. I was greeted nicely and the guy was very helpful. In-and-out in 6-7 minutes. My order at Tropical Smoothie probably still was even finished lol

Very confusing experience. Weird vibes. Lots of angry customers waiting for food, hard to understand and hear with all the giggling and talking in the kitchen area. Spend the extra money and go to Mission Organic Cafe on Miami. Also, who puts added sugar in healthy smoothies??

I went at noon on November 15...ordered a banana peanut butter smoothie for $7.39.. It was powdered banana and the credit card machine basically forced a dollar tip...I was told no one there could reverse the charge...WOW...I'm responding to your response...I watched her make my drink and never saw a real banana and I asked for a refund right there and she refused

I Visited this location yesterday during my work travels. I frequently eat at Tropical Smoothie. I had to leave a review for this one because this one is so great! The staff is super nice. Kristen is the manager and she is so friendly and does a great job at running the location. The food came out great and the smoothie was one of the best I've had. Thank you for doing a great job!

Usually all is very good. This time the smoothie was awful, not made correctly, very icy with chunks. Please train how to make smoothies correctly.

I believe new management has multiple personality? the one lady working dec 1st during the day, not the youngster. ..Normally I come in and everything is great and atmosphere is chill and quick. Not sure what changed or how long she has been managing, but no Bueno, not sure if she should be managing, lacking awareness and priority. Either really spunky and talks way to much and ignores the customers or is dark and quiet which may come off rude to some. I'll update my review at the end of the month, could be just the holidays which is understandable.

Damn good healthy food, and I think they should install a dance floor into there do to the fact the music is so loud I feel like I'm in the club, but while eating delicious an healthy food,.( an that creep that is always at the club hitting on everyone is not there).

I was honestly so sad this was not great my first visit. I really don’t leave reviews unless super amazing or not great at all. I’ve been waiting for months for this location to open after falling in love with the Sarasota location. My kale apple slaw was legit rotten. Like rancid. Not sure how frequent they are supposed to make their batches but this one had to have been sitting forever as the apples were brown and the smell and taste were awful. My chipotle chicken wrap I don’t think was warmed all the way? It tasted like freezer burn. This review is from a visit i made for the first time a couple months ago and I haven’t gone back since.

Went on their grand opening for the free smoothie. Staff were great and friendly considering how crazy busy it was. Still not thrilled about the use of styrofoam for all their smoothies. Smoothies were delicious!

So thankful to have our own Tropical Smoothie in Venice. Went in this morning for first time at our new location and it was fantastic! Krissy and her team were so kind, attentive and efficient. They are fantastic.
