The best tofu I’ve ever had! Food is always so fresh. I moved 40 minutes away but I still drive over to get food from here!

Wonderful!! Excellent restaurant. Food quality is superb, actually had crabmeat in the crab Rangoon and orange peel on the orange chicken. Everything single item we ordered was superb. Worth the drive. Excellent customer service as well. The owner was so kind and hospitable. 😋

They have the best Chinese food so far. You have to try their house fried rice ... It's delicious. The Dragon & Phoenix is so good .... A lot of JUMBO shrimp, mixed veggies and chicken. I've also tried their sesame chicken, orange chicken and beef with broccoli. Everything I've tried is delicious. Highly recommend this place.

I Love how nice the lady always is. Sure sometimes I can't understand what shes saying, but hey the food is amazing. We have ordered the Sesame Chicken w/veggie lo mein, Shrimp lo mein, and white Rice. So yum.. Forgot to take pic of the rest, but it was delish.

Love this place in Royal Palm Beach. They are very friendly and have great tasting food. Their General Tso chicken, Honey garlic chicken wings and their Singapore Mei Fun are my favorites.

Really disappointed. Shrimp smelled and tasted a little “fishy”. The chicken was mushy and looked very off… definitely not sliced like elsewhere. Really makes you wonder. None of it was very good. Couldn’t finish it.

Unfortunately they added shrimp and a family member is allergic to shrimp. They did apologize and gave another meal but it could have ended worst.

Great food but very dirty place

This is our local go-to for Chinese food. It gets busy but food is consistently delicious. The house special egg fu young is my favorite and that hot house mustard will tube you right up.

Absolutely the worst chinese food ever. The hot and sour soup was nothing but grease and giant mushrooms. The chicken and snow peas-barf! What little chicken there was- was full of unchewable tissue and had no flavoring what so ever. Will never order from this place again. Such a waste of money!

The food always tastes fresh and is always good! The shrimp with broccoli, shrimp lo mein and sweet and sour shrimp are so yummy! The owner always remembers my mom and I’s name and order. Very nice and personable! 💖✨

We stopped by on our way for some Chinese and dined in at this place. The owner and her family were so accommodating and nice. We ordered too much food, she gave us some more, and everything was absolutely delicious. I’m writing this review while eating the reheated leftovers at home. Hope she gets a lot of business, take out or dine in, it should be a great experience! Recommend the garlic chicken ❤️

Very nice employees! I am new to the area and was looking for a good Chinese restaurant. The woman taking orders by phone was very friendly. Her son even held the door for me as my hands were full. I think the service was really good. The food is also pretty good and tastes fresh with relatively good sized portions (enough for me to have 2 meals). I would come back again :)

Looked fresh, tasted fresh, Was delicious! The place was maintained well enough. Big difference compared to their competitor across the street. So glad I tried it!

I call there twice a week for dinner, the same woman always takes my order and she’s direct but polite. The food is delicious! And fast. Everything is 10 min. I’ve never had any issues here and even during Covid they worked 6 days a week. Their children are sometimes there when I go and they are the sweetest!

I practically grew up with their food that it’s my comfort food. It taste so good and it’s really filling and the staff are very friendly

Fast, friendly service, great food, and pretty inexpensive for how much food they give. It is also conveniently open pretty late. I got the vegetable egg foo young which included three patties of egg foo young, a container of rice, another container of sauce, and a fortune cookie. It ended up being two meals for me. This restaurant is a takeout place, but there are a few tables to sit at if you so choose. There are also utensils and sauces at the front if you need them.

I stopped in here for a quick dinner right before they closed. They still allowed me to eat in their dinning room. I did not order much, just a quart of my favorite dish chicken hunan. It was a huge dish served with a separate heaping plate of rice. And it was absolutely stellar. Spicy, full of flavor and fresh. The young female host was super friendly, cute and fun. Thank you China Gourmet for the great food and friendly service. If I lived closer, I would visit weekly.

First time ordering here. Order was correct. Done in a timely manner. Food was tasty. We ordered 1 of our meals spicy. It was perfectly spicy 🔥 We'll be back.

I love this place ! I go here almost everyday of the week on my lunch break since I found this place . The food is so good and I love the lady in the front since the first day I came she was welcoming and now ever since that first day . When I walk in she already knows me and remembers who I am which shows she cares about her customers.I wrote this review today because a disabled man came in in an electric chair. She was amazing to him and she helped him with everything a place to sit , she even brought his food to him and fixed it on a paper plate just how he wanted it .

It was New Year's Eve And me and my daughter were hungry and decided to stop here It took almost an hour of waiting to get the food But only because it was New Year's Eve and we was slammed busy they screwed up our order a little bit by overcooking My chicken dish But I immediately called her and told her There was a problem with my order she said I will make you something else it will be ready when you get there and it was. It was hot it was delicious probably some of the best Chinese food I've tasted in a while . When it is not New Year's encourage you to give this hole in the wall Chinese restaurant a go , they are super nice and super friendly And will help you with any problems with your order . Bravo China gourmet 2 thumbs up !!

Amazing food, friendly and quick service every time

Horrible! We were told it would take 35 minutes. Showed up and food wasnt' ready. Other people were there waiting, angry that it was taking so long. An hour later we got our food. You'd think it would be hot since they were running behind. Nope. Egg rolls and Sweet N Sour chicken (both the sauce and chicken) were cold. Egg rolls tasted like fish. Fried rice was very oily and had an after taste. Other dishes were luke warm and not very good. We ended up throwing it away. I would recommend going to China Taste. We usually go there but the reviews for this place were so good we thought we'd try it. Big mistake.

Food is really good, ordered food when it was really busy and although they didn’t give me what I wanted I came back in for a refund and they offered to give me my food for free the next day.

I Ordered BBQ ribs and they were amazing, it came with light sauce and it was perfectly cooked! I also got a large sweet and sour chicken that was fresh and it was big enough for 3 people also got a party tray of yeung chow fried rice which can feed up to 10 people and tasted really good and fresh! They also gave me Sesame chicken for free! It took them over an hour to make the food but it was worth the wait!

I have eaten Chinese food my whole life but China Gourmet is my favorite place to eat! The lady up front is always so friendly and remembers me. The food is so good!! I have a Chinese restaurant in my work plaza and I pass one on the way home but I pass both of those spots to eat here! HIGHLY recommend!!

YES! YES YES! This is by far the BEST CHINESE FOOD EVER ❤️‍🔥🥰 The owner is super duper sweet she makes my food however and exactly how I like it. She calls me Beautiful likes it's my name lights up my day, she's even given me free sodas and my favorite egg rolls. I've lived in FL for 15yrs & longed to find a Chinese spot that reminds me of New York Chinese food and she killed it!💯💖 The absolute best lo mein I've ever had. It's truly out of this world 🌎 🤗🌈🕊💝

Horrible food and very expensive! We looked at online menu & prices but when we called to place our order we were told those prices were 4 years old. We got chicken General Taos chicken and Krab Rangoons. When I cut the pieces of chicken up I could not find any meat! It was mostly dough. Krab Rangoon had a tiny dot of cream cheese in every one of the pieces. Never again for us!!! Save your money don’t order if you want real food.

I like this restaurant as they have kept the portions constant and raised their prices instead unlike other Chinese restaurants who have reduced portions and also raised prices. I consider the fact that Chinese takeout restaurants have lower overhead in that they usually only have about 3 employees working and they have little to no dine in available. This restaurant has very good quality food that is made to order and is very hot.

Excellent food. It's always good and always ready when I arrive to pick it up. I've never had to wait for my food, as I've had to do at some other local places. They also have never had an issue with special requests. I really appreciate how they prepared their business for Covid. I always feel very safe entering.

This is been my favorite Chinese takeout restaurant for three decades. However it has changed radically. I ordered 2 days ago and the meat in the beef with broccoli was gelatinous and tasteless. The vegetables in a vegetarian dish were over cooked. All three dishes were over sauced. The wonton soup tasted days old and fluoresced yellow when spilled on a white counter. I hope they fix things soon.

Some of the chicken wings were fried too much and were hard to eat. The BBQ ribs were good as well as the shrimp fried rice, pork lo mein, chicken noodle soup and Szechuan shrimp. The shrimp were nice and big. Good portions. Not too salty.

This is definitely the best Chinese I have had in Florida. The Singapore Me Fun was amazing. The egg rolls were delicious too. The owner was such a sweet woman. I arrived too early so went and sat in my car to wait. She actually brought my food out to me when it was ready! I highly recommend China Gourmet!

This place is the definition of a 'hole in the wall' restaurant that may not have the best aesthetics, but amazing food for a good price. Pricing is fair, after the whole price hike that hit the US you're only paying 20 cents more than what hit most places, honestly a fair deal for a good meal. On top of it, the food prep time is always around 10-12 minutes. Food and portioning is phenomenal. Lunch (up until 3:00pm) can last you the entire day because they give a hearty portion. Their sauce is thick and their General Tso's chicken has a soft crunch, but moist dark meat that is amazing to eat. If you're local, give it a go. Honestly, compared to other Chinese restaurants that I've gone to this has to be one of the best.

I normally get food from China Gourmet on Fridays. It has been two times now that the food was terrible, the chicken wings were very small and stale looking, tasted very old not fresh. I also ordered two different type of fried rice shrimp/pork that as well so no good/no taste. The shrimp with Broccoli was decent. They are very busy which is understandable because they “were” very good. Will be looking for another Chinese restaurant.

Real great food. Whenever you call in advance they’ll have it ready by the time you get there. Great service. Been going for years now. If any problems they’ll take care of it.

I used to work at Winn- Dixie and every day when I get my lunch I go here to eat .. the food is always fresh and hot and you get a lot of food for the price. The owner Tiffany is super nice she calls you beautiful and she remembers you as well so if you’re looking for a good Chinese restaurant CHINA GOURMET IS THE PLACE TO GO LOCATED IN ROYAL PALM BEACH IN THE WINN -DIXIE PLAZA .. oh let me not forget to mention that the customer service is good makes you wanna come back every single time…

Food was great 👍. I tried the rice first without any sauce and was like WOW 😋.

This place is more on take-out as there's only one table with four chairs for those who want to dine-in. My husband and I opted for dine-in and the waitress sanitized the table meticulously with disinfectant. The cashier has a glass barrier and credit cards/cash are placed in a movable container from customer to cashier, a good precaution for protection from COVID-19. Food is good but as a cook myself, the cook could still add a little bit of the "5 spices" to add more exciting Asian flavors. The cashier clerk/waitress is very warm, welcoming, respectful and gracious, bowing to her customers. This is very uplifting and heart-warming!

I was so excited to try what I ordered, it looked delicious & was piping hot. Unfortunately I was disappointed, I ordered the General Tso chicken, the batter was thick & very fried & I could barely taste the chicken. The sauce was overly sweet. Between the fried batter & sweet sauce I felt like I had just eaten fair food. I didn’t feel that great. I also ordered steamed dumplings, they were ok, something in it like water chestnuts that I wasn’t crazy about. I really wanted to like the place, but $23 dollars for both & I can’t eat all of it. I don’t have money to throw away, and I should’ve just gone to the Mexican place next door.

I love the food there they make the lo mein and the chicken noodle soup perfect i used to go there almost everyday and the lady she barely heard my voice and had my order ready I love her:) my sisters love eating there
