I had ordered the veggie burger and had gotten the meal but instead of getting french fries I got the tempura dipped string beans and I got a chocolate shake everything was delicious. Especially this is my first time eating out of this restaurant because I'm from New Jersey the service was excellent and I was wondering which would have been better the beyond Burger impossible burger or the veggie burger and the gentleman behind the register referred me to the veggie burger and I'm glad he did with cooked onions it was absolutely delicious. My niece ordered the regular cheeseburger with fries she said that it was really good as well. This place was very clean I would give this place a five-star please visit if you're in the area.

I really like the flavor of open flame grilled foods. So their burgers & chicken cooked on an open flame grill has a better char flavor than any other place to get a burger or chicken sandwich.

This location is one of the best in South FL for their excellent customer service. The staff is always friendly and willing to explain the meal options with patient. The food is always prepared at the moment and fresh. The indoor dining area is spacious and always cleaned. The only constructive criticism is that I don't know why,, but the air conditioning temperature is always very cold to the point that it makes it uncomfortable to eat in the indoor area and this has been said by several customers already. It should be at a temperature that is comfortable for you to sit and enjoy your meal. Otherwise everything is fine and it is highly recommended.

The only habit here are bad habits. While order was disgustingly wrong. They didn't even read the instructions from their online ordering. Burgers were a sloppy mess that had to be reconstructed after removing the wasted ingredients I didn't ask for. This establishment is not only throwing money away on wasted ingredients, but also useless employees. Do better, especially before slamming an "add tip" pop up in my face when I'm choosing to pick up the order myself. Pathetic experience, won't be coming back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The first time we went , a cashier boy messed up our order, but the manager Karen went above and beyond to not only fix it but now we love coming back here every time we go to the movies. She’s so friendly and welcoming. Besides everything is clean and fast. Thank you Karen for making a chain fast food so enjoyable.

My wife and I stopped into this establishment for dinner the other night after a few hours at the fair. We had never eaten here before and had a hankering for a burger and fries. We are so glad we did! From the personable staff, to the cleanliness of the dining room and even the restrooms it was all top notch. My wife and I ordered two burgers, fries, onion rings, ice tea and a chocolate shake. Absolutely 5 star taste. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the shake was to die for. The price for all was about what we would have paid for at the fair but am absolutely sure the quality would not have been the same. It is safe to say this is now my wife's and I new location for a great burger! Give it a try!! A++

If I can give the manager of this location less than 1 star I would. Terrible customer service and will never go back. Placed an online order and once I got back home noticed it wasn’t made correctly. Went back to let them know & they would not remake the order but instead proceeded to offer me a discount if I wanted to buy something else.

Great spot for a quick lunch or whenever your craving some burger and fries! Honestly I was surprised on how good their customer service was. Often large chain stores overlook some details. I was greeted at the counter by Jmari he offer some options from the menu. Made us feel welcomed! Burgers definitely have the charcoal grill taste which is what makes their burger unique compared to others. The fries were ok. Surprised on how good their sauces were as well! They let me try a few different ones and I liked them! Will be coming back!

This is one of our go to burger spots. Food is always fresh and crisp. Salted Carmel milk shake is delicious!

Had such a great first experience here with the family. Prices are super affordable we had a party of 4 and each had a meal with a drink for only $40. The restrooms are kept well maintained and clean.

I’ve been here a number of times now. Honestly at first I didn’t care for it when I first had it a few years ago but they have definitely grown on me. I usually get a double char burger with cheese and is definitely a hit. The garlic Parmesan fries are great as well, yesterday was my first time trying those. Their homemade specialty drinks are a favorite of mine. I can probably go there just for the drinks but I haven’t as of yet. I’ll be coming back again in the near future. If you want a great consistent burger you must try this place out.

Been here a few times. I’ve tried the chicken burger grilled and crispy and the cheeseburger. You can’t go wrong with either. Fries are always fresh and service is awesome. I love the little self serve pepper bar they have. Milk shakes are a plus!

Its story time... so a youtuber that I've been following forever names spattercat recommended this place. I went... the first thing I told the guy is no matter what I get I want NO CHEESE. He told me I was missing the "true experience" with no cheese. Understand but my stomach cant do it... the 35 dollar order had cheese on every burger. 35 dollars gone. As a customer service manager if you cant follow instructions our transactions will never be successful... unfortunately first and last time.

The food is good. The place is rather busy so it can get hectic. They have a veggie burger, which is why we go. The burger itself is ok. My wife and daughter give it 6 out of 10. I like their regular burger. I which they had a turkey burger option.

Definitely hits right!!!! I was visiting west palm and came across this recommendation and had to try it. Right off the bat i can tell you order 2 burgers minimum at once so you won’t have to stand in line again and interrupt your meal. I personally tried the charburger and the teriyaki and they were excellent. Definitely add cheese and grilled onion to any burger you get. My friend ordered the portobello as well and it was exquisite. Really though any way you go with this place is just amazing.

We were very pleased with our visit today. We appreciate that our food is made to order so it isn’t stale meat. The bacon was cold on the Bacon BBQ char so I assume it was already premade. The Santa Barbara Char was really good and the bread was actually toasted. The onion rings came with this white garlic sauce that was delicious. The fries were great too, they had a nice crisp. Would definitely recommend.

Solid burger, but the service was a bit slow. The “manager” was loudly yelling to employees around the restaurant about not working too many hours. Also, the onion rings were really greasy. Could only manage to choke one down before I gave up on them.

Ordered takeout and it was ready in under 10 minutes. Everything was very good. The cauliflower was excellent.

The girl in the front register was so rude it’s unbelievable

This location has inferior customer service! The heavy-weight Spanish night manager or head cook had the nerve to say in Spanish, “here they come,” with an attitude! The older Spanish women preparing food agreed and commented. Mind you; we walked into the location around 9:25 PM. THE LOCATION CLOSES AT 10 PM! Then the young Spanish cash register girl has more of the nerves to roll her eyes as we are placing our orders! Considering I let her slide by not completing my order and giving my son and husband irritated looks because they were not ordering quickly enough for her! Talk about customer service going down the drain with each passing day! On top of that, expect higher pay and respect! Seriously, this is what happens when hiring whoever walks through the door! Lack of quality all around, and it's unfortunate. I'm Hispanic, and I know better than to speak my language around others and boldly assume they won't understand! I say a warning is not enough. Maybe getting fire will be better; hopefully, they will learn to be better human beings! And no, we left; I returned the same energy! An eye for an eye! Disrespectful!

Coming in, the place is clean and comfortable. J'Mari served us very friendly and very competent in his recommendation. Didn't get the food yet but thought that J'Mari earned the 5 stars. Update, food came fast and it is very tasty. I can really recommend Portablla Char.

I'm going with 1 because it's not the 1st time. There is no personal connection with this operation and it's customers. I ordered online - ran in the rain to grab my order and AGAIN missing items when I get back to the office. This is the 3rd time in a month. To make it worse - you can't call them.. you get forwarded to a blanket customer service intake form online - or you have to download an app - HOW MANY APPS DO YOU ALL WANT US TO HAVE!... then you have to wait until someone who also doesn't care - call or email to give you the credit you should already have. I stopped going for nearly a year because of this and to have it again for the 3rd time is crazy. Take a lesson from Chick Fil A... that's why the line is so long. Good food and good service. Good service counts...

I hadn't been at this habit grill before but I was walking in the neighborhood and decided to grab a drink. Ordery the chocolate milkshake and the first hurdle was that the credit card machine wouldn't work with the NFC in either my watch or phone. I did have my card with me so I used it. The clerk took my order in and then sat down to take a break and the order puller spaced out the milkshake, thought it was made already, and gave me a mocha shake instead. I didn't want to make a deal of it but they had plenty of staff and weren't really paying attention.

Habit Burger Grill + DoorDash = NIGHTMARE! Habit Burger 280 FL-7, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411, USA I ordered a Charburger WELL DONE. It arrived so raw and swimming in some type of unsolicited dressing that I ended up having to throw it away after two bites. Additionally, the inept Doordasher delivered it to the wrong address!!! (Despite all house numbers being clearly visible from the road.)

DONT EAT HERE!! The food is always an I mean ALWAYS assembled like garbage. They use brown lettuce and we’ll have burger Pattie’s made and just sitting there for hours, give it to you an say it’s made to order. The GM and the mangers who runs the places is terrible. In all my life I have never seen such poor management in a eat establishment. The food is terrible and the people are worse. Save yourself time and money a go somewhere else
