The staff is friendly, struggling and not very effective. The bathrooms and facility are far from cleanly. I will never be coming back. Never. Took my 4 year old to the bathroom and waited outside the stall. She came outside the stall covered in blood. The most disgusting, atrocious, appalling sight I had ever seen. It was all over the toilet seat and all over my daughter and I had to clean that up. Worst experience of my life. Hire people who are actually going to work. More staff are desperately needed. Effective workers. The workers they have are completely on edge. This was the final straw. Good bye Wendy's. A very well earned Good bye.

Don’t say you’re open until 1 AM if you’re closing at 11:45. Everyone was outback smoking a cigarette when I pulled through at 11:45, and they told me they were already closed. I understand working hard for your money, and I understand needing to go home when you need to go home, but don’t have your time set for 1 AM and then close almost 2 hours earlier with people smoking out back. I will say they were very polite, but still change your time.

We go through the drive-through that we drive-through all the time and some large man that would not give us his name in a blue and white striped shirt told us that they cannot make any Wendy’s frosted coffee, cream, brew chocolate drinks because they’re out of coffee. I left and said you’re out of coffee and he goes. Yeah that’s right. I’m out of coffee. I said OK. Have a good night. Worst service ever.

Chili wasn't good - watery and no beans. Frosty machine was down. Drive thru was down. multiple employees having personal conversations with a very long line. Employee who was not on the clock was standing behind the register talking to other employees. The bright spot was Courtney! I was disappointed because every time I go here (it’s been almost 6 months) there is an issue. This particular time, I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal. Substituted the drink with a frosty for my 3 year old. The food was luke warm and not fresh, the ranch dressing I asked for wasn’t included, and I had to ask for a straw and spoon for the frosty since I noticed it wasn’t in the bag. I felt bad to have to ask for the napkins they forget and ranch. As usual the mentality of the service was “why do you want me to help you, instead of, “how can I help you”?! I don’t enjoy spending my money to eat as much as people do not enjoy working to get paid but it’s something we should take more pride in and do better than what we are. When I was 18 and a shift manager I took lots of pride in customer service and quality service. Unfortunately it seems harder to find hard working and happy to serve employees. I hope the service improves.

I went inside because drive thru was busy. I didn't order. I didn't stay. After the manager hollered front counter. After 5 minutes still nobody came to the counter. Not one eye looked towards the front counter. One little girl came up there looking for something but never made eye contact. Maybe she thought I'd she didn't make eye contact I was invisible. She did not even say a word. I was appalled at the lack of customer service and the lack of customer concern. I am done. Dairy queen is better anyway

Not sure what changes they’ve made but the last couple times I’ve been phenomenal. The woman inside register is great. The food has been fresh and hot. I’m glad they got things worked out however, they did it.(old review below) 50 minutes in the drive through.So much for fast food. Could’ve went to a real restaurant and would have got my food and eat it before you get your order taken here. SMH. The problem is if I order online I still have to wait in the drive through. They have the lobby closed. It’s pointless ordering online and have to wait for 10+ cars to pick up my order. OPEN YOUR LOBBY FOR PICKUP AT LEAST. Cars around the building through the parking lot to the street every time we try to go there After getting home. We got 3 nuggets instead of 4. My bacon double stack had a 1/4 piece of bacon on it. What in this world has happened to common sense? If you have a special seasonal frosty flavor and all your frosty machines are down but one, would it not make sense to put the pumpkin spice one in the only machine you have because lots of people want to try it. You serve chocolate year around. This sucks. OR...did you break down your other machines early (2 hours early) so you'd get out of there quicker and just lie about the machines being broke. Yeah, I've heard that one a million times and only at night. Interesting.....

Lunch menu is always passable. I wouldn't say is spectacular, but when they get it right, it's usually very good. Breakfast is always very good! I haven't had a bad experience yet. They get a little sauce happy with the breakfast baconator to the point that I have to asked them to only use a small amount. The breakfast potatoes BLOW AWAY every other fast food restaurant on the planet. What an amazing potato product 🥰 brioche buns and breakfast meats are made each other. Just please go easy with the condiments. I am going to invest in a plastic bib so I can enjoy Wendy's breakfast on my way to work. I can't have that mayonnaise breakfast sauce on my uniform. I remember growing up going to Wendy's and sitting in the Solarium enjoying the salad Super Bar and a baked potato. Back then Wendy's was a evening out with the family. It was fine dining. Chili, baked potato, and square hamburgers. I really wish they would bring back the Super Bar and solarium in the restaurants. It's crazy how times have changed, McD's removed the play place and now the McD's are painted gray and black. The McD's in Freeport looks more like a jail than a restaurant. I am glad Wendy's is still colorful and family friendly. I have never been asked for spare change or offered drugs at Wendy's. Still absolutely the BEST FRIES, BURGERS, CHILI, and now BREAKFAST! I just wish you would.lwt us back in the dining room now that COVID is gone.

This place does a rather consistent and awesome job with getting incorrect orders. You can see how frustrated a group of customers can get and that should be enough of a warning. It was especially funny seeing customers wait a thousand years to get their order and somehow get them wrong. An attempt to address an incorrect order was made but I was told to physically return over the phone. I explained that time was not on my side, but insisted I make an appearance regardless. I return hours later to have a resolution, but upon readdressing the concern, a crewmember was flustered and had the inability to seek assistance. Over 25 minutes was elapsed without any help and the crewmember chose to walk away from a simple problem. It should be noted that this particular location does not give receipts as they do not value accountability. If you want to see your order get royally messed up, lose money and not get it corrected, this is the place!

Warning to future employees of Carlisle Wendy's this company has little to no care for the well being of it's employees and have fired employees in clear violation of the federal family leave act the regional manager blocks employees and ignores employees saying one thing then doing something different this companys corporate is horrible and does nothing to fix any legal issues at all can't even fix employees not being paid right. Staff had so much attitude. Cashier actually said"I'm tired of these door dashes" while I was standing in front of her waiting for her to take my order. Drive thru was at least 7 cars deep. Rest of the staff was going slow as molasses. Still got the order wrong after having to remake the burger we ordered. I understand being understaffed and all but it is no reason to be rude or give poor customer service. Other people had to wait to get their order taken while the cashier bagged each order after taking the order. More training and staff needed.

I was going to eat at that store till I watched the younger fry guy take a fry out of the serving tray and stick it and fingers in his mouth. I was so disgusted by it I had to leave cause I didn't want him touching my fries after they were all up in his mouth. So I think wendys needs to train these people alot better cause that is a great way to spread COVID or anything else that could harm the public and in reality I will not be going back there if he still works there or gets the proper training.

The manager - Rose is a horrible choice for a manager. I called today to inquire about employment. When your "manager" can not give me an email address to send my resume to and tells me to go on the website - her words... "it is hamburger something". So I ask her, you mean to tell me you are the manager there and do not know the website to submit my application? She replied she is and has been the manager next door at McDonald for 10 years. UNACCEPTABLE behavior from a manager of Wendy's even if she was busy and couldn't multi-task "as she claimed she was". 6 cars in the drive-thru, took an hour and a half to get food. One of the workers left after seeing the line. Can't blame him. Pay your workers better or this place is going to end up like KFC down the road.

Not big on leaving reviews and completely understand that people occasionally have bad days and things happen but when you have a bad day and don't acknowledge that you messed up with a sincere apology or some kind of remorse it doesn't really help with the customer's opinion of the interaction. Went to dine in, there was a long line at the counter. So we began making a mobile order on our phone while we waited in line. Got to the register told the cashier of said order which was 5 meals and 6 frosties she printed the receipt laid it on the counter and handed us our drink cups. Time on receipt was 12:56. As we waited we watched our name on the screen get jumped by multiple customers who ordered after us until our name just disappeared from the screen and we still didn't have our order. Pointed this out to the cashier and she said they were working on it. She then went and made our frosties which sat on the counter and started to melt as we were still waiting. We finally reached over and got the frosties and allowed our children to at least start on there milkshakes at this point. Finally got our food at 1:32. The interaction left us feeling very disappointed. A return visit unfortunately is not looking to be in the near future.

Used to eat from here all the time but the employees especially the girl that runs the first window are very rude. Never was like that before. Since they have reopened its been rude employees. I will now have to find another place to eat lunch. What a disappointment!!!

Renovation has been done! Finally! However, dining room is closed and it took 31 min to get to the drive thru speaker and got my food at the 39 min mark. The old lady at the window was hot miked the whole time too. Strange day at Wendy’s Niceville

This place has really gone downhill. They really dont care about the customer, quality of product, or value. They know there will still be a line of hungry customers regardless. Typical of the Niceville labor pool.
