Everything was delicious, and our server, Steven was great. He was so pleasant, quick, and helpful.

Service was great. But they need to update the interior in there. It's pretty bad. The booths and carpets especially. Also the quality of the steak was pretty bad but you get what you pay for I guess.

If I could rate -100 ⭐ I would for the poor service the older Spanish server gave by mistake judging us . If it wasn't for Golden Corral allowing a four hours reservations that day Rudy Tuesday wouldn't had no business

We hosted a celebration of life for our family member at Ruby Tuesdays, it was a great experience and couldn’t ask for a better way to end the day. Brianna was our server, she was friendly and attentive.

This location needs a remodel. Chairs not comfortable. They use old table place mats. Just old. Food was good and service was adequate. Manager very pleasant and also checked in on our small group a couple times.

Ordered online and decided to dine in. Unfortunately, no one was able to wait on us. When we asked where our server was she showed up and didn’t show any respect that we had been waiting. Will not be eating there again!

Never had Ruby Tuesday before in my life so wanted to try with my partner. Was craving fish and chips and saw they had it. It actually tasted decent but I noticed the batter on the inside was weird and mushy and hope the fish wasn’t undercooked. The guac burger was also pretty sad and super small. Wouldn’t come back unfortunately.

Went for dinner at 8pm. The place was not busy . Me and my husband sat at a table for 25 minutes and no one even came to get our drink order . We finally just walked out . Questionable if we’ll ever go back

Food was sub par. I sent first entree back, they offered me another entree I asked for a medium hamburger, it came out raw, I couldn’t eat it. They took it off the bill. Disappointed.

My wife and I decided to give the restaurant a try on Wednesday. Bad decision. The interior was nice enough but there was literally 3 tables in the restaurant when I got there. I had the fried catfish and shrimp, my wife had the bourbon chicken and my son had the chicken sandwich. The catfish was bad. I mean literally. As soon as I ate the first piece I began to feel ill. So I stopped eating. I went home and spent the next couple hours puking. My wife's bourbon chicken portion was small. She did like the rice pilaf though.

Having been on the road for close to 17 hours, my family of four adults and one two year old were greeted by Bridgette at your Charlotte NC Arrowood store. More importantly than the food being quite acceptable, our server BRIDGETTE was fantastic. Bravo

Haven’t been to Ruby in a while, but walked in and felt like part of the family. Ronnie and Stephen were amazing. Food was great and the salad bar was exceptionally clean.

Good food we go once a week sometimes we have great waiter or waitress but this time waiter was good but no friendly personify we like people with personality and professionalism as well. Food was good decent place

Ruby Tuesday is awesome. All the people are are friendly, personoble and efficient. All of the food here is great. Today I met the manager, Jessica and she is so friendly and overly helpful and super in every way. And they are price friendly, always running nice specials. Anyone reading this review, and haven't been to Ruby Tuesdays, don't waste any more time. Order tonight.

This was my first time eating at Ruby Tuesdays and it was all around an amazing experience. The service was great. Our server, Brianna, was quick at greeting us and was patient with our questions about the menu. She made recommendations and told us about the special they had for that day. The food was really good and fairly priced. The salad bar was absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend that alone to other customers. Definitely will be going back for more good food and awesome vibes! :)

I had burnt ends as an appetizer. I found it to be over cooked, they were tough and hard to chew. It appeared the you were short staffed. There was only one waiter was working, therefore he was running behind. However, your hostess “Shyenne” was helping with drink, food , cleaning the tables and sweeping the Floors. It seemed she was everywhere.

I highly recommend Ruby Tuesday. When I dine here, the salad bar is always fresh and clean. Not to mention the staff, especially Steven, is professional and patience.

I recently visited Ruby Tuesday's in Royal Palm Beach and my experience there was wonderful. My waitress was Kayla and she's one of the greatest waitresses I have seen in a while. Kayla sat me got me a drink immediately , explained the menu and even suggested the meal that is now my favorite the deconstructed chicken kabob, while I was there also got a chance to speak to the manager Ms. Tammy who was also very nice they both made my experience there a five star visit.

Steven was the best waiter I've ever had. He's so kind and really cares about his job! He's a damn good worker. Damon and Larry are also really good cooks as well

My wife and I ate here for Father's day and we had several things off the menu, everything was delicious from the crab dip to the salmon and pork chop!! Ms Ronnie was extremely friendly and very helpful throughout our meal. Definitely 5 star service

Stopped by for lunch than was greeted promptly and sat immediately. Our waitress was Brianna and she immediately approached the table and asked if we would like something to drink. Had all of our drinks out in a very timely manner. Brianna is an excellent waitress, very attentive, took our main course orders, explained the menu and she brought out the food and asked if it was good, cooked correct. The exceptional service made this visit five stars. The food was made perfect and everything was exactly what we ordered. Brianna went above and beyond. Hats off too her and Ruby Tuesday great job for getting a remarkable waitress like Brianna, we will be back.

I had a great lunch there, my server was beyond amazing! Brianna was my server she made sure our coupons were used, our drinks and food were fresh. She went above and beyond! I will come back only for her because her service was fantastic! I give the atmosphere a 4 star, because the Restaurant needs updating, the floors are not up to date but overall it’s was a good time. Wanted something different when I spied the New Orleans seafood on the menu. I asked the waiter if it came with only three shrimp as was the picture on the special menu insert. ( There were 4 in the photo on the big fold-out menu) he assured me that it was done by weight and it was probably five or six. A few minutes later when the food arrived, they were only three on top. Our waiter Steven asked if I still wanted it. The answer was resounding no. I told him about the discrepancy and photos and he said the manager was actually aware. I ordered fish and chips instead because it's hard to screw that up. What I got was tantamount to an elementary school lunch. No coleslaw on the plate (as in the photo) but then again it's not in the description so shame on me. The mushroom appetizer was above average and I enjoyed the salad bar but ultimately I'm continually disappointed by "shrinkflation" and will not be back. I do need to say that the service by Steven was excellent and he was apologetic about the portion.

The food and salad bar were fresh and excellent. The Top Shelf Mango Margarita was great and Steven’s service was excellent. The manager also came over to check on us which was a plus with her exceptional service.

We visited again today. Our server, Briann is a treasure! I hope her manager knows that! I've always loved that they actually really season the Cajun items. Those are a favorite along with the salad bar. It's a good value and always a good experience.

Joseph was an excellent server. We came in for the $25 special. We enjoyed the food and we will be back.

My sister and I came in for lunch, I ordered the Quesadillas and fries. Both were cold and the Quesadillas were horrible!! Seemed to be understaffed, as it took her awhile to bring my food and the check. My sister got the salad bar, which I should have gotten. I had a wedge of the Quesadilla and some fries, cold fries are not appetizing. Not a lot of people in the restaurant, although the restaurant was very nice and clean. Caroline Church

The bartender Tammy with a "y" loves her job and cares to go out of her way to please customers.

The food was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

So, I ordered food from Wow Bao which is some “ghost kitchen” this restaurant signed up with. I ordered the Classic Original Orange Chicken bowl. What I got was not orange chicken. Instead, I received what smelled and appeared as cat food on top of white rice. Absolutely Disgusting. So basically I just wasted $30. I would highly recommend NOT ordering Wow Bao or any food from this establishment.

The service is always superb and the food as well. Today, my family went, and as always, my expectations were met AND some. I'll keep coming back for the best salad bar. Thanks, Dee and Tammy!
