I have lived many times where i have truly been disappointed by restaurants. I absolutely love the restaurant experience, so I unfortunately expect so much more from everywhere I eat. WP kitchen and bar not only live up to it but, more importantly, excel all of it. No matter what you eat, you will get more hungry eating because you will truly just want more of anything that is made here. Thank you for the experience.

I love eating here, but today I had the most amazing experience. I was in a large parking lot next to the restaurant for an eye exam. When I came out, I couldn’t find my car. After searching for 20 minutes in the 100 degree temperature, I decided to go into Wolfgang’s for lunch. I told my server, Haley who then alerted the manager Megan who came over to my table and offered assistance. She offered to drive me in her truck to find my car. That is first rate customer service! Thank you Megan, Haley, and Roger. 😇

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY RESTAURANT!!!! Unless you look forward to a sampler platter of flies I would NOT recommend. Not only are there tons of fruit flies swarming your drink and your food but there are large flies hitting you in the face indoors. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. When mentioned to our server they insisted their manager kept the windows and doors open for "ambiance" the only ambiance you're getting around here is a dirty gas station. There was even a live roach in the restroom!! The health department needs to come to town. Not only that but the food either comes out cold, overcooked/undercooked, or just plain wrong! So many restaurants here in the villages and this place is just a downright disgrace. And don't even get me started on the snooty blonde manager, that girl wouldn't know customer service even if it hit her upside the head. Believe her name is Nicole. This place used to be great but it sure has gone down hill. Servers lingering around the bar cursing and talking about inappropriate sexual topics and hanging all over each other. Overall this place is unprofessional and Mr. Puck really needs to come take a look at the mockery you are making of his name.

This is a beautiful restaurant! They have tasty, inventive cocktails and the food was to die for. The tomahawk ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium rare, full of flavor and I cut the first bite with my fork.

Would’ve loved to order takeout from this location but they simply don’t answer the phones. It’s wild that a restaurant of this caliber fails to simply answer the phone. For anyone thinking it was a one time occurrence, I tried on and off for 15 minutes. Even spoke with the hotel they are located at and I was informed that this particular complaint is very common. Laughable.

Today I ordered Wolfgang’s famous schnitzel. I’m a frequent diner. For the third time I needed to send it back this year. It wasn’t schnitzel the way Mr.Puck intended. It’s supposed to be pounded very thinly and the cut is center cut not ends of some piece of pork like a leftover. It was in 3 sections and very thick. It should have been fed to the dog! Wolfgang Puck Kitchen in Brownwood Resort, The Villages, offers a fantastic happy hour experience from 3pm to 5pm. We enjoyed sitting at the bar where Nick, the friendly bartender, provided excellent service and helpful recommendations. We indulged in a variety of specials including spicy chicken wraps, meatball and mozzarella flatbread, and onion rings, all of which were delicious and satisfying. The drinks were also well-crafted and complemented our meal perfectly. Overall, Wolfgang Puck Kitchen exceeded our expectations with its tasty food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service from Nick. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Menu options were a bit uninspiring. We ordered 2 drinks, the old fashioned and the passion fruit cosmo. Both were good. Ordered the short rib and added Yukon potatoes because I didn’t find an entree that I wanted. Both were good. Hubby had a burger which was also good but basic. The ambience was poor…it was too bright and it reminded me of a casino buffet I used to go to. Overall the restaurant was fine but not an experience I’m excited to have again.

First time ever going, went for Father's Day. There were 8 of us. Service was ok, wait wasn't to bad, but once we got our food it went down hill. Myself, husband, & daughter got filet & it was horrible. All 3 our steak's were like rubber. My sister it law got salmon & hers was undercooked & slimy. I also thought it was very awkward that we only got one side with our meal because most restaurants you get two sides. All three of us didn't eat our meal's. Then once we contacted our waiter who contacted the manager she came out & said that she was just going to take the entire bill, apologized & then said that they're having issues with their kitchen staff. Okay understandable, but she never offered us anything else. Not new food, not dessert, nothing. It's like after making that statement we pretty much got ignored. So unfortunately that will be our first and last time ever going there because the food and service was terrible.

We came for Father’s Day dinner, I'm extremely disappointed in the service we received at Wolfgang Pucks tonight. We walked in at 5pm and were seated 15 minutes later after being treated like dirt for not having a reservation, but that was where the good experience ended. Our server took forever to take our orders, even our drinks took 15 minutes to arrive and when they finally did, it seemed like an afterthought. The food took an unacceptable amount of time to arrive, and when it did, it was clear that the kitchen had been struggling to keep up. But what really took the cake was the attitude of our server. It's not just the slow service that was the problem - it was the clear disdain our server showed towards us. We didn't feel welcome or valued as customers, and it was clear that we were an afterthought. We were told we had to eat outside and there were multiple empty tables inside, but we agreed to eat outside (even though it is Florida in June), the only staff member to even acknowledge us was the server running food to the lounge across the way! I would not recommend eating here. Specific areas for improvement: Slow service Unfriendly and unhelpful staff Poor communication Lack of attention to detail (we had to ask multiple times for simple requests- salt, steak knife, napkin, etc.)

The environment was very clean and well decorated and very welcoming. The doors being opened and the host knowing where to seat me was an incredibly classy touch. This place screams sophistication and elegance. The kitchen was open and very clean. I recommend across the board to anyone wanting to go to a nice upscale restaurant. You will not be disappointed. And the food is out of this world.

We met up with old friends for dinner. Nice atmosphere. But that’s where it ended. We had the calamari which was just average nothing special. The French onion soup was just ok. No big flavor. Canned soup has more flavor. Then the grouper was tuff. Had to be sent back. I ordered my filet rare, Pittsburgh style. It came to the table with no char at all and must have sat around for a bit before being plated. The butter on top didn’t even melt the meat was that cold. I would have sent it back as well but as we were eating with others. I was too embarrassed to send both dishes back. $200 for that was a big waste of money.

We stayed at the Brownwood Resort at the Villages for 2 nights and all 3 experiences at the WP restaurant were similar: poor service, lackadaisical attitude from the serving staff and attention to detail in the simplest things like putting silverware out when you sit down. The restaurant was busy the last night, and our drink order took forever, no one in our party of 6 had silverware when the appetizers came out and took several attempts to get, and one of our appetizers had uncooked pita bread/dough. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, the manager came over and said that they would just replace the pita with new. She seemed very annoyed that we complained and didn’t offer to make a new dish (it was hummus so it wouldn’t have been hard) or comp that appetizer off the bill. Dirty plates stayed on the table for at least 30 minutes while we waited for our check. For the price and the fact that it is associated with the resort, I expected better service and better food quality. The icing on the entire experience was when the bartender served me a cucumber martini, and I got to the bottom of the drink before I realized there was a pool of chocolate from what I presumed to be another drink that someone finished - deducing that I drank out of a dirty glass. I told the bartender and she said she would make me another (which I didn’t want as I was so disgusted) and didn’t offer to comp that drink and just shrugged it off. For a $15 drink and just being gross, I just wanted more concern and maybe an apology. I do not recommend this place unless they do an overhaul in their management team but unfortunately there are not many other options around the Villages if you’re staying at the hotel.

A delightful dinner spot in The Villages. The food and service were excellent! While we enjoyed our meal, we’d love to see more vegan options on the menu. They currently have one off-menu vegan dish, which was very good. Given Wolfgang Puck’s reputation for vegan cuisine, we expected more options.

As a former restaurant employee I'm hesitant to be critical of service, yet this was so far out of reasonable it earns note. We were seated at 1:00pm and 30 minute's later our order was taken. Took 15 minutes for drink s to arrive. Saw a great looking Bloody Mary at the adjacent table. Two of us ordered them. Check the photos. First one was plain. Our server, Oscar told us there are two types Ultimate and regular but only after he was asked. Ordered food that took 45 minutes to arrive. Place was not busy. Looked like one food runner for the entire place. So let's talk about the drinks and food. We were seated during in the brunch window so menu was initially limited to brunch and a couple of mains. My group ordered the WP burger, Turkey avocado sandwich, mushroom omlette, French toast and sauasge pizza (add mushrooms). See photos. Pizza was warm and clearly over sat under the warming lights. Where's the shrooms? OK really good were the red potatoes.

The 3 hour meal … like Gilligan’s tour, it was a disaster. We were a party of 6 ~ my friend and l and 2 couples who live in the Villages. What went wrong ~ 1) It took 20 min to get the first round of drinks . 2) lt took a long time to get our dinners … how long ?! Well .. several tables around us that came in after us , were served first and left. 3) One of the people at our table didn’t get their meal with the rest of us , and we had to call the waiter over. I saw him checking the computer and running up to the kitchen . 15 minutes later with no explanation the meal came ~(we think he didn’t put the order through)… No apology.. to make matters worse he started clearing the plates later bf my friend was even done eating. I asked him to stop clearing the plates bc she got her dinner later .. then added .., you remember don’t you ?! 3) Another person at our table ordered a second glass of wine that never came . When she mentioned it to the waiter he said that he would take it off her bill . How could he bill and not have brought it out ?!!! 4) The manager came over to speak to us in the now empty dining room , after another waitress said that she would send her over. (It was 9:30 and we were seated at 6:30) We told her how bad the service was and she said that she did notice that we have been there a long time….( If she did notice us … then why didn’t she come over to our table in an empty dining room and ask us how things are going or how we liked our meal ? ) Then she asked us how she could make it right ( shouldn’t she know ? This is not Let’s Make a Deal!!) She should immediately know how to comp ) The Manager offered us free drinks (or dessert)on our next visit . ~NOT HAPPENING!!! Finally she said she would take the late dinner and someone’s drinks off the check . 5) Speaking of the check , we had to wait about 10 minutes for that as well as the waiter walked in and out of the room , never apologizing or explaining what went wrong . If you want to eat here , l suggest the bar at The Brownwood Hotel , one of the couples at our table , has eaten there and said that it was the same food sent over from the restaurant. Corporate headquarters needs to send in a training team for these rookies… as well as the management!!! It has been several days since l posted this review and no response from owner / manager ~ the lack of response, no apologies, is all that l need to know . Update , l will not be reaching out to Chris . Thank you for finally getting back to me . I will be back to the Brownwood , but have no desire to return to the WP restaurant.

Easter dinner at 1 pm was so disappointing! I never write a bad review but…. We had reservation for 1:15. We get there at 1:05 for party of 4.since everyone in our party was not there yet they ask us to wait for 10 minutes. Well 20 minutes later a couple comes in and they seat them right away. They had no reservations. Five minutes later they ended up seating the two of us. We waited 5 minutes for drink order. Our waiter ask us twice what we were drinking (2drinks) Did I mention it was very few people in there! The waiter came back a third time to ask what kind of beer I order. My daughter and her husband with new born was only 15 min late (1:30) She came right after we order our drinks. Then we waited another 10 minutes to place their drink order. Another 15 min for food order. Well long story short our food came out cold not hot. Two of the dinners were cold. It was a disaster! The manager took the cold dinners (2) off the bill brought us a cake to make up for it! It going to take me awhile to come back iI do!! My draft beer was $ 7 x2. I ask him about the two beer at $14. He grumble and said bottle beer is $5! We went to blue fin and had awesome service and hot food! They were packed! Beer was $4!

Tried dinner here on a Friday night. Since in florida. This has got to be one of my worst experiences on dining. From the service to the food. Don't be fooled when you walk in. The setting, ambiance is nice. Good feel but it ends there. It took forever to get any kind of service. Finally when we did, well it went further down hill. Server took our oder. We had six at the table. 4 of us had non alcoholic beverage, 2 had just bottled water and 1 had a cocktail. Took over 20 minutes for our non alcoholic beverages to come. ( Arnold Palmers. Ice tea and lemonade) then second course of bottled water were served another 10 minutes or so and the one who ordered the alcohol beverage. Well it never showed. Had to ask 2 times for it. I ordered crab cakes, N Y. Steak. Rest of the party ordered dinner salads, couple apps, Woodfield pizza. Food came out staggered. We recieved our dishes at different times. Not really being able to eat together. My steak, well it was cold and i ordered it with a port demi sauce. The quality of the meal was terrible. 50 bucks for the New York and it came with no starch, no veg, and no technical plating at all. I will never return and I can tell you. It is not worth the money. It's lipstick on a pig. I enjoyed the company of friends. Do yourself a favor, save your money! Avoid avoid!! Poor quality food and worst service I have experienced in florida yet!!!

Went with friends on a Tuesday night and the service team was amazing. Our server Lori was charming and attentive and we got our food brought to us by the sous chef. Everyone was pleased with their dish and the two that got dessert enjoyed the creme brûlée. The manager stopped by our table to check on us and Lori never let our beverages run low. I plan to return very soon!

Met my Sister/friend for lunch as The Villages is at a halfway meetup point from our homes. Kacey was the team member who guided us through our experience with patience. A chill came in. She turned off the fan over our table. It began to rain, she assisted in movin us further inside near the long fireplace and turned the fire on. She was very informed on the menus and gave her opinion based on our questions, which was excellent. Kacey is definitely great for the WGP brand. The food was well prepared. I'm sure WGP sets a standard, which was met. We will return. I hope Kacey is blessed in life as she blessed us with great service.

This place is a MUST VISIT. Kelly makes absolutely perfect strawberry mojitos, and that is no exaggeration. This is one of the best restaurants in The Villages, and I say that without any hesitation. Kelly's strawberry mojitos paired with their delicious Wild Mushroom Flatbread is as close perfection as I've experienced in this area. 5 stars doesn't do it justice. Cheers!

We are bar people, anytime we can opt for the bar we are there. We sat at the bar today Jackie n Joe were working behind the bar. Excellent service, efficient but not pushy. Friendly ? Absolutely. Food: we had spicy chicken lettuce wraps, bacon wrapped meatloaf and fennel sausage pizza. Everything was delicious and well seasoned. We opted for house wine on HH. Do not let the “stiffness” of the people (host:hostess) who seat you deter you. It was a great experience.

Well expected a lot from a restaurant that carries the name Wolfgang puck. I ordered 6oz Fllet mignon (medium well done.) Asparagus and mashed potatoes. I asked for cutlery. I get a knife and fork. Tried to cut the steak. Unable to!! ask for a steak knife. Get one that one buys in Walmart. So hungry did not want to complain. steak had so much fat and was medium rare remember I ordered (medium well done) Did not want to complain. The bill comes and Asparagus in on there. Question the waitress and she takes off the Asparagus. However by now GManager Nicole gets involved and apologies. Too late for any recovery. Suggest get real steak knives and make sure when the steak is delivered with a steak knife on the plate ( Outback does) Get the waitress to deliver the food and not some 3rd party individual who has no idea of what was ordered. I will make a point of going back to see if anything has changed. I left the waitress a big tip because I know it comes out of her minimum wage.

lovely outside garden location, service staff were short handed and struggling, food was ok, but not great, thin smear of avocado on the avocado-smash - not enough to detect avocado so really not worth the 5** price. I'll try other places before returning to this location - there are tons of garden options in the Villages so Wolfgang could do better.

When we came to The Villages twice, looking for a home, we stayed at The Brownwood and spent a lot of time at Wolfgang’s. We love it. We love the friendly staff, the delicious food, the wine and the fact that they love and accept our service dog because he is the real deal. In fact, now that we live here, we are headed there tonight for an exotic mushroom pizza, with Wolfgang’s signature bottle of wine. It just doesn’t get any better.

Mixed Reviews. Service was a little slow w/ 1 glass of wine and one beer but genuine and kind and accommodating. We ordered fillet mignon 6 Oz and bacon wrapped meatloaf w/ a side of asparagus and spaghetti for our daughter. Somehow, most of the asparagus came out charred and meatloaf was delish but the stack of onion rings atop were pulled from the fridge (hyperbole perhaps). But cold. My wife's steak was rare and not medium and was bleeding out in front of server, whom was very apologetic. (She was great and brought out more asparagus that were amazing and the medium cooked steak. Weird part was I was seated 6 feet behind master chef listening to his interactions, supervising the monitor board but there was no quality control on cooking just on presentation and timing. In the end, the service was pretty good (we tipped well) but the fully staffed kitchen's food quality control was lacking. We would have preferred waiting a little longer to get the food cooked right. We'll try Wolfgang Puck again next time we're in the Villages.

Had a special Birthday Party for my aunt yesterday - 30+ guests and Kelly our amazing server saw to it that everyone was served promptly and felt cared for. Our Select Catering Menu was great; selections varied and on point. Chris Giannone managed the event beautifully and Nicole Allegra (General Manager) did a beautiful job while we were in the planning stage. Five star experience all around!

What a great dining experience. I had dinner tonight with a friend. We started with the bread, which was warm, crusty and perfect. Served with oil and balsamic vinegar was a great way to start. We then shared a margherita pizza and rigatoni Alfredo. Both were excellent. Our server, Oscar was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and just the right amount of attention. Our only negative comment was that the lights in the dining room were too bright. It would have been nice to have a less light for a warmer atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

The crab cakes are Amazing !! And the basil sauce is perfectly paired with it.. yum 😋 we both ordered this. With beverages.. the appetizer is about $18 per person small crab cakes but I ate 2 and was full.. I highly recommend. Delicious 😋 and probably the best around here. 😉😁 Love the Bartender's they are Great.

Some of the food was ok. The service was good. My sister in law’s fish was over cooked I told her to mention that but she chose not to. My food was ok but not the best. I don’t think we will go again.

Very disappointing...margarita pizza was all crust, hardly any cheese or basil, cooked tomatoes were overpowering. The chef came out and was so gracious and wonderful and wanted to make it right. I ordered the mushroom pizza...it had more flavor but again...great crust but hardly any cheese. Not much to it. I dumped toppings from several slices onto other slices to get more out of each piece. Again, just didnot enjoy ir. The mohito was not well balanced...too much carbonation to sweetness and was not enjoyable. My 2 friends were happy with their dishes one of which was the halibut...she said best ever. The service and chef were amazing...they tried hard, had a great attitude and bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Really enjoyed eating outside on the patio. Delightful. Sorry the pizza didn't do it for me.

We had such an amazing experience tonight at Wolfgang Puck. Our server Erica was incredible. She was so knowledgeable and knew the menu extensively. Bacon wrapped meatloaf was dry and tasteless and the schnitzel was the same. I figured meatloaf was a good choice, hard to screw it up, especially wrapped in bacon. Too dry with no gravy or sauce.The calamari on the happy hour menu was very good.

Hands down the best meal I have had dining out in a long time. The wait staff is professional and knows what they are doing. Very beautiful dining area. Plenty of staff so no one was being rushed. The place was also spotless. Nicole the manager stopped by to check on us. Very friendly and well spoken. Dressed appropriately for her job. I hate seeing managers run around in shorts and a T-shirt. Wish I could give my dining experience last night more stars.

Not sure if this was typical for a Wednesday night, but had reservations at 6:30. Was seated promptly. Ordered a bottle of wine that finally arrived at 7:10 food arrived at 8:20. Didn’t seem super busy, but have to say I was disappointed for my 1st time there . Food was ok , didn’t match the price, but since it took so long , we were already tainted. Have not decided if I want to try them again.

Reserved dinner table for 8 at 6 PM. Ordered 3 bottles of Wolfgang Puck Cabernet. After 30 minutes went by we were in formed there was only one bottle available. We then ordered two different bottles. At 6:50 our wine was served. We ordered dinner. Another 30 minutes went by and the two order of soups were delivered. They were cold. Soups sent back. Soups were returned and no better than the first time. Dinner finally started arriving at 8:10. Two orders of salad were miserable. Cold and soggy. My pork chops were outstanding. A manager finally came by to see how things were. We explained how bad the evening has been so far. Her explanation was the kitchen was overwhelmed and left. Two of our guests had never been there before. It was a birthday dinner for two of us. There are other options where to dine in the area. These options will be explored. Overall a terrible dining experience. The place was not busy. They just lost a customer.

All-around great place for a casual cocktail, wine or beer with delicious appetizers. Lettuce wraps and calamari are the best I've had in a long time. The dinner menu provides you with wonderful choices. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff were helpful and friendly. It is a bit pricey, but the quality and quantity of food make it worth it.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic. It is nicely lit while playing today's top hits. We arrived at 8pm on Friday. The hostess was very nice and professional. Our server, Lisa, took care of us very well. My date and I shared a salad, but it lacked dressing and it was warm. We weren't going to fuss as it was the end of the evening. Our entrees took well over 30 minutes, but everything was delicious and hot. I enjoyed the wild mushroom pizza with an espresso martini and my date enjoyed their Hong Kong Salmon entree. Lisa went above and beyond with my date's diet restrictions and our to-go order. They enjoyed the meatloaf entree. We will consider visiting at a much earlier timeframe and possibly improve this rating.

Stay at the hotel attached to Wolfgang Puck often for business travel. Always look forward to eating here. Things have gone down hill. Here is medium well burger I ordered with no bun and no fries. The hotel tried to take it back for me, but they had closed the kitchen. They also charged me double, I ordered a $17 burger and asked for a side salad, no fries, so they added the fries and an entire salad entree and charged me for both. The burger is raw almost. I stayed here less than a week a go and the Caesar salad with shrimp only came with three shrimp. They used to add more. I had to pay for more shrimp to make the meal complete.

Dissapointing... The food was excellent, it's too bad the service was horrible. We had no silverware, waited 15 minutes for water and a coke, never saw our waitress until dinner was done (the chef delivered it and got our silverware for us) and then asked if we wanted dessert and never came back to take our order. Meanwhile she took very good care of her indoor guests (we were seated on the patio). My husband finally went inside and asked for our bill and the waitress who referred to us as "My friend" even though we had only seen her 3 times all evening, said she would send over her manager to receive the complaint. I would have hoped she would have atleast apologized and admitted our table was more than slightly neglected. Instead she copped an attitude and turned her back to us. The Manager was apologetic which we appreciated and we left a tip for the waitress, although unearned, i understand people have bills to pay. I can handle bad service but when a person can't accept that they didn't meet the expectations set by the name on the door, they should apologize sincerely and expect better from themselves.

My wife and I brought my mother here who was visiting from Maryland. I really wanted to take her somewhere fancy and a place that she could brag about going to. Well that's not going to happen unfortunately. Sorry if this is long but from start to finish things weren't good. I ordered bread to start with which I was actually disappointed in that I had to pay for. Most places I've ever went to give you bread. Anyway it didn't matter cause they didn't have any (it's after 12 noon btw). So waitress suggest other items and says she'll be back. So about 10 minutes go by and she comes back and asks if we're ready to order. So we order the Messe along with our meals. My mother orders the Smoked Turkey & Avocado Sandwich. When her order comes she receives a BLT. We called the waitress over and after a discussion of what happened they realized she was given another tables order. Now onto my pork snitzel which started off that they did not have the potato salad but asked if the mashed potatoes could be substituted. So the meal comes out the pork is awesome then I take a bite of the potatoes. Omg the amount of salt in them was horrible. My wife and mother both tried and agreed they were unedible. The manager stopped at that point and asked how things were and I said so far not to good. We explained about the food mix up then I stated how salty the potatoes were. She apologized and said they now had the potatoe salad and said they would bring that out. She also said dessert was on her. So here comes the next disappointment (potato salad) I take a bite and choke on the amount of vinegar. My wife thought I was joking and she took a bite and immediately spit it in the napkin and said that was inedible. At that point we asked for the check and cookies to go. Well they didn't disappoint us at all they were just as bad as some of the other things, they were very dry and not even worth being free. So while all of this is happening my wife asks where the restroom is and they tell her it's broke that she will have to go over to the next building. Really?? How can such a big name restaurant have all these issues?? Is this really a good representation of a Wolfgang Puck establishment?? Needless to say my mother isn't bragging positively about this at all and neither are we. I can actually say this experience was not worth the $130 I spent on lunch. I hope things aren't like this all the time, if so, Wolfgang won't last.
