We ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and a cheese dog, They were both very good. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

Clean restaurant. Quiet restaurant. Burgers were good but not great. Freezing AC. Dined in. Place is not vegetarian friendly. Pricey.

Excellent location and very good burgers, hot dogs and French fries! Location is what it's all about and you're steps from entering the Brownwood Paddock Square where 365 nights of the year you'll find LIVE musical entertainment and dancing. Mom and I go often and you can dress as casual as you wish and dance like no one is watching. The restaurant is a fun place and plenty of space, peanuts for free and very nice people working there. Personally I think the prices for hot dogs and hamburgers could come down about 15% but the quality of beef is excellent and it's a great experience. Enjoy y'all!

I goblined my burger with 2 patties in less than 5 minutes! It was disgusting, but delicious! The ladies that helped me were super nice too.

So fry’s spent 7$ and so salty I tossed them way too much salt even taking napkins and trying to get salt off didn’t work! Ugh ask for light salt

Who would of thought Five Guys would be so darn expensive. Don't get me wrong the burgers and fries are on point but Jeez guys. Fast food pricing is out of control. I would rather spend this in a nice sit down restaurant. No mas!!!

Typical hamburger joint atmosphere. Great made to order hamburger. The real prize is the french fríes. Made with fresh peeled potatoes.

The best service I have received from a restaurant in a long time. The ladies that prepared the food and took the orders were awesome. I have to give them a huge round of applause. The food tasted great, the quality of it was amazing; and I have to say I am going to make this Five Guys restaurant the only one that me and my family eat at in Lake County, Fl. Not to mention, the gentleman who was bagging the food was very polite, and professional as well. Great job team keep up the great work and please keep providing incredible service thank you so much. This was a triple grilled cheese cheeseburger....yum yum YUM!!!!

The cashier was jovial and engaging. I ordered my burger cut in half, because I’m a quadriplegic and need assistance eating. After discovering it wasn’t I returned with the burger and asked to have it cut in half. One of the line cooks said no and gave my friend a plastic knife. Interesting I can order it cut in half, as noted on my sales receipt, but they wouldn’t do it. I give a zero for service if possible.

Fries could have been cooked a little more. Burger was good but I do agree the cost is a little ridiculous. At the same time, is the cost ridiculous if they have a line of people waiting to pay it?

Had lunch here with my work crew, and we were all in shock over the cost of a simple "burger and fries" meal together. The quality of the food is not matched by the expense - not by a long shot. Mushy undercooked fries, unseasoned burgers... over $17 per meal? (without a drink, mind you!) No thank you. Five Guys thinks a little too highly of itself these days. My entire team vowed that this was our last Five Guys meal - together or otherwise.

Hamburger was soggy and tasteless along with chocolate milkshake. The fries were quite tasty

I love five guys fries. They are hand cut. One thing I don't like is in the beginning. They used to give you plenty of fries for your money. Now they really skimp on the fries. They're here burgers are really expensive for the size. They are very good but i'm not paying that for a hamburger.

$31.00 dollars for 2 small (single patty) Cheeseburgers, 1 Sm FF, 2 Sm Fountain drinks is pure greed! Must be about a 1000% profit margin. Service was good, food was average. Price was insane. Will not return at those prices!

The order was a carry out. It was storming and raining "cats and dogs and little green frogs." The order needed to be double bagged. It was not. I lost a majority of the order on my way to the car. Other than that, everything was perfect.

If you've been to a Five guys you know what you are in for. For everyone else they are some of the best burgers anywhere. They always give you about twice the fries you order so everyone does not need a large.

Great staff. Very courteous and fast service too. We were greeted and served in a very timely manner. The food was prepared the way we ordered it and the peanuts are always a hot. We will definitely come back.

Burgers are great but the prices are a little steep.

Downgrading my prior rating. No one washes their damned hands before they cook your food. Sure, they put on gloves. But they handle the exterior of the gloves with their dirty hands while fumbling for the opening to put them on. That’s not hygienic. And it smells bad inside from something rotting. Floors dirty. Health Department needs to pay a surprise inspection or use undercover inspectors.

This is Not a $1.00 Burger and yet IS a Great Burger. Fries are Extraordinary too.

We stopped by Five Guys Burgers in Brownwood for lunch. I order a double hamburger all the way and a large fry. My wife had a cheeseburger all the way and a strawberry milkshake. The gentleman that took our order was very polite and well spoken. The food was prepared in an open kitchen were you can watch them making your order if you would like. Now a days I think that might be a good idea at alot of places. After a short wait we were called to pick up our order. The food comes out in a brown paper bag, by the time I got back to our table the bag was almost see through, that means the food was made with love and care. It might not be the healthy choice but the food was really good. The burger patties were well seasoned. If you order all the way, make sure to get extra napkins, you will need them. The milk shake had plenty of flavor and was made using real strawberries. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars is putting the fries in the drink cup. They get mushy before you get to the bottom. Overall would definitely go back.

Needed a quick bite to eat, stopped in for a cheeseburger, and it was made perfectly and very good. Just the right amount of lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mustard.

Mini burger and fries 15 bucks. I remember being able to get a full-sized burger with fries and a drink for the same price. I think 5 guys have raised their prices far more than other places. When in Brownwood, skip across the square and get a sit-down burger and fries with a drink at Cody's for the same price. Good burgers, but it's not worth it anymore. When fast food costs the same as a sit-down restaurant, we are in trouble.

Food is way overpriced and overrated. 30 bucks for a couple of burgers and fries. I'll stick with culver's.

If you have a gluten allergy they're a lot more places to go especially around the villages the one in Brownwood just as bad as all the five guys no gluten-free roll so my group we either go to Chick-fil-A Culver's, the country clubs that have the gluten-free rolls Chipotle

Food was good, as typical these days they need more help behind the counter. But employees were courteous. Restaurant could us a deep clean.

A very bland hamburger. Fries were good. But the tables and condiments area were dirty. And this was before noon. Soda machine contact surfaces were sticky. Outdoor tables were dirty too.

Positive: standard five guys food. Made fresh which does require a bit more time. Negative: cleanliness – floors near soda machine are disgusting. Tables are never cleaned, inside or outside.

Decent burger, greasy fries, free peanuts. Filling, but not really any reason to go out of your way to find a location.

I absolutely love Five Guys! The burgers are delicious and cooked to order. I usually order the Cheeseburger with two patties, with a regular order of fries. The regular order is more than enough to share. They are also cooked to order (from fresh cut potatoes). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the food is because we were unable to eat the French fries (too much salt). Other than that this is one of my favorite restaurants 😋

Burgers were cold. Need headlamps. $30 for 2 cold Burgers and 2 warm fries. Won't be back

Absolutely terrible so much ketchup on my burger it was dripping off and over-powering. Paid $39 for two little cheeseburgers 2 chocolate milkshakes and a small fry. NEVER AGAIN. The food was bad and the shakes had no chocolate in then. I'd rather eat at McDonalnds in Leesburg. And they are horrible...

Five guys has been great for years but the concept is stale and needs an update. The only change is that everything gets more expensive with inflation. Also would like to see them come out with a mini concept of french fries because the smallest one is just way too big for one person. Maybe they could have five fries with your five guys ha ha!

I love Five Guys. Great burgers, made the way YOU like it. What could be better? And their shakes are awesome! The restaurant was clean and the restrooms clean. This was my first time visiting THIS particular Five Guys. The staff were great. Our orders were taken quickly and served in minutes. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.

Not very clean. Ice machines could not keep up with customer demand. Ketchup dispenser was empty. Nobody bothered to fill it. Ketchup packets were provided. Most poorly managed Five Guys I've ever been in. Will think twice about going back.

Drastically overpriced if you ask me. Especially compared to equivalent or even better restaurants nearby. It's fast food for the price of sit down dining minus the tip. Not worth it.
