It’s raining today. My ten month old baby was sleeping and I brought him in because I’m a single moms and alone. But after waiting in line for 6 people, the lady wouldn’t take my order because I only had a $50 bill. So I just walked back to my car w baby. They said if my order isn’t half of the $50 bill they can’t let me order! Well they must’ve wanted me to order my infant coffee or something. Tx starbucks 👎

Seemed only one person was working, place was dead. Ordered decaf coffee with extra skim. It was very dark so I asked for more skim. He poured some in a small cup and put it on the counter. Employee didn't smile at me once. I was friendly, and I even apologized for requesting more skim milk. 2 *s for service because it was rather quick.

The cashier was pleasant and helpful but the barista didn't secure the tops on our drinks. Mine spilled and made a mess in my car.

I wouldn’t usually review a Starbucks, but this one was great! Made a mobile order that was done quickly. They were so kind and welcoming, that it stood out to me. Smiling, said good morning, have a great day, put our food in a bag with napkins so it was easy to carry - the little things you don’t usually see anymore. Maybe it was the good vibes, but my drink was also made to perfection and tasted better than usual. Kudos to the team!

The costumer service was fantastic and the food came out nice and warm. Sad that I don’t live near here or I would come here everyday!

Very busy Starbucks. They also do mobile orders different than every other Starbucks - they're put off to the side. I had to ask someone to get my order and the ice was practically melted. Was also upset bc the app showed they were out of Oatmilk, but saw the baristas using it. There are better Starbucks.

This is byfar one of the best Starbucks I've visited. The employees are very nice and each and every time my drinks are made perfect.

The service is excellent here! Typical Starbucks menu. I wish Starbucks in the US would follow suit on interior design as they do overseas. The Starbucks in Asia at least has great decor, welcoming, always clean, more of a variety of food choices, etc. TOTALLY different from the bland ones in the US. I have only seen one nice store and that was in Vermont. Get more food on the menu, get the place clean and do a little interior decorating, would be so much better!

No drive thru here. You must enter the store to buy your coffee and food.

Not the cleanest starbucks but the coffee was starbucks standard. Bathrooms could be cleaner.

So slow, no sense of urgency. If you’re fine waiting 15 mins for one drink, then this is the spot for you.

The staff here is so well trained. Friendly, attentive and kind as well. I forgot my drink inside and had to walk outside to sit down and take a work call. A barista was kind enough to walk outside and give it to me. Drinks are made quickly and they even have samples as well. The location is spotless. Internet works fine and there’s plenty of comfy chairs indoor and outside to choose from

My cappuccino was great. The ambiance is bare bones though. No cozy seating area. It’s more a grab-and-go location.

Location, location, location. Very convenient location - easy in and out. The store is a moderate size Starbucks. Seems to be well maintained - clean, good repair. The staff was friendly, but very efficient. Starbucks coffee tends to be strong in consistency. This was true for this visit.

Got my order wrong though it was only 2 common drinks. Painfully slow for a place with as many workers as customers and no drive though. Probably the last Starbucks in the area I'd choose after today.

Food is ok. They had wraps in stock but the display says they are not available. So check with the barista before you order…

I usually place orders on the app, but every time I go to the store to pick up, the stuffs often ignore me. And today, when I placed an order in this store and went to pick up, the stuff there was very enthusiastic and polite, very good service. Definitely need to change my usual Starbucks store.

Pulled off highway to this Starbucks on our way to Washington. It was 7:50 they close at 8. Doors were already locked and the staff just laughed..Try the next one if your driving past this place!

Good stop in for clean restrooms, a hot tea, or a nice cup of coffee. Staff are excellent and patient.

Good service. This starbucks is at a right place, and with good and speedy service. Speedy also didn't make any changes to the quality.

Closes 35 minutes early, so don’t look at the closing times.

Pretty much like all the other Starbucks I've been to. Clean and friendly service but with only 3 people working and 1 of them on a break, the wait can sometimes be a hassle for me. But I waited since I need the caffeine for a long road trip. Unfortunately, they forgot the sweetener I requested and I didn't notice until 3 miles down the road.

Arundel Preserve Starbucks, you have my heart. The cashier was so nice! The bathrooms were really pleasant and we enjoyed the overall ambiance. The drink could be described as “divine” or “scrumptious”. We will be back.

Just wish the mobile order pickup was more convenient

Not a super comfy Starbucks. Lots of high tops. Barely any low tops with tables. Not the best to study. Not a lot of outlets.

It is Starbucks - quality food and drinks delivered relatively quickly. This isn't a location where you can sut down, open your laptop, and enjoy a coffee. There are a couple of tables and 3 chairs.

Good road trip stop. Friendly folks, great mozzarella, tomato and pesto sandwich 🥪

I usually visit this store the employees are attentive and very polite it feels different I congratulate all the guys who work in this store

Order through the app line takes forever

Agreed with the fast service. Seriously did not like the fact that they did not even call my name out when I was waiting to get my coffee and wasted 5 minutes of my time. Plus, they had it where you couldn't pick it up yourself, but that can be a benefit as well.

I love the service at starbucks

We order 4 coffee with milk and sugar and a cake pop for my daughter but after returns car we figure out cake pop was missing and out of 4 coffee they make 2 with milk other 2 without milk.

The receptionist was talking her personal business with one person for over 5 minutes while we were in line(long line) at 1:00pm on Saturday.

stopped in the middle of a road trip. there was only 2 workers and a good amount of customers, and they moved through everyone pretty quickly! had great service. got both of my drinks correct and tasted great. very very nice staff!

Paid almost $6 for My cup was to be half full and my drink was made incorrect didn’t taste nothing like it usually does

This location seems to have most if not all of the menu items for sale at any Starbucks. Busy at any time of day; give the baristas a break if it’s a little slow.

Was not a great experience. 3 ppl working. Wait was LONG. We ordered 3 things, 2 beverages and 1 food item. We got 1 beverage after paying. After 10m, we got the food item. Waited another 10m the last drink. Unacceptable. Why was everything coming separately and others who ordered after us got theirs before we did.

Always love coming here. The baristas are the sweetest and the one person always says “here you go lovely” when they hand me a drink. They make my night and I’m always in and out in a few minutes tops :)

This is a total no-go. If I am silly enough to pay $5.78 for a medium sized coffee, that bad boy better be full. I knew I should've checked the contents before I left the store because my coffee felt extremely light. Come to find out...they only filled it ⅔ of the way!

Great service but my egg bites came out kinda tough on the outside. I get these often, but never at this location before. Usually they melt in my mouth... maybe their timing is off or the temp of the oven is off?

It always takes about 10 minutes just to get your breakfast sandwich and another 10 to get your drink. I understand that it’s Starbucks and this location is busy but something needs to change! But I bumped this up to 4 Stars (It was 3) Since the staff is always very friendly and the store is very clean. Plus, it’s within walking distance of my house!

This Starbucks is pretty small with not a lot of seating, but the coffee and service were fine.

The crew at Arundel preserve is unmatched. Every one is so nice and friendly over there. I work close and they already know my order when I come in and have it ready by the time I order. The customer service is amazing every single time I go. I want to name names but it’s literally the whole staff that is nice to me. Keep it up guys!

This Starbucks drive-thru is the most Pleasant and convenient Starbucks I know of Staff who are always cheerful

This is the perfect pitstop for a refuel during a long trip on 95. Easy to get to, always clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful when you're undecided on what to get! We stop every time we pass!

It's a run if the mill Starbucks, but the location is a little secluded making the line all the quicker!

I went on a rainy weekday, the perfect time for a visit to a coffee shop. The store is comfortable inside and the coffee seemed fresh to me. I'd give it five stars but the baristas were just all business. I generally like them to be a little more on the friendly side. Speed of service didn't seem to be an issue as I was watching people come in and out pretty quickly. Parking for this location is a little confusing and if you make the wrong turn, you'll be trapped into leaving the small shopping center.

Stopped in to get a couple of cappuccinos. Wasn't hot when asked for it. And a venti means large not half a cup of coffee. Felt cheated to pay almost $10 for 2 cups of coffee if I had poured it in my cup at home. Why are some Starbucks stores 75% full & others 50%?

I'm having mixed feelings here...I order from this location every single day. Same drink. Tonight, my husband and I ordered via the mobile app, and when we walked in, I was stunned to watch what was happening. The very sweet barista was working the register and making food and drinks as fast as she could, with a line of customers waiting patiently...we could all see she was swamped. Where was the manager? Changing trash! This woman is working her butt off, and the manager can see the line of people, and he ignores it all to change trash. At one point there were close to 10 cups lined up waiting, and still the manager ignored the obvious need for assistance behind the counter. This was at approx 6:20 p.m. Once this barista got the cups down to 5, another male barista finally appeared from the back room, and kinda just stood and watched, while appearing to dry his hands. I don't know if the baristas have to share tips, but I left a $5 tip IN HER HAND, and told her it was for her alone. Woulda left her more if I'd had more on me. SMDH, it amazes me that a manager would be so callous. I have never seen such blatant disrespect at this location, and if it weren't for what I just saw this manager do, I would leave 5 stars...the baristas here are amazing!

Not a fan of this place. It’s not clean. Bathrooms and the condiments area are usually messy and far from pristine. My usual latte macchiato was great and delish. So I’m giving this rating mostly because of the cleanliness problem.

Good average Starbucks, a little slow sometimes but nice staff.

The service was fast. The staff we're rather quiet considering Starbucks as the baristas are normally chatty. I mean chatty in a good way ie greeting the customers etc. There was none of that here. This Starbucks location is in a fairly new neighborhood. It's easy on and off for travelers and located down the street from Maryland Live Casino. The condiments area was clean. The staff uniforms appeared to be dirty as if the aprons and clothing had been spiked from another shift and wasn't washed. The bathrooms appeared as if a two year old had rolled it with toilet paper and there was water all over the floor. There definitely needs to be more attention to detail of the cleanliness of the bathrooms and cleanliness of staff uniforms. Kwaza wouldn't take too kindly to this.

Great coffee. During lunch it can be a little wait for your coffee to come out.
