The pancakes were hard and dry, not even close to fluffy. The scrambled eggs were luke warm so much so the cheese wasn't melted and the home fries tasted warmed over. Sorry, I'll stick with IHOP. Better food and a lot cheaper, too!

The Eggs were divine. Their presentation was amazing. No fringed edges and cooked perfectly. They were perfect thanks to the Chef FanFan.

The service was amazing, Kim was such a sweetheart, and it was very refreshing too meet someone like her. The food was also excellent. It seems like the person who made it actually knows what they’re doing.

We have been coming to the pancake House for 15 years. The first time that we were there, we had a server named Terrie. She was the best server and we continue to ask for her every week. She is actually the reason that we frequent your restaurant. Terrie is very attentive when we give our orders as well as very efficient…..We never have to ask her for anything twice! We feel Terrie is an asset to your company.

Teri is always in such a positive mood and super attentive if the coffee is low or how our food is. We always enjoy having her take care of us.

This location for The Original House of Pancakes has THE BEST service staff! They are always so kind and so welcoming even when bustling about filling coffees and making personal connections with their customers. I’ve been coming for years because they make it feel like home and hope to continue. Also they have AMAZING Gluten Free options that you could never tell are GF! Just don’t use the sugar dispensers as they use oyster crackers

Been comimg here for over 8 years . Place has had alot of downs but keep coming bk bc of the servers Terry and Kim they always go over and beyond to try to fix all the screw up . Love the home feeling Terry and Kim provide love tht they know what me and my family eat. We have continued to come bc of the service Terry and Kim provide Lets no forget Fan aka 50 cent lol ! You can tell when Fan is the one tht makes your food something about the love he puts into the food. Without being told i know when Fan has prepared my food .

We have been coming to this restaurant for 15 years and the main reason we patronize the restaurant is the waitress Terri. She is not just the most competent and efficient waitress, she is also caring and concerned about her customers. We get greeted and made to feel welcome the minute we step inside. What an asset she is to the business

I had a delicious very large Omelet !!

The food was good as far as pancakes and waffles go. The chicken is not so much. Reminded me of frozen school cafeteria chicken. There was a leak on the room, which was dangerous, but they brought over a bucket. Older crowd, which I didn't mind. Our waitress was a sweetheart and git us extra Nutella and m& Ms when we asked for more because when they first came out, they only came out with like 8, and they totally needed more :)

Had a wonderful experience this morning. Our food was phenomenal, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. The highlight of our brunch however was our angel of a server Clarissa. The food has always been excellent at this specific Original Pancake House. The cooks here are tops for a diner. They are very responsive to customer orders, with a bit of southern charm and a whole lot of hospitality! Terri was perfect as usual with great customer service and having everything delivered to the table without having to ask. This is my go to breakfast and brunch spot!

I flew in from New Jersey. I've never eaten at the original pancake House we only have IHOP. My brother lives here in Florida, he's always been impressed by this place so he has taken my mother and I here for breakfast. The waitress seems to be either knew or not really paying attention to what we're saying and she gets my brother's order wrong. He said he has come here a couple times before all he asks for is a wrap with egg provolone cheese and extra crispy bacon. I ordered hash browns, and my mother ordered the breakfast meal. My brother's order came out with peppers and onions in it and he was upset he said I didn't ask for this all I want is eggs provolone and extra crispy bacon. She brings his wrap out the second time. And it has no bacon in it, my brother is hot-headed and he says I can't believe it how can you get my order wrong again unbelievable. The third time she gets it right by then everybody's done eating my hash browns were not good at all. My brother says maybe we should have went to Franny's I guess this is another place in Florida. $77.65 is the bill???? I didn't pay, my brother treated me.

My family and I have been going to this location for years, since the kids were very small, and we always have the best service. Kimberly and Missy have see my kids grow over the years and it’s always nice to catch up with them when we stop in for breakfast. Food is always great and so is the staff. We love our OPH family!

Absolutely the best. I always come when I know Terri is working. Meal is always correct, comes quickly and she remembers exactly how I like my coffee (how often, decaf, etc). She KNOWS her customers!

Tried it again on Saturday 06/29/2024, the service was good, but the food was terrible. I spent 46 dollars for something i could make for 10 dollars and have it taste better too. Guess we are going to stay with Cracker Barrel. Original post. Way too expensive, and the pancakes were not that great. very dry and not fluffy or tasty.

The food was delicious, the French toast were massive, the home fries cooked to perfection. Kimberly deserves an award for excellent customer service.

I've been going to the pancake house for 15 years and this is the first time I experienced an extremely bad server service ,,,Melissa was quite dismissive and exhibited such a low level of service if she's having a bad day she should quit.

Unfortunately, their pancakes made my mom poop her pants 3 hours later in public!! After asking twice if the pancakes were undercooked, my mother trusted the unhygienic waitress and ate the raw dough of their pancakes. Their dough gave my 65 y/o mother diarrhea while visiting the Morikami Gardens. While on the trail, to far from any bathroom, my mother experience explosive diarrhea. The walk back was shameful and my mother ,visiting from Mexico City, wearing her nicest clothes fill with excrement had to put them in a bag and wear a robe for the drive back.

Pat and her staff were excellent. We were seated immediately with no wait. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Always a "go to" place for us.

Love this place! I always go for breakfast, eggs and bacon are my favorites with a fresh squeezed orange juice!

I wanted to try a new breakfast place and I was very impressed. The service was amazing and the manager Pat was super nice consistently walking around just to ask if we needed anything and how our experience is going. She is very friendly and lovely and will be the reason I return. The rest of the staff was nice and well. The food came out great. Highly recommend!

My family & I visited the Royal Palm Beach location this morning. They were busy but not too busy. We were seated pretty quickly & our order was placed not long after. After an hour, it became very apparent that they were more concerned with filling their online orders than taking care of their in-house customers. We had a direct view of the kitchen from our table & there was nothing but styrofoam containers filled with to-go orders lined & stacked on the counters. We watched our waitress speak to the manager about our food & the manager told her she didn’t care & continued filling online orders. We reached an hour & half with no food so we told our waitress to just cancel our order. She went to speak to the manager again & she just waved her away & said bye while doing so. We made sure to take care of our waitress because it wasn’t her fault that the manager was putting the to-go orders ahead of ours & walked out. We will be sure to avoid this location the next time we come to town.

We come here almost every weekend, service is always great, food is always good. What more could you want from a breakfast place.

Table was dirty from the start ask the waitress to clean it but she never came back. The potatoes were like rocks and the eggs were super dry and cold first and last time.

Came in yesterday for an early lunch with my boyfriend yesterday. The atmosphere was great and my server, Kelsey, accommodated to all of my needs. Super friendly, we will be back!
