Pizza was greasy, but not in a good way. Wait was oddly long for an almost completely empty restaurant.

Won't do a half and half pizza. The online menus don't match, plus there is a general statement that prices are subject to change. Any time I have called they sound like they are so unhappy and half asleep... I love to support local, but I'm not going to jump through hoops for pizza or a sandwich.... especially for such a high price.

Finally found my go to Pizza and everything place! Absolutely awesome food and awesome owners!! Highly recommend!! Cheers!

Had lunch here. We ordered The Shebang Pizza, wings, spinach feta and cheddar top and roasted beef and cheddar bottom. Decent food; my fave was the pizza. Great customer service!

Excellent pizza and wings. Small limited inside dining but more outside tables.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was given the wrong order and when I called was treated very rudely by someone claiming to be the owners son. Won’t be back!

Easily the best Calzone I've ever had

I had a calzone, and it was one of the best I ever had.

I personally really like Benners. Not a NY style pie or Chicago. Their pizza successfully passes the slide test and is quite flavorful. Mondays offer a large for medium price. Small venue but quite nice. 11/2023 - still the best pizza in Bennington IMHO. It is not unusual to have to wait an hour or more during peak busy time. That is for good reason - the pizza is worth the wait.

Excellent quality food. Bright and sunny seating inside on picnic-style tables. Extensive menu with something for everyone. We had a sausage egg breakfast sandwich on an onion bagel, a slice of cheese pizza, a Greek salad, and a garden salad. All great!

I ordered a chef salad got a toss salad my sub was supposed to have tomato lettuce onions black olive mayo with turkey and Swiss cheese no vegetables and I called all they could say we would have to charge you for it to be fixed

Wonderful customer service, fabulous calzones, & a great patio with umbrellas! Our dog was allowed on the patio & chilled patiently under the table happy to be with us.

The gluten free chicken bacon ranch was so good and it was one of the best gluten free crusts I’ve had. I like that there are gluten free options for pizza. The service was also fast.

Owner (lady) needs to pay for some lessons on how to treat people and learn customer service skills. One day she’s going to treat the wrong person the wrong way and someone’s going to put her in her place. Never know when someone will record you and post you on social media and you look like a fool for everyone to see. Yikes how embarrassing

The gluten-free pizza was one of the best I've had! Friendly service, and an outdoor seating area with a colorful moose.

This place is awesome . Crispy chicken salad was great the chicken stayed hot and crispy the whole time. We ordered a pepperoni pepper and onion pizza and the crust is crispy and has a ton of flavor. Would definitely recommend. 😍

Food is amazing..I had a Greek salad with crispy chicken and it was very good...Only a couple small tables inside, so probably best for take out.

When we to to benners we ALWAYS order take out. Most generally their calzones.. becuase they are to die for! Prices are on-point. Staff is super friendly. Service is a little slow- we always call ahead of time becuase they're so good that they are always busy! I try to call an hour to two ahead of time! Worth any wait can't say enough good!

First time there, got a bunch of pizzas for work. Delicious! Love the cheese they use. Staff was friendly and attentive. Def recommend and will return.

Just got home from picking up this pizza - they clearly burnt the crust and instead of making a new one, they peeled off some of the burnt part and sold it anyway. Selling a burnt pizza you clearly knew was burnt … that’s a pretty lousy business practice.

The best pizza pasta and sandwiches in the area . Now they are open to indoor seating. Plenty of room inside seating. They have a large deck out front with a beautiful view of downtown Bennington.

For $46, 12 Wings were okay, and 12”Nashville chicken pizza not so much. Both were luke warm at best. I imagine they would have been better had they been delivered in a more timely manner. Took 1 1/2 hours to get delivered. Wish you the best but won’t frequent your establishment.

I ordered two chicken parmigiana and spaghetti dinners. I was extremely disappointed in what I received when I returned home. There were a few small pieces of chicken and lots of linguine. The people who work there should go to Olive Garden and see what real chicken parmigiana looks like.

Pizza bagels are really great! Ordered takeout at the window, and the service was interesting right off the bat- we wondered if they didn't want our business, didn't like us, or are just different! Good food though

I can't say enough wonderful things about Benners! Their cheesey bagels are the best I've ever had, buying them is like my weekly treat.

I tried calling in an order for the 20 minutes I drove to Bennington, but the phone was always busy. That's not a complaint. It was Friday night and when I got there, I waited in line to place my order. It was 6pm. They told me they were super busy and my order would be ready at 7:15. I needed to go to home depot and get some groceries, so I was fine with that. They took my number and called when the order was coming out of the oven. It was 6:37 - only 37 minutes after I ordered 2 calzones. THEY WERE DELICIOUS and reasonably priced to boot! They were busy and they communicated well. This makes them a great place to do business at. Same thing happens at a delicious restaurant in Williamstown as well. When places have prices and flavors worth the wait, I'm happy to wait. Thank you, Benner's you're our new pizza 🍕 place when I'm headed north.

Calzones are very good. So many creative options. They were also willing to make a vegan calzone which came out great.

Didn't have slices. Bagel was ok. Asked for butter on it then cream cheese. Got no butter and to much cream cheese. The cream cheese was not that good.

We get a calzone from here every time I visit Bennington. Very good

We had a pizza and a calzone for lunch just passing through. The people are friendly and the food is both delicious and inexpensive. It may take a while to get to the table, but only because it’s made there and likely not just defrosted.

Benners is one of the best pizza joints in Bennington! They make incredible pizzas, calzones, subs and bagels!! They even have great salads as well as a kids menu!

The pizza was delicious Nice thick crunchy crust and the cheese with sauce was very flavorful And customer service was awesome. my only problem is they said the pizza was going to be done in 45 minutes but it took longer than that. Other than that if you want pizza and your in the Bennington Vermont area this is the place to go to.

A nice casual pizza and Italian restaurant. It was closed inside due to Covid but they have a good sized porch/deck. We ordered pizza and salads - both were good. Pizza crust was thick, chewy and yummy! There was no restroom since inside was closed so we had to walk a block to the convenience store. A good easy dinner - lots of people picking up carry out.

Great spot to grab a big slice of pizza for lunch and watch the town walk by, either inside or at the outdoor tables.

We got the Greek salad, a calzone, and the gluten free pizza. All of it was fantastic, and we ate on the patio outside. Definitely worth a visit!

I ordered a half pepperoni and onion and half extra cheese. I get a standard pepperoni pizza for the premium price. Not even a good pepperoni pizza. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Best pizza in town. They're very generous with toppings and the crust, sauce and quality of toppings are all excellent. Check this locally owned pizza spot out, you aren't going to be disappointed.

This is easily the best pizza shop in Bennington. Run by a charismatic, caring family who love both what they do and the community they serve. Delivery is great, but nothing beats walking up to the little window and chatting with someone from the Benners family. I can’t find a cozier pizza shop experience anywhere else. 12/10

We ordered for delivery on a Friday night, and food arrived within 45 mins (which is excellent!). The taste of the pizza was good, but the sauce seemed to lack a little flavor. The wings were the best part. They are baked and had a great taste to them. Overall excellent experience and good food.

Every time order from here the food is always hot and delicious. If I order delivery it is always quick and easy(obviously if order during a rush they might take longer). I am always told upfront it will be an extending time before they are able to deliver. I have to say, every time I order delivery, it's within a reasonable time frame and is always delicious.(if it has cooled down a little bit that's what ovens are for) The last time I ordered pizza I swear it looked like it came right out of a pizza advertisement. All you get is honesty and quality food. Oh snap I almost forgot, the breakfast sandwiches are on a whole other level, perfect for any chilly morning.

Me and my parents absolutely love Benner's pizza so much , and we always get pizza from Benner's every Friday night I absolutely love Benner 's Gluten free Pizza ! The Gluten free Pizza is so amazingly awesome especially with Canadian bacon and extra cheese !

Tried it cuz I saw all the awesome reviews for the gluten free pizza and wowwww yes it lived up to and exceeded my expectations. Smelled like a pretzel had the perfect undercarriage crunch crisp, a little Doughie under the cheese oh my god so good. Best gluten free pizza and maybe best pizza in general that I’ve personally had.

Benner's, is the place to go when you just want a little something when on main street in Bennington. Very responsible, respectful and safe -- typifying the Vermont way of coping with a pandemic. Call ahead, take out only, socially distant, accepting of both credit cards and your special needs. On the North side of main street but set back a bit, they can be hard to see when driving --so slow down. Calzones are a specialty.

Fantastic veggie pizza! Took advantage of the Monday deal where a large costs the same as a medium. Great deal, good service, nice patio seating with umbrellas for when the weather is nice.

They were so nice, very accommodating to myself, my young child, and our dog. Plus the food was great to boot!

Outside deck was a nice place to watch the world go by, while enjoying good food at a reasonable price. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast available ALL day.
