I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service, no room service, the lack of cleanliness (there were popped balloons on the floor and opened salt packets). We stayed in the presidential suite, I expected a little more than that for paying that much for a room…

Overall a nice spot but hospitality could use some work. I expected casino food to be good…Spent $50 on two cheeseburgers, fries, and sodas at Orchid Kitchen inside. Took 40 minutes to get the food and I was met with attitude by the lady who got my drinks. Won’t be coming back to a Live! Casino because of this.

This place is an interesting mix of extreme capitalism and soiled desperation. The food is overpriced, pretentious, and isn't as good as the many other locations within crawling distance. However, it would be a wonderful setting for a zombie pandemic. Not a movie about one, but an actual zombie pandemic.

As a wedding photographer, I had the pleasure of capturing a wedding at Live! Casino in Maryland, and I can't say enough good things about this venue. The space is impressively large, offering plenty of room for both the ceremony and reception, and the design allows for so many creative photo opportunities.The staff was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. I like it better than the horseshoe. It's much easier to get to and the atmosphere is just a little bit more electric.

Had a great conference here, but the area is awful for pedestrians. Live! Needs to spend some time with the county to develop a better system. I don’t gamble since it’s a sign of the devil and his evil ways of addiction.

I definitely didn't like the guy, at the front, to go through my clear purse. He even opened my eye glass case. I've been to many casinos, and they never did that!!! HE WAS RUDE!!!!

No 1. microwave, 2. no coffee, 3. no tea, 3. no tub, 4. no continental breakfast. 5. No Swimming pool, 6. Not enough towels in bathroom 7. Disappointing stay. Front desk called twice within ten min of checkout time to clear the room

I like the atmosphere it works for me. The idea of having a casino attached to a mall and great restaurants how awesome is that...you win you can go shop and come back and play some more. Customer service is cool from the time you come through the door nothing but positive vibes. I have choices because there are 2 other casinos near by but I choose Live because it lives up to its name. IT'S ALL THE WAY LIVE!

This casino is a lot different from the casinos in Vegas. On Friday nights they only have tables that allow you to bet $15 or $25. They only allow a certain amount of games on a table roughly an hour before they are closing the table down and making everyone go find another table that is opened which is more than likely full. Some dealers are nice while others are very rude and prude, there aren’t many people walking around asking if you want drinks. The cashiers window is very confusing based on the signage and lack of communication from staff.

Seems lit. I don't really Gamble with my own money. But blackjack and slots looked fine. Went to see a comedy show at the live Hall. Fantastic show and great seats.

How awful. Service is the worst I have seen. Went to go to a show at Live Hall. Absolutely no signage as to how to get there. Watched four young ladies refused entry because they were under 21. Why does that matter? Because they insist you walk the floor of the casino to enter the concert hall. Not because of the show. But they can buy tickets so they are more than willing to basically steal money because the ticket office is beyond their reach. Restrict purse size with no warning on tickets. No reason why. No cooperation just rudeness from the staff, who lied about where the entrance is. Won’t ever see me again. Would rate a zero. Unsafe outside because of lack of sidewalks

The hotel is quaint. I recently visited for a work conference. Location is great in the heart of shopping and dinning if you don’t want to pay for the expensive hotel casino food. I had one issue, the room. The shower wasn’t clean- there was hair in the shower on the walls and floor of the shower. I had to ask for additional hand towels because one had eyelashes attached to it and the other wasn’t clean. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed before I arrived because there were tags from clothing on the floor. The chair was nasty as if a child sat in the chair and smeared something on the arm. The TV channel selection was horrible.

Came here for the first time to play a poker tournament from upstate NY. Great lil casino. Love the poker room - has 2 floors. Super comfy chairs. Great tournament structure s.

We went to dinner at The Prime, I like to reach out to our host and was hoping to have part of our dinner comped, but never heard anything! This has happened twice to us, we spend (lose) thousands of dollars in the casino. We only go to this casino because it is close to home. When we go to Bally's they give us a room and comp both of our meals and breakfast as well. So, if you don't mind a ride to Delaware, it is well worth it!

Terrible payouts! Seems like they don’t want people from out of town and/or people who bet higher than a few dollars to win! absurd! I tried over 8 games, spent 1800$ and hit 3 bonuses that barely paid 100$! ridiculous! i don't see myself visiting again especially after spending about 2 hours and not hearing any jackpots or anybody cheering! Save me the 28billions in jackpot and actually tell me how much people play before hitting anything! LoL

This is an over priced under serviced property. This casino is connected to a mall. If you stay at the property and get any to go items to your room, they won’t let you take it through the casino floor, even if you just taking it to your room. The staff is untrained and they are just doing whatever comes to their mind in the moment. This is the second time I have stayed at a Live casino and this is definitely the worst of them

People do hit jackpots here. Whenever I'm there, I here at least 5 or 6 announcements of jackpots. It is a fun place. They have entertainment, sports bars, casino promotions and lots of slot machines. The only criticism I have is that there are not enough keno machines. Video poker and keno are my games. Still I Iike Live Casino better than MGM. It is friendlier, less crowded, nicer crowd and more promotions.

Parking lot to the doors of the casino feels like a 10 minute walk. Too far, didn't like it myself. Poker room is split in half too many stars, felt like a weird layout and everything else was just a normal casino.

this casino does not give prizes in the slot machines before if it was a pleasure to play but today only to lose money when you go there. no chance to win. other casinos in the area have better jackpots and the machines aren't too bad for winning.

I was in this place for an exhibition at their banquet hall which was well organised. The ambience was great and the exhibition was awesome.

It is one of the most beautiful casinos I have ever seen, everything is very clean, there are plenty of places to eat.

The place is busy. Finding a parking spot will be q challenge. The garage is always an option. Watch for pedestrians.

Always a plus when your winning

Live has gotten so stingy over the past few years where it's almost impossible to win on slots and the payouts are quite low. They really don't value their Chairman players...My freeplay bonuses have been cut every month over the past few years, even though I am spending alot more money. I hit the annual Chairman qualifying in the first 3-4 months of the year. Each time I inquire I am told that I am getting what I am supposed to. I don't see how that makes sense. Several top spenders that I know have stopped coming and I am cutting back my frequency as well. There are some really nice staff members, like my host and a few slot attendants, Servers, cashiers, security personnel and supervisors who make my experience enjoyable...and they are the main reasons why I have kept going for so long. Most days I am frustrated when I leave. I used to carry all my friends and family whenever we were going out, but not so much anymore because they all complain that they don't win and I feel bad. LIVE you have to do better, you can't be so greedy.

This casino exceeded my expectations. There were many games to choose from. Although I didn’t hit the jackpot on any games I had a great time. Parking was a breeze. Overall cleanliness for the hotel was top tier.

Played Max $8.00 a spin for at least an hour, won free play 21 spins, payout after all those spins $300. I felt awful. Yet I didn't complain, win some lose a lot win playing slot games there. Also I could not find a "Tarzan Slot Machine" anywhere.

I was at 3 card poker yesterday night which I usually go and play at live I like this place but yesterday on 3 card poker table a dealer named joon was very rude specifically with me I exchanged $200 for red $5 chips still he gave me $25 green chips I told him three times I want $5 chips but he ignored . Next hand I gave him green chips to exchange for red he was angry at me saying you should have asked before . This gay needs some vacation . Live has some very good dealers please look in to this because of one dealer you don’t want to ruin your name.

I was sooo amazed with the atmosphere and how easily I was able to access my tickets for the Boxing 🥊 Match, which is why my daughter and I where there. Baby and I had an amazing time! It's quaint. It was pretty empty. We stayed for 4 nights. The food choices aren't the best. If you just wanna gamble and nor be bothered, during the week isthe best time to go. The rooms are cool.

I went to go play cross cross poker today at 1030. Older white gentlemen with a mask had a poor attitude. Never got to sit down at the table since he mumbled when I asked if he was going to be having people play soon … So, needless to say if Im going to spend money I will enjoy it and this wasn't it. Also had tried to go to Davids before where the restaurant was barren and it had an extremely long wait since they weren't "prepared." The quick food option has a screen with order numbers we were following but they don't update instead choosing to yell out numbers randomly, why not use the screen if its there. In short, this property has gone downhill. Each and every visit there is an issue or something weird. The gambling market is too competitive for all of this .

I am not sure if they have rooms but there are hotels within walking distance.

I was in town visiting friends, and I stopped in to have some fun. I wanted to play blackjack and poker, but because of time restrains, I only played slot. It was a nice time!

This hotel is nice. If you are looking for a nice, comfortable sleep with some shopping next door then this is a good place. Food in restaurants were very good. Casino not so much. Machines are old..need some updating, not the place to gamble. It was ok. Nothing to make me say, I have to go back there.

Our family stayed here for a weekend wedding and we really enjoyed our stay. Great customer service and the onsite restaurant David’s has great food. We didn’t give it 5 stars due to not so great customer service interaction at David’s and the front desk held onto an additional fee after holding onto to the initial fee. Overall, a good stay and would definitely recommend.

-The host by the name of “Jayden” (Asian/Chinese man so pretty sure this isn’t his actual name) is so rude. Zero customer service skills. -the host Simone also lacks customer service. I stood at the podium for over 10 minutes and she was so invested in the computer she didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there. The hotel is overall great. The food is also pretty good (in the casino and outside surrounding area). The cons- the hotel has no amenities such as an indoor pool, no complimentary breakfast, no microwave, and they charge your card a extra amount (hold) for “incidental charges” at check in that are not released until up to 25 days after check out. We checked out a week ago and the charge/hold is still pending. The casino is okay, really has gone down. Be prepared to lose. Compared to “other” surrounding casinos, the dealers are WAY friendlier.

I fully recommend this hotel. It's clean & the staff is courteous. There are a lot of attractions nearby. The Arundel Mills mall is a walk through the casino. There are a variety of restaurants close by.

What is NOT to like about Maryland Live! with the exception that the need more vegan/plant-based menu options at their eateries. I'm a casual casino gamer. I play craps, blackjack, and certain slot games. I've, also, attended two Restaurant Association of Maryland Galas (2022 & 2024) that were amazing and I'm not just saying that because I'm the Board Chair. 😂 I have yet to experience an overnight stay at the hotel. Maybe soon! We're going to a concert there later this year. PLUS, Arundel Mills Mall is just steps away and I love going there to shop and get my nails done at Nexus Nails.

Overall, the casino was nice. However, the Pepsis were very disappointing. They were not good at all. Tasted flat.

This place continues to be a neighborhood gem. There is plenty of parking lot parking as well as free garage parking. Clean premises, well lit. Kind and helpful staff by telephone and on site. I've visited for different reasons in the past 10+ years as needed. Great food, restaurant options, sports bar, etc. I am not a gambler, but I do enjoy this environment w friends and family. I love the lights, energy, entertainment, and food options. Most recently, I visited the Hotel Gift Shop to grab tickets for a show at The Hall, and I had a great experience w Marc (Harris, I think??). He was very kind, patient, and helpful as I navigated through picking out concert seats. Very efficient. It's experiences and employees like this that keep me returning to this casino to indulge in ongoing positive experiences. I'll be back soon MD Live Casino !!

This casino is in walking distance to EVERY thing you need while on vacation! There's a movie theater, a mall for shopping, various restaurants, and even the Medieval Times theater. The hotel rooms are beautiful and very quiet. Me and my husband had a great time!!

My husband and i went on 4th July. We had an awesome time!!! So many games to choose from and customer service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful!!! The drink specialist on the floor was always and willing to provide a beverage!!! At MGM, you have to run after the people who work the floor!!! When they see you, they run!!! Sad. I have seen elderly trying to get the attendant attention and they just keep walking!!!! Rosie in VA is no better, the attendants are awesome but they have limited slots so there always a situation that requires security to intervene. In addition, I feel they read cards because a certain groups of people win the large jackpot, playing the minimum. At live, I saw all people winning... equal opportunity!!!! Luv the casino. We will be back!!!

Went for the jackpot winner event I didn't win anything from that but won money from the casino. Also they gave me $150 dining credit for my birthday I got chocolate mousse, pasta, smash burger, filet mignon, Crab cakes and 2 blood orange flying dog IPA.

One of the best casinos I have visited. Lots of parking space. I love the atmosphere and the good ambiance! The staff was very friendly. The slot attendant kinna especially was very helpful. She was patient in explaining all the questions I had and fixed my machine when it started to malfunction. I appreciated that. I also walked out of live casino a jackpot winner. I will definitely be back to play again. Had an amazing time.

Overall the hotel was decent. We were in town for a wedding in April. The reason for the bad rating is: We had a maintenance issue overnight in which what apparently is a Smoking detector that is built into the outlet, started making an obnoxious noise in the middle of the night. We called maintenance. They came up and messed around for a couple of minutes and then said they needed to go talk to their supervisor to figure out what to do about it. They determined they couldn't fix the problem and moved us to a new room in the middle of the night. This isn't what is bad though, just unfortunate. We were told that we would be contacted by hotel representatives to talk about the issue and make it right. They never contacted us. We followed up and were just given the run around multiple times. So here it is, the 1-star rating that they earned.

The slot machines don’t pay, seems like they’ve programmed their slots for low payouts and rarely any bonus games. Also, the Asian restaurant next to the slot machines and tables is very overpriced with small portions.

The rooms were nice, but despite giving specific times for checkin, my room was not ready when I arrived and was not ready for 3 hours, which was 4 hours after checkin time began.
