tried the food here, and the only decent item was the fent fries. I can't tell you how many times i've passed out from eating so many!

Well, i got lunch here the Wednesday before they were busted for dealing drugs... food was good.. eat at your own risk tho 😂 we went thru the drivethru, service was slow but the food was hot.

Very bad customer service. Waited in one of the stalls for 15 minutes and they never got back to me. I still I spent another 20 minutes in the drive thru and on a 3 item order they still managed to completely get one of the items wrong. Definitely would not recommend this location.

Screens and call boxes are broken, and it took seven minutes to take my order. After 20 minutes, I pressed the call button and asked where my shake was. She couldn't hear me and then said they forgot. There was nobody else there. At this rate, they will be out of business again. I give zero stars.

20 mins in drive thru still haven’t taken my order how is this place In business? Update: Since it’s reopened in 24, I’ve tried it two more times. Once I was served raw corn dogs, and this past time I wasn’t served at all, because they closed hours early as per “usual” According to them.

The waitress was awesome, The food is Sonic. So if you like Sonic Food, this place is fine.

2 cars that look broken down in stalls. Place looks dirty. Staff can be heard using foul language and joking around inside. I ordered 2 kids meals, a burger, and 3 corn dogs. It's been 30 minutes and still no food. I will never recommend nor come back here. Ice cream machine was down too.

Sonic has good food they can be a bit like McDonald’s whereas their shake machine might be down so me personally I would call before making a trip there. Unfortunately they don’t have tap pay so make note of that and they can a bit pricey so I’d suggest going there on pay day. So yeah it’s an okay place great food huge burgers so I’d say it’s worthwhile to go there

We pulled up and the stalls did not look well maintained as there was two abandoned cars in two of the stalls and the roof looked like it was going to fall down. We decided to go through the drive thru. There were already two people waiting at the drive thru, so we pulled up behind them. All three of us waited for 15 minutes until the second person pulled out and drove away. We decided to do the same. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat, this is not the place!

Came in there late Friday night right at.closing and they hooked me up anyways and did it happily.. great crew here at this location.

Picked up lunch for at home, placed order online very easy to use website. Love the details you can apply to your order. Pick up was even better when I pulled up to the building there was someone at the door waiting for me and brought my order right out to me. Food was hot and great quality, also great ice cream desserts. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Disgusting! Re-opened recently and needs to be closed again! Serves extremely cold food that’s been sitting around for too long. Do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else

Outside looking rough. Inside is really clean. Took about 10 mins to talk to anyone at the window. Food was decent, just I guess didn't like the amount of people standing around with not being attended with no customers around.

This place somehow looks more abandoned then when it literally was. Sketchy dude on a bike working, empty dirty lot, not where I want to go replenish my self for lunch after working 8 hours, let alone going back for another 4

Have tried to use them 2x since they “re-opened”. Didn’t order bc they were out of what we came for, First time they were out of ice cream and then today no slushies. Won’t be back again, they should have stayed closed

Waited 30 minutes and never got to order.

Every time we go there is never no employee's and they still don't have there slushy machine .so this is a downer cause you know they are know for there drinks and how long does it really take to order a machine.

Decided to give a try since it was back open, figured maybe new staff. One car at a stall and one in drive thru waited ten minutes after pushing button to order figured maybe not working so changed stall no other cars at the time left still sat waiting no answer to order. Gave up after that. So no food or drinks from there for us. Better change something or won't be back open for long

Wait times are ridiculously long, and my burger tasted like how a wet dog smells. Probably due to torren vegetables, but I digress. In addition, the patties still had a but of pink in them. There's plenty of other fast food in Starke, stop there instead.

Our order was completely messed up. I asked for a plain coney it wasn't. I asked for a number 1 combo with no cheese only lettuce and tomato with tots with a chocolate shake. Burger was all the way, cold fries and route 44 drink bc the machine was freezing up for shake. Number 12 bbq chicken with tots but got cold fries. Got drink vanilla shake and mm blast correctly. First time for me to get a messed up order so bad. I also repeated at the window. Also the speaker didn't work right.

Location is closed. Sign in drive thru window says temporary closed due to relocation but there not in town and corporate has no information. Shame that they didn't consider the customer when posting the Sign. Would be nice to know where you relocated to or if it's really just permanent.

How about you put a sign at the entrance that you're Closed and turn off all the screens! Instead of wasting people's time; sitting there waiting for service and then only to see a sign on the drive thru window as they Leave, that says "closed due to relocation." Be more considerate of your patrons (not anymore) time.

Has been closed for at least 3 weeks. Sign says, "Closed for relocation" but doesn't say where. Typical service for this location anyways and better service has always been found elsewhere.

I went by today between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm and there was a sign saying closed due to relocation. Does anyone know where?

The older lady who was running the food, taking orders, very helpful and knowledge filled. Quick, correct ,clean and a nice little experience. That woman is a saint and need a raise. Tipped her 20 for the great experience!

People talk so bad about this place, but I've never had any problems.

Upon the multiple trips I've made to this Sonic in the last six months, tonight was no different than any other visit. The young woman at the intercom informed us that the ice cream machine was broken. This machine seems to be broken quiet often. I then ordered a chicken sandwich. I began eating and quickly spit the food out of my mouth. The chicken was still raw in the center. This establishment really needs to have a serious haul over.

If you enjoy long waits and poor service give this place a try Old review a few years ago-Food is a bit different than other fast food. They still have burgers but have apps. Tots all day and hot dogs . It’s good. Still fast food. Would give a 3.5 but that’s not an option so I round up

Needs to actually stay open until posted times and not accept payment online and have someone inside standing and texting on their phone not paying attention to a customer honking at the drive thru window. Very, very bad. Will contact management to be refunded!!!!

They haven't had shakes or slushies for 3 weeks. They suck!

Pulled up and was told they are only using the drive through at noon. Out of "slushie mix" and ketchup... ketchup. I mean how? Typical Starke.

They had a skeleton crew working, but the burgers and tots that came from the extra min or two waiting were amazing.

Have tried ordering food here twice in the past month with poor experience both times. Used the sonic app which has no issues with other locations but first visit they were out of mozzarella sticks and to come back tomorrow and they said they could not do a refund at all. Gave us pretzels instead which were swimming in oil and butter and disgusting. Tried again on July 3rd and they could not fill any of our order because they were out of all cups and mozzarella sticks. Took fifteen minutes sitting at the restaurant for anyone to tell us this. Once again, no option given other than coming back the next day or to call the number in the app. Trying to get a refund now but even the sonic app administrators are inept, want information that the store did not provide on my receipt. Avoid this location.

The service was just horrible. There was a wait for 45 minutes for 2 shakes. I mean come on this isn't Popeyes where u already know you might have a 15 to a 30 minute wait for fresh chicken

Could not get half price drinks or shakes. Was told that Sonic is out of chicken so the app has been shut down until it is in stock again. Intil.then, no half price. Was told that Sonic said that they could not manually change the prices so drinks and shakes would be half price.

It sucked that we're open but no one answered happened very often

Last time we went we had a very bad experience but we thought to try it One more time because everybody has their bad days well this time was perfect the staff was completely nice and there are order was correct.

We visited for a milkshake and thought at first they were closed.. no customers in the parking lot. After 2 minutes there I now know why. RUDE nasty employees. Apparently the locals already know this and stopped visiting this location… Management needs to step up the training here and hold the employees accountable or send them home to stay. We won’t be back to this location.

I’ve stopped in here six times in the last few months on my way to Jacksonville. Every single time they tell me they’re currently out of onion rings. Right. Three times they’ve told me they don’t have any chocolate syrup. Each time I sit there and wait 10 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have something. Your management is either incompetent because you can’t keep chocolate syrup for onion rings which are on your menu or your staff is just too lazy to drop a single order of onion rings or change of vanilla shake to chocolate. Horrible.. They’re either just lazy or incompetent. This is one of the worst sonics I’ve ever attempted to buy from.

"Order though App or drive thru" sitting 10mins in the drive thru still no service pull up to the window immediate unprofessional SIGN SAID THE SPEAKER IS BROKEN... Food is as good as I expected but the service and staff attitude is lacking. The cleanliness of the exterior (parking lot, landscaping, and building) are in need of serious attention. Entire business (service, food quality and cleanliness) as significantly declined since I lived here 12 years ago.

I ate here last night about 8:30 pm and first thing that sucked was the woman who kept rudely saying “is that alll” because she didn’t wanna do her job… the food TASTED fine but this morning I’ve thrown up and had an upset stomach since 5am, that being the last anything I ate or drank.

If I could leave no star I would. Manager "Kelly" is missing teeth and very rude to staff and customers. Ready to argue over ANYTHING. Food is always wrong. When you ask them to fix it they have an attitude. We ordered food that came out with something my son is allergic to. When we asked them to remake the manager came out and told me flat out no and to get off her patio when i told her that was unexpectable. She walked inside. I asked her for her boss's number and she refused to give it to me. She told me it was "Her store"

FIRE KELLY SHES A HORRIBLE MANAGER

Two times this week stopped around 9 o'clock to get the new Double Stuffed blast . The same woman every night said sorry ice cream machine is down. Seems little crazy same person and same time of night you have same issues. Well tonight I was five minutes down the road and called to see if the ice cream machine was working because had been down. A young sounding person replied yes sir the machine is working and hasn't been down at all this week. I was evidently lied to the first two trips. So I go the restaurant and when I ordered the blast the same lady as first two time tells me on the mic that the ice cream machine was down. So I told her I had just called and was told the ice cream machine was working fine just 5 minutes ago. She then back peddles and said no we are out of ice cream we get a delivery tomorrow. This lady obviously can't do her job or doesn't want to so Sonic should do her a favor and relieve her of a job she clearly doesn't want to do and stop lying to customers. Especially since there are many reviews on Google for the same exact lie

Food is good but I don’t understand how they can be out of ice cream every day for 4 days straight. Come on Sonic, your not McDonald’s, you shouldn’t be having this problem!

Had breakfast toaster. Normally it comes with an egg fold but for some stupid reason the last 2 time I have ordered the same thing the put scrambled egg on the toast so went you go to eat it all the flipping egg falls out.

Wait was a lil longer than I'd like but all the food was hot and fresh. But understand being short staffed. Other than that would give 5 stars.

Sat there for 15 min, pressed red button twice and both times it got cleared out and nobody took our order. Then a car pulled next to me passengers belligerent and drunk, started yelling and they're order was took immediately.

I always go to sonic when I want some hot food. The other fast food restaurants in this area..? not so much.. the prices are alittle higher here but it’s worth the extra penny. — Highly recommend a sprite with watermelon add-in flavor to add to your meal

I said outside at the border station for 20 minutes and no one ever answered the machine they only had two employees inside that I saw and not very many people waiting to be served but they could at least have said we'll be right with you soon quote unquote

Biggest and best breakfast burrito I've ever had

The manager in the morning and the bright smiling Kayla in the afternoon make the place enjoyable. We work next door and we didn’t go there for awhile but they sure have changed the place around good job ladies.

Popcorn chicken was very hard, and the fries was way too salty.

We had to ask them for napkins and sauce with our meals. Quick service but the Bacon cheeseburger was sloppy.

Over all it was very good. The service was awesome. The burgers were fantastic. The tater tots were either over cooked or they needed to change the oil. The shakes were awesome!! Please bring napkins with the food!! Also my son was supposed to get a surprise with his kids meal and he didn't get one. He was sad.

Ordered on-line, was ready when we got there. Order complete and tasted good.

Sonic has great drinks as well as ice cream the employees are friendly and the food was exactly as ordered. The only thing I'd change is the parking lot! It is absolutely horrible tares my vehicle up and the car hops cant skate safely

We were told hold one moment at the park and order, and then left because it was ten minutes later and noone had at least taken our order :/ never even given a reason to hold just "give me one minute"
