Besides the fact that often they run out of foods, this is one of my favorite Taco Bell’s

they don't have ice by the window, so they are making customers walk in to the lobby from the drive thru to get there own ice??? because "it can really be a lot to walk that far"

I swear it’s like morons work here customer service is trash.

Was made to use a Kiosk. Probably won't be returning to this one. We'll see

Open till midnight, pull up at 10:10pm to drive thru, they asked me to hang on for a minute. At 10:17pm I backed out and pulled around only to see an empty window and everyone talking in the lobby or smoke in their car. I had a really long day and not in the best of moods but seriously how unbelievable and honestly down right rude. Go elsewhere for food, this taco bell obviously doesn't need the business.

You must order from the kiosk. I absolutely hate that. Had to go and ask for our drinks. People are standing around trying to figure out how to order. If I didn't have my granddaughter with me, I would have eaten somewhere else after seeing the kiosk.

The restroom was is terrible condition and looked like it had been that way for a long time. The restroom door didn't lock. The toilet didn't have a functional flush handle.

Very quick service!! The drive thru lady was older I wish I’d have asked her name was so sweet!! Definitely an asset to your company.

***Update may 26th 2024*** Someone said to check them out again. They made a lot of changes and are functioning pretty well. They haven't really been out of anything. That was a constant problem before. We have been 3 times since my previous 1 star rating and they have killed it everytime. Looks like they did it finally! Respect to the staff for the turn around **update aug 2023** line isn't usually long because nobody wants to eat here. Review from 2 years ago below still holds true They are ALWAYS out of food items or their fryer doesn't work or the grill won't turn on and it's cash only 90% of the time. They will close the store randomly or forget to put all your food in the bag. We tried to give this taco bell the benefit of the doubt and a few tries but it continued to deliver a very poor experience. Oh and if there are more than a few cars in line get comfy.

Love the breakfast and bacon crunch wrap and the breakfast salsa.

I was very impressed with Adrienne's attitude and helpful nature. I went through the drive through and wasn't sure what to get - she was super patient and made great suggestions. I ended up getting something I really liked thanks to her. Keep hiring more people like Adrienne please 😁

Staff was completely rude and always is.Food is always screwed up and my order is alway incomplete.food that is made a toddler could throw together and make better then these monkeys ..horrid experience

I love Taco Bell one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I wish the prices weren't so high!!

After ordering on the kiosk, it took 20 minutes to get food, however others got their food alot sooner. There usually seems to be a problem with this location. Last time we visited they were out of two items & we left. A trip to the grocery store would have taken care of this problem. The kiosk has not made ordering any faster or convenient. I guest that paying cash is not that acceptable.

Starke taco bell is terrible. Every other location is pretty good but this one, there is always problems. Its either they are out of stuff or they forget to give you something that you ordered. I ordered the new crispanada cravings meal. I got everything but the crispanda. I get home and it wasnt in there. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to read a ticket. Especially when it is not busy. This happens way to much. Im tired of being disappointed with that location. Wont be coming back.

I just ordered from here on door dash. The left out multiple items. If it came with a combo or deal box wouldn't be so frausted but I literally paid extra for the items. Like seriously it's almost 11 at night and I can't even get the items now. This is ridiculous. The two ladies who delivered my order. Also informed me they sat there for over 30 minutes waiting and I'm still missing items that's ridiculous! I will not be back or order again from this taco bell. I used to pick up door dash for this store it was ridiculous then and it continues to be.

Which I could post a 0 star after going through the drive thru I tell the lady placing my older I have two separate orders two different tickets she tells me I can only have one order if I want more go back through the line then I tell her just put everything on one ticket she continues saying huh huh after I would state what I wanted clearly rude and no customer service skills whatsoever managers need to know who the have running these stores and take it seriously

There was a hair melted into my Mexican pizza. 🤢 and I didn't realize it until a few bites in. The fried tortilla tasted just like old grease.

Doesn't matter what people say...a taco is still a taco...you can never go wrong with tacos 😊

I wasn't sure how late Taco Bell stayed opened since COVID & most everything is closed by 10pm now..I called Taco Bell before going to town the employee was nice..I kinda expected get someone that was rude but this guy was very polite..The Lady that took our order was also polite & was welcoming..The only negative thing I can say is that they were out of lettuce but besides that everything was awesome..

They gave my food away to another customer for some reason still ended up getting my order. After they made it again. But the staff needs to pay a little more attention to avoid giving things away.

What happened to this location? It was one of the best Taco Bell’s in Florida with a 4.6 star rating with the best food and service then the state built the 301 bypass around Starke and it just keeps going downhill since then. Is there a new owner that doesn’t care? And why even serve breakfast when the store doesn’t open up till 9am everyday.

Terrible! Horrible/rude service, never have what you want, & food quality is disgusting. This store gives "Taco Bell" a bad name.

This Taco Bell is the worst one that I have visit. I stood at the front for at leaset 5 mins before I decided to use the kiosk. When I went to received my cup there was no ice and most of the drinks were horrible and flat. Then when I return to work and eat my lunch the tacos had no lettuce and were all flat. before anyone orders you should post a sign informing the customer that you are out items. No employee said anything. I will in future avoid this Taco Bell in Starke, FL. Horrible.

This place is a joke. Ordered and when got to vehicle to eat... no veggies at all. Went back into restautant and they told me they are out. They should tell customers when they are ordering... not when I had to complain.

Literally a freaking joke. I’m a local and I had to wait 45 minutes for my food. AND I paid for a LARGE drink but got a medium and instead of fixing it or making up for the wait they just said “oh we are out of large cups” like why did I pay for a large if you can’t make up for it!!!??? Freaking ridiculous, starke Taco Bell I will never go again!!

Only put one star cause 0 isn't a option. Ordered all soft tacos and got crunchy then all the employees were outside hanging out in the parking lot leaving one older lady. Our tacos were crushed and broken.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. They were understaffed sure but even still it was just sad. They would have been better off just closing the doors.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 isn’t an option. I never leave negative reviews, however the “manager” was rude, waited until I ordered and sat down waited 7 minutes to give me my cup and tell me they didn’t have one of the items I ordered. Then said she didn’t know how to do a refund. No sauce on the quesadilla and old tortillas on the soft tacos that were hard. Won’t come back to this location.

It's a decent taco bell. The food came out good and relatively quickly, and it's always kinda funny to hear the employees bantering in the back.

Left one star because I had too. We have showed up two hours before closing, and it's always been just tacos only. Seems like they never have ingredients, or a willing staff to cook food because they wanna close early. It's ridiculous, won't be trying again.

I don't understand what the point is anymore of the registers at the counter, I was standing there yesterday while two people who I guess are confused by touchscreens were still tapping away, a man and his daughter had been waiting the whole time I stood there for food, and then I heard the drive thru person say something about the system needing to reboot for ten minutes to someone in drive thru? I just walked out.

OrderedvSteak Grilled Cheese Burrito. Unmelted grated cheese placed on outside of burrito with no grilling. Inside steak filling barely luke warm! You guys can do much better!

Poor service always out of something. Items that are on a National campaign not available. Why? Upper Management needs to pay attention to this location. They need help and guidelines. So sad.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. And that’s saying a lot. Recently moved to the area so I’ve been here quite a few times. The meat is always Luke warm and doesn’t even taste the same . Taco shells are stale. Tacos are barely half full. They are always out of something. Lobby is usually closed. My guess is bad management this store needs new leadership immediately

Absolute garbage, got home most items were wrong and everything was crushed. It was like they were playing basketball with my food to get it in the bag.

Bathrooms where nasty, food was grease and restaurant was dirty.

Tried to mobile order and when we go to pick it up they are out of coffee, Cinnabon delights, and nacho cheese so they cannot make half of the order. Offered to substitute items of a lower cost but had them refund it instead after them at first saying they couldn’t. Update: tried to eat there again today and they were out of beef… once again tried to claim they could not refund the order. Avoid this location.

Food was cold. It was a waste of time and money. The crew had no clue what they was doing. Food not only was cold. It tasted really odd. Like old or something. Don't go.

If it was possible to leave a negative star, I would! Four on a Sunday, with two other vehicles at the building. They had us line up in front of the building, instead of handing the food out the drive thru window. Two other people came in after us, and the third in line got their food before we did. Plus, they completely messed up the order, and ours was simple.

They work hard in there 😔 but it's not a clean place.they need to hire a clean up person.

was told to pull forward for my mobile order, didn’t greet me or anything, waited for 10 min and handed me my food. i asked for extra sauce and was given 2 packs. soda was flat and my meet was cold. tried in the past and my order was missing several items. decided to give it another try. will not be ordering here again.

Food was terrible and expensive

Every single time I go there it's out of most things or something is broke...the must have a trash manager that don't know how to take inventory cuz this location is by far the worst and it's not even busy..they need to get rid of the slow children there cuz they have no clue what they r doing

The food and service were both acceptable, but neither were exceptional. I would visit again based on this experience. While I did not have an overtly negative experience this time, I just prefer homemade or a more locally owned style of Mexican food versus the fastfood "Mexican" style food.

I ordered a Mexican pizza. It was the nastiest pizza ever ate from my Taco Bell and end to throw it in the garbage.I have been sick Since I ate a piece of that mexican pizza. I call them they had noting to say.

Went through the drive thru order delexe nacho box which was as ordered. Ordered a classic box the 5 layer burrito had no beef and ordered a quesadilla meal they forgot to taco order a contract supreme meal they forgot the crunch wrap had to go back through the drive-thru and they questioned it had to wait for it and they didn't give me my receipt back it's Taco Bell used to be good it's very poor on everything nowadays. Just save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Ordered the enchirito--pretty sad---no cheese on top, no red sauce--all it was, was taco meat in a limp flour tortilla that wasn't even hot! Not even warm! Just swimming in grease! Did the crew not receive training on what the dish is or what it's suppose to look like?! Wasn't worth the money.

Three times I've been to this location and all three times their "system was down and we can't take orders" Didn't have a problem taking my money from the app but suddenly they can't give me the food I paid for.

I got food poisoning from this taco bell just this past weekend. I know it was the taco bell because I felt like absolute garbage after eating it and proceeded to vomit the next day despite having nothing to eat or drink except water.

Terrible. Only giving a one star because it won’t let you give a zero. Always out of ingredients and the food wasn’t fresh or even correct. No one at this location cares or even tries.

If you're thinking about stopping here for food, think no further and just wait till you get home, I ordered 2 bean burritos at 11 o'clock in the morning and it tasted like the beans were left out overnight. This has got to be worst taco bell I have ever been to. I used to go here all the time and always had great service, but recently I have noticed a massive decline in quality as my food has been crushed, it takes forever to get food, and they NEVER have stuff. There always out of the items I would like to get. I will say that the staff is very nice, but the food quality has steadily declined. I hope that this location can improve over time but for now, I will be taking my money to the taco bell in keystone.

I only gave one star because you can't give zero stars. The drive through was down so I had to order inside, which would have been a minor inconvenience, except for the fact that no employees, would come to the counter to take my order and the line at the kiosk was out of the door. The building smelled like body odor. The food was poorly made and looked like it was just thrown in the wrapper, my crunch wrap filling was in the bottom of the bag. I didn't even try to eat it. Overall the worst visit I have ever had at a Taco Bell.

Simply a disaster at all times.

I always like going to Taco Bell in Starke but recently I've noticed it's gone down hill the food has been hit or miss. The food this time was mostly bad the taco I got was completely crushed to where I couldn't eat it normally, and the chips were crumbs ,and were dumped in the bag, the Burrito was good and the chalupas were decent, also is not a big deal but didn't receive the sauce packets. I know in the past few years the location has been short staffed which is out of y'alls control and locations can get overwhelmed at times creating mess ups but I was pretty much the only person in the drive thru. I really like coming to this location please return back to what your quality in food used to be.

If I could give a 0 I would.... been there 4 times this past 2 weeks and it's always something....tonight the monitors were glitching so they couldn't take orders....there has to be a manual option...No owner or manager would want the store open and not make money.... another they had no tortillas...and never is the frozen drink machine working.. Sad and Sorry place....I will gladly make the drive to middleburg or orange park...

Burritos are very small, snack size, and not at all like those advertised on the taco bell website. Mostly all flour tortilla. Skip it.

Was out of a lot of stuff and food was okay

We ordered tacos. The Supreme tacos wete good, however, the regular tacos had barely any meat on them. Maybe 1/4 teaspoon. Yes we notified corporate.

Taco Bell in starke is not only the worst Taco Bell but the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too. I have been there on several occasions for breakfast (during operating hours) and not only was I not served but no even acknowledged. Not so much of a "we aren't ready to serve" or "were not open". Lunch and dinner hours are a little better but not by much. Always out of something Chicken, Mountain dew, no ice. I ordered the quasarito but it's only available through the App. Only at this location though. I order the grilled cheese burrito it's discontinued however I'm staring at the menu where the grilled cheese burrito is taking up a 3rd of the thing. Staff are rude or non existing. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Get us a Chipotle

Food was good and all was done correctly. The only problem I could see is that we ordered mobile, it said to come to counter. We waited 20 min after it said food was ready.

We had to wait for our mobile order of the cinnamon dessert. I'm sorry, I don't know the exact name of it. The service was okay however, the product wasn't even hot after waiting for it. And the cream cheese was cold inside. Usually, we don't have any problems. This is the first time we ordered that item.

Place is being run by people that don’t know how to reheat and serve food I tried to order deluxe craving box and was told I can only get that on the app then had to wait in line for 29 min for 2 vehicles in front of me to move never will be back
