I love eating grouper when I’m in FL so when I saw Florida Tacos had fried grouper I was excited. However, it was a small fleck of grouper surrounded by a Guinness record amount of breading. Also, the corn tortillas were store bought packaging. 🤦🏼‍♂️ disappointed all around with the Florida Tacos.

What kind of burrito is this? When have the sizes changed? Chicken, black beans, white rice, queso and lime. 7/9/24 Check # 78

The food was legit! Loved the cauli-power bowl… it was spicy but not too spicy. Really enjoyed and will be back.

The food at Urban Taco is exceptional! The menu offers an amazing variety and extensive choices to appeal to all. Food is tasty and well prepared. Presentation is perfection. Chef Nilza fulfills her goal of offering quality meals. I highly recommend this place!

Very good food. I got a chicken bowl which was fantastic. My other half got a steak bowl. Stuff was very helpful as well.

In the past It’s been a yummy place to eat but walking in today and looking at the service line made us leave. Food area line a big mess, flies, and wall had food on it. Only two other people eating so not sure why the food area looked like a disaster

Had my order delivered, missing chip and guac and the bowl I ordered was missing items as well.... disappointing. Won't order here again. Thankfully got some credit with the delivery service.

The food was ok.. beans no flavoring as I ate a vegetarian burrito.. options of toppings are limited..

I really enjoy Urban Taco. The food is always delicious. We have had an issue in a few past visits where the employees will forget items for takeout, but have always made it right by comping the meal.

Cold food! Rice cold, black beans cold, didn't give me my full order. Won't be back!!!

A small menu, but spot on….Something for everyone. If you don’t find exactly what you love the first time, go back and order something else. You’ll be glad you did! Very efficient service, convenient location.

Shrimp Taco 🌮 awful. Chips and Queso was ok. Ground Beef Burrito good.

Food is overpriced and bland. I’ve tried this in multiple occasions because we really lack a good burrito place in Venice. Thoroughly disappointed every time

Wow, this place has amazing food!. It’s been here for a while and I haven’t tried it out. Always preferred chipotle, Moe’s, etc. I was super surprised. The burrito was huge. The meat was tasty, they have a huge selection of various proteins, including several styles of chicken Price was reasonable even their hot sauce and add-ons were great. Definitely coming back to this place.

Had a great experience here! Food was fresh and flavorful with very generous portions. We got a barbacoa burrito and barbacoa nachos and were impressed by both! None of the ticky-tack up-charges we’ve all come to expect from other BYO fast casual places. The staff was super nice, gave helpful recommendations, and went out of their way to greet us as we entered. Interior was well decorated, modern, and clean. Will definitely eat here again!

Food was actually great, mojo chicken was very flavorful! Staff on the other hand were very unwelcoming, and made rude comments when more of an item was requested. I felt like I was bothering him by ordering.

I wish we had went somewhere else. The food was not fresh and had very little taste. My wife ordered the keto chicken bowl and I got the barbacoa bowl. Nothing was fresh. The only good thing we're the chips, good flavor and were warm and crispy. The employees looked tired and acted like we were a bother to deal with

The Employee Ivan's is amazing he helped me so much during my visit and, there was an employee with the name tag "Discord Kitten" not sure what that was but he was also amazing

First time going here. Had taco salad and a burrito. Food was excellent. Perfectly seasoned. Very tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back again!!

Would not be my first choice as I only go because my GF likes it. Food is ok, expensive as everywhere else. Spicier than I'd like, but it's Spanish so that's what you would expect. Like warm or indifferent to this place. Probably would eat again if I were talked into it, but personally just not for me if I have other options. Won't disappoint and also not impress you.

I went in for lunch the other day, and I was very pleased. The service was quick and friendly, and my taco was delicious. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

My neighbor recommended this place to us. We stopped for lunch. It was AMAZING! The staff was so kind and accomidating. The food was fantastic. We will be back with the rest of the gang soon. Loved it!

Certainly not the best restaurant in town. Food was meh. Queso & Sour cream were watered down. I do not reccommend coming here. There are so many other local places to enjoy good food.

I was highly disappointed in this place. I ordered a side of meat only (they gave me 1 scoop), and they wanted to charge me for a full entre!!! The first guy that waited on us was not friendly, and I only gave 2 stars because the 2nd guy made it right and charged me accordingly. The carne asada was dry and had no flavor. My husbands bowl was also worthless with barely any food in it for $12. Warning... they told us their prices just went up 20%!!! They're trying to be like Chipotle, but in my eyes, they fail 100%. Sorry I forgot to take photos. We won't be going back!

Cool concept, poor execution. Friendly staff, mediocre food. Meats were cold, everything was fairly mediocre. It’s the equivalent of Moes but with a higher price tag, I wouldn’t go back.

Yeah, I would definitely never compare this to chipotle cause chipotle could never be this good. if you think otherwise move back to wherever you came from where chipotle is king Cuz urban taco is running the burrito show around here👊🏼

Been going there off and on since they opened, several years back. Last visit 03/30/22, the person behind the counter just could not understand what we said, and they spoke so low they couldn't be heard. We were the only ones there and no one else was in line so it wasn't like they were busy or anything... Food was ok... I was expecting a good salsa, but all they had were packets of commercial hot sauce. Sorry to say, but that is my last trip there. From now on it'll be Taco Bell for fast Mexican food. At least their food is consistent, the staff can hear us, and they get the order straight the very first time.
