Rarely a bad attitude unlike some other local locations! Love going through the drive through in the morning and being greeted so cheerful as if we've know each other for years. Plus it does not hurt that the food is always hot and ready, quick in and out location.

What I liked the most was the girl who served us, very attentive, it's a shame I don't remember her name, I would definitely go again just because this sweet girl, attentive and very friendly, was a very, very helpful young Latina, it's worth coming back as soon as I get back I ask her name to congratulate her

Terrible. We waited 20 minutes for 4 simple sandwiches. When my partner went up to the counter to ask when we would get the order, they wouldn't talk to him. Then, of course, we got it right away. Because it was probably ready, they just didn't deal with it. At the counter, another customer complained that he didn't get what he ordered.

Stopped for a cheeseburger... It was cold and dried up

McDonalds sells a "McFlurry", which as advertised is select toppings mixed with ice cream, similar to the Blizzard created and sold by Dairy Queen. However, in the past few days (and in the past just not reported) I have ordered seven McFlurry's from four different locations who FALSELY sold a McFlurry. Meaning, what I received was a cup of ice cream with topping on top. NOT MIXED IN. That is a sundae, for twice the cost. Additionally, the amount of toppings provided are far less than what would be used for a McFlurry. Finally, a black plastic teaspoon is provided to consume, NOT the heavy duty specialized spoon used to mix an actual McFlurry. So, whether by permission or on purpose these locations are saving money on the required spoon, possibly, not even having or using the proper equipment to make a McFlurry, and by providing less topping ingredients, while charging a McFlurry price instead of a Sundae price. FALSE ADVERTISING. SCAM!!!

McDonald's has the worst service, the wait is very long and they have very few staff and apparently it is in all of them because I have visited several and it is the same.

Their combos are very good and economical, as well as their service through the self-service and in the salon. I recommend it.

I really just wanna say a big thank you to Beyoncé, She assisted me on the phone with my order with Uber Eats that I placed. And unfortunately, there is no way for you to modify it once it was accepted by McDonald’s. So I was attempting to cancel and re-order by adding a McFlurry with M&M’s included, but the app is a little confusing. Upon hearing my mistake she made the moment right and accommodated me. I know sometimes people don’t go out of their way to describe the good, I know it will probably by the time it’s delivered but I truly appreciate this. I was craving something sweet. Truthfully, I shouldn’t be at this hour But she really did make me smile. THANK YOU 🫰🏻

Terrible service and bad answers from the employees who speak Spanish, I mean I asked them to change the flavor of a drink and they rudely denied it and it was at the same time they were serving it!! If I could not recommend it that would be great!!!

Flash photos were taken of me here without my consent by another customer shortly after I received my order. I immediately took my order, left ,and went over to Panera, because I felt unsafe. I suggest management install some signage about not posting photos of other customers without their consent and include a remidner that harassment or bullying will not be tolerated. God bless.

Ordered via mobile order to pick up at drivethru. A small order. 2 little items. Been told to park and wait for my food. I could have done curbside right away and skipped the line at the drive thru. Then it took the 10 minutes to get me my big mac and 4pc. ... what's the point of mobile order if it's like this. Also they didn't put my sauce in the bag

We ordered a couple McDoubles, a McChicken, a large coke and a large water. Was told they cannot serve me a large water. I offered to pay for said water, was told they could only serve a small water or a bottle water. Petty of me I know, didn't sit right though.

Never has your food ready. You have to wait like 15-30. For that we can go to a restaurant. They send you to wait in the parking spots and sometimes that’s even taken up. This is what happens when they have kids working.

This McDonald's doesn't care about customers that are inside the store ordering. They only care about the drive thru. Every time you have to wait 20 minutes for your order, even then you have to tell them where is your food to get it. I have used their curbside 2 times. Both times it was 1 frappe both times after 30 minutes of waiting I had to go inside to get it. And all of these times it is not busy. McDonald's wants customers back, they should think about customers and not the ones who are in the drive thru ALL of the customers

Food was pretty fresh. However, the girl taking orders & back cash were simply not the nicest. I had two mobile orders and after giving her my first code the young lady cut me off and told me to pull forward. When I get to the first window (back cash) she just asks “did you want your receipt?” I reply yes and she automatically closed the window on me!!! No chance for me to tell her about my other order…ordered a 10 piece and received it with no sauce after asking for sauce. Let’s do better!!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Decided to dine inside for lunch with the kids in between shopping. The place is remodeled and looks clean, BUT there is no self serve stations for napkins, ketchup or fountain drinks. If you need even a straw, you have to wait and ask someone at the register. Not a single person greeted me or asked if we needed something. We ordered our food via the touchscreen kiosk and took 15 minutes for our food to come out. Everything was cold. The kids' happy meals were missing fries. I had to get up and wait to ask for ketchup and extra napkins. The spicy nuggets tasted like they were made yesterday and again, the fries were cold. When I went to the counter to wait for ketchup, it's SUPER annoying when you can see in the kitchen/drive through and everyone is goofing off, joking and laughing, throwing things at each other and handling people's food while I'm waiting and my food is getting colder. The manager was more worried about taking care of her family that came to visit. Everyone's orders were wrong, because I observed the girl running food back and forth to the parking lot saying "You forgot something again" repeatedly. Unprofessional environment and probably turned me off from eating at McDonalds ever again period, not just this place.

My nephew and Niece both ate a nuggets happy meal and have been throwing up every since. The lady at the window wasnt pleasant either. Should've took that as a sign to go to another location.

Every single time I use the drive through they make you wait on their parking spaces. They are super slow. Bad experience.

Check your burgers before you eat them. Mine was raw! Also they make you park every time so it’s not fast food anymore. Park and wait is more like it.

I went to place an order at dawn and they did not attend to me and it says 24 hours open, a lie, and they also closed the window. I do not recommend in the early morning!! Miserables!!

Understand they're remodeling but the drive thru was very slow. The order person couldn't understand our order and kept asking what we wanted. When arrived at the window we weren't greeted. We waited a long time and could hear them arguing inside in Spanish.

Even though they are remodelling inside the store I have to say that Mimi made our night. We wanted a midnight dinner and we went through the drive thru and my puppy and us had the best experience because of Mimi. She even got him a puppuccino that he loved so much because he didn’t have that in awhile. Being nice is free and can absolutely change someone day by being kind. That’s what Mimi did for us this morning

I paid for a meal ans they sent me to drive thur spot number 1. I waited, a staff member brought me my food but no drink. I asked if the drink was coming, she said yes. 20 mintues went by I called to see what was taken a while, they forgot about me and said someone will come, waited 2 minutes and drove off. Spent my 11 dollars there and can't get all my items. Do better

Food was excellent, service was super as well.

Me and my sister come here at least 3 days a week for after school after work for treats for the kids. We're always accommodated and we receive great customer service. When we go to the drive-thru they know exactly who we are we're regulars there and they treat us like family definitely the late night staff that's when we come the most.

Messed up our order, no condiments out, no one speaks English and if they do they pretend they don't so they don't have to help you. Waited at the counter for nearly 15 minutes to get my burger fixed. They snapped at one guy who just wanted a refill of drinks that they're busy.

Christopher is a great manager. Was having some trouble with McDonald's app deals, and Chris was kind enough to walk me through the best ways to save money with their deals. Greatest experience I've had in a McDonald's for a while.

I used to love this McDonald's until right after Covid hit! Now, none of the staff even acknowledge the fact that ur there n the first place, let alone care what u want or even make conversation with u! You'll b lucky if u get a "thank u"... The fries r almost always cold and most of the time they get ur order wrong! Food's just down right disgusting anymore! Sad really...

They have excellent coffee and steak and cheese bagels (something they don’t offer in NC where I live.) But most importantly, I was greeted by the most kind and friendly staff. Thank you for your service.

It's Macdonald's so you know what you're going to get. Breakfast sandwiches were hot and fresh, hash browns were ice cold. It is nice to have self service soda at this location! Tables were clean as was the rest of the interior. Staff were polite but not overly friendly.

Quick drive thru. Food was good.

No photos. The wait was crazy in the drive thru. Once I entered, it was very busy with customer servicing in progress. Watching the employees in motion with a concern for neatness. So, we waited about three or four minutes for someone to notice us at the counter. Our oder was placed, and we sat down. Our food was brought to us with a smile. The food was blessed as we always do everywhere we go. Awesome cheeseburgers 🍔 👏 and 🍟 fries. The drink was very good too. I got my coffee ☕️ and it was superb. Yes, after 10 pm, the freshest of coffee. Great service by the gentleman at the front. No employee bashing. No employee screaming. No employee shouting. I was taken by surprise. It's too bad that I'm not planning on returning. We're two hours away. Thank you for the service and food, and coffee.
