The worst experience I just had, I went to buy some bits for my truck and there was no one there to attend and a customer had almost 2 hours waiting there and no one attended to him and therefore I left and did not buy anything Walman is no longer the same from 20 years ago The worst experience I just had was when I went to buy some tires for my truck and there was no one to help me and a customer had been waiting there for almost 2 hours and no one was helping him and so I left and didn't buy anything. Walman is not the same as it was 20 years ago.

Walmart is always the best place to shop!!!

Management needs to put their employees in check. They are all over and chatting in corners and not working. They had my car in position and 30 min past without no one touching it.

Very bad auto service I had a problem with my battery( stopped 2 times and I had to use a jumper to start the car ) which I bought from there in less than a year and when I went there they refused to change it for me stating that it’s in perfect condition. I went to another Kissimmee location they changed it for me in a second. And this is not the first time( as I had a problem before in my tire ) this location auto service is always rude and has a very bad after sale service !

What happened to all the self check outs?? We are a lot quicker then some of your associates

They are always pretty stocked up so i find what I need all the time. Store is huge with great selection. Prices are very good and sometimes the lines are long as hell but they move pretty quick! I love coming here!

The staff can be lazy and the in store staff that shop for online orders have no regard for shopping customers blocked the isles ect also the stocking crew has gotten so lazy they don't even take products out of the cases smh

You find everything; that's good 👍 The bad thing is that they are not priced correctly; on sales labels; and the workers get annoyed; when you ask him about the true price 😔 ; since they have an electronic device with which they can search for the original price; but they get very uncomfortable; when you please ask them to support you on that issue; They even tell you; I am not assigned to that zone (area). In conclusion, it is a good Supercenter; but it lacks a lot of organization and order, especially in placing the true prices; but above all a lot of KINDNESS and EMPATHY!!!

Terrible service in the pickup area. They are only responsible for taking orders to the drivers. The drivers seem to have an agreement with them because of the way they treat each other. I have complained several times and they don't pay attention. My son works in This Walmart 1 month ago as a spark driver and he told me that everyone there has a deal because they cancel the orders of everyone they don't know to give to their friends... I went to get my food and I only found a couple of people Sitting as if it were the entrance to her house and dirty everywhere, observing the unethical and professional treatment, no matter how much they try to cover it up by asking people to comment on good things about the place, the irregularities of the place cannot be covered up. I approach the Walmart managers, make things fair, people are getting tired and they can go for the legal thing.

That’s one of the worst Walmart that I’ve been at the customer services . Impolite The employees doesn’t know where the stuff are at when you ask them one of the cashiers very rude to the customers. I really don’t like that Walmart I will never go there back ever that’s the one of the worst worst Walmart I ever seen and Kissimmee. And the meat that they sell there, they all nasty when you take it home. We already smell it straight to the garbage.

As its name says, super center. Super everything you need...

Unfortunately the worst store for online pick ups. There were 2 good guys there they probably left. Outside staff always takes care of their buddies that deliver and bring their stuff out before the people that checked in and were there before them. Their phone on the sign never works. The staff says sorry but you get the email that you picked up like an hour before you ever get your stuff. I understand when they're busy. Busy is busy. It's the jumping the people that were there first to take care of their buddies That's frustrating. I've expressed this to the staff many times. You can tell nobody really cares there at all.

Nice big store that has everything

This center is very organized and everything is really available, but the area that I most wanted to visit, where the laptops are, was deplorable, the talkers do not help anyone, the description also and many are not even in trial mode, for being a large store. It leaves a lot to be desired, the telephone area was better and with dedicated staff that somewhat compensates for the bad experience. The rest is what it promises

Well I was at Walmart a few months ago and the liñes were long so I joined Walmart+ now my initial reason to join was loñg lines. I didn’t know how to use the app and after learning it is so amazing that I can use my phone to calculate everything in my carriage go to the + line scan and go. I love Walmart

For a Walmart, I was very disappointed at how their employees customer service was. The only nice people that worked here, were the cashier and greeter. I went in a couple days before to buy a new t.v stand. To my surprise, it had multiple broken slats inside the box, and I had to return it. The lady was very rude when I tried to return it and told us that if we are returning it, then she "CAN NOT" ask anyone to help us bring it in (it was very large and weighed over 100lbs) because of "liability issues". When we brought it in, a different lady helped us, and told us the other employee was wrong and that we should've had help.. Then as we're trying to check out through the mobile line, we were kicked out and told to wait in the back of a different line that wrapped around the store and, "wait like everyone else" even after scanning the items already on my phone and about to pay. As if we're in a communist nation now. So what's the point of the app?? What's the point of having MULTIPLE check out lanes, if you're just going to stack everyone down one lane? Luckily one of the other employees saw this, and waved my brother down to go over to his lane that he was opening up. He apologized for her behavior, and said that another customer had complained about the exact same situation minuets before I came, and she was about to be pulled by a manager... manager came by and gave her a warning, and told her to "keep up the good work" and left her in the same position. You could tell the other cashiers were even confused... this lady was yelling at customers who were trying to use the app method and wasn't allowing anyone to use the open lanes. When I asked the manager why she wasn't letting people use it (I was expecting a reasonable answer, not this) it's because "there's a language barrier. English isn't her main language and doesn't know you guys need to use the mobile check out." Okay, so it's BAD MANAGEMENT is what I'm hearing??? Okay. Cool. Kick us out of line WHILE USING THE APP because of a language barrier?? Either get someone who can communicate to your customers or get someone who at least understands what job they have. One star for having what I needed at the time, and you get an extra star because of the cashier being cool.

Walmart is a good store but it needs to be organized a little bit more better

Double the self-check out, there is consistently a huge line of people checking out entirely full shopping carts. Or make a self checkout area for 10-20 items and under.

Best super market and great prices

It is an adventure to enter Walmart. Sometimes I go for one product and end up ordering several. I love the area of ​​natural plants. I like to prepare my garden and the prices are affordable and the species are varied. When it's Christmas I buy quite a few items.

This place was the mad house. We came in to buy pineapple. The price was exceptional but the checkout line was crazy. Self checkout line was so long so we decided to try the line with the cashier. There were 4 people ahead of us but the lady was super slow. She kept looking at her iWatch & her phone. Obviously not interested in working. It took us 30 minutes to complete the checkout. Walmart should ban their employees from looking at their phone while customers waiting in line.

This location has become such a frustrating place to go shopping. Most of the staff is rude and act oblivious to their surroundings. As if it isnt bad enough that the customers are rude and have no manners the staff is the same exact way. If you have a question they ignore you and more than likely either dont understand or dont know where products are inside the store. The store is unorganized and so packed with random pallets that it is almost impossible to get around most of the store. On my visit today a working associate with a bin selector rack nearly ran right into me. She did not apologize nor did she say excuse me. Its as if i was in her way and i had to move. When i look at her she completely keeps going as if she did nothing wrong. The reason for my review today is because this behavior is not the first time from the associates. I believe that this particular Walmart needs to reconsider who they are hiring.

Worst walmart ever order a custom cake days 5 days before my daughter birthday. They cancel twice and have the nerve to call me and said * We are too busy to make a cake you should order at another store that is not so busy like ours* Wth why do you work there for. Never again

On Wednesday approximately 12:15 pm store#02881, I finished my shopping at Walmart. There is a Wendys inside next door where hubby and I decided to eat. Ar the register ordering my food, an associate from Walmart short light skin, hair to her shoulders light blonde/brown color, older lady named Mosserate walked in and was standing close beside me in my space. I looked at her 2x me assuming maybe she will move back. Nope, she then asked me if there’s a problem I told her yes you are to close and in my space. She went on now with attitude telling me don’t worry she ain’t gonna do nothing and moving all around looking at me and kept provoking the situation. I then went to the manager of Wendys told her what went on, then I went to 3 Walmart associates and they told me to go to CS. There I spoke to a manager name Ashley where I explained the situation and she said she was going to look into it. I told her to look in cameras and she can see her body language and her face and mouth movements. Manager thanked me and Walked me out. I gave this review because I work in customer service and I’m a supervisor and no associate should be provoking or getting attitude with any customer the way she did. This kind of behavior needs to be corrected with your associates! Thank you!

I live close so I go here sometimes. I was recently charged $9.00 for 2.5 oz of Brilliance toothpaste by Crest. The 4.6 oz tube I usually purchase sells for the same price everywhere else.

More than half the self checkout lines closed at 11 am on a Friday..... Long lines everywhere.... Poorly managed store

Don't use Walmart+ or InHome delivery from this location for food delivery. They do not rotate their inventory. Everytime I've ordered from here there's always something well past the expiration date or spoiled fruits and vegetables

I got in line to purchase a cat scratcher post I found on sale in the back as a roll back from $19.99 to $9.00. Yes the code matched, yes it was the correct item. When I scanned the scratcher the price was still the same. The worker came up and didn’t believe it that it was that price and did not honor the price so I left it there! Not everyone is lying or stealing. What greed!!!!!!!!!!

A well-known place in the United States where there are various departments with household items, toys, food, clothing, technology, and much more, very complete, ample parking, fast service, it is the best-known and most visited supermarket.

Made a confirmed 9 am tire installation appointment at Walmart (Location) today. I even took a day off work specifically for this. Upon arrival, the check-in staff member (describe appearance, if possible) claimed my appointment was cancelled. Despite explaining I never cancelled and planned my entire day around this, he was dismissive and rude. His supervisor, instead of investigating, simply echoed the "cancelled" line and offered no assistance. Feeling frustrated and stranded, I went to the front desk for help. While the woman there was apologetic, the check-in staff member (with mask) refused any accommodation, even denying me the tires so I could get them installed elsewhere. This blatant disregard for a confirmed appointment and my time left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I'm now at Tire Kingdom getting the tires installed. Pictures of the staff involved will be included in my Google Review to warn others about this unacceptable service experience.

I have never done a bad review for ANY place I go, i work in costumer service I know the feeling. But today I had the worst experience from every single associate, no one help me , when they finally tried to help me I walked through the store for an hour for a MIRROR, absolutely ridiculous. Many situations , all the ladies judging that I did not pay for anything asking me and triple checking when other costumers were going out without even checking. I went there for a trash can and a mirror took me 2 hours in total.

I didn't get what I needed more staff to help when packing.

Not what Walmart used to be. All is unjustifiably super expensive, and 8 out of every 10 of the automated cashiers closed. Huge line, and unnecessary wait time to pay. The only automated cashiers were controlled by 3 associates kind of directing traffic to the few ones in operation. So what was the purpose for eliminating live human cashiers for automated ones if these are always closed???

This place is terrible, they closed the self checkout and there are huge lines to pay, this place has more workers than costumers, they are stuck in the middle and they don't leave room for one to buy, very busy, terrible!!!!!

I arrived yesterday at Walmart at 10:40 PM, and I was stopped by an employee named Alfredo who refused to allow me entry. I politely insisted on being allowed inside. He was extremely rude, yelling at me and other customers that the store was closed. He claimed that the line was backed up and they were understaffed. I was shocked by his behavior and the way he treated customers. I have never experienced Walmart closing at any time . I am a member of Wal-Mart Home Plus because you will never know how employees will treat you.

This is our go-to Walmart. They always have what we need and a few things extra. The restrooms are clean and the store seems to always be well maintained. We don't deal much with the employees but the ones we did ask about things were very friendly and usually took us to the product. Lots of parking.

The Walmart is nice. However if you're in a rush do NOT use this Walmart for pickup service. They're always backed up.

What's up with W+? Now it's only 4 self checkouts that are not W+ and working and no help with the non W+ checkouts. This is ridiculous!! So they want me to pay for W+ so I can checkout myself, who thought this was a good idea? Walmart just got worse, had to believe!!

Automotive share. Don't.Do.It. They lost mounting post and wing nut for my spare tire. They either put the old spare back damaged or overblew it and it herniated. It was no good when i needed it. The Walmart tire they had to fix never rode right after. Horrible wobbly noise (in the front). They fixed it free because i had purchased the coverage, but they refused to tell me what had happened to it! Mysteriously, no one knew. Whi worked on it?? Does anyone here speak English? Not today... i hate this store, now. I had to wait in the same damn line for oil changes to get warranty work done. Go to Discount Tire. The only reason I used Walmart is because I was out-of-state when I bought the tires period never again

The only supermarket wnere management sees a crowd of customers and shuts down half the registers (self checkout and regular).

The line was horrible... more than 15 closed checkouts... many workers in the aisles... I couldn't buy, I'm not willing to stand in long lines due to the incompetence of others

Now we have to make huge lines, because they thought of creating Walmart Plus, which costs $98.00 per year, whose objective is to scan the products with the phone and of course you don't have to make the line, the self-service boxes checkout they closed them, I go to Walmart for the economy, not to buy an unnecessary membership

Walmart has now closed most of the self checkouts. They do however have self checkouts for members, so i guess you have to pay a membership fee if you want to check out in less than an hour. Walmart has stated they want the employees to be able to build a better connection with the customer. What a joke they still only have 4 lanes open and the lines are literally half way to the back of the store. Went there for just a few items but left because my time is also valuable and at least at publix I do not have to wait an hour to see an overworked clerk who is frustrated because customers are angry. So I guess if you want to purchase anything grocery go someplace else or pay the membership fee to allow you the luxury of not waiting an hour to check out. I would steer clear of this Walmart and choose to shop somewhere where you are not treated like a second class citizen.

Well I went into this Walmart Supercenter by Osceola Parkway and I was trying on shoes as I went to exit the aisle with the shoes were one of the associates banked right into me. I have a post-op shoe on I have reconstructive surgery on my foot for six and a half hours and a cast for 5 months. She claims she didn't see me and then she was talking underneath her breath so I asked for a manager. Her manager came out and also had an attitude so I asked for her name and the Associate's name and I was going to call corporate. As I was exiting the store I saw an AP coming into the garden section. He was talking on his phone on a personal call and I asked if I could speak to him and he continued on the personal call while he was talking to me. I told him what happened to me and he told me oh okay I'll go look at the film. No one offered to put in a claim for me or an accident report or anything. My foot was hurting terribly that night and I currently don't have insurance to go to the hospital and create a ER bill for myself. But my big question to everybody at the store where was where is the safety protocol in the store. She claims she wasn't looking my way but the reason why I have this picture of the end cap is because it actually got stuck in my cart that's how hard she pushed me and another associate of very nice Indian lady help me put it back. New to the area and I like this Walmart don't get me wrong but the associate Samantha and her manager were horrible

Just walked out because I wasn't about to wait in a ridiculously long line because they don't want to hire cashiers, or even people to watch their self check out. Multi-billion dollar corporation, and they want to be cheap? Should never have wasted my time 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Have to be rich to shop here , double the price of Walmart and 50 Percent higher than Winn Dixie . They need a butcher , looks like their butcher is a vegetarian , thickest steak in the store was 1/2 inch thick .

Lots of variety in this Walmart supercenter, I love the location and there is lots of parking. The lines can get pretty full sometimes, so be prepared for any extra wait times. Great for shopping around and getting your daily needs. Update* They still serve the great service they do and awesome products.

The service is horrible here!!! the self-checkout staff treats black people horribly. Everytime I come in I hope for a better experience but that's a fairytale to say the least. it doesn't take two staff members to stand at your check out station putting on fake smiles but watching every single tag scan. It's a horrible feeling!!! ONE of them makes the self checkout make noise to try and intimidate you. I promise the next time this happens...I won't buy a thing ever! I will report the staff. YOU all are just scarecrows for checkout stop trying to think you're a super hero. it's not worth it!! on no dime is it worth it.. I hope management sees this. there is racism at this store at it's highest!!

Theres no point on making an appointment if I’m gonna be taken care more than an hour later. It’s ridiculous, and a waste of time for somebody that is paying for a service. I’m here just to change 1 tire that I order to be delivery at the store. I just see people gambling and joking around. I hate being this person, but i didn’t came here to sit on my car, I got things to do.

I know that Walmart in general is looking to reduce self checkouts and move back to old style checkouts so I don't know if that's the reason the self checkouts here are not that great. I've been to many Walmarts and rarely have to wait in a self checkout line but this place sometimes has a line of customers at 8am on a Saturday morning. Meanwhile a whole group of self checkouts goes unopen and unused. And even though there are not a lot of customers at that time, the aisles are always crowded with shelf stockers and those annoying workers pushing around those big carts with blue bins shopping for others. Yes, I could go to Publix and not have to deal with this, but the prices at Publix are horrible. And of course most workers there speak Spanish and assume I do whenever I have to interact with them. I guess that's my fault for growing up in the USA and speaking English.

I hope no ones goes to that walmart. This lady name Yeyry who happens to be a cashier a walmart just called my cousin a bi..ch.. this is very unprofessional. My cousin is a hard working nurse and just spent 445.83 today and spent $680 last week a walmart. For this lady to call my cousin the b word because of a chicken my cousin put on the counter is very uncalled for. We want the whole world to know how unprofessional this walmart employee is.

Walmart Auto Service. Today I arrived at 7 am to get an oil change. Keep in mind that I was the 4th person to arrive. Walmart's auto care hours are from 7 am to 7 pm. The auto care opened at 7:25 am, so I waited and there was only one employee waiting for others to arrive. One employee showed up late, was stuck on his phone, and was drinking coffee in the parking lot. Finally, around 7:45 am, they started providing service. While I was waiting, some employees arrived to get an oil change, and they were given priority. It is now 8:30 am, and I still haven't received service. I went inside to talk to the employees, and one guy there said they only had one line open. Yet, they opened a second lane and started doing oil changes for the employees. I left at 9 am and never received service. This was absolutely disrespectful to the customers. Walmart on Osceola Parkway has terrible service, and no employee or manager cares. I will never go back; I'll go to Valvoline and get my oil changed in 10 minutes. I would rather pay more for better service than go to Walmart.

I was on vacation down there in June of 2021.

This store is so out of order and messy. They are also against Florida law having both of the only bathrooms they have to the public out of service. They are serving food and also have a Wendy's at this location. Florida law states they must have at least 1 working bathroom. They had both bathrooms closed and out of order. I will make sure to report then to the county.

THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES. YOU BUY FROM THEM AND YOU HAVE TO STAND IN LONG LINES TO PAY. BECAUSE ALMOST ALL THE BOXES ARE WITHOUT SERVICE INCLUDING THE CASHIERS. DUE TO LACK OF STAFF
