Met a friend after work for some coffee. We were taken care of very quickly. The coffee was really good. I had not planned to get a second cup since it was late afternoon. I couldn’t help myself. I got a second cup andI didn’t regret it. I’ll be going back soon.

This coffee was pretty good with a decent flavor. I got the strawberry shortcake. I also got a cold brew chocolate muffin and it was ok but a little bit dry. Service was fast and it was a chill environment. It looked like it would be a nice place to study. I would definitely come back and try other options.

The blueberry muffin changed my life. It may be the pregnancy hormones talking but that delicious muffin could make any bad day turn incredible. I got the last one in the display, was fully prepared to buy the rest of the stock.

Post Tallahassee tornado, power outages all over the city. While few places open, Lucky Goat open for coffee. YAY! Long line expected but, in spite of this, great staff with smiles and great coffee and tea!! Highly recommended!!

I traveled to Tallahassee from South Florida for a football tournament. While here, I did a quick search online to fulfill my daily espresso intake and because of the lucky goat reviews, I drove approximately 4 miles further than Starbucks to get here and let me tell you it was well worth it service, atmosphere cold brew, and espresso was all a five star experience highly recommended!

I opened a small retail store and wanted to carry a quality line of coffee for my customers. I called the Lucky Goat Coffee company and was directed to Ian Sadler. We met and he gave me a tour of the facility where the magic happens. It was amazing to see the process of the beans being roasted to the finest perfection so I decided that this was the product that I needed for my store. I have done very well as my customers always come back for more. Ean was awesome at explaining the coffee making process. I have made several orders and the customer service is just as awesome as the product itself. I hope to be doing business with this company for as long as they will have me.

I go for the coffee, not the lattes, etc. not as pricey. IMO Snowflake crunch should be sold year round - it's that good! Love southern pecan and crème brûlée as well. I keep whole beans stocked at home - buying in five pound bags. So yummy!

Super cute shop! Coffee was ok but VERY over priced. $7 for coffee when I can make it at home is just laughable. I probably will only be back if I am in urgent need of coffee because I can't justify the price of their latte.

We have enjoyed Lucky goat coffee for couple of years now and wanted to share this with our friends as a Christmas gift. We ordered a combination of coffee blends and had them delivered to our friend’s house unaware they recently moved. However, thanks to Taylor and Lucky goat they made it possible to not only deliver a second package to the new location but also in time before the holidays! This is truly above and beyond customer care making all the difference and makes feel treated as family!

Great coffee, nice folks, killer pastry.

Been to several others coffee places around Tallahassee and wanted to try this one. The coffee is great and well balanced. The latte is a great 12oz size. The service was not the friendliest, but maybe the person was having an off day. You have to tell them you want the coffee in a mug if you plan to stay and have the coffee there. That seemed odd to me (the more customer friendly thing would be for the barista to ask the customer). The tables were a bit dirty and the view from the front is of a jail. Will try another location.

The coffee is great and they have a lot of options. The staff are really nice and knowledgeable and add to the chill atmosphere. Great place to chill with someone or do some work.

Luck Goat Coffee A local Tallahassee Roaster You could do worse, in fact Starbucks and Burger King actually have much worse coffee. The thing is, I used to have my own coffee roasting company. I appreciate a good cup of coffee. I also appreciate what it takes to be a successful small retail business. I have been working in the Tallahassee area for over two years, but we just this week moved to town. My wife and I were out getting odds and ends for our new home. I was getting pretty tired and suggested we treat ourselves to this local establishment. We ordered an iced coffee (her) and a small black coffee (me), a blueberry muffin, (me) and a pumpkin muffin (her). As I ordered my “small black coffee”, I noticed a sign promoting single origin coffee, reading through the list, I decided on the Guatemalan medium roast, which, from my experience is a really nice coffee. Because it was a single source, my $2.50, 12 oz coffee went to $4.50. I probably wouldn’t do that every day, but every once in a while, another $2 for something special is worth it. With a 15% tip, our two drinks and two muffins, to go was right at $20.00. Again, a little pricey, but something special, not out of line. When I switch to the single origin, the cashier says, it takes about 3 minutes for your single origin. I said OK. We paid, they made my wife’s cold coffee, served it to her, then got our muffins, boxed them and handed them over the counter. I am waiting for my coffee, and the cashier points to the far end of the counter and tells me my coffee will be served down there. I walk over to the place she pointed, and another young women starts to make my coffee. She turns around, now at least 5 minutes after the order has been paid for and says, you know its going to take three minutes? I said “from now?” she says , no, I am just about to start brewing it, and she does, and about 5 minutes later, I am served my coffee. I told her the cashier needs to tell customers it will be 10 minutes (which it was), not 3 minutes. She smiles and walks away. We get in our car, and start eating and drinking our coffee and muffins. The blueberry muffin is very good, the pumpkin is almost edible, my wife eats about half of it and throws the rest away. Her iced coffee was not quite as good as Dunkin, but better than Starbucks. My black coffee is almost as good as the typical McDonalds coffee. Not quite. I drank about 2/3rds of it and realized I was not enjoying it at all. I have paid $6 for a good cup of coffee. I usually pay about $2.00 for a drinkable cup. The ambience says “We are trying really hard to be a great little coffee shop” maybe a little pretentious, but also a little cute. Too bad the coffee is mediocre at gourmet prices, and the pastries are uneven. There appears to be a couple more local roasters. I am hoping they will be a better fit. Obviously, Lucky Goat has a following, and I hope they do well. They are better than Starbucks, but, to me, they are not the coffee house they are aiming for. I would rather have better coffee and either no pastries or consistently good pastries, in a shack, but I guess some people are happy with Lucky Goat, good for them. I cant see me going back.

All I can say about this place is it is perfect for coffee lovers. Just go and see. I do believe you will not be disappointed.

Well I walked in Sunday afternoon and it was packed but it seemed as if I walked into a twilight zone. Customers were not to friendly because people that were standing started walking away and I paid it no mind but I didn't expect that treatment to come from the cashier. She is very young but she refused to acknowledge that I was waiting to order. So I walked closer to the counter and she walked away. The taller female that was making the drinks had to come and take my order while the other girl stood next to the espresso machine. As soon as another customer came in the short girl stepped up to the counter, I asked her a question about the transaction and all she would say is that my drinks will be ready in a minute as if she wanted me to get away from her. I came there once because it seemed to be a cool place but that particular Sunday was racially strange 🤔 I was very uncomfortable and I don't want to spend money at a place where I am going to be judged because of my skin color.

Really nice baristas and also they played the monsters inc. intro music and I love that!

(Day 2 update) I was told today that corporate changed what the points could be used for, to make it easier for them to keep track of their finances, Thanks again corporations.....///6/6/23 We gonna talk about how my 1000 points saved up can't be used towards the same coffee I get everyday?! Thanks. Will update review when resolved.

A party can't be all bad when you have goats." -Mary Jane Hathaway Opening right on time and I know this because I was here just beforehand and a couple of others were also (im)patiently waiting for their caffeine fix. I let those with a stronger addiction go and took the time to secure the best seat in the house and set up my laptop. With my cortado in hand, it was two hours of pounding away at emails until I was caught up enough to try driving for an hour. This was a great space to spend on a laptop or studying. The coffee was excellent, the seating is comfortable (they also have an outside patio that has power outlets nearby) and the wifi works well. Five stars for Lucky Goat. Note: There are no goats at Lucky Goat Coffee.

Love supporting a local business. Lucky 7 coffee beans are my favorite for at home espresso. I also enjoy a cappuccino from the store, delicious!!

Great atmosphere. Traditional selection of coffee drinks. Decent food items if you're into carbs. They should add a few meat items to the breakfast selection. There used to be a sausage croissant that was excellent. They got rid of it. : ( The lines get overly long in the morning.

I usually come here to have a coffee and get school work done. It's a great local place to have a Sunday coffee or read. The coffee is fresh, and I never need to add additional sweeteners or additives as it's always perfect. The only downside is limited seating, which can be frustrating when trying to work or have privacy. Otherwise, check it out when in Tally.

They have a TON of options here (including multiple cold brews [flavored and unflavored], teas, hot chocolate, and multiple milk alternatives). Def stop here if you can!! Raven and Courtney were awesome!

Good atmosphere! Can join a meeting without a problem. If you have xfinity, you have access to wifi right away. They refill your tea with hot water for no charge. If you want new tea bag it's a dollar after the first. Friendly staff. Fiancee approved :D.

First off they have the BEST pistachio muffins and they warm them up for you. I love it. I had an iced match which was nice. I liked the size and it was good. They are busy and that’s because they are so good. The only downfall is because they are busy seating is tough. There isn’t much room and if you are lucky to get a seat when busy it can be pretty close to everyone else.

I love this particular location of lucky goat. It is my favorite of the ones in Tally. I get a caramel brown sugar iced latte. I also enjoy their spinach quiche. Would recommend this place and have been dying to take my parents here. Great environment for doing homework, however certain hours it can be hard to find a seat and would be really nice if they had more outlets. Overall my favorite coffee shop is this specific location and the staff is always the sweetest.

The employees, food, and coffee are wholesome and amazing! The C.C. N.E. Lucky Goat location has a very posh and cozy feeling on the interior. I ordered an online pick-up that was super easy to grab, and the croissant + latte I got on the way out was perfect. 💜😊

This may be personal preference but the flavor of the mocha is my favorite out of all the coffee shops in town and keeps me coming back!

Delicious coffee and a great space to hang out

Lucky Goat is my go to local coffee company. This location is the only location where you can order whole beans online and pick up which is nice. They've also been able to grind my flavored whole beans on weekdays when I've been gifted them. I really like the team members at this location, it's always busy with customers, the atmosphere is great, and their cold brew is excellent too.

Great coffee (best in Tallahassee, and roasted here) breakfast pastries and goodies, and the staff was extremely friendly too. They have lots of options for coffee (everything normal you can think of plus pourovers, and single origin selections). They also have lots of cool merchandise, and coffee for purchase. Absolutely worth the visit.

I was excited to try this place, but, sadly, was very disappointed. The “pistachio” muffin had a ton of green food coloring and had WALNUTS on the inside rather than PISTACHIOS! My daughter is allergic to walnuts and is able to eat pistachios. Needless to say, it was quite a shock for all of us. The frappe didn’t even taste like coffee. We will definitely not be back.

Very disappointed that I couldn't purchase 5 lbs whole bean unless ordered online. Kinda ridiculous 🙄

I ordered a cappuccino and a cold brew coffee. The cappuccino looked good but was warm and bitter. The cold was okay.

Overall, very good environment: spacious, bright sunlight etc. However, the volume of the music is too loud that sometimes you cannot hear people. This is the only reason I cannot be a regular customer. If you're there to study, the music is very distracting and tiring. This is especially the case if they play techno or rock! The acoustics is already bad in this place. Cafes are places to chill and chat, not dance. Also, you should be mindful of people who are neurodivergent as they might be too sensitive to higher volumes. Give staff a better, mellow playlist (try Bossa Nova) and ask them to play it in a reasonable volume; I assure you it will be a totally different and more pleasing experience for customers.

Very good service and delicious coffee

I start most weekdays with a pit stop at the Lucky Goat cafe. The coffee, muffins and morning greetings always get me off to a great start. This is a hometown, go-to kind of place.

One of the best places in Tallahassee for coffee. They have the best roast in town. I always try to take the neat espresso shot to have a great coffee experience. However they have a great bunch of drinks to choose from. Another favorite of mine is the chai latte with a dash of cinnamon on it. This place also stocks up on all the milk alternative if you are avoiding lactose. If I need a coffee, I visit this place and it never disappoints me. As they say - "You always have time for coffee". :)

Izzy made my coffee to absolute perfection!! I didn’t know they made coffee that great anymore… Anyway, love the ambiance and the staff is 11/10
