I tell all my Gainesville friends about Up2U!! It is hands down my favorite small business in Gainesville. Nico and Rosie are some of the nicest people I have ever met and truly take time to connect with their customers. I personally love their energy teas and have never had a bad flavor! They have deals everyday, I personally always go on BOGO 50% off Teas Thursday and look forward to it every week :)

I’ve been in several times now and each time I’ve been greeted by name, and the service regardless of who’s behind the counter has been phenomenal. Each time I’ve tried a tea that has been drastically different and I’ve enjoyed the taste of each of them, definitely try the Smurfs Up! These aren’t ordinary Teas, I work outside and come in when I need a recharge and so far all of their teas have done the trick for me and I’m definitely coming back. Glad I found this hidden gem!

I found this place almost 2 years after I moved to Gainesville. It’s phenomenal. Definitely feels like home and their energy is amazing. The vibes are great and you don’t get that everywhere. I love this place.🫶🏼💜

This was my first experience at this nutrition club and when I walked in I was greeted by Nico, he was very welcoming and gave me the best experience possible! 😊 I will definitely be back to see him anytime I am in town. Thank you Nico!

It was my first time here today, and I love the atmosphere and especially the drink I ordered, so so good! Nico is so warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I will definitely come in soon and can't wait to try more drinks :)

Me and my friend went in there before a lacrosse game and for starters we were IMMEDIATELY greeted. By the owner at that. The vibe itself was really nice and inviting and it wasn't reserved for a certain age group so we were comfortable. I told him we had said game (we lost but not bc of the drink 😝) so would he have any energy drinks to you know give us a boost?? ANYWAY fast forward. I got the drink and low-key my head was hurting, but game time? I NEVER moved the way I did. I SCORED BTW. Point of the story GO HERE. Plus if you're new I THINK it's two dollars off your first drink there? I got a watermelon gummy bear energy drink. It was BUSS TOODLESSS

This is hands-down the best service I’ve gotten since moving to Gainesville in 2021. They make you feel like family INSTANTLY! The food and shakes and teas were on point too! I love it when I eat high-protein meals that don’t have that weird chalky aftertaste. Thanks for a great experience for my family and myself!

Amazing people, amazing drinks, Nico and Rosie do me right every time. Protein waffles are delicious and a great source for gains, and Teas are always beautiful, refreshing, and rejuvenating. Love this place and love these two!

Rosie and Nico are fantastic! I got their churro shake in waffle form and I loved it. They have so many great options that are extremely macro friendly. The food/drinks are great and the owners are very sweet. Highly, highly recommend! Don’t worry, I’m saving the last quarter for a pre-workout snack. If anyone is interested, I’m putting the macros below. 413 calories, 35g protein, 40g carb, 11g fat (Caramel drizzle on top is sugar free)

Since I started working out, I've been needing a pace that offered healthy alternatives to help with my recovery and to get rehydrated and up2unutrition.gainesville is it. The owners and operators are amazing people and have a vast knowledge of their products and health in knowledge. Plus, they have drinks, shakes, waffles, churros, and much more that taste great and reasonable prices. Anyone in gainesville should check them out

Absolutely my all-time favorite place to be. if you are looking for a nice, awesome, quiet place to have a cold tea and do your homework. This is definitely the place to be the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. The owners are so kind and friendly and welcoming ever since me and my husband started coming here at least almost a year ago. It’s been nothing but awesome as ever since. waffles and donuts are top-tier. The teas are absolutely my favorite. Of course my favorite one to get is the immunity tea. This place is definitely deserves 10 stars but that wasn’t an option.

Best place in town for healthy smoothies and bowls! The owners are amazing and will treat you like family! Everything is tasty you can’t go wrong with anything you pick! Glad I found them! You won’t be disappointed!

Lovely place and great vibe. Nico and Rosie are lovely people and always have a positive attitude when coming in everytime. Great music is always playing and they make awesome nutritious teas, shakes, acai bowls, waffles and churros.

I thought it was impossible for them to make the products as beautiful or delicious as they look on their screens which is 10/10 but guess what…the bowl was 11/10 IT WAS ACTUALLY BETTER OMG! Thanks a lot!

My friend and I decided to try UP2U Nutrition today and it was the BEST decision ever. The owners were very welcoming and answered ALL questions we had. My friend ordered a Miami Vice which has a perfect balance of tart and sweet. I ordered the Smurf drink…… Needless to say I will never order a loaded tea from another place again. It was perfect for me. My favorite candy is blue raspberry Warheads. The Smurf drink is a perfect dupe. So much love for this business!!

Constantly Nico and Rosie are the best, they never fail to make me feel loved and of extreme value. Plus, they have some of the cleanest energy around that don't leave you crashing but refreshed. Up2U is a staple my workplace and my heart. wouldn't have it any other way.

I came by this morning to check this place out and was so glad I did. I got a Miami Vice tea. Jada was so great with customizing it for me, I can't have to much caffeine but they have different additions for those that need an extra boost. It was very refreshing! Also Insta worthy, if you're like me and post pictures of your food/drinks. I gave 4 stars cause I only tried one item but I'm coming back for the waffles and will update! Upon entering I was warmly greeted immediately by one of the owners Rosie and another employee Jada. It's a smedium size shop with a bar, table top, and small tables. I love how it's decorated open, bright , and artsy. There's a mural on one wall, showcase of local art on another one and some of the seating areas have vintage-esque velvet chairs. I really like the atmosphere. It's cute and has chill/laidback vibes. I can see myself sitting in next time to do some work(free wifi!), or meeting up with friends for a drink and snack.

Went in for the first time today after a workout to grab a protein shake. Nico & Jada were incredibly kind and walked me through the menu. I got an Oreo Explosion shake and it’s delicious. I will definitely be going back!

Best smoothie in Gainesville! Out of all the places I’ve gotten a smoothie in Gainesville this is by far the best. I got the mint goodness smoothie and it is so yummy. This is the perfect post workout place to go to get that protein in! The shop owners are so kind and friendly. The shop is very clean and cute! Highly recommend going here!

I have been coming here since I moved to Gainesville in May, and I can honestly say it is the best nutrition shop I have ever been too! (And I’ve been too a lot)They have amazing energizing teas, meal replacement shakes, healthy waffles and churros, and so much more!
