This is the second time my husband went and got wings and chicken strips. The chicken strips are always awesome but this is the second time my wings were so dry. All the sauce on them still did not help to swallow them but the fries were good. Also only the wings are overcooked!

Every time I go to this location, I am missing at least one ingredient from my cobb salad.... usually the egg or bacon and the times they do get the salad right, I'm missing a fork or dressing. This location's employees seriously need to pay more attention to detail.

When I walked up to the cash register, the young man working made it clear that he was ready to lock the doors at 845!!If you don’t want to service people, lock your doors so no one can come in! Don’t treat them rudely so you can hurry up n leave😡

Friendly folks, hot crunchy chicken, mom's salad with grilled chicken was great. Lovw the atmosphere!

Aubrey gave me the absolute best service I’ve ever received from a fast food establishment. He improved the quality of my day along with making me want to come back simply for the service that was provided. This zaxbys is absolutely killing the game. 5 stars!!!

My mom left a bad review the other day. But as an employee we constantly try and provide top tier quality and costumer service and this is the best place I’ve ever worked!

I was very disappointed with service today. Done an online order and waited in parking lot for 15 minutes and ended up waiting inside for another 20 minutes getting ignored by employees. Needless to say when I got my food fries was soggy and cold. I ended up throwing it all out because it was soggy and cold.

I’ve only been there a hand full of times but I’m quite pleased with all of the above!!

During week days the food is great ,but just about every time I come through at night they forget to put stuff I ordered and payed for. I have made it home several times to find stuff missing.

I am always excited when the Zenation salad returns. Not this time. Both times I've ordered it was TERRIBLE. The 1st time the chicken was old and there were barely any pieces of chicken in the salad. The 2nd time there wasn't any Asian slaw and the chicken was ice cold. The service was great... food not soo much. I've been coming here for years and Never Been disappointed until now.

Used to love this place but now every time i go to eat its never good.

The one in niceville Ordered through the drive through a #1dipped in wipy sauce.well got down the road to DeFuniak and no wipy sauce so I called they said I get a free one when I came back through so I went today and the guy didn't believe me.i order my #1dipped in wipy sauce and a med Dr pepper and fried pickles.i told the guy I can pay for it I'm not lying about my free one and I'll pay for the pickles and Dr pepper he took my card told he give me my free one this time then he charged me 27$ I asked sir this isn't right cause when I put my order in it was only 18 he said oh yeah then gave two receipts one for the 27$ charge and one charge for 9.50 and i look at my bank account on my phone and no refund went in at this time he said it takes 3 to 5 business days to show up on my card.the girl working said the refunds we did today all takes a couple of days to go back on your card.so i guess after hearing that you do a lot of refunds and that's sad y'all never look busy I pass every day 😔

This is my all-time favorite fast food wonderful way better than Chick-fil-A

They're short staffed and the kids they have working need a little more customer service training.

Best Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. The Lady at the cashier was super patient , polite, and attentive. My food was made and in my hands hot before I even left the register. All the food tasted perfect and the dining area was very clean. Would drive over an hour just to come to this Zaxby’s again. They put the fast in fast food.

It's OK , I like them , I trust them to be clean . The prices are a little on the up but that's understandable.

9/03 @ 1:20 - All the chicken we ordered was hot, juicy and tasty. The fries were okay. We ordered fried pickles and when they came out, it was burnt pickles and fried pieces, so… not good. But, upon speaking with someone, they asked if we’d like to try something else and we got to try the funnel cakes — they are DELICIOUS!!!! I might go back just for desert :)

Always great. Only issue, bought a family pack chicken tender meal and only recieved two Zaxby sauces. Asked for two more since we got 20 tenders and was asked to pay for them. We get two when you get the 6 tenders. Not right.

Surprisingly fast service here for large orders of traditional chicken wings. Selection is mostly all chicken snd the food is average quality but great compared to other local fast food options.

The initial experience with the cashier was very good, he was very attentive and cheerful. However, once I got my food I was pretty disappointed. I ordered a 6 fingers plate at the "go big" size. While I did receive 6 chicken fingers, the size of each was about the size of a chicken nugget at McDonalds. Which was not worth the money I paid. Additionally, there were hardly any fries in the container and I did pay extra to have more fries. One whole spot in the container was empty, again not worth the money that was paid for the meal. Lastly, while the fries were cooked well and tasted great, the chicken tasted old and stale, like it had been siting for about 30 minutes. With all the options in the area, I would suggest if you want to get your money’s worth go somewhere else.

I was greeted by the cashier with a smile. He was able to understand my not so good verbal order. However, food was good. There was a young man who took the time in helping, not only to clean the table but to look for find a couple condiments I requested to add to my chicken wings. He was so kind.

Just went thru drive thru but food was good and service was fast.

NOT OPEN UNTIL 11. They have always claimed this on Google and even in their official app but they have never been open that late. In reality they close at 9, but for some reason the app lets you place online orders past then as if they’re open. Found out the hard way lol, now I have to contact corporate to get a refund

Atmosphere is good, the Asian Zensation Salad is disgusting & they no longer serve the Black & Blue salad. Major disappointment for me. Counter person was a little scatter brained. Probably won't be back.

As always, love the food, service and atmosphere, rustic homey feel. I do appreciate the Christian music selection they play. Manager on one day I went, could've been a bit more professional when I asked for one zaxbys sauce. Kinda just throw it on my tray after asking, miner thing. But over all 💯👍👍💯

Been here 3x, service and drive thru are pretty good. Unlike Tacobell you can safely go ahead and drive away without having to worry about missing food in your bag. The only "meh" thing I have is how much you get less now on your plate. Idk if they've cut back or something but overall good food.

I'm a DoorDash driver. I am not very familiar with the menu but made a delivery today and customer informed me that part of a "meal" she ordered was not there. The app did not show what is included in the meal on my end so I did not know it was missing. Customer informed me it happens a lot.

Very sweet staff. They were awesome with their recommendations on the different sauces for the wings. The friendliness of the staff makes me love going there. Plus the Buffalo garlic sauce is perfection. Love Rachel and wish I could remember the other sweet young lady’s name.
