Burger King please train your employer better they're making your Corporation look bad at the Lynnhaven location on hwy 77 Burger King please train your employer better Literally sat at the drive-thru for 10 minutes if you read all the reviews it's the same thing. Nothing new about the rating of this Burger King customer service sucks their the management sucks their everyone at this Burger King unfortunately sucks other than Shawna she as always given me great service never messed up my order give that girl a raise she needs it for the kids. Every other time I'm there when she's not there the rude they have no manners and know nothing about customer service Burger King please train your employer better

Every time I've been at the drive thru I have to pull into a spot and wait 10+ minutes for my food. They're never ready. Then when my food finally comes out it's wrong. Two simple items and they somehow forget the cheese. Just shut this place down lol, look at the reviews.

No straws, napkins, and ketchup. Tables were dirty. Service was nice but needed more help.

BK new slogan. Welcome to burger King where you rule! . Not in drive thru. Especially when no other cars are present. And they tell you to give them 1 second they'll be right with you. Make you wait 8 minutes. Just to say at the window. Pull up in front and I'll bring it out to you. More waiting.

Awful. They have an entirely different crew than they did two weeks ago. Did anything improve? Nope. Why is the same person making the orders also working the front counter? Burger King's entire system is incompetent and idiotic. Standing at the counter for 15 minutes before being able to order because they only give attention to the drive thru and the same person is doing all the work.

Literally placed an order 30 minutes before I got here and it still wasn't ready and they only had 2 other customers drive thru and inside in total. These people are lazy and don't even acknowledge you even at the counter.

I tried to order 3 different items on the menu and each item was not being served. Not because they didnt have it, I was told they just werent taking orders for the items. Nothing with the word "fiery" was being served. Then I finally asked for a wrap and sweat tea, and guess what! No sweat tea!! So I cancel my order and drive off, then bam! Their billboard says they are hiring managers and team members! Get the help fast!!! Because the lack of service sucks

This is a fast food restaurant, but be prepared to sit at the ordering speaker for 10+ minutes before someone asks you what you’d like to order.

Took my order at the drive thru, which they got wrong. When I went in to get it corrected there was one poor girl at the drive thru and 2 managers and a cook in the back talking. There was a line 3 deep at the counter. 2 of which were there for a wrong order. We waited for about 5 minutes and someone only came up front when I yelled to one of the managers asking if anyone worked here. He finally came to the counter and apologized saying he didn't think anyone was up there. During lunch rush. On a Friday. Get your stuff together, bk.

Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru no matter how many people or what you order.

So I came around 9pm and there was only one person working and he was a manager named Andrew he was absolutely amazing and so kind he let me know from the beginning that it might take a minute but I’m here to tell you he still got my order put in less then 3 minutes and I ordered a few meals and he kept his smile the whole time he definitely deserves a raise and if he’s not the general manager he definitely needs to be

No sweet tea no lids for the cups. Dr.pepper tasted like it was straight carbantion, wait times very long

Horrible, the entire staff don't know what their doing. Only 1 person in front on me at the counter and still took over 5 minutes to even order. Let's not mention almost 15 minutes to get the food

This place is disgusting . Not only do I have to always pull up to get my food. The lettuce is old and the tomato are soggy. I drive to the other location than to do at this one in Lynn Haven . You can tell the people there all hate their jobs. Don’t waste your money worst bk I ever been to!

Service slow, people not listening, order messed up twice! Food was cold...I will say in their defense, there was only two working and one in back just yelling at them.

Seems like they're going through a change over and/ or are very short staffed. Waited way too long for someone to even acknowledge us at the counter. Even longer for our food. While waiting for our food, we saw one employee (hopefully) walking through the kitchen without a shirt on. Another visit I was given sweet and sour sauce with my French toast sticks. Didn't realize until it was too late 🤮🤢 terrible way to start your morning.

SOMEONE PLEASE SHUT THIS BURGER KING DOWN. Employee literally stared at me while eating fries and trying to make food. Placed a mobile order and was instructed to please wait over the intercom. After 10 minutes I couldn't get anyone to respond and decided to go inside where it's the most dirty food establishment I've ever been inside. Finally got my food after about 12 more minutes and surprise, it was all wrong. Just save yourself the hassle and go to McDonald's across the street.

The individual who took my order was whispering? It was very strange. Other than that, the trip was decent.

Rude workers rush you to order then wave receipts in your face to get your attention not my fault you have a miserable life

Service was bad. Food was okay, had to ask for fresh fries then got complaints from staff. They were rude at the speaker and window. I know they have drive times but it doesn't take much longer to give fresh food and better service.

I'm not one to post but this location seems to be out of alot of items lately. Also, I ordered the melt which os supposed to be on toasted bread with a sauce, not toasted and no sauce... disappointed.

I was third in line at the window where you receive your food in the drive-through. I waited six minutes and the first car didn’t move. They are horribly slow.

Went through the drive-thru for what I thought would be a quick breakfast on my way out of town. Ordered two meals and told the guy what drink went with each meal, and this confused him. I repeated my very simple order several times. After being at the drive-thru for 20 minutes and was waved at to pull into a parking spot, I went inside. There were 3 people working, and the one girl was flustered and fed up with the other two because she was the only competent one. All said and done, it took 45 minutes. We could have gone to a sit down restaurant.

I have lived in Lynn Haven for about two years now and this was my first visit to this particular Burger King. I was feeling like an original chicken sandwich one night thanks to the coupons in my mailbox and went thru the drive-through. I order myself the original chicken sandwich and my kids a couple of whopper juniors and fries. When I placed my order for the original chicken sandwich, I’m TOLD “you’re going to wait about 5 minutes for that”. I then go to the window and hand her my card and my little coupon. Now I don’t usually use coupons, but the economy is terrible right now and I normally wouldn’t even choose to go to Burger King if I’m going to get fast food,, but the coupon in my mailbox got me craving that chicken sammich and that coupon is the ONLY reason I am there. So when I hand her my card and my coupon, she looks at it and says “oh, you have a coupon” by the her tone and the look on her face, my chicken sandwich and my coupon were a very big inconvenience for her. So while I am waiting for my five minute sandwich, I’m wondering what she’s going to do to my food. So I get my food and two of the three fries were cold and hard, only one of them were hot and this was hands down the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from Burger King. It was soggy and gross, mayo tasted sour, but the food was not my biggest issue (truly don’t expect much from Burger King anymore), but I’ve never felt like more of an inconvenience when going into any type of restaurant. I don’t expect fast food workers to love their jobs, I get it. I worked fast food when I was in high school, but don’t treat people like we’re inconveniencing you by ordering food that is on the menu. Anyway, if you want cold food and it handed to you by a bad attitude. Goto Burger King in Lynn Haven.

Slow service and cold food!! I was in drive thru line over 20 minutes just to receive a half filled coke, cold fries, and burger. I will not go back here.

Food was good. I don't know why they wait between cars at the drive. You have to wait to order until the car ahead of you has arrived at the window and paid. Is the staff incapable of multitasking or are they purposely slowing down service? It's a mystery. Staff was friendly and polite which is a change from most BK's

This location consistently begins the closing process multiple hours before their posted closing time. This equates to not being able to get key items, such as fries, even if you show up 2 hours before they are supposed to close shop.

The workers on 8/20/2023, were unprepared and unprofessional. Playing games on the intercom system. Zero hospitality or any real appreciation of my existence. Suggest firing all personnel aside from the deaf, black, cook. She was the only one that showed any life of hard work. A machine experience would be much preferred then dealing with children that have attitudes that need correction.

Ripped me off. I ordered 2 double whoppers with cheese at drive thru got home and only had 2 single whoppers. I called and they wanted me to drive back down there so he could remake my sandwiches and I said no I'm going to eat first because I haven't eaten all day and I said better yet I'll just call corporate you know what I'm never going to spend my money there again they are a rip off!?

The only burger King restaurant that will get your order right. The staff is always friendly and did I mention that they get the order right every time. Every other BK in Bay county should be shut down. Give these folks a raise.

I went through drive through and ordered. I thought I ordered meal but could be wrong. What I am not wrong on is my bacon was undercooked, the huge overweight woman rolled her eyes at me 2 times when I went inside and showed her my raw bacon. Then she refunded money to my account instead of letting me know the difference which is what I told her I would pay

This Burger King location is open until 12am. If you arrive at 11:15 you will sit in the drive thru and be ignored. Lights on, absolutely open just don’t want to provide service. If they are going to do this they should change their closing time to 11pm or whenever they have decided they no longer want to work.

They are one of my favorites. Very consistent.

Ordered online at home, and when I got there they told me that their fryers were all down, so they couldn't make a majority of my order. They refused to offer me a full refund, and refused to make equivalent valued food on site, and told me I must cancel my order from the app. The app wouldn't let me cancel my order, and instead a support ticket was opened, saying I may have to wait 24-48 hours to hear back. This store also refused to give me the managers number, making up an excuse about the manager's phone. Even if their phone was lost/broken and they were getting a new one, the number would be the same! Lousy service, never going back to this location!! BK - Can't have it your way!

Always hot and fresh and the nicest cashier

I am LIVID! Will NEVER come back to this Burger King location again! My husband and I asked for both our chicken sandwiches to be off the fryer, they had us pull up & wait for 20mins, my husband took a bite of his sandwich & it's COMPLETELY RAW! I ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich-paid $6 for it, just to look in the bag & I did NOT receive the OCS, I received the dollar Chicken sandwich. When I walked in to let them know, everybody except for one sweet lady had an attitude. I didn't even get to speak to anybody. They just slammed the refund receipt onto counter and walked off. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS & LEARN HOW TO FULLY COOK A CHICKEN PATTY OR GET OUT!!!!

Drive thru, gave our order to someone else, waited for them to remake it. Order was wrong ,went in ,they tried again but same results Waited 40 minutes total and we left with whatever they gave us .

Burgers definitely better than McDonald's but that's the only thing

I only gave 5 stars because the employee that is working tonight was all by himself (!?!) and still was very nice and got our order correct and as soon as he possibly could. It is awful how BK could even think to operate with one person working! Give him a big raise.

Return today 02/23/2023 Had a snack 5 dollar special whopper Jr. Plus 4 nuggets a small fry small drink. It's a nice grab and go. Thank you guy's.

Worst experience, was told after 5 min sitting in drive thru they would be with us in a min. 15 minutes later still no one. Drove around the building, no one’s even in the building. THEY CLOSE AT 12am, it was 8:30pm! Management needs to have a better handle on their employees. Hire quality not quantity….

Food was ok but they NEVER get the order right. I always have to stop go back in and get it swapped. How hard is it to just put the right items in the bag?

They’re so expensive now the only way to get a good value is to use coupons. 12.00-14.00 for a whopper meal is not worth it.

No toilet paper no onion rings music is way too loud in eating area and rude cashier apearantly customer service is not a thing anymore at the Lynn haven burger king ! We love beach sides very nice smiles and helpful people can't say this for Lynn haven.

It was below average for a BK. However, I feel that way about all the BKs in Bay County.

Drive through had 3 cars, never moved for 15 minutes. Went inside. Was dirty with lids everywhere n stuff laying around the pop machine. Teenagers were screaming in the bathroom horsing around while the workers laughed. Place was out of ketchup packers workers said. They finally put some in a cup. Being the only one in there and still took 15 minutes for a whopper Jr meal. Wow horrible.

HORRIBLE! Drive-thru employee was rude & argumentative towards customer. Not only was the order wrong, tried to charge for the misunderstanding and kept repeating with hands laced together, " I am the only 1 here this morning." Like who's cooking then? Rude.

Food was horrible. The tartar sauce was really old. Replacement Whopper Jr. was even worse. They didn't even have extra salt. I can't believe this place is still in business. Gross.

This has got to be my worst visit I’ve ever experienced at any Burger King in my entire life! First off when I pulled into the drive thru instead of being greeted the lady had an attitude. My kids were in the car and they asked me what did I think was wrong with her. Upon pulling up to the window I forgot to order my daughters tator-tots and I asked the lady if I could place an order at the window for the tots because my daughter really wants them. The lady literally through a temper tantrum scaring my kids to death. Keep in mind I’m on my way to take them to school. My daughter started crying and said it’s okay daddy she’s mean. So I left to drop them off and went back for the tots. Upon pulling up to the window once I started to speak the lady literally slammed the door in my face. NEVER will I go to this Burger King or any Burger King in this area. They’re not worth being treated like that. To top things off! I asked the lady for her name. She simply stated I’m not telling you that sir. The tots were cold as if she sat them to the side until I came back. If I’m not mistaken her name is TRISTA SIMMONS the general manager I would assume because her uniform was different from everyone else’s. I would highly recommend for you not to go to this location. This lady screamed and through a temper tantrum in front of my 5 and 7 year old. They are terrified of Burger King now!

This place has always had staffing issues, so the food isn't always the quickest. It's almost like playing Russian roulette when you go there. You could be waiting in line for 5 or more minutes, or you could get through like normal, it just depends, they never have "bad" service though, everyone is nice when you go through. Their food is pretty good, I hate they don't have apple pie anymore, my husband and I used to make this our go to because of the apple pies.

If your not in a hurry burgers are good. Service just is not the greatest.

They should fix the open times if they won't be open at 6, it's ridiculous that I made a trip out here with the "knowledge" that would be open when I got there only to find out they were closed

If your not even gonna have Coke to serve, the least you can do is get the order right and not get snotty at the drive thru window when your told it was a large drink not a small. Then ask if you want to cancel the order and take your business somewhere else...

Service was great and the food was fresh. One of the best visit to a burger King in this area in a long time.
