This is my only go to fast food restaurant. Food has been consistently good for years. The staff is typically younger, but they have all been respectful and friendly… something you don’t see too often these days. Whoever is running this location is doing a great job.

Today I don’t what happen. Food doesn’t taste good at all and I was just here 2 days ago and order the same thing every time. The fries was good that’s it the tea was horrible today

Don't ever order wings from these guys. For some reason the employees think it's normal for wings to only have a drop of Buffalo sauce if that on multiple wings. No matter how I order the employees can't get the simplest of things correct. I asked for extra buffalo sauce on top which to me is just what a normal amount should be and they gave me the wings bone dry and had a hot sauce cup on the side which isn't Buffalo sauce

Food and service are good. But man! It’s way too cold inside again! I am a big dude who keeps my house at 75-76 and I have been shivering waiting in line the past few times I visited. I don’t get cold like this anywhere else in town, not even in the frozen food sections of the grocery store. I fully understand the need to have it cool enough for the employees in the back, but something’s messed up if you’ve got icicles forming where people are waiting in line or trying to sit and eat… I guess this is just a takeout place now.

I love this place! The staff is amazing here, and they all definitely deserve a raise! The food is great and on point taste wise! I go here every week! On Fridays towards like 5-6pm, it is packed, and long lines, you better go an hour earlier if you don't like the wait in long lines. I highly recommend this location it is my favorite 😍 ❤️ 💕

shrimp and clam strip appetizers - killer. unbelievably large french fry portions. tremendous staff - Mike and crew are tops. fast, fresh and tasty food, reasonably-priced, served with a smile - A+++

Love Buds but this meal was not as good as usual but it was lunch time and staff was not communicating well with each other.

I've on occasion received chicken that was overcooked, when you reach out to them you're referred to their corporate office, instead of that particular store handling the issue, which leads to nowhere

My better half loves the chicken and I love the fish sandwich made with battered deep fried cod fish, tartar sauce, and I add cheese. Comes with fries, but I always get an order of six fritters, also.....sooooo good! All of it!. If you don't want fries, you can get potato salad or elbow macaroni salad instead. All are fresh made and done right. Was it down with iced tea, or a Pepsi product. You'll find plenty of parking right outside, along with plenty of tables inside, so you never have to wait to sit and have lunch or dinner, nor search for parking. All Bud's are the same great, delicious food. This one is no exception. Good for take-out, too!

The girl at the drive through window with brown curly hair working just now (11/28 9pm) was literally the sweetest thing. I almost didn’t go because I felt so bad showing up so late, but I was craving so I went. She was SO sweet helped me decide what to get took her time and didn’t show any annoyance with me. Even complimented my nails. Customer service 10/10. She made my night!!

I have literally never seen a slower drive through in my life. It’s not like the inside of the restaurant is busy either. I legitimately believe that their workers have been put it 0.5 speed, because I have waited for 20+ minutes in the drive through when there is only THREE CARS in the drive through. This has happened in multiple occasions. I would now like to present a list of things I could probably do while waiting for these slow as workers to make my order: 1. Start a family 2. Become rich 3. Get a degree 4. Go back there and make the sandwich myself with no prior training 5. Get a full 8 hours of sleep 6. Lose my mind You guys are lucky the food is so good because I have never seen such slow service.

First time at Bud’s, and what an amazing experience I had the chicken and fish combo that brings two sides. Honestly, it was the best I’ve ever had. We also ordered the Fish Sandwich and by far the also the best! Very clean restaurant and the staff very friendly! The Manager was extremely helpful keeping the line moving and making sure everyone received their food promptly. She offered great suggestions for us to order and was very welcoming. You can tell she takes pride in her job! Keep up the great work. We will be back as soon as possible!

My family loves Buds chicken & Seafood we try to get aleaset once a week

I will stop going after 7pm - I asked for the Buffalo wings - it is never fresh cooked during that time - the chicken pieces are old and when I get home and open the box- it is just the warm the hot sauce thrown over the chicken pieces. There needs to be an mature worker/ Manager watching what they throw out at you. After work I am too tired to drive back and ask for a fresh cooked meal. The last time I just drove to Chick fil A and got a hot sandwich meal - my money went down the drain at Buds. Bad experience every time I order after 7pm so I will not order late again. My experience has been the food is inconsistent at night. This has happened to me too many times. The chicken was old and hard as a rock. I am thru !

I bought a "Chicken Quicky" and it was $10.49. I gave the girl, employee 2B, 2 five dollar bills, 1 quarter, 2 dimes, and 1 nickle. ($10.50) She looked at me and asked, "How much is that?" I was in TOTAL SHOCK that she didn't know how to count money. At the end of my meal I went to the manager and told him that this girl didn't know how to count money. He laughed and just told me that people usually put their payment on credit cards so she didn't know. What is this world coming to?!?

Food was disgusting. Ordered the clam dinner and it was way over cooked. Had to throw them all away.

Poor food quality and price does not equate to food here. Small portion of gravy alone is $2.69 that they can put in a ketchup cup. The staff is subpar; some people are decent but you have a lot of pig-headed staff who either care that they've been there for '40 years' (even though the location is almost 20 years old) or 'price hogs' who would fight over price changes than they do giving decent customer service. If you want quality chicken for a more economical price I would highly recommend WINN-DIXIE in the future as they not only serve boxed chicken but individual chicken for 85 cents that's made FRESH to boot.

Great chicken and seafood fast food restaurant. Menu is basically fried Chicken and fish but they do offer shrimp and clams. I think this is a great place to get a meal. The food is good and the service fast as the drive thru line moved relatively fast. Yes,Yes,Yes to Buds

I work for the school district and It doesn't matter what buds we go to in Palm Beach County the customer service is always excellent and the food is always fresh and hot that is very important thank you so much for your consistency throughout the years.

Bud’s makes KFC look like school cafeteria food. It’s just so good man. I would eat at Bud’s every day if I was out here more often. Need a Wellington location.

So their chicken is quite decent, it's just that they don't give you a drink along with purchase, I had to ask for a cup of water, which is, the same cup they give you for the soda, so, I guess, you could ask for a cup of water, then get some soda, but if you wanted to buy a soda, it's $3, ¿who charges $3 for a soda? It should be, at least, a buck, or a buck-50, Atmos, but not $3. Madness, I tell you, Madness.

Been eating at this place for years. Food has always been good. No difference this time. Taste better when eaten at the restaurant. Not same after warming up, seem to lose dome of the flavor.

Delicious! I had the fried chicken. I got the two piece box for $4.45, a breast and a drumstick. This is NOT frankenchicken. This is normal sized-fresh chicken which tastes like it was fried in Crisco. The crust is a flakey and crunchy as a pie crust. Moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside, perfectly seasoned. It was so good I had to try their fried shrimp. They were jumbo shrimp perfectly fried and crunchy. The tartar sauce is homemade and tastes like it. It is the. EST tartar sauce I have ever had. And I am a PICKY eater and very particular about my tartar sauce. They should sell this stuff by the gallon. The only thing I didn’t care for was the unsweet tea. It probably would have tasted better with a 1/4 of sugar. It just wasn’t strong enough. But this is the best fried fried I’ve had. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Julissa was great. She knew everything on the menu in detail which is very refreshing especially for a fast food establishment. Our food was great, will definitely be back. So refreshing to have such great service. Five stars all around.

I used to go to the 1 on lake worth rd They replaced the manager with a kid with no experience and he is rude and doesn't treat the customer or employees with any respect will not vist lake worth location as long as he is there 3 visits and he is only getting worse almost like he is entitled Spoke with main office and sure enough he a nephew No way to treat long time customers or employees Now i go to the 1 in Royal palm where you fell welcome and appreciated

Though they are usually great, last night only deserved a 2 star. Lackluster service, missing items, and a lady that looked like she'd had a rough day and just wanted to be anywhere else. 3 star given because they are usually better.

I had the chicken and shrimp dinner for lunch and omg was it good and I didn’t eat until the next day. Tasted amazing.

We Love BUD'S. We don't eat much fried food but BUD'S is exceptional especially fish. It is fresh, no smell, no sand, no dirt in fish. Is everything is good.and chickdn finger also.

I enjoy buds. The food is usually good but lately it's been hit or miss. Mashed potatoes have been watery or have powder in them. I asked for a cup of ice and they charged me two dollars! It's not really about the money, but if you're gonna charge me full price for a drink then maybe mention it. I would have just gotten a drink if I knew I was paying for it anyway.

Love this place. I drive from sebring just to get their chicken sandwhich or the chicken strips with bird sauce. YUM! Don't even get me started on the corn fritters

This is our first visit to Buds and so far, the staff seems nice and the restaurant is clean. They have self serve beverage Pepsi station. Sweet and no sweet teas yummy! The kitchen here even looks very clean from the outside. It has three T.V.s going on sports and other shows. They play country music to finish off the good vibe of fried fish, chicken and more. The fish sandwich is amazing for fast food places. The french fries are nice and hot. The macaroni and beans are sooooo good.

What more can I say about this place.. to start, I dont typically eat fish.... Unless it's from buds. Their cocktail sauce is one of if not the best I've had! I typically get the chicken finger and fish dinner which is great portions of fish chicken and fries. Oh dont forget the corn fritters.. they are the absolute best. I also add on a side of shrimp which are surprisingly big!
