I always have a great experience here. The coffee and bakery items are delicious. Team members are phenomenal and provide excellent customer service. I was greeted upon arrival and exit of the cafe. Free Wi-Fi is available and there are outlets to charge electronic devices. The place is well maintained too. My only suggestion would be to try to add more seats/tables to the dining area if possible. There are quite a bit already but so many people come here which is understandable because it's so worth it. Thanks for reading!

I’d give 0 stars if possible but I got a medium coffee and these dummies decided to make the “smart” decision to give me a lid with the biggest hole. Any other Starbucks have the common sense to use the other lid and seal it with a sticker but not these people. I already went through DoorDash and got it refunded but can’t really put all the blame on the door dasher when Starbucks was the incompetent one. Also, of course no phone number to reach them probably from the thousand other complaints they get daily. Coffee prolly would have sucked anyway by the looks of it. Just don’t do it

I ordered a large cappuccino with hazelnut syrup. Super simple you would think. I had it picked up by DoorDash and the bag was completely sealed close and dry but for some reason I got only half of my drink. Then I tried what I did have and it was bitter and cold. I was really looking forward to this this morning and it was completely ruined. Lesson learned and money wasted. Not even mentioning how bad the food was. Tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and ice cold too.

although my drink was made by the time i got there, i was highly disappointed with my drink. i always get my go to at another location but i decided to try this location this time. my drink is supposed to taste really sweet and it was bitter and lowkey tasted like rubber. and i asked for caramel drizzle and there was barely any on it and if im paying extra for that, i feel like there should be more than what was put on it.

They can’t seem to read mobile orders to make them correctly and then when you go inside to get it fixed they argue with you about it. I was told I ordered my drink incorrectly but it’s how I always order my drink. For it to be remade and it’s still wrong. Consider it lucky I gave y’all 2 stars.

I'm done with this place. I went there for coffee this morning. There was a woman outside on an iPad taking orders. She literally started walking away from me as i was speaking to her. I had to follow her around the building in my car because they weren't using their speaker. Not only was this incredibly rude and unprofessional what a surprise when I got my order and it was wrong. What a waste of time and money.

SICK AND TIRED OF THESE LITTLE SNOBS TELLING ME HOW TO ORDER MY DRINK! SO....now I just stop in at the other one closer to my house. I have to drive a little further with my coffee in the car, but at least I don't have to start off my day with a 20-something pretentious, rainbow colored haired jerk with spacers in their ears, and a face that looks like they fell into a tackle box telling me how to order. Went like this ME: "I would like a double White Chocolate Café Mocha Grande" SNOB: "You know it comes with two pumps of espresso already?! So that would be four pumps!" ME: "YES, I DO, I don't care if it's 6 pumps!" "I would still like a double!" SNOB: "Ok, just letting you know because most people don't like it that way!" ME: "OK, well, I'm not most people, clearly I'm ordering it, Don't care! Just make it a double"! Not my first time at a Starsucks! Bottom line! I work hard for my money, and this is not the only coffee place between me and my work. But it is the only coffee place where I will not longer give my money!!

Now I understand why they are selling the business. Manager has horrible costumer service skills, long lines at 10:15 am, all the coffee tastes horrible, the attitude of some employees, never coming back! EDIT: I completely understand making coffee gets overwhelmed!! But the girl with the mask doing coffee shouldn’t be working. She either NO read the labels or she doesn’t care. When you tell her the color of the coffee looks odd she gives you attitude. Definitely not coming back.

They are very inconsistent with their drinks, sometimes they will just leave out an ingredient, and leave your drink half filled and then when you ask for them to fix it they expect you to pay for it. There are a few good polite workers but in general they are extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend this location, we have started driving past this location and going to another one.

This was about a month ago; but I was going through a very difficult time that day with my dog. I thought it might be his last day with us and he absolutely loves his Starbucks pup cups! So we’re in the drive thru and I had finally stopped crying for the first time in hours and we get to the window and the lady immediately asks about my dog and says how pretty he was! I immediately start bawling again! She hands me my order and his pup cup, along with my money and said, “This coffee is on me today, I hope you have a better day.” She had no idea how much that meant to me and I still tear up telling this story to my friends! My dog is still with me for now but that lady has no idea what that small jester meant to me! Amazing staff at that location and I really wish I would’ve gotten her name because she deserves that recognition!! This is the Starbucks in Lynn Haven Florida!

I usually order here personally all the time, but today I was ubering. I stood at the counter for 10 mins being ignored. And skipped. All wile my customers 2 drinks were on the counter the whole time. Nobody paid me any mind until I reached over to check the names on cup Confirming that they were mind. She got attude and was like those are for delivery. And i have to pack them up. I said yes ma'am I know that. I've been here 10 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge me and pack them up. Those are for my customer. But everyone has ignored me. She's like well if your going to be rude ill block you from orders from the store. I was like how am I being rude because yall all ignored me. Alittle bit of acknowledgement goes a long way. I've worked fast food my whole life. But I never ignored someone standing in front of me no matter how busy I was. You don't have to block me from the store. I won't be picking up orders or ordering personally. You don't have to worry about that. And also so everybody knows the whole time I'm standing there I'm watching Flys crawl into the packs of opened sandwiches on the counter and all over food. Do not order food from there. If you must order coffee I get it but do not order food. Expect them to ignore you and be rude. Then accuse you of being rude instead of saying I'm sorry.

Black girl at drive thru window on 6/27 5:00pm needs an attitude check. Extremely rude and should not work with people if it’s an inconvenience for her. She couldn’t hear me through the intercom trying to order, but she hears me say that’s all because I’m tired of repeating myself. I get to the window to pay and my back window is half down for my dogs. She sees them and freezes and freaks out… I understand that some people are afraid of dogs, buts it’s very rude to act dramatic about it. It’s a drive thru where dogs are gonna pop up frequently. Once I pay I ask for some pup cups for the third time to which she ignores me. She hands me my drink and walks away. I sit there waiting for her to come back and she gives me this look like why are you still here? I ask again and she walks away and hands to them to me with an attitude. As for the drink it sucked. The frozen açaí was half frozen half liquid. The little frozen part at the top was full of ice chunks and tasted like frothed air. Don’t recommend.

Yet another place that has no idea how to make a cappuccino. Ordered a cappuccino and received a 16 oz drink. A standard cappuccino is between 5 oz and 6 oz. Maybe there needs to be better training to teach the staff how to make one of the most popular coffee drinks in the world, or it could be my fault for assuming that an individual who is employed by a coffee shop and calls himself or herself a barista would know how to make a basic coffee drink.

The staff is nice for the most part! That being said, unfortunately the drinks are inconsistent. I stopped going months ago because of the drinks not being made well and they're NEVER the same. When I said something the first time it happened the girl gave me an attitude. It wasn't worth the fight, so I left. Every time I have tried to go back it's the same thing! I would not go here if you're looking for a quality drink every time. Here is just one example of how it should look and what my daughter actually got. I did not even take the drink I ordered because it was completely wrong!!! I told the staff I did not want it and left! Sad because I enjoyed going here and the manager was SO kind!

Although, the Starbucks down the street doesn’t seem to have any of the issues Lynn Haven has. They are always out of something and for the last 2 weeks the card reader hasn’t been working. I go to this location almost daily and pay the same way frequently with a large bill and never had any issues. EVER!! Today I sat in the line which was wrapped around entire location and out on the road. Finally after 20-25 minutes waiting in line to order I get to the window to pay for $30 of coffee and the girl at the window looked dumbfounded when I handed her the money (never have seen this girl) and she said something to someone and turned around and said umm I need smaller cash. I explained that’s all I had on me and she said umm I don’t know what to do because we don’t keep that much change. So literally had to drive off with my food and drink already made (guess it will go to someone for free). I then called and asked for the store managers name and was told a females name (won’t put on here) was quickly put on the phone and she was extremely rude and then conveniently didnt know her district managers name it how to contact her because she is “new”. If your the head manager it’s pretty important to know who your boss is….she continued to be rude and then said “the bank doesn’t allow us to keep change from them”!!!!! WHAT!!! So now it’s the banks fault… Hmmmm she tried saying they don’t take large bills yet I do this at least three times a week and have never had an issue and let me say if you are only taking $20s per what she says ummm as someone who runs a business you then have plenty of $20s for change…..I know am not I loyal customer and will drive the extra two miles to the next location. Try being polite to your customers and problem solve people!!!! Oh and drinks over the last week have consistently been watered down and gross but kept giving them a chance.

I was a regular for at least a decade but in that time, the quality has declined, the quantity has declined, but the price has increased. This little thing that costs $5.50 and the staff can't get the order right. Their white choc mocha is now nothing but coffee, water, and milk from the taste of it. 1 pump, they said, but you can't even taste it! Greed perhaps🙄

So annoyed. I would have given 2 stars but the fact that the owner can’t respond to the previous bad reviews is a little disappointing. I litterly watched as I got skipped multiple times while people came in after me and ordered and was handed their items first. This is as also probably the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. No one wanted to take my order someone finally did and had a whole attitude doing it. Next time I’ll take the distance hit and go to another location.

Place was pretty empty, friendly girl took our order while we waited in the corner lounge. My teen loved the frappuccino, we got served in about 5 minutes, never paid 6$ for a coffee but my kid was happy so we'll be back.

Employees seem to lack basic knowledge about the job. Begrudgingly informed the staff that indeed venti translates to 20 as in 20 oz and that lattes are typically not served cold with a straw. Three tries to complete 1 latte.

Typical Waffle House,weak coffe, could care less about you as a customer, and food was average. Wait staff was just trying to make it through their shift.

Ordered a pizza and drink. Didn't get the drink. Called the store... was given another number to call. Called them and was given 15% back which is roughly $2.7 which doesn't cover the almost $4 I paid
