I ordered the Wahoo crisp tacos. The tacos were fried well and surprisingly pretty good. Customer service was good, restaurant was clean. In regards to a fast food spot 5/5. Beans and rice were pretty good as well.

Staff is pleasant. Food is fresh. Food comes out in a timely manner. Price is good for the amount you receive. I'm not a chain food person generally speaking.

Food is great! Staff is nice and very patient. It's clean. However, the music. It's not overly loud and it seems kind of authentic, but it would be nice if they played more than 3 songs in the same order over and over.

Got lunch take out. A chicken bowl and chicken salad. Loved the salad but not a big fan of the chicken bowl but not bad. The salsa bar had mango salsa which i loved.

The place is showing a little bit of age, but the food is tasty, the service is good, and the price is reasonable! Their quesadilla is THE BEST!

This location has done a good job improving their service over the last few years. The food quality is good, and we had good experience in past several visits overall. I recommend this place for both lunch and dinner.

lady at the counter very friendly, knew about the food. unfortunately baja fresh is not the same like when "baja California group" used to own them, over 18 years ago. anyways! at least it's better than taco bell and similar tex Mex food alternatives in the area.

The smell in this establishment is horrible, the restrooms are just as bad if not worse. You feel like you’re in a ran down building with made food. Not accepteble!!!

I ordered Baja Fresh for my monthly community meeting tonight, and I must say that we were very pleased with our meal!! I ordered the Fajita party pack, with all the bells and whistles, and the food was FRESH, HOT & DELICIOUS!! Special Thanks to Ms. Mabel at the Hanover/Arundel Mills location for making sure that ALL items were packaged very nicely in the bag, and that the food was cooked nice and FRESH!! She was very knowledgeable about what i wanted, and was very professional!! Kudos to the entire team that worked hard to make my party pack so delicious! We will be back soon!!

I and my son came to the restaurant at some time after eight PM, as went to a nearby Walmart prior to this. This place is neat and clean and has pleasant indoor atmosphere, and it is the 'only' Baja Fresh restaurant in the region that we know of. As saying it is the only one of its type is probably due to may be we don't eat out that much. Many years ago, we went to BF more frequently at a closer location in Columbia, MD, but that one did not renewed their lease, and so it was gone at least five years ago, with much regret to us as well as to others.

Great prices and usually very clean. Great healthy food as well.

Salsa bar was fresh. Grilled Wahoo Baja burrito was very good.

This Baja fresh is consistently good and their staff seem happy to work there. One thing that sets this place above most competitors is the limitless salsa bar with pico de gallo, brown and green salsas (medium hot), red salsa (hot), and a mango salsa. Favorite thing here is the chicken Caesar salad burrito, which is just chicken Caesar salad wrapped in a tortilla. Delicious and then drop some of their pico de gallo on before each bite, fantastic.

First visit and I enjoyed the friendly service, the atmosphere, and the food.

Better than others in this category like Chipotle or Qdoba or Moe's. Great self-serve salsa bar with a variety ranging from mild to fairly scorching. Great value for the food and a friendly bilingual staff.

Overall good for a fast food option for texmex; shrimp were small and few for a steak and shrimp fajita. Also wish they use larger size tortillas for fajitas.

Long overdo review.......Baja Fresh is by far one of the best restaurants in the Hanover area. My family and I had takeout for dinner, and the items were all deliciously made. Very good service (Carmen E.), good menu and the best guacamole and chips. We frequent this location, and it never disappoints. The casual dining restaurant has something for everyone! Amazing! 10/10

Great for vegetarians, especially after they added the Impossible tacos. The food quality is consistently good, but sometimes they overdo it with salt. The queso at this location has always been great!

Always have loved BF for 20 years....but.....this time the Fish taco did disappoint. One very tiny, shriveled fried fish piece covered by more pico and slaw than I've seen in all my pig pickin years combined! Nice try Baja. I was not fooled.

Inflation is hitting everyone. Ordered the Shrimp Burrito Ultimo. The shrimp are usually medium/large size shrimp. They are no baby shrimp. The shrimp to burrito ratio was extremely lacking. It pretty much was a rice burrito. Time to retire my patronage.

Thiccest burrito, much better bang for your buck than Chipotle. They also provide chips with the meal, which is a bonus. I would recommend the Diablo burrito with extra sauce.

I’ve been a fan of Baja Fresh for almost 20 years. One of the OG fast casual dining restaurants. I continue to enjoy that the food is made fresh and the ingredients are handled in store. I enjoy the Ultimo Burrito and mango salsa the most.

We enjoyed coming here fairly often! It’s one of the fresher options for fast-ish food. Love their serve-yourself salsa bar! Nachos were good and a good value. Great for to-go orders, but you can dine in as well. Plenty of parking.

Love this chain. Food quickly prepared, too quickly during this visit, as demonstrated by presentation and flavor. Will come back as the menu is better than Chipotle. Usually you can get freshly prepared items with great flavor and texture.

Delicious food but not good for dining in. I'm from Los Angeles originally and have eaten at Baja Fresh restaurant hundreds of time. Lived on it through college. This location does clean very much or wipe down their salsa bar. Bathrooms are gross!

Walk to the counter and order place. Food was made to order so it was a little slow for a fast food place. The portions were generous and offerings were standard for a Mexican restaurant. I ordered nachos. They give an enormous portion that are enough for a two person meal but all of the chips were limp and soggy. The beans were under salted. Somehow everything was coated in cheese which made it all one big fused together lump. A better approach to this dish would be to keep the chips separate from the toppings and let people construct it at the table. Don’t order the nachos.

I thought the place was closed when I got there. But got a nice dinner burrito. Fresh and hot although the chips are stale since out from a bag hours ago. The selection of salsas is great though. They dining room was not that clean but since no one there not super dirty. Did not see anyone cleaning the tables after other customers left.

Baja Fresh is the best fast casual Mexican place, hands down. The salsa bar is exquisite. A steak Burrito Ultimo is positively overflowing with steak.

Had the crispy wahoo, grilled wahoo and a regular grilled chicken taco. I had the avocado removed from mine. The tacos were ok. Nothing exceptional. Wait time was decent. Lots of seating. Good options for salsa bar.

It was ok. Most of the tables were dirty. The food was decent. Nothing too special but it wasn't bad either.

The salsa bar is super fresh & has a large variety of spice and types of salsa. All of the food is cooked to order and delicious. There is a sign on the wall that claims they don't own a microwave and to be patient because good food takes time to prepare.... nice.

First-time visitor, went in yesterday. I stood at the counter for AT LEAST five minutes, waiting for someone to at least acknowledge me and offer some help with an order. No one ever did. Frankly, I found this location sloppy and poorly-run. Don't care how "fresh" the menu is, at least the 'Bell knows good customer service.

Baja fresh is exactly what it says it is F.R.E.S.H and very refreshing and there's so many pleasant flavors that burst in to your mouth mmmmh so flavorful

The order came out quick. I got my favorite burrito and my wife got the casa Dilla. Diner is the best time to come.

My daughter and I share a steak fajita between us. Absolutely love it. We wouldn't drive 40 minutes from home if it wasn't so good.

I didn't realize that Baja had salads, but this was one of the freshest and tastiest salads that I have had. I enjoy their other foods as well, but I would definitely order the salad again. This is a convenient, but not too crowded location.

I'm a big fan of Baja Fresh. It's always tasty, filling, economical, and fast. Sure, the chips could be more consistently fresh but other than that I hope everything stays the same. Too many have closed around town and in my opinion Baja is the best, fast Tex-Mex around.

It was much better than what I had expected. I thought it was going to be little better than Taco Bell, but it was much better. It was even better than Chevy’s. I’d highly recommend

I get the same thing every time so I can't speak on the entirety of the menu. The staff is always polite and accommodating. Place looks clean and the fajitas are pretty darn good to not be a traditional restaurant. You get many extras that most places charge additional fees for.

BAJA-BAJA-BAJA YOU SO FRESH. First of all let's give it up to Baja Fresh for bringing impossible meat to the menu. My platter was awesome 👌 avocado 🥑 so soft the fork just sunk into it without pressure and the presentation was so beautiful I forgot to take a photo but I took a minute to let you see what little I have. Everything was in formation but I just dove in emmediately.

Honestly I was really impressed. Got the steak tacos and the meal was comparable to some of the more authentic taco places in the area. Delicious corn tortillas, tasty beans and rice, super fresh ingredients. The salsa bar is really great. I can’t wait to come back.

Food was good but I've had better from other locations before. My chicken baja burrito was lacking flavor compared to how they usually taste and the chips were a bit stale tasting.

Disappointed that they don't have the mango salsa anymore, but overall good portion size and fresh quality food. They almost forgot my chips so I had to ask for it myself.

All the ingredients on my burrito were fresh. The steak was tender, juicy and flavorful. It's a small wait but worth every minute. Restaurant was clean with outstanding customer service. I would recommend Baja Fresh to everyone.
