I love coming to this location. The staff are always friendly. The food is hot and delicious. One of the few places I can count on to have good sweet tea.

Usually awesome place to go. Love this location and the employees. The manager on shift the evening I was there today is the reason I'm leaving this review. Totally unprofessional and tried to blame her shortcomings on the staff. Very low. Her name was Melissa.

Chicken was tough but hot. Being tough wasn't their problem. All of my food was piping hot!

Everything was good, but wouldn’t accept a larger cash payment.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese English muffin, med fried potatoes, French toast sticks . Stood there for @ 10-15 for someone to take order. Muffin was so hard I couldn’t eat it potatoes were ok and French toast sticks were dripping in oil I just threw them away.

Had breakfast. It was delicious and the service was amazing 🤩

Prices are crazy!!! Almost 4 bucks for a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger??? Used to be 79 cents... Biden is really killing the inflation isn't he? I'll never go back... They will start demanding tips soon...

i sent my husband out at like 9p to get me the cinnamon roll pull apart thing and he came back and told me the lady working there hooked me up with extra cream cheese frosting cause i’m pregnant so 5/5 stars for that! :)

I went to Wendy’s in Waynesboro for a quick bite. The food was good, but not exceptional. The burger was fine, the fries were crispy, and the service was friendly. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. It was a decent fast food experience, but nothing too special.

One of my favorite Wendy's locations. Just keep the salads fresh and not wilted. And tell the Silk Road restaurant next door to pull some weeds out of their landscape!

I guess we got there when they opened and only one person was working, it took awhile for her to get our order and the food was so so. I had the honey chicken biscuit and the chicken was only warm and the biscuit tasted freezer burnt.

Who yal got working here? They have no clue what they are doing. A bunch of missing ingredients. Ordered a Dave's double no bun or ketchup. They basically gave me a burger with cheese. I never said no tomato no onion,etc. I was looking forward to that. My daughter asked for extra lettuce and they didn't give it to her. Her bun was burnt and her sandwich had no pickles when it's suppose to have pickles.

The food is very good here along with the fast and friendly service.

I ordered 3 separate sandwiches for (1 combo meal & 2 sandwiches by itself) and a medium frosty. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes for my food. My frosty was the wrong size, one of the sandwiches was the completely wrong one, the other that was my combo was missing it’s large fry, and the 3rd sandwich was no where to be seen instead replaced with a $4 biggie bag. Meaning I spent an extra $14 (!!!!) than what I was given. I was very thorough in ordering and said everything multiple times INCLUDING the receipt reading everything correctly. If the receipt is there AND I have to pull forward to wait an extra few minutes (which I don’t mind doing), how is literally EVERYTHING WRONG

Just went through the drive through with my mom and ordered two Dave’s Singles and a large fries. One of the sandwiches had no burger patty! How does that even happen? Don’t plan on going there again any time soon. You’re warned!

Wendy's went out of their way to make both our food and experience today exceptional.

Worst Wendy’s in my life, staff was really rude, cut us off twice while trying to order, asked for sweet tea it was unsweet and our coke was flat I’m very disappointed was really craving some good Wendy’s and was really let down I’ll stick to my Wendy’s in Harrisonburg !!!!!

They were packed, lines out the door. there was about 5 people in line. The person took my order got everything right, didn't seem stressed. Took it like a champ. Food was great. I asked for sauce they gave it.

My food is always hot and made like the person who made it would eat it, its never just slapped together and thrown into a wrapper. And everyone is always pleasant in the drive thru.

I ordered 3 Dave's double stacks 2 Jr double deluxe and the grilled taco sandwich I got 1 Dave's triple stack(not ordered),1 Dave's double, a grilled chicken(not ordered), 1 Jr single not double or deluxe, got the grilled chicken taco sandwich and had to drive back around to get the other Jr double deluxe. Did not realize whole order was messed up till got home. Not happy. This is not the first time here or Staunton VA that I've had issues. Only one that seems to get it right is in raphine va and I've had 3 issues with them in past couple years. Check all food before drive away or you will be very disappointed like we are. Not to mention I got no receipt.

The food is good, normal for Wendy's. What surprised me was the speed. In and out in less than 5 minutes at the drive thru or inside. Great place to get a quick meal on the go.

I come here often for lunch. Genuinely the best fast food place in Waynesboro. Order is always right. Food is consistent. Friendly staff. Clean inside. Majority of the time … drive thru moves pretty fast. Based on my experiences here.. I would say whoever runs this franchise is doing a phenomenal job

The staff at this restaurant are spot on for what someone looking for a quick fast food experience is seeking. We stopped in and were greeted with friendly employees and quick fresh food. The establishment was busy and the team did a great job keeping pace. I would highly recommend stopping here if you are in or near the area.

Ordered two French fries no salt and they were lazy and did not give them with no salt. So I don't eat them and wasted money. Burgers were good. The service was hury up and get out of here and they were not busy at the time. Didn't like that

I was traveling through and decided to stop at this Wendy's and I am glad I did. This Wendy's was superb! Everything was fresh and hot just the way I like it. Matthew G greeted us with such kindness, he took time to take our order. He made sure it was correct. We also observed him treating other customers with kindness as well.

Spent $30 on a meal only to not receive a $10 burger; Alongside messing up the condiments. If you want a decent meal pick a different restraunt than this one.

Normally come here for a salad on Sunday. Today I came for breakfast. I have always been happy with the serve I have received. I normal have special requests; no bread, no ketchup, etc. I have always been greeted with a friendly smile! I like that it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot. I have never been in the bathrooms so I don't know how clean they are. Restaurant is always clean and I personally have never seen the trash overflowing. This is my 1 go-to fast food restaurant in the area. I give them 5-stars and 2-thumbs up!

They gave the wrong food completely and even at the window asked what we ordered and when we told them they talked each other still gave us the wrong order a double bacon burger had 0 paddies. They only had bacon, tomatoes, cheese we asked for no lettuce 😒 😑 and they need more pay.....

So, I have had more than a few bad visits to Wendy's. I will try very hard to make this short. On one visit they gave me a sprite that was not sprite. I had to park and go in several times for my food being wrong. And that's not even half of it. The reason I have not stopped going there is because my son likes stopping there after work, Every afternoon. I try to get him to go somewhere else but he doesn't want to even tho they mess his order up as well. The bathrooms are nasty. And when iv been in there it seems they have a lot of time on their hands so I don't see why the bathrooms or so gross. When they could keep them clean.

Delicious as always and I must say that this location never messes my food up. The strawberry lemonade is to die for!

Food is always cold in verona but if waynesboro store the food is so good and hot. They get 5 stars on service and food was hot.

Kind people, they get my order right more than other places around this area. Most the staff are teens, so they seem nervous at times, or not taking their job serious. They are not rude, just kids being kids. Management is always polite and service with a smile though. This overall is slightly above average for the area.

Ordered 2 large chilies with senior tea. Chili was hot and was seasoned well. Staff was attentive and engaging. We will return.

I never ever eat at Wendy's or McDonald's. The health risk is too high.

We enjoyed lunch here. The $5 Biggie bag was great and I also loved the strawberry frosty. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. I recommend this restaurant for a tasty and relaxing meal.

Water on floor and trashcans were running over. Employee making sandwiches was hateful and complaining about the job. Service was slow at best.

I love Wendy's, but this location doesn't seem to care that much - from the flattened rat in the drive through lane, to the locked lobby when I came by for a pick-up, or when they got my order wrong and handed me a second wrong order when I came back for them to fix it. Sorry, Dave Thomas. I'm still rooting for you, though.

Wendys is so underrated the food is better than the other chains especially their breakfast my only gripe is location its a bit of a hassle to get to sometimes. But worth it

Good, but this particular location was freezing this past Friday. We had to get our food to go because it was far too cold to eat inside. Perhaps this was intentional by staff? Otherwise, the food is good and our orders have been accurate when we pass through town.

It was a nightmare,first we ordered and she wasn't the friendliest,we ordered and we got our food .The fries where old tasting 🤢then my sandwich was missing lettuce and tomatoes,so my other half went up the lady said they have none and that there supposed to be recall 🤬he said why didn't you say anything she said I don't have to,so we asked for money and they will mail you a gift 7 business days What kind of business they are running ,We lost 20.and change.He ate his burger it was OK but me had to eat somewhere else🤬

Paid $20 for NOTHING. Going through the drive thru, order two meals. After waiting 10 min, two grubby, grease soaked bags were brought to our car. They were so gross, we asked for our money back. They said they could not do a refund but would leave a note for the manager who would contact the home office who would send us a gift card. I will be VERY surprised if we receive anything. STAY AWAY!

This was supposed to be for the CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA Wendy's NOT WAYNESBORO. WAYNESBORO WENDY'S IS THE BEST. CHARLOTTESVILLE, ALWAYS slow, even with 1 customer in line and 4 employees moving around behind the counter. Also I noticed so many flies flying around in the cashier area...🤢

July '22 Dining room open again! 11am-8pm. Serving good food fast now. :) Wendy's can have a long line and still move quickly! Burgers & chicken sandwiches are good. Frosty's are the best. Always get my order right. Always very friendly.

The guy at the drive thru window tells us they don't have spicy chicken, but then he lets us get spicy chicken on our second order. Then he tells us they don't have mustard, so we ask another employee at the second window and she happily gives it to us. We were perfectly polite because I know customer service can be stressful, so he had no reason to have such an attitude and lie to us twice.

Always the best restaurant in Waynesboro! Fresh tasting food, great prices and the employees are great too!

Best burger that I have had in a couple of years.

Waited 20 min in drive through for a chocolate frosty only to find out their machine was broke and didn’t have any. Won’t be back
