Bad attention, very slow. Worst fried chicken restaurant in town

Absolutely incompetent and rude staff. Did not give us all the food items we placed online. And the guy just hung up the phone when we called to complain. No wonder they have such poor reviews. Will never visit this KFC at Lynn Haven, FL again. Pathetic.

They did not have ANY white meat chicken, since that is an additional charge to add white I at the very least expected a few extra pieces. I was told no and there was nothing that could be done. This was my last visit to any KFC I haven't been to one anywhere that had what I wanted and they made no effect to even try to help. You take what they what they have at the time or do without. There are way too many excellent chicken restaurants to pay what they charge to get what they have at the time. I will say their gravy is about the best of any restaurant.

We wnt in there was 2 guys only and they had said they were out of chicken but asked if it was okay if we wait and of course it was. The gentleman was smiles and made everything right for us. He really needs a raise

Went to try KFC again since a long time ago, Worst place to order from! Missing food. You are better off eating somewhere else.

They had everything I was looking for and everybody there was real nice couple things I couldn't find they didn't tell me where they were they took me and showed me I like shopping there

The woman working drive thru was very nice and up beat. The food had to be put in the trash, totally not eatable. The chicken tasted rotten and was cooked with old grease.

People working here , do not care about the business.

Showed up at 9:44 and they refused to serve me I asked what time they close and they said 10 and then stopped responding to me.

This restaurant has so much potential, but I feel like it just needs a little bit of TLC! The drive thru speaker hasn’t worked in forever, you pull up to the window to order. The staff has been attentive, but they don’t ever seem very fond of the fact that they are working. The restaurant could definitely be cleaner. The staff does an okay job at attempting, but this building just needs a good deep clean. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like…. BUT the food has been up to par every single time. They might be OUT of ingredients, but whatever food they do serve you, will be tasty.

I usually love KFC 😞 this place needs new management tho… I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes in the drive through and I’m not even the first two cars in line. When I first got here these cars were already here. So I’ve been here for 15 min with no movement ☹️ last time I was here they also got my order wrong… will update about how this time goes

Worst place to order food!! Missing food and drinks. Tried calling repeatedly no answer. Went to store to pick up missing food and was told they were closed an hour before they were to close. Said couldn’t refund or give us our food. The building looked unkept. Weeds at least knee high around building and parking lot. Vines coming out of bushes were they have not been trimmed. The intercom didn’t work. The manager states that there is only him and one other person that works. Very unprofessional!!!! Justin the manager and Thomas the worker was rude and unprofessional!!!!

Food was fine and people were friendly but the store was untidy.

Hey manager, are you not responsible for the employees which you hire and supposedly TRAIN? Your employees are immediately rude, your employees TELL customers, "Oh, we don't need to know the menu because customers should search our website". The previous counter employee apparently is not required to shave or put a hat on his long hair. Your so-called customer service is deplorable. Customers deserve better.

My husband used to run this restaurants 3 years ago. Some how my kids and myself we are associated with this restaurants because we are involved with the community. It’s been 3 years since this restaurants and their bad reputation follows us everywhere. ITS BEEN 3 years since we don’t have to do anything with it. We used to be costumers too, NOT anymore. It’s always closed. The Ice machine and the speaker box hasn’t been working for OVER 3 years!!! The food is absolutely hideous. Costumer service is the worst I ever seen in YEARS!! The restaurant is disgusting inside and out. They do have employees sleeping outside the restaurants like homeless. Unbelievable!!!!

Went in to try KFC for the first time in years, the food was terrible, the chicken sandwich I ordered tasted old and been sitting out for awhile not freshly cooked, some of the spots were old and dried out. I ordered the sandwich with no pickles, the cashier must not of understood me because the sandwich was loaded with pickles and doused in their sauce could not finish eating it. The side order was terrible cold Fry's and tasted old, sitting out all day. Nothing is fresh will not be back.

I got one of the bucket specials again and it was delicious. The employees were exceptionally helpful and polite.

Worst KFC in literal history. The place is a dump. The outside is run down. Like horribly bad. No landscaping is done there for sure. When you go inside it’s even more of a dump. Floors dirty, bathrooms dirty or ALWAYS “out of order”. Most days they have the doors locked and say use drive through. THE DRIVE THROUGH SPEAKER IS BROKEN 365 days a year. Then anytime I DoorDash, they don’t have tenders, they don’t have nuggets, they don’t have wings, etc. it’s KFC! Where is the chicken? Or is it just the extremely rude and lazy employees? This kfc is trash. Don’t go here.

Pulled through the drive thru, at night and couldn’t see the menu because the lights were out. So we parked and proceeded to enter the lobby when weere told the lobby is closed. Went back through the drive thru to order at the window instead. All for some shorted old fries and chicken nuggets.

I like the KFC coating on the chicken, and the coleslaw. The problem is this KFC needs a redo. Start by getting a gardener to clean up the property. Next, fix the order speaker in the drive thru lane. Wasn't working so a note said pull up to the window. Unfortunately this place is 20 minutes away.

My wife and I stopped for lunch for the first time in 3 years. The first issue is they said they only have water and tea to drink. The dining room was empty but very dirty. Every table had used napkins and crumbs and the floor was covered in crumbs, the garbage cans were all full, This looks like a mess from more than a day ago. This place needs some management or to be shut down.

Had to wait a few minutes for the chicken but if coarse it came out fresh, crispy and hot. Food was good and the employees were nice and working hard. Good experience.

Horrible experience walked in to no one to be found finally this young man comes around and is on his phone while taking my order. He Never even looked up. I got a 12 piece meal. Paid extra to get an extra breast, thigh, and leg instead of the wings. Got home they gave me a 10 piece all tiny thighs and legs. Biscuits were so hard and dry. I tried to call them for 2 days afterwards and no one will answer. I will not be back to this location. @kfc.... do better!

The KFC in Callaway sucks. 2 times l visit they no chicken, but they are a chicken place not sure what the problem is but l love there chicken. So l drive to Lynn Haven to there KFC which is very well organized and great service 👏

The drive through is blocked by a car. Seems, rather ad hoc, as though done by employees.

The service was okay, however, the food was terrible. I ordered strips and they were hard as rock as if they have been sitting out for the entire day, and to top off, the rest of my order was not correct. I ordered 3 pieces meal but got 2 pieces meal instead. No biscuit with all my orders

I was driving by KFC and noticed grease on the windows and knowing the food was bad and knowing how bad the drinks are, it makes you not wanna go there, plus it looked abandoned from the outside and looked like nobody goes there, for any future customers, don’t come to this location

This location is closest to my house but probably the worst KFC I’ve been too. We normally never eat here but today we thought we’d give it another chance. The mashed potato bowl had almost zero gravy on it and only 5 small pieces of chicken. Would it kill them to at least cover the bowl with gravy and chicken? They were out of Capri Sun and ranch so we paid for items they couldn’t deliver. The building is dirty and dilapidated. They still haven’t replaced the large glass window that was damaged in hurricane Michael which was 5 years ago! That’s a major indicator of a business that just doesn’t care. I think we are done giving them chances to earn our business.

The food was over cooked, the workers were standing outside giving us disrespectful looks, but the lady at the drive through window was very sweet. The parking lot was definitely empty for a reason, I would not recommend visiting that KFC!

Drinks had no ice OR carbonation and they didn't bother to tell us this, we didn't notice til we were leaving that the truck was outside with the co2 for the drink machine, food had been sitting so the chicken wasn't fresh, the supposed crispy chicken had the skin falling off, all the food is being sand bagged(not cooked to order and just sitting). I go back in because they forgot to give us our fries and both men in the kitchen, one being the manager, had no gloves on making people's sandwiches and mashed potatoes. Horrible, idk how they're still open

This is the worst food we have ever eaten. We have tried this location 2 times in the past few months. The 1st time we sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes only for the person to come on ghe intercom and say they couldn't take our order because they were the only one there. This past time we went we ordered 3 mashed potato bowls. The chicken on them was so hard you couldn't even chew it. It tasted like it has been cooked hours prior. We ended up throwing all of it away and ordering food from somewhere else. We used to love KFC but will never go back to this location.

Two drive thru trips in less than a month. Both times no sweet tea. I ask for Dr. Pepper instead today and they give me a cup full with no ice. And it’s flat. No fizz, no taste! Management and/or owner is not equipping their employees to do business when a restaurant that is literally across the street from a grocery store can’t find their way to a few tea bags. Also the drive thru speaker hasn’t worked in months.

This was the worst kfc I have been to. The chicken was so dry and didn’t taste like kfc chicken. It was horrible, dry and tasted old. Do not come here.

I don’t know about all KFC‘s but the one in Lynn Haven Florida isn’t the best one I’ve ever been to. Maybe they don’t have enough employees or maybe they don’t have enough employees that care or maybe they were just all having a bad day, but the last few times I went it was dirty on the inside and took a really really long time in the drive-through.

Every time I go their they are out of two or three things that I order. The close before they are supposed to. They need to put someone in their that can run the place. The franchise owner needs to pay more attention to the place in Lynn haven fla.

I visited this KFC on 6-27-23 and was utterly disgusted from the moment the lady, whose name is not worthy of mentioning, answered the intercom. My dad has been stuck in the hospital a few days, from no eating, to liquids only, then FINALLY solids and KFC being his favorite place, I got here as soon as his dietary restrictions were lifted! The non chalant attitude and rudeness set me off, but Callaway wasn't quite in reach for the nearest alternative, so I dealt with it. Not only was the KFC restaurant number 2209 in Lynn Haven, Florida window worker rude, but after telling me they're drink/ice machine was out, I asked if there could be any small substitution to the drink not being provided. She said nope! I asked if I could order an alternate, with just one small side, she said nope! I asked if they had bottled beverages to replace the drink machine being down, she said nope. I asked could she provide the store number, she said she didn't know it and would not provide me with her name. Small acts of kindness go a long way. Having better attitudes go even further. That location should provide training on better ways to greet and communicate with their customers, while also suggesting alternatives when either the machines are down or the food has run out. I'll never go back to that location.

We arrived shortly after opening and all of the tables were dirty (still from the night before I guess). The floors hadn’t been swept. We were the only people in, so they weren’t too busy to clean the tables off. ….. They were out of ice and mashed potatoes. It was hot in there. The chicken was fresh. The biscuit was undercooked, the Mac and cheese was decent and the fries were okay.

We stopped here to get a family box of chicken with all the fixings to take to my sister and our family because she just got out of the hospital with hospice care. I knew that they had the meal that included the chicken, biscuits, Cole slaw, mashed potatoes, sweet tea, and a dessert. That's what I ordered. Well they did not have any Cole slaw, sweet tea, or the dessert, but I was charged the same price as the complete meal without any compensation for the missing items. The chicken was really greasy on the outside but dry underneath. Needless to say , I was very, very disappointed and upset. I will not be back there.

Dirty, no ice, KFC chicken is now disgusting with gross fatty parts. No more. They honestly need to close all their stores.

Honestly at this point corporate might as well just tear this kfc down. It’s always unpleasantly dirty and I mean always. Everytime I order from this kfc it’s at least a 20 minute ordeal and not to mention that’s at least in the drive through because whenever I come inside all the supposed employees just stare at me while it seems only one person is really actually making any food and taking any orders. Once you actually get to order it’s always someone with the worst attitude possible, I don’t know if it’s a trickle effect with bad management but the attitudes surely need to change. Don’t let me forget to mention why are they always out of EVERYTHING? I can without a doubt say for at least the last 3-4 times they were out of so much I couldn’t even get ice for my drink🙄🫥. I have never been one to write bad reviews ever because I know things happen and not every experience can be great always but this is a continuous issue. Every time I end up back at this kfc I dread it. The bad out weighs any good that might come from this kfc if there is any at all. also pic reference: at least make the toilet bowl not match the experience. 😀🤙🏻🥂

TOTAL IN YOUR FACE BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM!!!!!!!!! I put my order through using my phone with KFC app, and my total was $40.70 which I paid for while on the app. says it will be ready at 10:31. My wife is there at the exact time it instructed only to be told they cancelled the order and that we have to pay almost twice the price if she wants to leave with the order and to call the KFC Hotline. I called and talked to someone on Mars that can't speak English, who said she cant help and wouldn't allow me to speak to a supervisor! I called and asked to speak to the manager at the store and was told by the smug Manager Chris, there isn't anything he could do to fix the scam either! Google needs to have a rating of 1 to 5 starts or a scam box to check instead, just for scamming companies like this. Pizza Hut, Long Johns Silvers, and Taco Bell are also owned by this parent company, and should also be boycotted.

Got the chicken nuggets. They were dry and tough to eat. They were probably sitting for a while and were deep fried again to warm them up. Fries, cole slaw and biscuits were good. So basically we spent $36 on fries, biscuits and a small cole slaw as the nuggets were inedible.

Eye ordered threw da window. Day waz'nt busy sew eye got my order quick. Eye normally order enough that eye get full on 1/2 of my order and save da utter 1/2 four lunch at work da next day. Thought eye did da same this thyme BUTT, win eye got home and opened da box the pieces of chicken were really small. Eye don't think day harvested da parts from chickens. L@@ked like day harvested em from "baby chick's". Come on KFC, let da baby chick's grow up sum more. After eye got done eating, dare waz nothing left four lunch. Oh yeah eye think da batter day use 4 x-tra crispy haz sharp rocks N it. Had ta peel it off da 1 piece eye ordered that weigh.

Haven't had KFC since the beach store closed about 3 or more years ago. Tonight decided to make the drive. What happened to the original recipe. Tasted like any other chicken. Also was overcooked. Fries were cold and hard as a rock. Cold slaw and mashed taters were fine. Spent $36.00 and threw half of it away. Not good enough.

Food was delicious. The service was incredibly suffering. Had to wait at counter forever to order so the man could work the window like 4 orders After we came in. Had to ask for napkins. Ate inside. No ketchup for my fries. Didnt get butter and honey as requested. Extremely noisy from all the timers buzzing. Overall... I'm glad the food was good. C-

Ate here at 11:15 am on Sunday morning. Tables and floor not clean, no ice in machine and juice spilt all under soda machine and not cleaned up. No cup lids or straws at soda machine. Overall an F in cleanness. Will not be returning.

So sad to say. This KFC was awful. Food was way overcooked. Service was awful SLOW. Food was even worse. Everyone was "nice" not one person was rude, but it didn't compensate for the dirty floors, dirty table or horrible food. We would have just thrown away our entire order, but our grandson wanted a chicken leg. Honestly, we did throw away everything, but the chicken leg and a couple of chicken strips, it was that bad. I'm sure one health inspection would close the doors.

The absolute nastiest KFC Ive been to. Everything was filthy and the employees dont care of you're waiting or not to order. All you heard is everyone making off the wall comments. One employee that I was waiting to order. Her response was "he can wait". That's when I walked out. As I was leaving I looked to the back and noticed they were grabbing chicken with no gloves. To the owner: I know its hard to find people to work but you are going to get your customers sick. Do something. We as customers deserve way better than this. Maybe a youtube video can do the trick in bringing change.

I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting to place a order then drove up to go inside and place the order there wasn't anybody in line I stood at the counter for 5 minutes with 3 of their employees staring at me with their arms crossed and when I asked for someone to take my order they all turned around and started talking to each other worst fast food place they hire people who don't care about anything 9/10 would waste 30 minutes not getting food again

Typical incompetent, lazy, and stupid fast food workers. Can't do anything right. Instead of writing a sign and putting it on the door that the sodas were flat and all the ice was gone they allowed people to order these items and then pay for them only to find out later that the soda was flat and there was no ice. Isn't it fraud to take money in exchange for something you don't have? They don't properly sauce the KFC wings. They just squeeze sauce on top and don't bother to do it right.

Visited the store in Lynn Haven at 7:30 pm 2/24/23 doors were locked even though I could see someone working inside. Went to the drive thru no one answered. Went to the pickup window and blew my horn no one answered. Multiple cars were in line and all started to drive off in discust. If they are closed then they need to shut off the lights and go home. Reading other reviews this is a poorly run business and may have potential health code issues!

Decided to try the "2 wraps for $5" I tried one of each wrap, "The Classic" and "The Spicy", both were very good for the price point. Definitely would prefer these again. The only thing lacking was the service in Drive Thru as I had a long wait at the speaker before getting to the window. Window service was fast and very friendly.

For the price my lunch was great.

Food was on point... love their Chicken pot pie and cole slaw on the side with a drink for $7.99.... counter service was great. However, delivery of our food was slooowww. Seems like drive-through and counter service was too overwhelming for 7 people working... Multitasking is it's hard to do sometimes, but they gave it their best shot, and we appreciate them anyway & tipped them for their effort.

Everyone I generally quit eating KFC in general but my family decided out of the blue to give this place a chance as like with all KFC locations I have eaten at in my life recently not counting the Atlanta area locations I have been to, this place is extremely dated like something out of the 1980’s/early 1990’s/2000’s on the inside and extremely dirty and filthy, customer service wasn’t the best but not the worst is the only reason I’m giving it to 2 stars of course, but my Spicy Chicken sandwich was hard as a brick, my fries were okay but for an improvement on the original fries still leaves a lot to be desired and my Dr. Pepper was either too sugary or too much syrup in the machine as usual for dinner tonight, and then a disgruntled young lady wasn’t happy at the other employees for not getting paid her paycheck working there on top of that which is also against the law this place needs to give her paycheck or else, but long story short: I will never set foot in any KFC location especially Lynn Haven ever again! 😑

Worst food experience of my entire life. They missed an item from my order when I called to let them know they were rude about it, no apology, just you can come get it. Exact words of the “manager” working that night. My boyfriend comes to get it and they were rude to him and threw it in the car. I call up there and they ignore my call about 5 times then answer with hello Mrs. Emily, obviously knowing why I was calling. When they finally answered they were rude yet again and basically called me a liar. Will be calling corporate in the morning over this trash hole.

The chicken sandwiches were cold and not edible. We ask for a refund at the drive thru and they told us to pull around front. We did and they never came out, waited for us to come in with card and receipt which we had at the drive thru. Put it on the counter and the manager walked away and I ask her was the problem was and she said I have to hand it to her. All this while she is on her phone. BAD, BAD MANAGER. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

If you like guessing whether the lobby is open or not, have the time to wait over an hour in a half filled drive-thru just to be told they could care less how long you've waited or how much business they lost from all the cars leaving the drive-thru... then this is the place for you. Worst KFC In Florida.

They have a pop pie that is just like your Great Great Granny makes. It is soooo good . It was hot and full of chicken . It was life changing .

It’s crazy that even with all these 1 star reviews within a certain period of time that nothing is being done to remedy it. Drive thru employee was rude, they even had a “hot mic”. Employees can’t seem to prep for rush hours like dinner or lunch because there is always a long wait. Panama City location is better because they’re apologetic when there’s a wait or missing items on the menu. Lynn Haven location just accepted the fact that regardless of how they treat customers, nothing will happen to them

Yes this shift I don't respect....they want to be in the back while the dude staring at me had me waiting almost ten minutes before the doordash order was even started...i guess flirting mean more than anything then want to come to me at the last minute talking about out of something..I been in too long

Sit in the Drive-Thru waiting for someone to take my order for 25 minutes and then after someone finally came on the receiver proceeded to tell me that they were out of Sweet tea, Sunkist, or Ginger Ale (don't have) which by the way you're not out of sweet tea you just don't want to make the sweet tea....So even though we're paying for the Free Drink 12 piece we decided not to get anything to drink. 😒Guess I'll be using Popeyes from now on.

The biscuits were like rocks! You can't continue to serve enedible food & expect to stay in business! I wondered why the girl at the window would not make eye contact, now I know! At first I thought she was racist! Still not sure! PS: no smile, no greeting & no gratitude after purchase. The best thing about the experience was, she refused a tip, like it was an insult! It was a hand flip,, like talk to the hand!
