Never fails, you could order a cup of ice and they would have you pull over so they could bring it out to you. And this place did not disappoint in that aspect. Order a simple burger with extra mustard. And as usual it's missing the one ingredient. I wanted to add extra of seems, Like don't understand what extra and none is different. $24 later you get BS service with c*** food. But Hey, frankly, it's become the new normal so I kind of expected it. Luckily, I've only had to visited McDonald's twice this year so far, by design.

Did not get what I ordered. Wasn't complicated. I ordered online. Tried calling and they must have taken the phone off the hook.

This McDonald's is no different from any other McDonald's. Rule of thumb don't leave drive through until you check your bags make sure you got everything you ordered.

Stop scraping the onions off of pre-made burgers and serving them as no onion. It's not taste, it's an allergy.

Only because Ms. Makaylah was awesome. They could definitely use better management and the back needs to slow down a little. They finished my sandwich before I was even done ordering. Go Makaylah!!!! Everyone else straight Ziggy!!!

The McDonald's in Starke is always clean and the staff are nice. They try to help you anyway they can. The food is always good.

I'd suggest the people running the register understand how to ring out a basic meal without assistance.

Always great service, even when they are under staffed. Food comes out fast. Great app with really good rewards. I also checked their health department score. They were the number 1 restaurant in Keystone.

Do we still use the word "cra" as in "crazy"? I usually don't stop at McD for anything because it's all mass fabricated food but it was too convenient on a whim through travel towns. Ok that's even a lame excuse. But the point is, the establishment that boasts itself on fast, recurrent services and food had better check on their people. I say there's a kink in the system somewhere and someone higher up has taken too many McD-sized vacations rather than keep these establishments in line. Lord, help these employees. Amen.

The food was really good. They forgot half my meal tho so I had to go back up there and get it. There were some teenagers doing things my four year old son shouldn't have seen.

Have you ever visited an original 1950's style McD's, if not maybe you should. Not just cool looking, but one of the cleaner and on the ball McD's we've ever been to.

Everytime we order something they forget one item from our order. How hard is it to check a screen and put everything in a bag ?

Came through on a Friday at 11:00 a.m. Asked for fries. She put $1.99 on the drive thru order board. I said the medium fries are free on Friday. She said she'd never heard of that. I drove to the food pickup window. Told her it's Friday and the medium fries are free. She had never heard of it either. So I drove away with only my 2 Big Mac's. The Keystone Heights McDonald's ALWAYS knows that it's free fries on Fridays and is EXTREMELY pleasant and kind. The workers in Starke acted annoyed that I was even buying McDonald's.

Computer machines to order slow the process and the time to get food was forever and the order was wrong. What a waste of time!

This is Absolutely unacceptable, my mother ordered a big Mac combo;and we had to show staff multiple times. The MANAGER;Jessica Brewer, she treated us so unfairly. And gave us such a nasty attitude. She didn't help us at all

Been going to this same location since I was little and then I passed it down to my daughter who is now 19 and been going since she was born, always great service, always fresh.

Descent and cheap place to eat. Bathrooms could be cleaner tho . I am loving the kiosk they have in the lobby now that you can order from because honestly I was able to order from the kiosk quicker than I was able to get somebody to come to the register

What is wrong with this place? They never get your order right. They either forget an item or they give you the wrong item!! Come on people, get it together!! I don't have this problem with Hardee's, Burger King, or Arby's.

Always nice to eat here, they prepare it to your likings, for us that's fresh made nuggets.

The local McDonald's in Starke. Great location in town, with up to date features, like several Kiosks, self service soda machine and a two lane drive-thru. Always good for a easy quick bite with the dependable McDonald's menu. Great for a anytime snack.

It's McDonald's on the food. Just gotta craving every now and again. Service was well beyond I guess what locals get 🤣

The ppl at the register going through the drive thru are very nice and will carry on a conversation with you. So that's always nice especially when ur sitting there having to wait. It makes the time pass.

This blond haired lady in the drive through asked if I got my sauces from my mobile order. Happy she asked that and clarified and wanted us to get our food. this McDonald’s charges 25 cents for sauces when mobile orders you get them for free. Kind of confusing I no other McDonald’s does that. I believe they are pocketing it since I don’t get a receipt in my past visits whenever I fell into the trap of paying for it. I would give a 5 stars to that lady and a 2 star for the rest of the service and food and greed that this McDonald’s has.

The ladies and gents that work there are sweet for the most part . You're order ends up wrong almost every time. Then they haggle with you as your food gets cold. It's the management.

Why have a kiosk that tells you to be seated and they'll bring your order to you. then they scream your number out and you have to go get your damn food. And when I questioned it I got an attitude from the manager saying how busy they were. Then I say don't have a damn kiosk.

So I don't understand, fast food is supposed to be fast right? I guess they don't park anyone anymore so now you sit in line for 10-15 minutes for your food . Inflation brings prices up and apparently the time goes up too ..

Ordered ahead and when I got there to pick it up at the counter got ignored by cashier they helped two people ahead of me that come in after me and then finally someone come out to tell me they were out of what I ordered

Went thru drive thru ordered 2 of the daily doubles which comes with lettuce tomato and onion and it's a DISGUSTING shame they can't even make a simple burger! My restaurant that I usually go to in Keystone Heights FL is way by far out does this pathetic starke McDonald's! It's a wonder the store isn't closed and funny they never have ice cream mcflurrys or ice cream available it's always not working or not serving it today! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE spare your self and family the hassle of this Starke Fl location!!!!

Atmosphere was great since I stayed in my car, food was quick and fresh even though it neared closing time with fries so hot I actually had to let them cool before eating. Overall great experience, lost 1 point due to charging for sauce yet if using the app they're free if selected when ordering, wasn't a lot per sauce but when spending $40 at McDonald's seems ridiculous charging for a few sauce packs imop

Friendly faces. Always get great service even just for a drink. This location stays pretty busy yet is always on point. Be sure to download the McDonald's app to earn free drinks, food or even a percentage off your order. If not prompted be sure to give your code before you order so that they can make sure you receive credit.

The mocha frappe is my mc go to!! I've never had a bad experience here, even when it's a busy day.

Ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese...got bread and cheese only no meat

Wish I could give it zero stars. Ordered two double hamburgers. Got two single hamburgers. Got a hair in one of my other burgers and with shorted four nuggets!!! After waiting for 30 minutes for the food!!! And the excuse from the manager was they were shorthanded!!!!

Was told I could not split payment, no issue but when the manager came over to help once again stated that they could not split the payment, again no issue. However before returning my two cards the manger swiped my card and charged it, taking the remaining money on my account. When asked why he did that he said don’t worry it will go back, which it did several days later but making me unable to use that money due to him. Every other experience has been pleasant.

I encourage you to take advantage of the mobile app. Order there to make your drive thru experience faster or to skip the line and use curbside or inside pickup. Use the deals, I have deals like 25% off any order over $1 all the time. Also use it to earn points for free food!

This visit was pretty good. I used the app again and I'm happy to say that this time it worked as designed. Our food was cooked fresh when I tapped "I'm here" and had just a short wait. Restaurant was clean inside including the restroom. The employee I interacted with was very polite.

Waited for over 10 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge me and then it took 20 minutes to get my food. On top of that they didn't give me my drinks until I went up and asked for them! The place was not busy AT ALL so there was no reason for the lack of customer service

We ordered 3 quterbonders and got 2 and 1 big Mac extra Fry's and 2 fish sandwich wow right someone else food we were going to Jacksonville and we were late so we ate it LoL

If you go to this location you better check your order. They need to add a third window for all the screw ups. Calling it fast food is also false advertising

Got there soon as they opened(actually 6:10, they open at 6)sat at the speaker for a few mins I said ,"hello?" and the lady working the window got really snappy and said "give me a moment!" I asked for a frappe and she said "nope! Our machine is being cleaned" asked her how long that would take and she sounded really annoyed and said "15 mins" what business cleans their stuff in the morning? People go there early for regular coffee and specialty coffees. Yesterday morning the lady didn't make it right. I asked for extra drizzle she gave me a small "m" on top. None in the cup. They need to get better staff.

Quick service but ordered wasn't right

I’ve came here several times and there’s always a mistake with my order. The people are very friendly and kind. But every single time I come here there’s something wrong. Either they’ve forgotten to give me something I paid for or they’ve given me someone else’s order. Not to mention if you customize your order it’ll never be correct. Good luck getting something without cheese or any other customizations. TLDR: If you’re going to eat here, I’d recommend always checking your bag before leaving.

Placed a mobile order. We waited for 25-30 minutes. I had to call to ask if they were gonna make it. Then the crew member asked what mobile order, I said in slot 3. She rambled the order, so they knew we were there . It took another 15 minutes. Food was mediocre and wrong.

This trip, food was ok but drive thru lady giving the order from window less chatty with coworkers and maybe look at you instead of just handing the food out the window.

McDonald's is a fast food chain. The service is poor at best. The food is for if you're really hungry a d running short on time. Sorry McDonald's, you're making money but the food Isn't worth it.

The buns were rubbery, like they had been put in the microwave. The order was missing one of the Quarter Pounders. I called and the team member was nice and said I could come back to get it or get it another day. I opted for a different day due to the time restrictions. But missing one sandwich meant 1 person didn't have their food to eat.
